Went through drive on my way to work. I ordered a strawberry shake and tenders meal. It took a bit to receive meal which was expected during a peak time. I drove to highway and tasted good and it was cold both fries and tenders. I called once I made it to work in Tyler to left the manager know I was dissatisfied and I would return the meal the following day for a remake preferably or a refund. The lady who answered asked for my ticket number I gave her the number which she says she can’t find. So I read everything off receipt and tell her which vehicle I was in and my name. She again stated none of that was coming up or remembered. I started to become upset, I told her that I would bring the food and I would like the food. She told me she knows for sure my food was fresh and had just came out the fryer. I then asked so which was it the food was hot and you know who I am and have my ticket or you don’t have my ticket nor remember me? I ended the conversation with I’ll come tomorrow. I did go and take the food and bought another shake with my remade food and the food was just as cold. Nothing positive from the experience besides the shake personally. Will not return, and I’m sure they’ll be happy I won’t either.
NIGHTSHIFT MANAGER ON 5/13 was 0 for 2... She was not only incompetent, she added disrespectful & rude to ensure a n unforgettable experience. Believe it or not, the teenagers or Millennials as they are referred to, apologized & had them not be the lower man on the totem pole I believe would have not let this situation go & a paying customer wouldnt have been treated so badly, I doubt the Manger would no longer have the opportunity to do so as well.
Great company. Let me say it again, it is a great company and I hate the food. I know I am not with the masses. I have tried honest I have. But the food is just not good. Everytime I eat it I just end up looking around wondering why. Again total respect for the company but I have to go elsewhere for my chicken.
Really disappointed with my order tonight. You can’t get an order right and someone drives all the way back up there because you said you would “fix” it yet you out the cheese and bacon in a different container bc I already had the sandwhich? I guess next time (if there is one) I order a grilled club I need to be more specific and say I want the cheese and bacon ON the actual sandwhich. Honestly it must be really hard to follow the directions for the food on your menu because the 3x I have been to this location there is always something wrong and tonight just topped the cake.
The food is good and the staff is polite. I didnt give 5 stars because they are extremely slow, even when the line is short. I expect that to get better when theyve been open longer. They also give very small portions. Ive tried twice and the fries are only half full each time. And 8 nuggets means 8 nuggets, even if they are very tiny.
Curbside pick-up is not an option (or it hasn’t been for several weeks during the times I have gone, at least). Orders are frequently fulfilled incorrectly and taken incorrectly if an order is not placed on the app (orders are read back one way and fulfilled another or mumbled and rushed in the reading back to the point where you hope what you heard was correct). Typically you don’t know what was actually entered in your verbal order until you get a receipt at the window only to find out your order was taken/entered incorrectly in the first place and left trying to complete your order and pay for what was left off at the window with the “help” of rude and unfriendly employees and who I can only assume was the shift leader or manager. In my experience, when fries were left out of my mobile order (drive-thru pick-up) I was sent back around to wait in the drive-thru line again. Communication is lacking between employees. I waited longer than it would have taken to order for the drive-thru worker waiting for the worker inside to tell her if she should have me order at the board or take the orders of the last 3 cars in line outside. Their newness has worn off, and they are beyond that as their excuse for consistently fulfilling orders incorrectly and/or the lack of ability to correctly complete a verbal order.
Orderly, efficient drive-thru which I have found standard for this chain. Friendly staff. Southwest chicken salad delicious, as was the frozen lemonade. But seriously, I was surprised how small the chicken strips were that my husband was served. You can do better than that, shop other chains and compare to your strips!
Saturday June 6, 2021So all I gotta say is that I won’t be going to this location ever again. So I had ordered a number one with an extra sandwich. Waited 30 minutes to get my order, and guess what, I got the wrong order AGAIN. I asked for managed because by this point I had already been waiting for my food for an hour. I request my refund and instead of getting my refund they gave me my order. Well guess what, it was the wrong order again. I love Chick-fil-A. But the guy that took my order really needs to get fired or he needs to go back to school because obviously he can’t take orders.
Food a little salty. They have two lanes running which is good, but customers 3-4 cars back are getting their food ahead of first cars, and then you cant leave because both lanes are full and the cars in front of you dont have their food. Also, please put straws and napkins in bag! Thanks
I been there 3 times at least since opened twice inside and one thru the drive thru. Drive thru is slow i hope in the future you can come in and out in less than 8 minutes. It takes 15 when there is a line. Also when you ask for 3 mayo you get 2. Extra napkins as well. Your team leader Rebecca the hispanic girl needs to work on her leadership and customer service she seems having a bad day can’t even greet back or smile. That’s not the type of people that should work in a place like Chick-fil-A. Be more proactive and more polite.
We love Chick Fil A no matter where we go but it appears this one has some staff that need to brush up on their etiquette. The 3 that were handling the drive thru orders were gossiping and debating who was going to take the order to what car more than looking professional while doing so. The shift leader was highly rude, she asked me for my name for my order and when I told her she said “a white girl named Heidi”, not sure what that had to do with getting me my order either. The manager might want to look into getting more age established shift leaders that can handle such a role instead of gossiping while working.
I go to Longview 4TH St. Everyday. Except this one particular Saturday. Thank God that Longview is available! My first and LAST time @Kilgore was terrible! The taste was literally like OLD grease..I got a Chicken Biscuit by the way. The wife got a 4ct chicken minis...same bad flavor! Unacceptable.
Such an amazing staff! We went on the second day they were open and they left one thing out of a big order we got… we went back in and they were super apologetic and so sweet to us. They didn’t seem annoyed that we had to come back in and ask for assistance. Will be back😊😊😊
I have been giving Kilgore, TX Chick fil A a benefit of the doubt since they are fairly new. This is the worst Chick Fil A and the employees along with employers need more training on customer service. I come down here from out of town often and every time I come to this location they either mess up on my order or I have something missing. With me being in social media platform the last thing I want to do is make a video of my experiences with this location. This is the last straw I came to get breakfast knowing that breakfast end at 10:30AM at this location. I called first to place a breakfast order that way they could at least have it ready a girl stated that they dont take orders over the phone. OK so I arrived in line before then 10:30, I tried to make my order at 10:28AM they said they not servicing breakfast anymore of course I was upset having to sit in the long line so I called manager from in the store via phone and a guy answered the phone and hung up in my face after I asked for the manager. So I asked for the manager from inside the store she came to the car and acted soo non-chalant about the situation that is what made me even more upset at how she acted towards me. She stated Oh sorry we shut down the kitchen for breakfast early at 10:25, I asked why they shut down before the ending time for breakfast she explained that it was slow, why would that be any of my problem if I am a customer asking for breakfast before the ending time. I rather drive 10miles to Longview than to come to this location again. So my family order their food they wanted and guess what of course rotten potatoes AARRGHH
I visited the Kilgore Chic fil a the second day for breakfast. I was very well pleased. Food was perfect.The people complaining must have a burr up their butt. Any new restuarant will have some issues. If your not happy with the sevice let the mgr. know so they can make it right. No need to crucify a business just because youre having a bad day.

