The building itself looks very dated. With that said they do have very nice and comfortable recliner chairs. The temperature inside tho was a little hot, especially when sitting on leather chair with no AC. They actually turned the AC on 10 min before the end of the movie.
Clean, good service, wheelchair accessible, friendly staff. No complaints other then the loungers are not heated. They do recline, but bring a blanket or bring a jacket if youre prone to getting chilly in the theater.
I hadnt visited this theater in a while and I really enjoyed myself! My kiddo and I went with our homeschool friends and saw Mortal Kombat. The theater was clean, the staff was friendly, the popcorn was good and so was the movie. We had a great time all in all and I would definitely recommend this theater! ☺️
It was really wonderful seeing the movie Top Gun: Maverick on the big screen at Cinemark Legacy. It was quite some time since going to a movie theater. The seating is excellent and very comfortable, a very enjoyable experience that makes me want to go back to movie theaters again!
The movie theater was clean, the staff was nice but the theater was uncomfortably warm. The AC came on once in the 2 hours we were there and we know this cause we immediately felt it when it came on due to how warm it was. Felt stuffy and it was super uncomfortable.
I have been going to this theatre since 2015. Always loved this place. I think they have the most comfortable seats compared to other cinemas. Love to watch movies here
Great movie theater. Comfortable reclining chairs, large bright screens, excellent sound system. Large concession area with plenty of food and beverage options. Plenty of theaters and show times for movies. Plenty of parking in a well lit parking lot. The theater is accessible from the highway or back neighborhood. Bathrooms are clean and well tended. I go to the movies a few times a month and this is always my fist choice theater.
Great theater, XD experience is worth the extra cost for the right type of movie. It’s clean, seats are comfy, and concession service is good.
1st time at the movies in years and it was an enjoyable time. Ordered tickets online, picked my seats and did not have to be bothered by people asking us to move down so they could have the right amount of seats!
While watching a movie today(4 people in theater) I got a text And Picked up my phone and replied Im in a movie and before I could hit send A cinemark employeeJason popped up & told me to put my phone down?? I replied Ill put it away when I feel like it & sent my message.A few minutes later A man Comes running upThe theater steps full speed turned on my aisle Slowed down when he got to me * I thought it was an active Shooter * I turned toward him & asked whats wrong !! He stared at me No reply !! He then went out the side exit...Hes the manager Wilson Which I found out after the movies over. My daughter was frightened!! Please fire both Jason & Wilson.Wilson the manager didnt have a uniform on !! Btw- I have a permit to carry.. This could have turned out very very BADLY !!
Saw new Top Gun in the Dbox seats. They were amazing and I highly recommend. If your going to see a movie might as well go all out.
Do not go to this theater! No security whatsoever for the parking lot!! Not even FAKE cameras! Catalytic Converters were stolen on the 1st row in front of the entrance. Sick about this!!
Chairs recline to satisfaction and the movie quality was good but the sound was a bit loud for my taste. Will bring ear plugs next visit🫡

