Best AC and plumbing service we have ever experienced. They were able to service us immediately. Very professional and timely with appointment. Trustworthy service that is not trying to charge you for things not needed for repair. Trevor and Paul get five stars. You just can not find quality companies like this anymore.
We called Christianson for some warranty plumbing work, and, as usual, the office staff was most courteous and helpful. They set up an appointment that suited our schedule and noted that they would call when they were 30 minutes away. When Angel and Tyler arrived, they went over why they were here and went right to work. They were done shortly, making sure that we were satisfied. As we’ve told our builder, if all the trades that came out for warranty work were as pleasant and efficient as those from Christianson, it would be a much better experience for the homeowner! We had a great experience with Christianson AC & Plumbing last week. They replaced our water heater and a little piece at the meter. Angel said there is to much pressure coming into our home and that it is not good for the water heater. They tried using the existing knob at the meter to adjust it, but it wouldnt so they replaced it too. We also had two knobs on our master tub broken that needed to be replaced. Christianson installed all plumbing in our house it was built. Angel called his office and they searched their records and pulled model numbers and told us to call Moen because they have a lifetime warranty on their fixtures. Weve already got the new fixtures from Moen and installed. I appreciate Angel taking the additional time to help us with this. I didnt shop or compare costs with other plumbers but dont mind paying a little more for first class services. Thanks Christianson!
I called for service and got a representative right away they were polite, answered all questions and scheduled an appointment in minutes. I had Ovie Rodriguez come out who found the ac issue right away asked first what the issue was checked all other issues it could be first then narrowed it down. Had the part on hand showed me what he was doing explained the process and exactly what happened. Walked me through maintaining my ac and helped me understand more of what the company offers great customer service and amazing experience. Ac was fixed in minutes part was changed and replaced.Thank you

Due to CO ID Era restrictions I was unable to schedule service with Christianson AC under my service Plan early in 2020. The company assisted me to be able to have my systems checked and maintenance for heating and cooling in one day. Ovie Rodriguez came out on time and provided service. He was very concerned about my and his protection under COVID cautions. Each portion of the process was explained and service was given. Ovie was an awesome technician and it is obvious he understands his trade. I have received service from Christianson since 2007. I feel confident with Ovie and am glad he works for Christianson.

