Champion is a non-responsive and unprofessional company when it comes to trash pickup. Have had numerous issues with trash not being picked up. They have a dont care attitude in the operations department. This job is not hard. Two guys move dumpster to truck and truck lifts into back area! Period. How do you constantly forget a pickup on your route 4 to 6 times a year. Unacceptable! Waste Management does a better job in my opinion. I have multiple properties and WM fixes the problem immediately! For Champion to be a woman owned business they sure are not on top of doing what is right! Women leaders are better leaders in my opinion but this company has proven me wrong. Very disappointed!

This company and their employees are unethical. One of their trucks rear ended me off loop 12 and Singleton and took off without even bothering to check if I was ok. Went to the company to let them know about the incident. Spoke with Jose and he said he would get back with me on the issue. He doesn’t answer my calls and pretty much doesn’t care to help. I went in person and they said they have cameras on their trucks and claim that nothing happened. These people are washing their hands. If they really have cameras on their trucks, they’d know what happen. They can simply go to the truck that hit me and notice that it has damage on the front. Very unethical people, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and will be getting an attorney. It’s not ok to damage someone else’s property and not be responsible for it especially when their drivers are driving like maniacs.

As a General Contractor, I have dealt with numerous waste management companies. Dealing with Champion is the worst experience I have had with ordering a roll off dumpster. First, I get misinformation on pricing. Second, it took all day long to get my information in the system and I am made to look as if I tried to call in a dumpster at 430pm for the following day when I began calling them at 830am. The delivery driver could not fit the can into the driveway so they call me to tell me to call the city and request a permit to leave it in street. My job is already delayed and now it will be delayed even longer. Republic Waste Services automatically knew the site required an in person visit by their supervisor before selling me the dumpster when I provided the address over the phone. It turns out Champion is not the franchised company for The Colony in Texas, so I request a refund. They email me and tell me they will refund partial and not a full refund because the delivery driver attempted to drop off but couldnt. They failed me as a consumer and yet I am still asked to pay for their fault. Horrible experience, if youre reading this, I recommend you choose a different company.

Most professional and dedicated team I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only the most prompt service to be had in Dallas, their pricing is the most competitive for the quality of work they provide. I talked with Silvia who was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Never have I felt so confident in a decision as choosing Champion Waste services, one stop shop with excellent customer service.

Great service. I have never had an issue getting a hold of someone and when I ask them a questions I hear back pretty quickly. Communication is key to providing great customer service. I know my building is not their only client, but it is always nice to feel like we are. Thank you Champion Waste and Ms. Silva for all of your help thus far.

Youd think since they are a recycler that they would keep garbage from blowing out of there roll-off trucks but thats being far fetched as I witnessed with my own 2 eyes your truck driver letting plastic blow out from the container as it traveled down the road not that the net wouldve prevented it from happening as to which it was in Poor condition with huge missing pieces....hope you can maintain your equ..... keep Dallas clean step up your game or change your name from champion to looser