This place has been upgraded. The seats are way more plush and roomier than a traditional theater. Power seats with leg support. The screen looks larger and good sound. Staff was great and they were installing new menu boards out front. Really was a nice experience.
The prices were reasonable for a matinee. The refreshments were reasonably priced too. The staff at the counter were very kind as they waited on everyone !
Enjoyed the theatre since we went early it wasnt too crazy, did not enjoy getting 10.00 of tokens before finding out that half the games didnt work
Location is great, selection and seating real good. Cleanliness not so much. Here the problem, when I go to the movies for the early bird show typically around 10:30 am I expect to find clean well stocked bathrooms. And typically the main ones closest to the lobby by the big theaters are. This time the movie was in theater 1 which is a smaller theater on the end hall. I would like to say, well maybe someone just forgot to fill the soap, hey we are human but the ladies room reeked of urine, so that not a one off thats a we are definitely lacking on consistency and cleanliness, the floors didnt even look like they had been mopped in a while. I get we are all feeling the labor shortage, but if you have employees out then guess what I dont care if you are the manager, if you want to ensure customer satisfaction looks like your on bathroom cleaning duty.
They have improved their seating to match up with the competition, which is nice, but the popcorn is some of the most abysmal cardboard tasting schlock Ive ever had the misfortune to give a try. I have tried it 5x over the course of as many weeks and I tried to be charitable and change things up, but its pretty bad each time so I must just be a slow learner.Normally, if a menu item is bad, I can forgive it like ordering sushi at a bowling alley. That would be a me problem for ordering something so out of the norm. However, movies and popcorn go hand in hand and it should be amazing each time and compliments the experience. Taking a bite of popcorn should not produce a wincing sensation which completely takes you out of the experience.So, yeah. Dont get the popcorn here.
Im 57 and there isnt a seat in the theater where the bottom 15-20% of the screen isnt cutoff by the completely unnecessary 4ft wall built in front of EVERY SEAT!! It just makes NO sense at all! Why would they do that to EVERY seat?!?BTW, they do have booster seats, but they were too small for my 10 year. I wasnt sitting on one for sure, and I couldnt recline or I would loose up to 40% of the screen - no exaggeration.Whats crazy is that easily fixable! They just need to trim these half walls down to 2-3 feet if they REALLY want walls between seat rows...
Great movie watching experience with reclining seats, surround sound and XD experience. The prices are cheap - but I feel like the prices at the concessions is a bit higher.This location also plays hindi and telugu movies regularly...
After being here multiple times in the last few months because most of the movies I want to see are no longer being offered streaming I have noticed a few things.Never expect pizza as a snack, even in the late afternoon.The pretzel bites were not even available, oven was broken.Dont expect clean.Go to a different Cinemark, even if it is out of your way.
First time at this theatre, this was one of the smaller screens. Not bad, but the room was a bit stuffy. Im sure the main theatre rooms are setup a bit better but theatre six could use some love.
I got parked, picked up our popcorn and drinks, then right to our comfortable sets. Sound was great, theater was clean, nice staff, bathrooms were clean, great movie. I was impressed with it being the 1st weekend of Christmas break and new release. We will be back!!
Comfy seats! And with the seat reclined there is still plenty of room to walk in the row. Also there is a wall separating each row so no one can kick the back of your chair :)
Comfortable seating, you can preorder snacks and have them ready when you come in. I attended the 3 oclock show so the theatre was fairly empty.
At cinmark trying to watch quad e azam in studio 9 movie is awesome but air conditioning is broken no one trying to fixVery bad service
We rented the theatre for a private showing so that we could watch with proper physical distancing during the coronavirus pandemic. They did a wonderful job, the theater was clean and comfortable, and they delivered concessions to us in the theater so that we wouldnt have to congregate in line. Great experience!!
Wed Mar 23 - 2022 at 1.30 pm the girl who working on popcorn 🍿 register is very rude and passing racist comments to customers providing very bad service talking very rude to everyone.Never have a problem on this theater but today after seen this not feel to go there again .
Very nice atmosphere. The main XD theater didnt have ac though. Also popcorn was bland again. Employees dont put butter throughout as requested...It also wasnt hot.

Awesome theatre with reclining seats that are comfortable and the sound is great. They have numerous movie theaters in the building. You can earn rewards with their app. Easy to book seats online with the app as well.
Well that was disappointing. The front girl was too busy playing on her phone to help me. There is another cinema 10 minutes up the road. Dont waste your time here.
We saw a movie in the XD theater. The seats were sticky and there were dirty napkins and tissues in our cup holders. The movie was good but the sound seemed like it could have been louder. Employees were polite though.
I liked the place and everything. Except they have canceled the entire offers like free tub refill and removed some of thr food items from the menu.
Love this place! I always enjoy movies with my kids here but today Theres no space between people!! Somebody sat next to me with no mask on! If youre going to see an action movie like Top Gun - Maverick, opt for the XD theater. The screen is massive and the sound was shaking our recliners.
This is a decent theater and the concession prices arent terrible. The only gripe I might have is that some of the recliners need repair. Sure there are jerks who pick at the vinyl and whatnot, and I cant really blame a theater for that, but when the mechanisms no longer work and they use the recliners as a draw, thats really not excusable. Sadly, this isnt the only theater with that problem, so I cant really bash them too much for that. We do go to this theater regularly and Id recommend it for people in the area.

