I have lived here for 5 months and it has been the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. The community is peaceful and inviting. The residents are kind. The grounds are well kept. Maintenance is prompt and respectful. Rose Solis has done not only my move in, but my grandmother’s move in as well and she has been so helpful and attentive. That’s right, I like it so much, I had my grandmother move here too. Amazing little complex with lots of shopping and restaurants near by.
I have been living here for a year now. I moved into a one bedroom last year, then upgraded to a 3 bedroom in March. Rose helped me with the transition from the one to the three. She has been helpful with anything I need every since. She has helped me with mail issues, getting copies made, and just being there to answer any questions. Thanks Rose for all you have been doing, especially during COVID! This has been a delightful place to live. The neighbors are AMAZING as well!!Clint
I moved here almost a year ago and I can honestly say this is the best apartment I’ve ever lived at. I never had any major problems with the apartment itself or the property. The minor problems I did have were solved within 24 hours. When I moved in, I got a GREAT rate working with Rose. The staff is great but especially Rose because she was the one I worked with. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you are in the market for an apartment in the Keller/Fort Worth area.
We’ve been here almost a year and so far it’s been good. After about 9 months I needed a bigger place so to keep from breaking my lease I inquired about simply moving to a larger apartment with them, most places will not allow that so I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to do so. It was a very easy process even with covid policies in place. Rose helped me at move-in the first time so it was nice to have her help again for the swap. Maintenance is always so great and friendly as well!
While I don’t live at City Parc, my company provides construction services for the community and has done several projects there over the last few years. Marixa is great to deal with - Very responsive, detailed and professional. You can tell she takes pride in the property and truly cares about the residents. The community is always clean and landscaping is beautiful. You can’t beat the location in a quiet residential area with tons of restaurants and shops nearby.
I moved here from Mississippi about a year and a half ago without barely viewing the apartment. Apartment turned out to be great and the office staff is too but the maintenance team is what keeps the grounds nice especially Leo!! He is always so informative and prompt when/if I have to put in work orders. Leo is also always nice and courteous. All in all we wont be leaving until we find the perfect house.
I have lived here at City Parc for over a year now and it is wonderful. Keke and Rose in the office are amazing. Anytime I have needed help they are always so friendly and quick to solve the problem. Our maintenance team is the best. They take care of any problems quickly and efficiently as well as keeping the grounds in perfect condition so I can be proud of where I call home.
We are so happy to have chosen City Parc at Keller. Rose Solis has been amazing from the beginning and has helped us with every step along the way. She truly has gone above and beyond. She showed us the apartment virtually since we are out of state and has provided valuable information to us.
We are a General Contractor that has been working with City Parc at Keller since 2017. Weve done numerous upgrades & repairs at the property. Just this year alone we have done carport repairs, perimeter fence work, carpentry & paint repairs to keep the property up to date. Marixa and her team have always been extremely responsive and professional, they are a dream to work with!
Nice area, great school district, friendly neighbors so far and convenient location to shops, movies/entertainment, dining, spas etc.I just don’t like the sticker “vinyl” floors. They will peel over time with normal wear and tear and then dirt and debris gets underneath it and it makes the floors look even cheaper. I wish they would fix the 3 stickers that are peeling up for no charge.
I rented at City Parc over a year ago. The entire experience was awesome. From the staff to the maintenance team to the overall complex my experience has been amazing. Keke has continued to deliver amazing customer service even though Im no longer a resident. Keke recently assisted me with a rental verification in record time. I will recommend this complex to anyone.
Keke is a so great to work with! Her enthusiasm and good energy is contagious.Marixa is generous and encouraging with her team, and she always makes everything a collaborative endeavor.Im sure the residents at this property are always met with care. Their communication and follow up is always excellent. So appreciate their support of our company! Andee with Texas Southwest Floors
I’ve lived here over a year now & Keke has been nothing but amazing towards me and my fellow tenants. Especially during this pandemic. The apartments are safe, neighbors turn into family and friends and they continue to keep the pool sterilized during the summer so we could continue to use it as well as keeping the gym safe for all to use. 10/10 recommend living here - ask for Keke if you have any questions. ❤️
We’ve been living in these apartments for almost 2 years I believe. City Parc at Keller has been an amazing place for us to rent from. The staff members are friendly, the community is nice, and they swiftly have handled my issues, and make us feel taken care of. This was our first rental experience, and it has been amazing. Thanks Marixa for your wonderful service, and management at these apartments.