I love to check reviews before I use someone. This company had only one review but I loved what the customer said so I called. I was able to get an appointment within one week. As promised, the plumber called prior to arrival to let me know they were on their way and they arrived at the time scheduled. Both plumbers were professional, used shoe coverings before entering my home and were able to fix several of my plumbing problems in the same day. What surprised me the most was the price I paid for parts and labor. Extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Christianson for your plumbing needs. We wont use anyone else now.
Came out on an emergency basis when I was worried about a burning smell. Both women dispatchers were friendly, patient, and understanding when I was freaking out on the phone. The technicians sent out both initially and to complete the repairs once the part was received were great as well. They were able to get the a/c up and running for the couple days until the part came in (apparently the part that burned out had to so with some fans and the heater). Ive always had good experiences with Christianson, and I know I can count on you in the future as well. Thanks!!!
Jay and Josh were FANTASTIC!! I just started using the plumbing side of Christianson and I am VERY happy with the service I received. They identified the problem/s and were quick and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fix it. Ovie and Chris came out for the annual summer service. Both were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They did not mind me following them around and asking questions. They gave me great advice on what I could do each month to keep my units in tip top shape. We have been in our house for over 10 years and have never had our AC service (my fault for continuing to put it off). I was expecting a couple thousand dollars in maintenance but was very pleased when it was way, way less. Great service from the techs and great price. Thank you.
Tankless water heater stopped working today. Called Christianson and they determined from the error code that the condensation drain line was clogged. Rather than stick me with a costly service call, they suggested I could probably fix the problem myself. Went out and checked the line and sure enough, it was the PVC pipe going outside that was clogged. Disconnected the condensation line and blasted out the clog and gunk from the PVC with the garden hose. Poured some bleach down the PVC, reconnected the condensation drain to the PVC and were good to go. Really appreciated them suggesting I could save some money and DIY it. Anyone else would probably have charged me hundreds of dollars for what turned out to be a pretty simple fix. Appreciate them putting the customer before profits. Thanks!!!
We called Christianson to come out and install a new water softener in our home. Tyler came out on time, did the job quickly and efficiently and was extremely professional and courteous. After installation he took the time to answer all of our questions and also warned us about a poisonous spider he saw on our property. Theres a reason this place has 3 star average reviews. They have no idea how to service customers properly. I paid them for a simple toilet fix in a brand new house and its still broken. I wouldnt give them one red cent. They dont honor their work and rub your warranty information in your face. There are great plumbers in Austin, call Reliant Plumbing. Theyre amazing and honor their work.
Once again another outstanding service performance by Christianson AC & Plumbing! This time Ovie Rodriguez swooped in ahead of schedule to do my annual winter service and tune up. Additionally, he upgraded my home air purification system to the new Dustfree Active Air Purifier 👍🔥🔥🔥. Ovie is very informative on the features, warranty and improvements made to the new device. Would not recommend. Came out out quickly but charged us $425 just to come out and clear a stoppage in our pipes. Took all of 45 minutes and now, 3-4 weeks later the stoppage is back. After calling another plumbing company FAR MORE REASONABLE and better customer service, we feel like Christianson’s took advantage of us. Never again calling them and will definitely spread the word on our neighborhood page!
Christianson stands behind their work! I built my home almost 5 years ago and recently discovered a sewer leak under my foundation. I reported it to the builder, DR Horton, and within 24 hours they sent a plumbing team from Christianson Plumbing lead by Pablo Cuellar to investigate it. They uncovered that the sewer has been damaged during construction and had it repaired within a week. The team that came out were very professional and repaired my system without damaging my yard or home, keeping me fully informed of the process and progress. I could not be more happy the Christianson Plumbing Team! Thank you for turning a horrible situation into a positive experience!! You guys rock!

These guys were a breath of fresh air after a frustrating week of trying to get my water leak fixed. It started with the extremely helpful and knowledgeable woman who answered my call and extended through Tyler and Jay’s professionalism and genuineness on site. They immediately diagnosed the leak and set up the soonest possible time to fix it. They dug in miserable heat, located the leak, and fixed it while keeping me informed the entire time. Jeshua Shuttlesworth And Tyler Marks came out and professionally accessed Plumbing problems in our home. And made repairs in a timely fashion. Also they did a free of charge water hardness test on a competitor water softener just to make sure working properly.When they came to the door they already had shoe covers on and ready.I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs.
Pablo is awesome! He is all about taking care of the customer and is incredibly easy to work with. They installed a water softener for us and provided excellent service.Plumbing is expensive and I don’t t think they are the cheapest, but they are well worth the prices they charge.

I contacted my builder for a leak in my wall, and they basically said contact Christiansons for a quote. In less than 24 hours Christiansons sent out two heroes named Tyler and Jesh. Tyler first and foremost is a veteran of the US Army so before I go on...Thank you Sir for your service! And thank you Christianson for making sure our vets have opportunities with you! These two heroes showed up at the top of the window that I as advised of with smiles and a strong handshake! Most people cant touch the level of professionalism these two displayed at my house. They explained the problem, the steps it would take to resolved said problem, and went about their work with special care. They even cleaned up along the way! They contacted a representative of the pipe company who also came along to take pictures. Im only mad that I cant click 5 more stars because a 5 alone does not do this team justice! Had an issue with a drain system and the builder had Christianson come do the work. Angel showed up and did an excellent job of diagnosing the issue and repairing it. If you need a knowledgeable plumber who will answer your questions and resolve the issue in a timely manner this is your plumber!