The theaters are comfy and the arcade is nice. They go a bit too long on the ads, but overall everything seems fairly well managed. The demo chair in the lobby is non operational though. I came her twice a few weeks apart and it was down both times
Loved this place, but we were charged twice for tickets. we bought online so no wait to go see Gucci, they did try to find our first charge so we could use tickets we bought online. but no luck. so we had to buy more tickets and we didnt get to sit together. also our recliners didnt work.
Finn place to sit back and enjoy movie magic. The luxury lounges are really top class. Would definitely suggest to book the tickets a bit in advance and enjoy the XD auditorium.

The worst experience ever! We had toddlers in our group and about a 60% empty theater. Ms. Lee, a staff there walked towards us mid movie and rudely asked one of the toddlers to be quiet. She then commanded the mother of another toddler to GET OUT in a minute if the kid didnt get quieter. The staff displayed a complete lack of basic etiquette and civil conversation which is rather appalling for a big brand like Cinemark which I expect imparts minimal training for its staff. Also approaching a toddler directly instead of the parent is NOT ok. Stay away if you have tots in your group!!!
This was a beautiful theater. NOT family friendly environment AT ALL. My 3 little girls and I went to see Encanto here just a few days ago. We were in theater 8. There were 2 groups of teenagers we walked by (at least 8 kids in each group) going to our movie and leaving our movie. They were there, hanging out in the hall, the entire time. I could hear the language they were using, not quiet at all, and one girl was straddling a boy and making jokes about lap dancing. 2 movie theater workers walked by the groups and never said a word to them. I would never take my kids back to this theater.
Good power recliners. You can choose your seats during the purchase of your tickets. Frozen Jack and Cokes are decent
When it comes to watching a movie in regular theater not xD Cinema, I always prefer theaters at this location over any other cinemark around us though it is relatively farther. Large screen even in their smallest 6 row theatre, very comfortable seating, good viewing distance from the screen even from row D and powerful sound making movie watching enjoyable.

Saw Top Gun Maverick and Downton Abbey this weekend. The first time since Covid hit. I missed the movies.
Wow, I almost got lost going to the rest room. The restrooms smelled awful. Not sure if someone had just dropped a bomb or if it always smells that way..

Our first time going to this location. Im used to getting Our seats on the very top corner when we go to the movies. Well when we got there and saw our seats on the very top, I was regretting it 🤣. It was way up to the top but we enjoyed it as it was very clean !

Dated and rundown a bit. But, everything you would expect. This is our main theater, and 10/10 they have not complained me carrying in a can of soda. Popcorn is ludicrously over priced like all theaters. But buy it every time for kids. Will be back.
Overall nice aethstetic, I didnt buy any food. The place itself looks really nice, the seats are comfortable, but I do prefer the seats at like, Studio Movie grill. A pretty nice place.

Bought tickets online, got right in. Concession lines TOO LONG. We were family of 8, we spent average $15 a piece, waited 15 minutes in line. It was Christmas and grateful they were open

Get your tickets online, avoid a line. Walk right in after scanning and head to the SNACK counter. THEY LOWERED THE PRICES! We usually pass on the popcorn and cokes but it is now so reasonably priced, we pigged out! Had a great time, everyone should go because you wont be exposed to people so youre safe! Everyone working there is masked up if youre worried. First time in 1.5 yrs to see a movie, so nice!
Long time movie goer to this cinema. It has undergone a number of renovations that has improved not only the theaters aesthetics (new marquees to see movie times at the entrance and movies playing in which designated theater room, new look in concessions, etc.) but improved the movie experience with more comfortable seating, advanced audio and visual equipment, and a ever efficient and comforting staff. Come watch movies here, it awesome!!!
Very Nasty!! Bathroom was disgusting, overall whole theatre was nasty and definitely not kept to standard to prevent from COVID cleanness. This place is a walking COVID case!! Do not recommend.

First time since the Pandemic. The ticket taker was busy texting and we realized we had to turn around to give the tickets . The concessions was busy, I felt bad for the workers as there was a rude lady behind us complaining about the long lines. The young folks behind the counter were busy attending their duties and were doing a great job. Theatre was clean, experience great. Thank you.
Had a wonderful experience! Told my son, Once I sat in their recliners I dont think I could ever go back to a regular theater again! It was AWESOME!! The location was very clean and the staff were very pleasant. Had a great time!

