I’ve lived here since October 2019 and I have had nothing but POSITIVE experiences here.1. Maintenance responds right away to my requests whenever I have made one even if it is to replace one of the many hall lights in our building. How lit it stays !They also work very hard to keep our dumpster area very clean. This I get to see every morning, Yayy.2. Kellee and her office staff are wonderful… very pleasant too. When I have emailed them they have replied back to me within 24 hrs, mostly on that day though. Anytime you need their help, feel free to ask.3. I love living in my very modern apt too. I also feel very safe here too. My daughter does too when she comes to visit.4. Walmart and various restaurants are conveniently nearby. Great for when I’m heading home and don’t feel like cooking, haha.Hope your experience will be similar to mine or even better, smiles. One Happy Camper.
My brother and I were going to move in these apartments because the inside 2 bedroom 2 bath are beautiful and very roomy. Just what we were looking for but the management was horrible! Kept adding on prices. The welcome letter was written up $700.00 more than it was supposed to be so we had to drive back to Century 380 and the leasing consultant Brenda said it was a mistake and changed the price to what it should have been for our new lease but then they emailed me the lease to sign with all the wrong prices again so I refused to sign it. They would Not refund any of the $400. 00 I had already given for their administrative fees or the $25.00 for a Pet Profile! They were rude and really didnt care if we moved in or not.
After living there for just a year, I am a little sad to go, but I had to move for a job. loved the two bedroom unit we had, especially the updated appliances and responsive maintenance team. Had some issues with trash on property (no recycling and the dumpster was usually quite gross) but it wasnt enough of a concern to knock them down. Highly recommend it!
My fiancé and I have lived at century 380 for the past two and a half years and couldn’t be happier! Our apartments interior looks like a model home, but at a price we can afford! We love the beautiful swimming pool, spacious dog park, and of course the gym! We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to renewing our lease again when it expires!
We moved in early this month and so far so good! No issues what so ever. The staff has been outstanding. I appreciate the help that Rafael Loera gave me throughout the process of relocating to Century 380. Maintenance is on point with response. I placed a maintenance request for fire alarm battery replacement and they were there in less than 24 hours to replace. No complaints from me starting off my 12 month lease here at Century.
This is my first apartment after living in my own home for over 20 years. Needless to say I was a little apprehensive about moving but Im so happy I did. Kellee and her staff made the entire experience a total pleasure. I love my apartment and all the amenities they have to offer offer. For the money Century 380 is really hard to beat, especially in this area. Ive been here a little over a year and everything has been awesome so far. Thank you so much!
Probably the nicest place I’ve ever lived in, jacuzzi bathtub, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer hookups. Amazing pool! Amazing grill and chill area! And our landlord Mrs. Barbra was the best and most amazing and helpful person I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend century 380 and Mrs. Barbra to anyone looking for a place to live!
My wife and I moved here last year and have loved it, especially considering we even got a bigger apartment this year! I have seen a lot of complaints on here that are honestly a bit nit picky when in reality it is a very nice place to live. The layout is simple and easy compared to other apartments around and the elevators are a huge plus. We have especially liked the proximity to our work and other businesses. I would also like to shout out a few people who have made our time here easy and wonderful. Mario in maintenance has been super kind and helpful with anything big or small that we have encountered. As well as in the front office, Kellee and Siska are two rockstars who have been super kind and helped my wife and I through all of our leasing questions and signage!
If you like living away from where everything is happening, then these apartments are for you. Also , because they are 4 stories high and have about 8-10 buildings, then you are going to have to like living in a community with close to 700 people! Thats alot of neighbors!! We found it hard to find parking. And there was even less parking for your visitors/ guests. Now, on the positive side, insife the units themselves, they are absolutely beautiful!Open concept, high ceilings, gorgeous big bathrooms, large pantry, washer/ dryer hookups, lots of great windows for light and and nice size balcony that can fit 4- 5 patio chairs!!Around $1350 for a 2 bdrm.If this is the area you want to live, its worth a look!
I just wanted to take this opportunity to acknowledge and thank the wonderful staff at century380 Apartments. especially Kellee, the Community Director. I have been a tenant here for over four years now, and I plan on being here many more. I absolutely love my apartment home and all the great amenities. The staff here is very friendly, professional, caring, and they always make me feel like family. If youre looking for a great place to call home, then I highly recommend Century380 Apartments.