Now Im an honest reviewer, I wouldnt say something is great if it wast. Ive lived in apartments my whole life and City Parc has to be the best. The way they talk to you, is like your not asking of too much or your not bothering them. All the office staff and maintenance staff are so genuine and so ready to help and go that extra mile for you. I love it here. I really hope all of them are healthy and being safe and I wish their families the same.
We are a vendor for City Parc at Keller and have really enjoyed working closely with them over the last 4 years. Marixa has been our go to contact at that property and she has always been so helpful and delightful to work side by side with. We look forward to working with them in the years to come!
I am a Vendor with a large company that serves this community. I have been fortunate to work with Marixa and Jerry for several years. We always look forward to helping this community as they are super responsive and always looking to make the community beautiful. WHILE I dont live here, I see the tremendous pride this team has for the residents who call City Parc at Keller Home.
I have been working with Marixa, Keke and Rose as a vendor for the past two years and they have always been awesome!! They are always quick to respond when I need information or updates. Whenever I visit the property, they are always welcoming and very professional. I look forward to continuing our working relationship for many years to come!
We have been living here since July 1, 2019 and absolutely love it here. The office staff especially Kekebhave been absolutely wonderful. The kindness and professionalism is excellent. We are a retired couple and Keke has been outstanding in making sure all our needs have been met from showing us the apartment we were needing to following up with any maintenance issues. The staff here including the maintenance staff is outstanding. The maintenance request is answered within 24 hrs or less and the crew again are most helpful and professional. I would recommend City Park of Keller to anyone who needs apartment living but a homey family atmosphere. Kudos to Keke and the staff of City Park of Keller. We love it here and Good Lord willing plan to remain a resident here for a very long time.
Moved here in the middle of a pandemic and they made it so easy. My families transition into our new home was easy from application to move in. KeKe has been such a great help during my time here. She’s always a available to answer my questions and work to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Nice quiet place, well maintained, landscaping always kept up, plenty of parking for everyone, management is awesome. Even when weve had any kind of issue they promptly resolve it and its never hard to contact anyone or get replies. The size and space of the apartment is great for the price. Lots of little touches that make it feel like walking into a house rather than an apartment. The vaulted ceilings and molding along with the higher tech inside, def a step up than most Ive seen- would reccomend this place for a small family, couples or even single room mates. Neighbors are all friendly. Im going on 3rd year here because I enjoy living here so much! :)
I just moved in. It was an unexpected move and in the middle of my crisis, Rose came in and made things so easy. Her communication and assistance with everything was so unexpected. My work schedule is crazy, and I needed a place ASAP and Rose made it happen. The only downside was I have not been able to interact with her face to facee to COVID-19 , and Id just like to personally show my gratitude. It is always nice when you find the silver lining in the storm clouds.
I have no complaints about the unit. Its been well maintained and its a decent size for the price. I barely hear my neighbors at all, which is a blessing. My biggest complaint is the parking! It is simply a nightmare. There are cars that have not moved in the entire time that Ive been here for almost 2 months. Per the office staff, maintenance is supposed to tag cars that have not moved. That must not be the case. To make matters worse, there are no wheelchair accommodations parking spots near my building. Im also told that they can not reserve a spot closer to my building. That is ridiculous to say the least.
My wife and I have lived at several different apartment complexes and this one has been our favorite. We have an upgraded two bedroom two bath unit on the first floor with a backyard. We have dark brown wood patterned floors, carpets in the bedrooms, tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, grantir countertops with great back splash. We are 9 months in on a 13 month lease and plan on renewing. They have a convenient online payment site we use with auto pay.We really dont have any complaints. The office staff is great! Every couple month theres a mandatory maintenance of all units. The maintenance guys come in and check the plumbing, a/c filters, faucets, etc. The common grounds are always clean. There are a lot of kids that play outside, and being on the first floor, inevitably theres going to be loud walking on the floor above you. Thats apartment living though and it doesnt bother us.Thank you City Parc for being a great place to call home.
I want to specifically shout out Leo for fixing my kitchen sink on short notice. I woke up to a minor flood in my kitchen. This was outside of normal office hours but within 5 minutes Leo came over and instantly got to work. Leo was able to fix the sink and even cleaned up the spilled water while he worked. I am very glad Leo was able to help!
Once moving in I was highly convinced that this would be a wonderful new home for my daughter and I. We moved in November of 2019. Since then, we have found no success resolving the constant noise issues of our upstairs neighbors. I was requested to send audio recording of the noise, and I have done so several times. Nothing has been done! The emails I received in return are not even grammatically correct. The level of unprofessionalism I have experienced here has been extremely disheartening.