This is my favorite Cinemark in Plano. Seats are loungers and very comfortable. The theaters are always really clean. Fast, helpful concessions. Short lines. And try a private theater sometime-it is the most fun with family & friends you can have at the movie. The XD screen is awesome if you want to go big.
I went for a private screening of Dune. It was a great experience. Everything was relatively clean and as expected. The only gripe I had is that they were a little lacking on chocolate bars. No giant Kit Kats Nestle Crunch or that sort of thing.
Comfortable seats, efficient checking me in and getting right to my movie. The bathrooms were very clean and the popcorn fresh. What more could you ask for?!

The Staff was wonderful and the movie itself was great. The trouble was and was the volume of people there and the lack of social distancing happening. I would not recommend anyone to go there unless fully vaccinated and willing to take that risk.

Nothing but great experiences here! Chairs are comfy, popcorn is tasty, my Dr. Pepper was flat once and the employee replaced it. The movies were fun and the bathrooms are always clean.

There are about 5 Cinemark theaters within similar distance to us, and we make this one our regular go to. Very spacious rows and nice luxury recliners for every seat. Always clean. And the lobby looks amazing, like old Hollywood or something. Definitely worth an upgrade to D-Box for certain movies.
The theater is old and it shows. The luxury seats are torn up and the recliner mechanism is notchy. The sound from the other theaters bled through and could be heard over the movie I was watching.... The food was too expensive and to just top it off there are no free refills. I wont be back.
Recliner seats were broken and pretty dirty. 3d movie was good though. No refill deals or bundles on soda and popcorn - I think due to covid. Definitely not the same experience as pre-pandemic... 😢

We have been going to this theatre for years and never have been as disappointed as we were today! Our seats were broken, drink holders dirty and the girl who got our popcorn for us wiped her mouth before getting our stuff! Maybe if she was wearing a mask this could’ve been prevented! Then lastly I couldn’t find a hand sanitizer stand that actually had hand sanitizer in it! 😔😔😔
Im from St Louis and I loved this place! Avg pricing for snacks but the recliners and sound are on point. Staff was a little slow but helpful once engaged.
I have so many good memories at this theater. My husband and I love it. We went on our first date here 11 years ago. We spent new years eve watching movies here and celebrating birthdays here too. Love this place and I cant wait to go back.
Love this place! Anytime my dad and I are bored we always think of the movies, and legacy never upsets. We live the seats, food, and employees! The bathrooms are always clean, and so are the seats. I do recommend opening up more ticket booths though, because at 8:00 pm on a Friday there was a long, long line, because there was only one booth open. Other than that great place!
Very unsatisfied satisfied because one of your workers wont make a special pizza for me. And I always come to this theater at least 2 time a week and I dont understand why you wouldnt make a pizza for a customer. Then why sell it if you cant do it. Plus one manager could satisfied me but the other wouldnt. I dont understand and I know it was funny to girl that work there because the second manage wouldnt so I am very disappointed in our theater.
Attendant was charging medium popcorn price for order of small popcorn bec they run out of small bags. NOT my problem if they are out of small bags. Not cool? Small order placed in bigger bag should still charge small price.
First time to the movies since the Pandemic got into full swing. So glad to be back in action! My grandson and I loved watching the big screen again with our popcorn, candy and drinks!

Been going to Cinemark since it opened. We are big movie goers. Before the pandemic, we were at the movies every Friday. Looks like some good movies are coming in the not too distant future. For sure, we will be attending. We also love movie popcorn.
Friendly staff, clean theater, and great movie selection
We love to come relax in their recliner chairs and watch a new release after a long week of work. There is a little bar area to grab a glass of wine or a Margherita, or just a bad of popcorn and a soda.

The air conditioner was not working and the service was not very good.
The theater was clean and sterile, barely anyone there, having a theater to ourselves was nice and they had tons of hand sanitizer and wipes for seats should you need extra protection after theyve sanitized.

Great movie theater as it always has been since it first opened. Unfortunately, the fear of Covid and a crummy economy appear to be sending the movie theater to a slow death. There were sparse patrons and an eerie quiet for a Saturday night. We had no issues with our visit. Clean seats, theater, and venue. Do your part - watch a movie or two before its too late!