We moved in about a month ago. The office staff is very friendly and helpful with timely communications. Megan walked us through the leasing process, was available for any questions, and made us comfortable. Our unit was nicely cleaned and looked like new on move-in.So far maintenance has resolved issues within a week of notice. Weve had no major issues, however, and things are going smoothly. The apartments are pet friendly, and many of our neighbors have dogs. We can hear barking from time to time from neighbors on our floor (which sometimes scares our cat), but it is not so loud or disruptive. We do notice some animal droppings on grass near sidewalks.Overall we are very happy with the unit, the service, and the common areas.
After reading all the negative reviews for this apartment complex I was a little skeptical. So I thought Id give them a chance and go check them out. But the entire presentation was a terrible experience. From the dog poop in all the grass to showing us a demo apartment that was covered with days old tomato sauce all over the entrance to the apartment and walls. And even then we were lied to and told it happened hours earlier. I was also made an appointment for a certain day. Then got there only to be told sorry the other person didnt make me aware of the appointment since she was the only employee working that day. If I were anyone else read the reviews on this place and consider going to the landing apartments or even the estates 3eighty. Oh not to mention the fee for the amenities!. Very unprofessional and unsatisfying experience. Glad I didnt become a resident at this location!. But i hope everyone else has a different experience!.
Very poor management!!Got towed within the first week of my residency, picked it up the same day, drove almost an hour away and paid $350 to get back.Told me they would email copies of paperwork and never did.Trash is ALWAYS overflowing.Put in a repair order for kitchen appliances and didn’t hear back from anyone for months, came home to find that the maintenance man came by without calling ahead and I’m still having the same issue with the kitchen appliances.Apartment smells like cigarette smoke in the evenings so bad that I have to light candles and spray fabreeze for it to go away. Can NEVER get ahold of management by phone and they don’t provide an email to contact.Cars speed through the parking lots playing loud music and squealing tires.Pool was still dirty this summer after they closed it down to “clean” it.Apartments are beautiful but so poorly managed.
I have been here for about 5 months and I am really enjoying my stay here. The community is very quite and kid safe. I havent had any trouble getting the office to send someone out to fix my sink. When I first came I didnt have my key to get into my apartment and someone was at my door to let me in less than 20 minutes. I had a very difficult and serious situation that I needed help with. After speaking with the manager my problem was taken care of with a resolution all under 30 minutes. The staff really support their people and try everything they can to make this a hassle free stay. The free Starbucks in the kitchen is a plus. You will not be disappointed living at Century 380!
Wonderful service and hospitality among the staff. Mrs./Ms. Barbara is always generous and polite to all my questions and concerns. She is always going far and beyond her call of duty in order to keep a smile on the residents face. We need more people like Barbara around.
I’ve lived here for a year and a half and I really like it. I love the way dogs are a part of the community. They have dog parks, doggie bag stations, and even a dog grooming and washing hut. The apartments are state of the art and rewired ready to go. Two things they can work on is the trash, but this is residents not taking time to put trash IN the dumpster, and landscaping the back areas not facing the parking lot. It’s because of all the rain, but the landscapers need to step it up. They are always happy to fix anything inside even light bulbs that are in track lighting. The neighbors are nice and most have dogs, so if you’re looking for a nice conversation, it’s here!
You get what you pay for. Denise, my leasing consultant was wonderful and did everything possible to help accommodate me. My door looks as if someone tried to previously kick it in. I called the front office to report the problem and Geniveve stated it would take 2-3 weeks to get vendors out to take a look. The make ready was poorly done. The cabinetry in the kitchen is half done. My first night here i couldnt sleep my upstairs neighbor constantly kept making noise that sounded like loud thumping from my apartment. I called the courtesy officer to complain about the noise and he didnt come or return my call. My patio needs to be power washed there are a lot of stains. To top it off I have ants!!!
My wife and I have had such a wonderful experience living here! It is our first apartment together, and I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. Any time that we have had an issue, Genevieve has been quick to resolve it. Her and Kellee in the front office have truly given us confidence in knowing that Century 380 has our back. They’re fantastic!!
