Excellent service at this location!! The servers are consistently professional, courteous and eager to serve. The food is served hot and packaged well and the drive thru moves efficiently even during lunch rush hours!! My favorite employee is Olivia; she always has a smile and runs our food out quickly if we have a mobile order!! Each employee at this location works hard and does an excellent job!!

The Chickfila in Friendswood, Tx is the BEST!!! I put my order in with Olivia for 20 cookies, some frozen drinks and icecream and they got it to me in under two minutes with cherries on top!! Olivia always delivers with a smile😊it made my day just that much sweeter to have such great service. Their icecream is dreamy and the cookies are served warm!!! 🍪🍪🍪🍪🍦🍦🍦

This Chik-fil-a always shorts you on the fries. This is pitiful. Are they trying to save a buck? What happened to when fast food restaurants gave you overflowing fries??

I have had it with this location messing up my orders, long wait times, or more importantly the food being bad. I have gotten sick several times after eating here. I just ordered a chicken sandwich that was completely raw and my fries were cold, not even luke warm. This location has gotten out of hand. I am not the type to write bad reviews and definetly not the type to drive back up there and demand a few dollars back, but this location will not get another dollar from me. I absolutely love chick fil a, but corporate needs to step in here because there is no other location that is even half as bad as this one.

This location is the worst Chick-fil-A franchise we have ever been to. They have failed to get our order correct every single time we have been there. As you can tell from the other reviews I am not alone and local social media group posts also continually have the same story. Either management/ownership is incompetent or they just dont care. Stay away from this location and patronize the other locations in the area. Oh, btw good job on the fries. Just order a small and save the money, it is the same quantity.

We just ordered on the drive through, at the pickup window we waited for our order until the guy asked us to move to the front until someone will come with our order after us around 15 cars (orders) left and we were still waiting! I asked my husband to go inside and our order was just there sitting..... no apologies

This is the third time its happened. Invariably, when ordering the chicken nuggets for my kids Ill get one or two clumps of fried bread crumbs that they count as a nugget. I let it slide the first two times, but this is getting to be a recurrent issue. And its not like you can go through your nuggets at the store every time you order, just to check that they didnt mess it up

Ordered a chicken sandwich and waffle fries last night. The chicken was a very dark brown color like it had been cooked in old oil. Tasted off and not very good. Waffle fries had no salt on them and didnt taste right either. I was quite surprised and disappointed.

I asked for a number 1 deluxe with a Dr.pepper… and got a sandwich with no cheese no pickles no lettuce and ended up getting a diet Dr.pepper. No Bueno