Today me and the wife went to watch the eternals so we wanted to grab some food inside Boom everything is closed so we go to the counter ask for nachos no Nachos like where hungry we waited all day to eat there in nothing so we cancel are tickets in got a refund so disappointed this has happened multiple times there get it together
The seating is excellent and spacious. The screens and sound in the larger theaters is top notch. Concessions are fine but not great. One of my traditional go to theaters for big new releases. Aging a little but upgrading seats etc to keep up. Audience is generally lively and positive for big new shows.
Favorite place for me and my wife to come watch our movies all time. We have been coming here since the very beginning of our relationship and this is the first time Im watching it in the XD theater. Woooooooooooooo

Seating: very comfortable recliners. Personally I prefer the ones at the other Plano location; they seem a bit more comfortable. As with other locations all seats are reserved, which is convenient.Staff: excellent...friendly and fast.Food: popcorn was hot, fresh and was able to get it quickly before the movie began.Theater/experience: one minor issue, could easily hear the adjacent theater during some low volume parts of the movie I was watching. The bass near the screen was also rattling. This location shows it’s age. I’ll skip this theater for major releases in the future.Parking is very open and convenient.

Love this theatre definitely is my new favorite theatre to attend and the dbox experience was definitely worth it while watching Aladdin. The location is very clean. The snack bar was very fast pace no waiting in very long. The restrooms were very clean other theatres they barely attend them. Definitely dont be on your phone. I was rating my experience before the movie and were told to get off my phone. So thats a plus but it was before the movie. But at least they keep the policy consistent. Definitely returning
Most expensive ticket but best cinema! Extra large room and very clear image and sound! Way batter than AMC which the light bulbs looks havent changed for decades. If you are looking for big screen soft couch with great sound system here is the place!

Pre-ordered pretzels. They werent ready at the counter before movie started. Person said they just started them and would bring them to us, but my partner had to go back up front to get them 10 minutes later. When he went up there, they hadnt even started them. He missed the beginning of the movie waiting for the pretzel bites. Also, the ladies room smells like urine.
This theater has definitely upgraded! Its always been a nice theater, but love it more now because of the new seats. Very comfortable and spacious, and youre still able to move the arm rest up. Great picture and sound quality. A huge plus is that it plays international movies
Very nice and modern theater. Very comfortable reclining chairs. Surround sound is outstanding but not so loud it blows out your eardrums. Like every other movie theater the snacks are seriously overpriced. Do yourself a favor and eat before you go and pass on the $20 popcorn bucket.

Great place...Love the customer service here and want to mention about one of the managers, her name is Nadia she is great, being young and having experience to obey both angles from customers to company policy. Wow I’d give here 10out of 10. She is terrific, caring and always willing. My observation is Past 6 yrs she has carried that smile over and willing to go above and beyond for her client and customers. May want to look at her for higher promotion.Seriously.
Unfortunately the staff/management were not prepared for their Friday night “rush.” Now that things are different - a customer expects the team to be 10000% prepared and ready. They need to work on “setting up for success.”The ticket guy said the bar was closed. We walk right up to the bar which was OPEN.They weren’t stocked with any cups or utensils. We had to wait for our drinks because of this. The popcorn was cold and not dressed well with butter - when we requested extra butter. Just a disappointing experience...The only reason I’m not giving them one star is because the movie was worth the trouble with the service experience.Be better Cinemark Legacy.
Love to go see movies here. Very comfortable seats (though as an older person I get a bit cold inside the theater itself. I always take a sweater or lap robe ). They have a Starbucks in the lobby! The snack food is good.... or at least as good as any theater food. Clean and well-maintained.

I never knew this location existed until my friend invited me. This theater has an old school feel to me but it is very modern. Something about this theater brings back childhood movie theater memories and I like that.Now on to the inside, the chairs that have motorized control for reclining. I thoroughly enjoyed this! If I didnt want to see that movie, I would have been sleeping. I was super comfortable and happy.Overall, Id come here again.
Quality heater with reclining seats in their XD theatres. Great beer and wine selection and the usual snacks and whatnot. Clean facilities, approachable staff that are helpful. Tons of parking of course. Ticket prices for adults at night is about 15 so keep that in mind. Tons of Showtime usually as well.
Great service! Popcorn, snacks and drinks were brought a couple minutes after settling down in our seats. The screen and audio was superb!