So I have been reading through the reviews and I am kinda lost on the complaints. People are complaining that they have tow tags on their vehicles? I would think that would be a great thing since they are getting rid of the vehicles that do not belong on property I received multiply emails from management in regards to the enforcement of the towing starting in January I started getting Emails late November until mid-January they gave us the option of going online and registering our cars or coming into the office but if you read the email and the notice that was also sent to the doors the towing company clearly states that moving forward we as residents are responsible to register online.Granted the gates have been broken on and off since new management took over, But when the Luxe 380 was here it was the same issues with people hitting the gates so they will stay open management has no control over that. Our remotes were deleted out of the system due to a power outage which again I received multiply emails for residents to bring in their fobs or send in the number on the back of their fob in an email. As far as the new management goes I think they are doing an amazing job, they have been doing subtle changes and the residents have been noticing. They have plans to add a children play ground on property which is very much needed, I use to not be comfortable going out at night when it was luxe 380 because of the people that were allowed to move in but I have been more comfortable since the new management has taken over havent seen any of those past people around. I am always greeted when I enter the office the leasing girls are always upbeat and willing to help as much as they can with anything that is needed, the manager always greets people and is always smiling and willing to help, when the leasing girls are busy .This is the first place I have lived that a manager has come out on multiply occasions to greet and help the people living here. So over all yes there are some issues but over all this is a great place to live for myself and my family. Thank you Century 380 for the changes you are making we do see them and are happy with them.
We lived here at the time of management transition and the experience for us was very smooth. I remember meeting some of the new staff in the beginning and everyone was so friendly. The trend continued over time and every time we had an issue, we could approach the front desk and they would find a solution for us. They’re all fantastic! The unit itself is gorgeous. They’re very new and you can tell a lot of effort went in to making them look top notch! Whenever we had an issue, maintenance didn’t take long to send someone over.
I dont live here but visit family here often. The hallways are filled with webs. It seems there is no maintenance done at all around the walkways and hallways. The apartments are great from the inside but it would be nice if the complex maintains cleanliness around the hallways.
In the midst of this chaotic situation, my family and I took a leap and moved into these apartments without first seeing the property in person and I am very impressed with my experience. Exceeded my expectations and happily a new resident. I would highly recommend if you are considering a new place to call home.
I have hated living here since I moved in last October. The apartments themselves are nice but they are poorly built. The insulation between floors was an afterthought (seriously, they literally put holes in the ceiling and blew insulation through the holes!) I think the biggest issue is the neighbors upstairs. I have never heard noise like this and I have lived in apartments before. People are in clear violation of their leases and are still permitted to live here. There is never extra parking. At least two serious crimes have occurred in these apartments so they are not safe. Drug deals happen outside my door and weed smoke can be smelled pretty much anywhere. The grounds are trashy and broken down cars sit in the parking lot. I am moving when my lease is up and plan on never looking back. The noise levels are enough to make me move but when you add on all the other issues I can’t see how anyone would live here. If you have to live anywhere in this area pay the extra money and live in the mansions. I lived there as well and they were tolerable.
Comfortable place to live. Will recommend to anyone. The tenants seem to be the problem of the couple of issues I have. It seems that it is difficult for them to pick up after their pets or actually place trash bags in the dumpster. The maintenance team is great they quickly fix any work orders I put in. The management team is very nice and helpful.
Still waiting on my deposit. I moved just before the community was bought out. The old manager was supposed to call me back about my deposit that she never mailed out, but no call back. This was no surprise because management never did what they promised to do. I decide to call again, only to find out the community was under new ownership and management. That manager hasnt returned my call either and Im starting to think my whole file has been lost. Along with my deposit.Disclaimer: This part is my experience with the prior office manager. My reason for moving was because of all the calls I had to make to the police for noise complaints that management never handled. The walls are paper thin. I made well over 20 calls from January to June with no assistance. Im talking vibrating floors and my own tv being drowned out. I tried not to make a bother during the daytime, but usually this was after 8pm and later. Not to mention parties and fighting at 5am. Oh, I forgot to mention that one of my police reports shows that my neighbors had a recording studio in their unit. I dealt with this for 6 months. Hope new management does a better job, but right now I just want my deposit. I already spent $1400+ per month to live in hell.
This is a beautiful property! Interior of property exceeded my expectations-wood flooring, granite countertops, and all stainless steel appliances. I was shocked to hear how affordable these apartments were after viewing. Compared to other comparable apartments I have lived in, these offer way more for your buck! You will LOVE the price. Also, staff is super sweet, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone in the area. I love Layla-so great!
