I needed a pretty large storage unit after downsizing and found one of their 10’x30’ storage units they had available. It was plenty of space so I can store lots of furniture and still have easy access to remove and replace things as needed. All the staff were great and Ernie (the owner I believe) was awesome! They made the process painless and I had everything moved in over the weekend. Great price and great service all around.

Chappell Hill Family Storage provides safe and secure storage for all your valuable possessions. Tom the manager is such a nice and accommodating person. He goes out of his way to assist you in any way possible. The units are spacious and super clean.

This is the new Hong Kong airport of storage facilities - immaculate, very well designed, and very secure. The owner is such a lovely guy, always available and even willing to lend a hand to move things in and out. We have already moved half our furniture into one of these units, and are about to move the other half. We have zero concerns about pests or dirt or humidity or theft. Its not often you can say its a pleasure to visit ones storage unit, but it really is. We are so lucky we found it.