Love that the seats actually reclined back
+ We were seated in theater 1 and found row D to be decent seats.- The walls in front of higher rows blocked a small part of the bottom of the movie screen.- Even row D had row C seats blocking parts of the screen if you laid down too low.+ Large movie screen.+ Volume was good, not excessively loud.+ Reclining seats were large and comfy.
Nice place to go see a movie... Bathrooms were clean and the people that works there was courteous.
I was a little worried at the small number of seats in a regular theater but once we went in I was pleasantly surprised that the reason was so that large comfortable leather (i think) loungers were in place! So worth it because everything was clean and well kept. Though the price of a ticket was rather expensive as were the concessions I look forward to returning with my young children because I feel like they dont/cant bother people since they have so much space to wiggle around in.
I love this theater and how they keep improving it. I was slightly disappointed when they removed the D-Box seats as I enjoyed the movement with the action of the film. They have replaced those seats with leather recliners and privacy walls behind them. These are extremely effective in silencing those who prefer to chat during the film at least if they arent in the same row.I also applaud that they have finally added reserved seating so there is no longer a need to stand outside the theater for 30 minutes or more to get a decent seat.
Very clean, but when asking for a large popcorn with layered in butter they hardly donit correctly
The theater was clean and well maintained except for one flaw. Had an early bird show which started at 11:15am, I arrived at 11:05 expecting to purchase food from the kitchen but was told the kitchen wasnt ready due to staff showing up a few minutes before we did. Had to settle for a hot dog 😄 which was decent enough. Dont count on the kitchen until after noon is the plan going forward. I will still go back, the D-box seat experience was great even if its a little pricey.

I love this place for going to the movies. Even now with Covid-19 happening its still an excellent place to go see movies on the big screen. Also if you and a couple close family members or close friends want to rent a theater it is so much fun! You can also see older movie which is great!
Went to watch the movie Glass. Walked in and it wasnt busy. We got concessions and the guy behind the counter was very nice a patient as we didnt really know what we wanted. The theater room was a little cold at first but it warmed up as the movie progressed. The seat are amazing, I really like the reclining seats and the fact that you can choose your seats and see what seats are available before you buy your tickets.

This place is pretty nice! Their seating is great and comfortable when compared to other similar theaters. I would definitely recommend this place to others seeking a great relaxing movie experience. Kids love the lounge chairs as well! A 5 star movie experience and I will go again.
Very nice theater. The seats are very comfortable. They have excellent access to great refreshments. I love their game arcade. It has both new and older games. They even have a Galaga machine. Fun to play 40 years later. This theater is located 5 miles from home so even in bad weather it is close enough to venture out for a movie. They also have a Buck Hunter Safari game and Aliens adventure game. Fun for the whole family
Not crowded because of Coviid. Theater is very clean and follows Covid protocols. All employees wore masks. Great lounge seats and digital sound system is fantastic.