I am very displeased with this complex as a whole. 1st the interior is very nice and appliances are really nice. I had only planned on staying here 3 months and then transfer to a sister property closer to my employer. Once the new company took over, Century, they changed that without warning. I signed the lease based on that promise. BUT my apt is listed now for $1350 and I pay much more! Noone lowered my rent tho! This property is misleading. Very ghetto! No consideration for neighbors after hours!! I am tired of hearing my upstairs neighbors EVERY STEP they make. (No insulation between floors. Cheaply built) I like to cook real dinners, but as soon as the oven opens thr ALARMS go off!! 🤔😖 People cant control there dogs on leash and some have been OFF! DOG POO everywhere. Lights are always out in the breeze ways which is unsafe!! Trash is always on the ground in dumpster area when the dumpster are NOT even full..why people why!! RED Ants stay in your bathroom sink, kitchen pantry, and sink, a week after pest control comes and sprays everywhere! I literally HATE living here! I am very disappointed and desperate to MOVE from here.
My experience with this apartment complex has gone from good to incredibly frustrating and disappointing!! The only reason we are here at this point, is because were waiting on our new home to be built. I am appalled and shocked and the actions here. I have worked in property management and done new home sales for over a decade and I have NEVER experienced such a problem. The complex has another new management company called First Communities. Our water bills fluctuate wildly driving our total rent up and making it a different total EVERY MONTH. We are currently dealing with a utility management company called AUM that is over charging us illegally for the water and now some of the residents in the complex, such as myself, are filing numerous complaints with the City of Little Elm, Mustang Water and the Public Utilities Commission. Some of us are getting legal representation because of this illegal activity. All of the areas that I have done the sales and the property management which all up and down the 380 corridor, Little Elm, Oak Point, Aubrey, Celina, Savannah, Paloma Creek and Crossroads where I actually lived in for several years, all deal with MUSTANG WATER which is the only water company out here. They are even shocked as to what is going on. If I dont get reimbursed for all rent over payments and water bill over payments, I am prepared to call my attorney I have on standby and have him go ahead and pursue. I lived in a 2500 square foot 2 story home in a subdivision literally 2 minutes away from this apartment complex for almost 10 years and my water bill was NEVER OVER $90.00 and thats with 2 adults and a 6 year old! Our water bills here are OVER $200.00. There is no way that we are consuming that exorbitant amount of water. ALL THEY ARE DOING IS SPLITTING THE COSTS OF ALL RESIDENTS IN SAME BUILDING The allocations are not correct! I have never lived in an apartment complex that has allowed condoned these actions from AUM. The grounds are unkempt, the new staff knows nothing about whats going on with anything, the gates are never closed anymore, there are no surveillance cameras, residents are not held accountable for not picking up their dogs feces, people are dumping furniture and making the area look trashy. Its ridiculous to be overcharged EVERY MONTH for rent and water with the little amenities we have and how horribly built the units are. I cant wait to get out of this dump and into our real home and even when we do move, the water bill will STILL BE LESS THAN WHAT WE PAY HERE! THIS SUCKS!
I really wish I could rare zero stars. Not sure the name of the new manager but she is extremely rude! These apartments seem to be going downhill and it’s a shame due to the growing area they’re in. Entire office staff seems unhappy and I do not blame them because of their management. Not to mention my utility bill every month is over $100 in a ONE bedroom. Still can’t get an explanation why! Bring back the management from last year. This new lady has zero customer service skills. Doesn’t even acknowledge you when you walk in. Relays rude messages to the other staff to tell you instead of telling you herself. I’m positive I can get treated better at the estates 3eighty which is right down the road.
I DO NOT RECCOMEND LIVING HERE. They have a new property management company and new staff every month. The current company nickle and dime for EVERYTHING. There is now a new $10 Amenity fee that they sneak into your lease with out even verbally telling anyone. My rent is $1020 but I pay $1120 after all the fees they charge. We will NOT be renewing when our lease is up.