Ovie is a very professional individual that is very dedicated to the company and gives the greatest Customer Service that I have ever seen. I don’t recommend using this company. The plumber made a mess at my home and made an unnecessary sheetrock cut under my sink. Im upset about it due to the fact the the plumber stated, he could not make the repairs from underneath the kitchen sink cabinet and that it would be difficult to see the leak. Even though he stated these two difficulties, he proceeded to cut the sheetrock. I say cut, but if they were clean cuts I would not be as upset. Instead he just bashed in the sheetrock and made it very difficult for anyone to repair. When I spoke to the Supervisor he said that he was supposed to ask for permission due to their Policy. The plumber never asked for permission to cut the sheetrock underneath the sink. Then on our second phone conversation the Supervisor contradicts his self and sides with the plumber. Shop around before you give these guys a call. I found a Licensed plumber to fix the problem that Christianson could not for a fourth of the price.

We used to trust and use Christianson AC for our home and rentals. But we feel their marketing scheme has changed in the past few years and their technicians are trying to gouge customers in any possible ways. I think they are on commission for any repairs. My most recent experience was just last week. The AC fan in a rental wouldnt stop! We called Christianson simply because the unit was still under warranty (4 years old). The tech showed up and quickly pointed out three issues, a bad capacitor, a bad circuit board, and existence of mold that would need a UV filtering system ($699). I gave him the green light for the part replacement that costed more than $400, because the tenant was waiting. A few days later I returned to the rental with a friend of mine (also a licensed AC tech) for his second opinion about the mold. My friend opened the unit and found out there was NO mold at all, but just some dust. The unit was working perfectly. Plus, the worse thing is that there is not any part inside the unit that looks like that part the Christianson tech said he would change. We will never use or call Christianson AC any more, even for any warranty job, because they will charge other unnecessary/unrelated parts and labor anyway. We had enough with this company.
We have had Christianson out 2 or 3 times for small plumbing issues. Jess and Tyler have always been prompt and on time too. They fixed everything and had us check to make sure it was what we wanted them to do. I have never had any issues with this company or there employees
They originally installed the AC units in my house. Ive called them a few times over the years for followup support issues. They have always been fair, professional and reliable. They even fixed one issue for free that was a original construction issues even though it was almost 10 years after the fact. I appreciate that their AC team stands by their work!
They are horrible. They installed a new Carrier system in my home 5 years ago when I was overseas, and I have had to have it serviced at the cost of $1800. The technicians I had over (this was 2 separate occasions), said the system was improperly installed. The first time I called them, I got the run around trying to blame everyone but themselves. I decided to not bother since they did such a poor job installing the system, I had no confidence they would correct the problem. I dont doubt there was collusion between my property agent and the company.
We have had a couple different plumbing issues recently. J and Tyler have come out multiple times to make sure the issues have been resolved. I always know what to expect when they come and know the issue will be resolved ASAP! Strongly recommend this company!
I have been using Christianson plumbing for th las 15 yrs. They have always done great work. Just recently had Joshua & Tyler out for a couple of bathroom projects. The did a fantastic job and have scheduled Christianson to come next week or another plumbing project
We use these guys for our heating and plumbing. They are consistently courteous and professional. Always do great work. Always explain what they are doing and why it needs to be done. No high pressure just give you options.
Tyler and Jesh did a great job. They were professional, efficient, quick and they wore shoe covers once they entered the house. They even removed all the hair from the shower drain even though they were just there to test plumbing. Thank you for that extra mile effort!
Pretty disappointed with their business practices. A little over a month ago they had to reset our down stairs tolet due to warranty work. I never checked their work afterwards nor do we ever use that bathroom except for guests. After advising their customer service advisor Marley of the situation she advised me that they were going to change me a 185.00 for not doing it right the first time. No thats true customer service folks.
Just had Paul come out to look at our AC and heater! He fixed our issues quickly, was knowledgeable, and respectful! Our house now gets warm, and everything works the way it should. Highly recommend Paul from Christansons!
Recently had a leaked in our house. Angel from Christsons plumbing came out. He was on time, extremely polite and friendly, and professional. He talked me through everything he was doing. It was a great experience.
From the beginning, our experience with Christianson didnt not meet any of our expectations. From poor communication regarding cost for initial testing to scheduling the work, Christianson didnt deliver. We lost an entire week due to their scheduling department and their workers not showing up before we finally gave up and hired another company.
For more than 20 years I had great AC service with Christianson. But, recently, during a routine maintenance call, I was told by the service guy that there was a hairline crack in the pan under my huge AC unit in the attic. He said that it had to be replaced (about $600) or I would have major water damage. He also advised that I replace the entire unit (thousands of dollars) because the coils would be jostled in replacing the pan, which would damage the unit.I guess the scam artist did not think I would climb into my attic to check out what he said. Being that the pan is aluminum, I found it hard to believe there was a crack. He showed me a photo of what looked like it could be a crack.When I checked out the pan, there was no crack. There was a line of wet dust that could look like a crack in a photo. I cleaned the pan, poured Flex Seal into it and bought an electronic water leak monitoring device that sends messages to my phone. I also go into the attic once every two weeks now to check the pan for the supposed leak.My neighbor had the same scam attempt was done to her. I don’t know if it was Christianson, or not. We live in Cibolo.