Very comfortable seats!!! We love this place. If you ever go during the week when there aren’t a lot of people, make sure you let them know if you’re hot. They tend to keep the temperature pretty high. Apart from that, it’s perfect! Very clean and the line for snacks never takes too long
I was here couple of times and watched movies from the front seat which I usually hates to sit in front seat. But to my surprise the seats were so comfortable and they are to my surprise reclaimer chairs.I went with my wife and son they were happy too.Totally love it. Just a note that there is lot of public come to movie theater.. so you might end up parking some where far from the box office.
Love this Theatre and the reclining seats are to die for. Saw the shack and cried the whole way through. Plenty of room between the rows, with no one stepping on your feet, for making you get up so they can get into your row. Prices are very decent and you can get food delivered in there as well. Love this Theatre!!
We love this theater and see 90% of our movies here, mainly because we can reserve seats for all movies. Its clean, all theaters seem to be remodeled. Seats are super comfortable and the slope of the theaters is such that your view isnt blocked by tall people in front of you, even for little ones.
Great place, excellent staff very clean and comfortable theaters. But Im a high end AV guy and I kept hearing the sound from the next theater through the walls. How did they forget about acoustic treating inside the walls? Spent way to much on the looks and not enough where it is important. But had a good time and the rest was that good so the got a 4 🌟
Huge parking lot, wide luxury recliner chair, clean inside and outside the theater. Also good restaurants near by, I loved it and will visit again.
Very clean. Atmosphere was friendly and warm. In the theater we were in number 22 you only had rows a through e. So it was quite intimate. Comfortable reclining seats. I enjoyed my visit very much will be frequent teen again.
Now the theaters are starting to get more credit Its losing that emptiness I used to like during the pandemic but I still give four stars because its always clean nice with plenty of wipes to wipe down the area Im sitting in
I have been to this place a few times now. Its always clean and the movie quality is pretty good. One thing Ive noticed is the volume of the movies is sometimes a little low. I like them to be super loud. Its what completes the movie experience for me. But other than that, great place. Theres a little arcade to play some games if you arrive early to your movie.
I cant believe they dont serve fresh popcorn. Ugh.... The theater was clean with comfy chairs. Dont know when Ill be back
Loved the 3-D option, we picked our seats when we bought tickets. The recliners were comfy and easy to use, plenty of room for coats, purses and snacks. The restroom had no paper towels and no hook low enough for my little girl to hang her stuff inside the stall but other than that, it was great! The staff was professional and courteous.
Would be my preferred theater now ! The reclining seats are the best , also is so nice and clean is just overall an excellent movie theater. More choices of the concession stand then just popcorn and drinks.. I live in McKinney but I would make that drive to Plano from now just for comfort
We love that you can select your seats so you aren’t rushed except to get popcorn and drinks. That is probably the only downside we have experienced and one time a seat wouldn’t recline. But outside of that we never have any issues. We always go to this theater unless tickets are sold out.

Good movie going experience. The theater has been completely renovated with powered reclining seats. Although better than the previous seating, I personally find the seats to be less comfortable than AMC. This theater also features a Extreme Digital (XD) theater. If youre seeing a summer blockbuster, XD is definitely worth the extra money.

Great time at a Monty Python Watch Party! Theater was super clean, everyone had masks, sanitizer and seat wipes available everywhere. Very safe and fun to be at the movies.
You can move the armrests so you can cuddle your partner! This is better than the other cinemark theaters Ive been to. If Im in the area Ill definitely be back.
The seats are amazing. The theatre rooms and restrooms are kept neat and clean. The food is alright. The staff are very friendly. Quality of screens and sound is good. On a couple of occasions, the food service stopped by 10:30pm even though the movie was running till 00:15 (the movie started at 9:45pm). Hope they run the snack service at least till 30 mins before movie end time. If your screen # is 11 or less, park to the left of the theatre ( on the access to Legacy Dr) and park on the right if it is higher as the exits for those wings will take you very near to your parking space.Also try to avoid the top most row in case you are short/your sitting position is low; as the wall blocks some of the bottom screen space while the seat is reclined.
I am very impressed with the upgrades this place has made within the past couple years. Although the reservations and needing to choose your seat while purchasing your tickets is an accommodation i would rather live without, they provide luxury seating for their guests. Electronic lazy boys that are comfortable enough to fall asleep in. Its not the cheapest movie theater to go to, but the accommodations that they provide with the price is worth it for a special occasion, or to make the movie you have been dying to see a more memorable expierience.
Freaking sweet set up. I sat on the first row, which as we all know isnt an ideal spot, but still had a great experience. Comfy chairs, great venue, I will say my time at the concessions could have been more pleasant(the manager got involved) but the fixed my issues in a respectable way.

Went to see the Avenger last Friday. The reclining seat is not what I expected from my experience with other theater. As I sit close to the screen I would prefer to recline back a little more so that I could see better. Other than the reclining seat issue, the theater is nice and clean.
Great sound even in the little theaters
Took my toddler to her first movie! She was all over the place, but it was to be expected. This theatre is always so accommodating, with booster seats and disabled elevators it makes me happy to come to this theatre and relax with my family. Also I loved Aladdin and hope to be back next month to sit back and enjoy another great movie !!