I have only been here since the beginning of August but so far I have had ZERO issues with the management company. When I moved in it was the Luxe380 and the office staff was super nice and helpful. About half way through the month it has become Century380, and the office staff have been just as helpful as before. They are quick to answer any questions I have, and maintenance is quick to get things I put requests in for fixed.Issues that other people have left reviews about I havent really noticed except for the trash, but that is not really a property issue so much as it is lazy people not wanting to ACTUALLY put their things in the garbage. They just throw it on the ground. Maintenance/grounds crew have been quick to get lazy peoples garbage picked up off the ground and thrown into the trash can during the week during operating hours. I would not expect them to be picking it up when they are off on the weekends. There is a dog park and I see animal poop around, but again that is lazy pet owners. This is a nice community and tenants are the ones contributing to the issues. If we want it to be nicer then pick up your pets stuff. Please dont take the 5 bad reviews you see on here and think this isnt a great place to live. Every community will have a handful of noisy, lazy people and usually the only reviews that get left online are the bad ones! I plan on staying here until I can buy a home. :)B. Crowe
I being a guest of the 380 apartments have enjoyed my time here. Its a nice place to get away from where I live here in Carrollton. Its like a mini vacation. As for things being ghetto here... People only dress ghetto. Im from Oak Cliff but I dont always act like where I come from, so Ill say this... If the ghetto people arent bothering you, whats there to complain about? Oh, yall should really fix your gates though.
Giggle Tasha is right. This place is everything she said. I live here for two years. And I woke up and go a orange warning ticket from the two company. Now remind you I been here for two years with no parking permit from the original company. Now this tow company put an orange sticker on my car to threaten to tow my car. I looked around and saw there were a lot of cars with orange stickers. I went to the office and they failed to email me for a permit for 2019. Also they went up in the water bill, that seems illegal to me. They went up on my rent. Dog feces everywhere. There are crackheads all around here. The gates are always broken. My rent is 1300 dollars not including the other bills. They emailed me saying I will get $500 to try to get me to say how great this place is. Is that blackmail? This is very sad..
Worst complex I’ve ever lived at, front office beyond incompetentEdit: no apologies needed, but that is definitely wrong, never have I received any warning for parking in the same spot for 5 months. Maybe if your staff had explained the parking policy situation and had given us a sticker upon arrival then we wouldn’t be in this situation.I understand you have policies in place for a reason but never have I received instructions on that policy. I’ve been in the same parking spot for months with no issues and now all of a sudden I walk out to a missing car with no explanation or warning and a horrible day. This coupled with many other issues has led to this being a very uncomfortable living situation for me. No amount of “talking to your staff” could help that situation.
Century 380 bought out Luxe 380 about 3 weeks before we needed to give them a 60 days notice to move out. A week later, we went to the office requesting rates so we could weigh our options before renewing, because you would think the pricing would be the first thing they work out (it’s literally the one thing they do to bring in income). Every day for a week we were told they had prices, but they couldn’t find them/the manager was out of the office/ they’re waiting on corporate, and they “will call us tomorrow with rates”. We never got a call. We went to the office 6 times over a period of 10 days and were told the same thing each time. While they still haven’t given us renewal rates, the new tenant prices on the website have increased by $150 for our layout- it’s just not worth it. The prices are not competitive for this area. The maintence crew is the same as before and they’re the only redeeming factor about this complex in terms of management. Also, the double insulation mutes noise somewhat, but you will DEFINITELY hear your upstairs neighbor. The trash comments are correct-people miss the dumpsters a lot, and, during our time here, few people picked up after their pets. If you pull up the criminal records, you will see there was a murder here, but it was a woman who stabbed her spouse after he hit her (at least that’s the rumor)- a crime of passion, not premeditated. Overall, it’s a low crime area and there were no other issues while we were here. We never felt unsafe living here. I hope this helps future tenants. There are other apartment complexes around and, at this juncture, those management/sales teams are better equipped to handle new tenants. It’s a competive location and there’s plenty of other options around here to rent from.
I have lived here since June 2018. We have gone through three property management company’s and this one has been and best by far. I have seen many changes made since they took over. From valet trash where someone comes and gets it right from our door to fun little events such as a Cinco De Mayo margarita get together to cookie pick ups. The Kellee and Siska always say hi when they are out around the property. Cannot wait for the warmer weather to go sit by the pool.
Office staff usually very nice/on top of everything but recently for the past 2 months they have been very rude/ unresponsive. We have been calling up for the past 2 weeks leaving multiple voicemails no response we actually had someone pick up the phone but then hung up immediately after. Very unhappy with them right now.
Run as quickly as you can from this place! This place is trash. They lied to me to get my application. Now I am fighting to get my $325 back from them. When asked if the apartment was safe..I was assured it was..only to find out there was a murder in the building where they were trying to move me. When I went to see the apartment..the actual one not the model..it was nasty and unappealing. I know a few people who live there and can’t wait to get out of the lease. It’s horrible and even under the new management..it’s still horrible. I am so glad..I dodged that bullet..literally! I wanted to do no stars but couldn’t!