Technicians are always on time, wear masks, are professional, honest, and very fair. I also love that they do traditional central A/Cs, as well as my ductless mini-split.
I placed an emergency plumbing request over the phone almost 7 hours ago at 11AM. I have yet to get a phone call back. Nobody has shown up at my house. My ceiling in my garage is going to collapse pretty soon.I want EXPLANATIONS ASAP!!!
The customer service is awful. Placed a call at 8:26 a.m. Wednesday for water leak receptionist said someone would be out shortly. After me calling back three times the tech finally showed up at 8 p.m. To inform me I had a foundation leak. The tech said due to it being a foundation leak it would be a 4-5 hour job and they would return Thursday to rerouted the pipe. I didnt hear from anyone so I called only to find out that my house didnt get put on their schedule so they scheduled me for Friday no one ever showed or contacted me so again I contact the company and find out Im still not on the schedule finally they schedule me for Saturday at 10 a.m. I received a phone call at 9:45 a.m. Stating the tech wouldnt be able to make it because he was in an accident so she tells me he will be there tomorrow (Sunday). At 1:00 p.m. Today I contact the emergency call representative and she tells me he doesnt have the pipe so he wont be showing up today and that I should call Monday morning to be put on the schedule. If I wasnt being forced by DR Horton to use this company they would of lost my business before it even started. WORST PLUMBING COMPANY EVER. Dont waste your time, unless you dont mind this company wasting your time.

Very poor customer service after working on my water leak in yard for 3 days call me at 5pm on a Friday to say cannot find part to repair and to call another plumber. Know its the weekend no water still and cannot find plumber to fix it..when I do will be triple the price on weekend.. and they still expect me to pay them for nothing....

2021-10-27I needed to replace a corrugated metal pipe on my water softener for a slow drip. I couldnt find the piece I needed at Lowes or Home Depot as everything is hard to get right now, so I called Christianson plumbing. It took 4 days for them to fit me in. Then they charged me $245 to replace the tubing that probably cost $15 and were at my house less than 10 minutes. I feel they abused the situation so blatantly and unabashedly. I only called them at the recommendation of a friend. What a mistake! BEWARE AND GET AN ESTIMATE AHEAD OF TIME.

2022-02-07I called for a diagnosis on my water heater that was not working properly and they came out and spent 5 minutes looking at it and told me the gas pressure was too high. I asked for a bid to fix the problem and did not get a response. This is when I knew something wasn’t quite right. I had the gas company come out to check the pressure on my house as a second opinion and they said the pressure was set correctly. Long story short, it was a grounding wire that wasn’t set right but this company came up with some bogus diagnosis to get my money and leave as quick as possible. I called to talked a manager and left a message to have someone talk to about the situation but did not get a call back.

2022-05-23After working a 12 hour shift and coming home to an air conditioner that wasnt working. I called the emergency number it took them 3 hours to all me back. After speaking with their dispatch. I was told the earliest someone could be to my house was in 4 days. So I had to be without an Air conditioner for roughly 5 days. I told their dispatcher I had medical issues and clearly that doesnt mean anything. She said, the earliest they could get out because thats when someone would be in my area was in 4 to 5 days. The dispatcher did not recommended another business as most others would do. This is texas and not having an AC is NOT negotiable in the heat. Clearly this company doesnt care about their clients or their health as this could hospitalize me.