For blockbuster movies go for the D-box . My only complain is that you have to pay Convenience Fee when you purchase tickets online...I mean isnt it Convenience for the theater to sell tickets online? Some kind of backward marketing is going on with this company...especially in times like this 🤨
I havent tried any of the new reserved seating with recliners, but the regular theater itself is fine. The digital projection is nice so that you dont have the old film scratches and stuff. The sound levels are usually good, and they have a little arcade in the lobby. I never get concessions so I cant review those. You can go right inside and pick up tickets you purchased online or just swipe your card and buy them there, bypassing the line at the box office outside. Matinee tickets are cheap!
Nice as always. Happy to find out they have kettle corn.

2022-05-07This is actually one of the cleaner theaters that I’ve ever been to. It’s actually pretty cool when you walk in it is very spacious. There is an arcade to keep the kids busy while they’re waiting for the movies. There is a bar to keep the parents busy while they’re waiting for the movies LoL everyone that we came in contact with was very nice and polite. The candy counter was not so outrageous that I felt like I was going to have to take out a loan for some candy and a water. They had the DBox chairs that have the motion and vibration throughout the movie. Those were very interesting to say the least. There are controls on them to set them from low, medium, and high. And if it gets too intense you can turn it off as well. All in all this is one of the nicest theaters that we have been to in a while. One last thing to add, the bathrooms were impeccably clean! That is very important to me in this day and age.

2022-05-05This is probably my favorite Cinemark location. I love this theater so much, not only do they play big blockbuster films but they also play smaller films and international films too! Make sure to take advantage of all the movie options at this theater. The seats are extremely comfortable and recline farther back than some other Cinemark locations. The concession stand is great and they have a nice little arcade and photo booth inside too! The Cinemark XD option is great too due to the huge auditorium, the massive screen, and the louder sound, if you’re going to see a new blockbuster, make sure you see it in XD. Cinemark Legacy also has the DBOX option here and it is great, the seat rumbles and moves along with the movie and it’s very immersive. If you haven’t tried DBOX then you’re missing out. I also like to print out my tickets to collect them and the employees at the front always print the tickets for me despite me purchasing my tickets online. This theater is run very well too and the employees are great. The Discount Tuesdays here are always a great deal too. If you’re not a Cinemark movie club member then you need to sign up, it’s a great membership deal. As you can tell I highly recommend this theater.

2022-07-10Bathroom was not clean. Once we where at our seats realize it was not as cool as the rest of the theater. However kids enjoyed the movie and had fun in the mini arcade.

2022-02-14This location is close to my house so I have been here a few times. There is a pattern... Quite a few times the seats are not very clean. Like the other comments pointed out, the seat, cup holder,... can be... sticky. And guess what. The theater is always on the hotter side. Have you ever been to a hot theater? There was a time my back was sweaty by the time the movie was done. Unbelievable. To add the cherry on top, I am pretty they are removing bad reviews also so dont trust what you are seeing on here.

2022-07-14This is one of the better theaters in East Plano area it’s off of Legacy and 75 they have reclining lounge chairs and it is very spacious and very quiet the XD theater is a very good and dope experience I tend to watch plenty of movies here it’s my theater of choice even if it isn’t the closest to my house. I’ve never had a problem with Service at this location. It’s quite busy in the evening which is expected and concessions are expensive but hey you know the deal with income the eaters.

2022-06-26The concession stand attendant was very friendly and courteous when filling our order. The reason why I only gave it 4-stars instead of 5-stars is because, 1)they werent honoring the FREE refills on the popcorn combos. 2) You had to butter your own popcorn. 3)The restroom were clean and stocked but, had a strong urine smell. Overall, the theater was not crowded, clean, and the recliners were very comfortable and we enjoyed the movie.

2022-06-06Ordered tickets online which is the best way. Got there and it was easy to retrieve tickets from kiosk. Got the snacks aka Treats as Dane Cook would say and enjoyed Top Gun, Maverick. Great theater and XD is the way to go. Had no issues with staff. Very polite and helpful throughout evening. Great experience and would recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy a movie at the theater.

2022-04-26I really enjoy seeing movies at this location. It is always clean and they usually have the films I would like to see in the theater. The staff is kind and helpful. My only complaint is I regularly sit near people talking during the film. This is not the theaters fault though.