I have lived here for 3 years but since the complex management changed it became a nightmare. The complex is dirty, hall, elevators, everything is nasty. I just went out and almost stepped on a dog poop in front of my door. Building one has a smelling lift, cannot wait to finish my lease and move out!!!
Delivering a package to the leasing office which specified that it would be open at this time. Lady locked the door and would not let me in tho I had 4 packages for the office she was talking but I couldnt hear and told her I cant here her but she said WELL I CAN HERE YOU and basically told my to go away. I feel sorry for the tenants waiting for their things.
This complex is one of the worst Ive had to ever deal with. From day 1, the price they told me was different from what they charge. They will throw in extra stuff and not explain anything. Multiple times I had asked for ledgers and didnt get one until I had left a bad review. They do not communicate ANYTHING. You call, no one answers. You email, no one answers. But as soon as you leave a negative review, they will call lol. This complex changes management companies like crazy and now I know why. I should have done more research before moving in. A
Literally the most well rounded office staff I have ever worked with they all know what is going on when I call I don’t have to speak to specifically one person. However Casey was my leasing agent and she gets 5 stars alone all work orders have been compleated the next day after putting them in the entire staff is willing to answer my 10000 questions apon move in if I could give this place a 10 I would it super quite at night the dog park is lovely they are also adding a children’s play ground! Would not want to be any where else also they have what we call the hub so that packages can not be stolen off your front door step! -reagan
I’ve been living at these apartments for a month now. Sad to say that all of the other negative reviews were correct! Trash everywhere in the garbage area, POOP EVERYWHERE!. Tenants do not clean up after their pets! broken down cars that just sit in the parking lots. The gates are NEVER CLOSED! when it’s supposed to be a gated community. The luxe 3 eighty switched over and NO ONE informed the tenants. I literally woke up to one of my friends telling me that the apartment name changed to “century 380” .. YOU HEAR EVERYTHING! And when I say everything , that’s what I mean. I shouldn’t be able to hear my neighbors having sex! I have children that live with me and they shouldn’t be hearing that either!. The place is overall OVER RATED ! I am disappointed in these apartments and cannot wait until I can move out! 👎🏾I would give this place 0 stars but sadly that is not an option.
Didnt like the property at first, but after the change in management it got better. Genevieve is super helpful. She has resolved issues that even the current manager couldnt. Would recommend to just go straight to her if you need something. Now my only complaint is how high rent is, but that is to be expected in this area with all the new construction.
The absolute worst. I moved here June of 2018 and from day one there are mice in the walls. It sounds like 3 blind mice are having a field day. All you here are excuses about new construction, and we are changing to a new pest control company. The property had been here for over 2yrs. Speaking to people who have been here since day one, nothing has changed. The dog park has feces and high grass everywhere all the time. It is a breading place for worms, parvo, and sickness for your fur friends beware. Bugs are an understatement. The trash is always over flowing. Walls are paper thin, and you can here everything. They need to tear this property down, let us out of our leases, and try again. Mind you... It was just Luxe @ 380. They have already been bought out and it hasnt even been 3yrs yet. Not looking good. We are going to move asap.
There are issues with living here, but no of which are the managements fault as far as Im concerned. All the negative stuff I just read is true.....And then a few more things😂😂😂😂😂. What I see the issue is, that alot of people today just have no class, integrity or good moral character.....And just do the dumbest, stupidest things... because thats what the are, and for the other good residents, they really cant change that type of person, other than to just ignore them i guess, which i will admit, is difficult for me to do. As far as i see it, people doing all of the complaining usually are the worst of them all.....Just live and make the best of life....and if you hate it that much, just leave and at least you be doing something right and will be making the good tenants happy.... bye, bye and good riddance. My biggest complaint! People being so lazy that they dont even carry the bags of trash to the dumpster and leave it right outside their front door. Who does that? What kind of person wants trash right in front of the door? how inviting and welcoming of a place to have trash outside of your door. What do they tell their friends when they come over???? oh hi, how are you doing? dont mind the trash, just hop right over it and come on😂😂😂😂😂. I just dont get that. Everything else I can live with and expect, but trash in front of your door? get a life! And by the way, I forgot to mention, I love the free coffee, saves me $6 a day. FUnny how it is human nature to just complain and not mention the good stuff, guess Im guilty of that too.