Most of 11 years tenancy has been uneven, to be frank. Initially, relationships with maintenance and office staff were congenial and very positive. Things needed to be done got done, though understaffed. After new ownerahip was established /BH Management/ and new site management installed at/about six years, the multiple changes of maintenance staff teams were in constant flux; thus, a very uneven delivery of basic maintenance upkeep. The past two+ years have seen positive steps at timely delivery of necessary maintenance as unit(s) have aged. Office management staff has stabilized and improved. Rental lease length and payment options have become rather sophisticated and intrangetent, to put it mildly. A thirteen month electronic lease system is now the norm/ maximum, which makes it more difficult for older, original tenants to plan longer term. Over the past three years rents and mandatory services/fees have increased more than 5% per lease term, without equal improvements in unit/building/carport infrastructures. There is no consistent, reliable tenant voice, such as this forum, to discuss timely delivery of necessary basic services. New services, while not always effective, have been quickly implanted without much, if any tenant feedback. Improved services such as automated package delivery, trash valet, rental payment surcharges, etc. have been force-fed without tenant input. Basics such as pest control, entry/exit gate malfunctions, lawn/pool maintenance, internal street infrastructure have all, it seems, become long in the tooth from a priority standpoint. Office management has done yeomen work and efforts toward improvements despite obvious upper management and ownership constrictions. Our overall grade, considering multiple tenant requirements and tenant responsibilities, is three stars on five-star scale. BH Management/Ownership ought pay greater attention to honest staff/tenant suggestions and feedback.
A good price in a nice area. The apartments were nice, management was friendly. The only issues seemed to be kids leaving their bikes laying around in the breeze-ways and owners not picking up after their dogs (so avoid walking in the grassy areas). Neither of those things are unique to City Parc, though, and I would recommend it.
We moved into the complex at the end of October 2016. The carpet in the apartment was is in very bad shape and given that my family has allergies we expressed the importance of having it replaced. After some discussion with and evaluation by Stephanie and the property manager, they agreed to replace the carpet. The work was complete in about 48 hours. We greatly appreciated their quick help. We had decided to rent a washer and dryer in the unit, and due to a miscommunication, it wasnt in the apartment when we moved in. However, again, Stephanie was on it and got the washer and dryer delivered and installed in the apartment much sooner that we expected while we were out. My husband and I have had very positive interactions with the management team so far who have exceeded our expectations. Although there are a couple of maintenance things pending (at the time of this post), we expect them to be resolved very well, given the good faith efforts weve seen so far.
Excellent service! Marixa is the best, Keke is amazing and Rose is always willing to help. The office staff is a true gift. Maintenance is quick and efficient. I have been here for a while and this is the best management team weve had at City Parc. Thank you for your service.
Let me preface this by saying this place is awful, do not come here, if i could give 0 stars i would. I started living here several months ago by replacing a previous roommate on a lease. When i was filling out the roommate transfer paperwork, i was helped by Catherine. This woman at the front is a snake. She will literally tell you anything that you want to hear to get you to sign the lease and then screw you over on every item. Here are some examples: this apartment has carpets that were absolutely ruined by the previous tenant (pt) and his dog, i asked Catherine if the pt was responsible for making sure that the carpets were fixed. She said yes, that was the only reason i signed the paperwork. A week later the carpet are still ruined and we cant get in contact with the pt. I talked to catherine about it and she denied everything she said before and stated that i was now on the hook for all damages to the apartment caused by the pt. Another example is when we signed the roommate transfer paperwork, i asked if i got the key now, since i was officially transferred, Catherine said no because she had not created the new lease. Catherine finally created the new lease several weeks later and when in then asked about the key to my apartment that a stranger now had, she denied everything she said and stated that i would have had to have gotten the key from the tenant beforehand during the roommate switch. I asked her if they were going to replace the locks because A STRANGER had the key to the apartment where my girlfriend and i live, she said that wasnt her problem and i would have to pay some ridiculous amount to get the locks changed or even get my own key to my apartment. So for a month and a half a stranger had the key to my apartment until i was finally able to track him down and get the key. Another incident is that the pt had a pet, that the tenant who is still here paid the deposit for, i asked Catherine if the pet was taken and i got a cat two weeks later, if i had to pay the pet deposit again since the apartment was already wrecked by this dog. Catherine stated that i would only have to pay 200 for the additional pet fee. When i got my cat, went to register it and the person i met at the office stated that because the previous animal was moved off of the lease i would have to pay the pet deposit of 400 again instead of the 100 for a new pet (catherine did state 200, idk why when 200 was not any of the options). I told the lady of my talk with Catherine and she said, I dont think Catherine would say something like that, she knows our policies, sorry you have to pay the 400. If for some reason, you do decided to live here, get absolutely everything in writing, these people do not care one bit about customer service and just refuse to work with Catherine the snake at all.