2022-07-05Worst company ever, should be put out of business. Installed defective NIBCO piping in many DR Horton homes, and now is passing the buck claiming no responsibility. This has caused over a dozen leaks in my home alone, 25k in insurance claims and a new one on the way. Their incompetency and negligence installing this faulty pipe has caused dozens of people in our neighborhood thousands of dollars and so much grief. Company should be held responsible and be held accountable. Instead they pass the buck and dont offer any remedy whatsoever, other than coming out to do repairs and charging full price. They benefit from the faulty pipe installed, so they are laughing all the way to the bank. Dont use them ever, and soon they will get what they deserve.

2021-10-21I have to give a shout out to Christianson Air Conditioning and Plumbing! They replaced our 16yr old AC last August. Guillermo our salesman rocked it in the education department. They weren’t the cheapest but I felt the most comfortable with them, their experience, and knowledge of the systems they were selling. They were the first of 5 estimates I received and I circled back to them when we picked who to go with on our new install. We were finally due for our biannual service check up. They came out yesterday.When leaving, the tech Paul, commented there was resistance in the line when he was blowing it out and asked if I had ever had drainage problems. I hadn’t. I had paid for someone to come out every year previously twice a year to do this same type of maintenance with my old system (for 16years). I trusted they were doing what needed to be done. I mean my system ran pretty flawlessly for 16yrs. Paul said I may see some drainage on my back patio where the secondary line drains if what he suspects was happening (clogged AC drainage).Four hours later, I was calling their office because I had water all over my back patio. I spoke to Gil, one of the service managers, and he said he would send Paul back out in the morning. He was on another service call a few hours away. Keep in mind, I kept saying I don’t understand how I have never had problems in the past 16yrs we have lived here with drainage and I was really struggling with how the tech made this statement and then 4 hrs later I’m calling because he told me if it happens I was going to need to having something else done. Gil was extremely calm, apologetic, and asked me to give them the opportunity to come out and try to figure out what was going on.Paul the service tech just left! He educated me on the flow of our AC drainage system. No one had ever done that before. If you don’t know, you should find out. He helped me figure out the problem which was not his and got us back to no residual water drainage on my patio. AND they took care of the service call! This people is customer service!!!I cannot say what my last AC service company did or didn’t do because I wasn’t educated enough on the process to know. I just assumed for the $170 a year I paid, that they took care of what needed taken care of properly. What I can say now is that I am beyond satisfied with Christianson that I am happy to recommend them with 5 plus stars! Customer service like this is what will make us a long term customer!

2022-01-06While their actual service is fair, I suggest you dont use their website to schedule an appointment. I have twice used their site, but either very slow response, or none at all. I placed a service request with them 3 days ago and never heard back.The time they did come out they had to locate my PRV and dig it up. They said they would come back and put a cover over it. They didnt.

2021-09-08Christianson Air Conditioning came through for me when I needed them most, and on Labor Day weekend too. Had a massive water leak in our attic that flooded down our kitchen wall. It was scary cause we didnt know how serious it could be. I called Christianson, they took care of all the paper work, let me know my home was still under warranty, arrived at the exact time I was promised, and sent a crew that was very experienced who found the leak immediately, and repaired it. Id recommend Christianson to anyone of my family and friends.

2021-07-09Technician was courteous and professional, after I explained what was happening with my a/c unit, he quickly determined with his gauges it was low on refrigerant. Unit was recharged (refrigerant price was consistent with current market). Recommendation was made that I should start looking for new replacement unit since ours are over 10 yrs old.I would definitely recommend company, they shoot straight forward no BS.

2021-09-06Though not my specific trade, I know a fair amount about HVAC work. The tech that arrived to repair my HVAC was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They dispatched on Labor Day Sunday without over-charging for an emergency call. Top notch organization in my book!

2019-07-19Very experienced and friendly. They are unbelievable! I had another company (unfortunately) work on our AC for 2 weeks, and thousands of dollars later I still didnt have working AC. My father has done business with Christianson and highly recommended them. Right away they diagnosed a major problem the previous company had missed. They fixed it ASAP at a MUCH better price!