Can we please get some updates on the gunShot and screaming that we all heard yesterday morning!? Hearing a woman scream to the top of her lungs and then gun shots can really traumatize someone. I am honestly scared living here. Watching a women get carried out on a stretcher is the last thing I wanted to see yesterday morning. 😢 This is not the first time I have seen or heard yelling/fighting, cops, fire trucks and ambulance here. I DO NOT recommend anybody to these apartments!!

2022-02-11I just renewed my lease for 2022 and I can honestly say for the last year I am very pleased. Relocating from another state with limited family can be a hard process and finding the right place to live for your family is extremely hard. However Century 380 has been nothing but a great place to stay .. the maintenance people always come when asked .. the managers are so sweet and pleasant.. my neighbors are great .. the property is kept up all the time … I absolutely have no complaints :-)

2022-02-01I would’ve been living here for 2 years, but unfortunately I had to leave due to military. I absolutely loved staying here. I really had no complaints… & the units are very luxurious! When I first moved in it was very difficult because of COVID, couldn’t really tour the apartment or anything, but the manager Kellee made everything a smooth transition for me and my son! I hope when I get back to the states I can come back here!

2021-12-07So sad to be typing that I will be moving from century380. I have lived here since 2018 and have had the best experience!! Management has changed two times since I’ve been here but needless to say the current management is awesome!! Kelle is one of the most patient and responsive leasing management agents I have ever dealt with. The rest of the team are rockstars!! I have seen major improvements since they have all gotten here and can’t express enough why anyone should choose to live here. It’s quiet, friendly and this area is really growing with new restaurants and things to do. The amenities are awesome and the pricing is fair. I highly recommend century380 if you want a great living experience. You won’t be disappointed.

2022-06-08I am not happy with the fact that they do not refund you your administrative fees. You would think they filled out the application for you or something. I can see not refunding the application fee but $200 is too much for someone to just be forking over. I was going to move into these apartments because I had planned on taking a job in Texas. However, I changed my mind and I did not wait 24 hours to let them know I would not be moving and they still dont want to give me my money back. I plan to contact their corporate office because they could at least refund half the money back seeing as though I did not even wait a whole 24 hours before trying to cancel my application. Also, their email says they dont refund application fees not administration fees. Sad part is I was willing to move without even visiting because their online presentation was just that good.

2022-01-27Management has a serious communication problem. The only thing I need to know to know that this is the case is that the towing company in charge of their parking program told me personally they tow 2-4 vehicles from this location. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.It almost seems intentional at that point. I do not believe for a second that management is not profiting from this indevor. Otherwise their communicatiom would be better to make sure their guest are happy with their experience by not getting towed for reasons that could be avoided.2-4 cars a day? Someone is 100% doing this on purpose. When I called Nicole for support she cut my sentence off with the locked and loaded answer of I cant do anything. You can. You choose not.Do not move here.

2022-02-22I really do like it here but I will plan on moving by next year the noise level is just too much if you get apartment 716 beware its a little boy above us that runs like a madman we barely get any peace. Some nights are cool some nights are not. it depends if hes there or not the manager said they had talked to them at least once or twice but still nothing has really changed. So I will be moving on my lease is up .

2022-02-09I think its unfortunate that apartments have breed restrictions for dogs; especially when Ive known more people attacked by German shepherds and chihuahuas than pitbulls. But Ive learned to just deal with the ignorance and live in places where my pets are welcome. But whats most irritating is when properties like Century 380 make it seem like they have reasonable pet policies but its not until you get into the application process that you learn they have breed restrictions.

2021-11-15I’ve been living at Century 380 apartments for a little over a year now, and I honestly can’t think of a better place to live! Kellee and her team make it a priority to make sure all of their residents are well taken care of. Every time I’ve had a maintenance issue, they fix the problem ASAP! I have covered parking, valet trash pickup, and HELLO the apartments here are GORGEOUS. My apartment is so sleek and modern and it’s offered at such an amazing price that you can’t find at most apartment complexes. One of my favorite parts about my apartment is definitely my jacuzzi tub-soaking in that glorious tub after a long day of work with a glass of wine is my version of heaven. Definitely will be renewing my lease!!