2021-08-25This is a brand new Chic-fil-a and I have not had the opportunity to dine in, yet. Currently their dining area is closed so you can use the drive-thru, order on their app, or have it delivered or catered. I suggest using the app because they give awesome gifts and free food.Unfortunately I was not able to give 5 ⭐s because Ive used the app each time Ive come (3 times) and every time they have forgotten multiple items that I ordered. The last time they forgot both of my 12 piece nuggets!if I had gone home and then realized they didnt give me all of my items. I have to call them and tell them what items are missing, then wait for them to bring the food out to our vehicle. Needless to say, I can understand if this happened once but it has happened every time we have come. Again, they just opened and Im sure people are learning and still getting the hang of things.As for the food, it is wonderful as always. Hot, fresh, and the employees are always very kind. Drop by and try out this new location, just check your order and make sure you got everything before you leave!

2022-03-26I ride a Harley so the drive thru is not an option for me. I park in a big clean parking lot and Im greeted as I walk in the spotless restaurant. The wait staff are cheerful and pleasant. I usually get a half dozen sandwiches and carry them home in my saddlebags to feed myself my wife and our 4 dogs. We all love Chick-fil-A.

2022-05-05Never have had an issue with this company till today. Wrong cheese on sandwiches despite the label on box being correct and the granola parfait had no granola. Wasn’t a huge issue, but this location is not up to par with others for sure. Girl who took our order spoke so fast I couldn’t understand her and the boy who delivered my food didn’t even smile. Strange to see a chick fil a performing poorly.

2022-05-20It took the rest of the world of restaurants many years to even attempt to make a sandwich that compares to the Original Chick-fil-A sandwich. Many fall short to even compare to it much less to exceed it. I have only one complaint against this chain. They stopped selling carrot and raisin salad! It was the best!

2022-04-14Always have had such positive experiences with Chick Fil A before this location. Today was the probably the 10th time I have not gotten all of my order and not realized it until I was already home. It really sucks to work a 12 hour shift and then to get home only to find you didnt get the food you paid for.

2022-06-07Good experience. Fries were not great, they were a bit on the soggy side. Staff was friendly and they moved relatively quickly given the long line that was in the drive thru. I would recommend this location to others and I would definitely come back.

2022-07-03Typical Chick-fil-A. Food was good and the staff was great. This particular location would have gotten 5 stars if it wasnt a nightmare to navigate trying to find the entrance to the drive thru. The restaurant had all the accesses coned off and it was a real pain.

2022-05-24Had a terrible experience at the drive thru tonight. Went through, got my food, got home and discovered they had left my 2 sandwiches out. Since it was close to closing time I called them to let them know and that I was on my way back to get them. Well, first they hung up on me, I called back until somebody finally answered and told them I would be there in 3 minutes. They told me to pull up to the entrance because the drive thru was already closed and they would bring them right out. I pulled up and waited and waited and nobody ever came. I finally had to get out and knock on the door, only to be told that they had to cook the sandwiches because they had never been made. I got back in my car and waited, and they finally came, threw the sandwiches at me through the window, said sorry in a rude tone and walked off. Never offered me any compensation for my inconvenience. I usually come through here at least 3 times a week because my child loves it, and have never been treated this way. Do better chic fil a!!!!

2022-06-11My coffee was not made correctly at all I asked about it and your employee that has her hair shaved was laughing, I only let her slide cause all these girls look like they are in high school and one of your employ bumped the hell out the back of my car and I FELT IT MOVE. This will have to be looked into. It’s ridiculous. I WILL NOT STOP HERE. Time on my receipt shows 11:29 AM

2022-05-25I ordered the fries only, other person ordered a full lunch. My fries were not fresh or even warm. There was not wait when we ordered, which normally means they were just sitting there waiting for someone to order.
