Awful. Truly, honestly, awful. Ive never interacted with an organization that worked so hard to do nothing. I just had one bin not serviced with no explanation given. Its not that they missed my house, I have 2 bins and only one was serviced. Both were right next to each other. Why? Your guess is as good as mine.

As an employee truck driver perspective the job is not that good they expect you to drive p.o.s trucks mirrors , packer doesnt pack so everything you pick up falls off , mirrors falling off , taillights falling off NO A/C with this 100 + degrees weather and on top off that you cant even take a 5 min break when your supervisor calls you 2 times because you didnt pick up fast enough saying what are you doing? Where are you at? In a bad tone voice like come on man cant I take a lunch breake or a 5 min break its too Damm hot in the truck with no A/C to not stop and take a break

I have been dealing frequently with a lack of recycling pickup. I have called and sent requests online with no response. It shows the case closed only on the next week’s regularly scheduled pickup day. My recycling was missed the past two consecutive weeks but my case number showed yesterday that the case was closed which means it had been picked up. It was not. Today was my scheduled day and my house was missed again. I was outside when a sanitation worker by the name of Sledge drove by. He was not responsible for recycling, only sanitation, but took the time to get someone on the phone with the promise to pick it up which they did. Sledge went well beyond his responsibilities to help me when no one else had even acknowledged my complaint. The city of Dallas should commend him for his caring and helping to solve my problem. The only reason I am rating the service with 2 stars is because of him, otherwise it would be zero.

Very poor service! I took my recycling cart a few minutes late right when the truck was next door at my neighbors house I let them know to come get it their response was “we don’t pick up recycling carts” when the recycling cart was painted on the truck!!! This has happened a few times! It shouldn’t have been much of a hassle.

The City of Dallas Sanitation has poorAlmost a weekly occurrence. when they don’t pick up my trash, when you the worker act like don’t care they are rude you never get a call back but they want to raise the prices to pay the worker but they can pick up trash it time to gets These are the nastiest laziest workers I have ever seen

On March 1 2019, my sister and I were trying to jump start her car. We were struggling to get the cable connection to work. The bulk sanitation crew happened to be picking up trash on my street. They stopped and helped us jump start my car. They were very polite and went way beyond their job description. I appreciate and THANK them.

Very good if you need construction waste pick up service. Nice officers, quick response and super convenient. You can make payment on the phone and they came to pick up all the trash right after the day we paid. Other service like bagster bags is about $150 for a huge bag (3000lbs max). With this, only $151 for 3 bags (same size) and another huge brush. Very satisfied.

I have not received bulk trash pick up in two months. I have called with no response. The hold time is long just to be hung up on. This is unacceptable as I pay taxes for my property and a water bill.

Ridiculous! Go find another job if you can’t do this one right! Thrift store is hiring down the street from my house because I bet you don’t have an education which is why you’re working in sanitation in the first place

The Customer doesnt matter to this Department. No matter how many times you call they wait at least 3 weeks to return your call. Even though the City raised our price to pay and The Service is Horrible!