We moved here from out of state (Rhode Island to be exact) and had the greatest experience. Markicia Anderson (Keke) was SUPER helpful. When I called for a quote, Keke took over my file and made sure that we were as comfortable and informed as possible. It was a lovely experience I never expected. From quote to move in - I couldn’t and wouldn’t have changed a thing - perfection!
Unfortunately 0 stars isn’t an option.Let’s start from the beginning, when my now husband and I were apartment searching we came across here. At first it was great because they were nice apartments (so we thought) and were affordable. We were shown a MUCH nice apartment thinking it would be the same...WRONG. It was way different. When we first got our keys we went down and thought they had made a mistake and then Matt referred to “the fine print”. I let it go even though I was super upset.Over the course of a few months we notice HUGE cracks that started to form that were not there in the beginning. TURNS OUT THEY FAILED TO MENTION THE FOUNDATIONAL ISSUES OUR BUILDING HAD at this point I was 5 months pregnant... one morning I got ready and went to open the door and to my surprise we were locked into our apartment with no way out on the second story because the door had collapsed on itself making it impossible to open any door. HUGE SAFETY ISSUE... stay clear of building 13 do not rent there. The parking is AWFULThe management is terrible and rude...there’s ALWAYS hidden fees and tricks. Living here was hell. They aren’t compassionate, caring, personable, or good at customer service. Please don’t live here for your own sanity.
My wife and I moved here from Utah! Quite a trip to make! Stephen could not have been a better help to us... he called and followed up with us every step of the way. He made an intimidating move become a fun experience! City Parc at Keller is amazing, and we are even MORE thrilled now that we are here in person. Clean apartments, great staff, and good environment. Thank you, City Parc at Keller!
Gererdo D. the maintenance technician is a professional person with a lot of experience in his field. The times I have requested maintenance in my apartment, Gerardo fixes it in less than 24 hours, he always does it with a good attitude and with a big smile. Thanks Gerardo!!
City parc at Keller staff is amazing Markicia and Marixa are always there to help. If you’re looking for a new place to call home with amazing management and maintenance staff this is the right place for you. City parc at Keller is by far the best place I have lived in over the years. Thanks Markicia and Marixa for all your help
This is probably my last year here. Theyre way too expensive. Also, guess how much a ONE bedroom is if you need to do a month to month lease, $2,858/month! There are mortgages that are not $2,858 per month. I thought my usual $1,060/month after fees/water was bad enough.Nothing comes with that price but the fees. No water, internet, parking spot... NOTHING! Dont even get me started on the parking. Youd be lucky to get a spot in the lot at all, let alone by your building.Needless to say, Im counting down the days to vacate.
Hello,I have lived here for about 10 months now and all was well until about a week ago my vehicle was broken into and had theft as well at this complex. This incident cost me an unexpected $1,900. The apartments DO NOT have parking lot cameras, this means that I have no way of holding anyone accountable for the damages and theft. (5) days pass by as I was having my vehicle repairs and service done in Arlington, TX (my trash piled up to 3 bags). I was unable to use the mandatory valet service that I pay $30/ a month for.. When I returned I received a bill on my door saying I made a violation for using 3 bags and not the single bag trash can. I tried to speak with the apartments to show a little decency with me and work with me and they could careless and will not do anything to help either situation I am in at a place that I should feel comfortable calling home. Please look elsewhere, unless you want to be treated and looked at as a # without ANY compassion for the situation at their property.
If you are considering living here - read this first. I own a small family owned business in DFW. The manager of the apartments - Kiki Anderson called our company to book a paint party for a community event for 25 residents (weve done hundreds of paint parties at different apartment complexes). The artist drove to our warehouse and picked up 6 tables, 25 chairs, and 3 heavy boxes of equipment for the party. After he arrived and began setting up the manager came to him and informed him that she did not have the money to pay for the paint party. She said she would like to pay for the party at a later date. The artist informed her that we are just like any other business out there - we take payment at the time of service - we need to get paid for our work. She basically said well, I dont have the money for this paint party which I called and booked so you can go ahead and leave. Weve done thousands of paint parties all over DFW and we have never experienced this type of treatment before. She probably told all the residents who were signed up for the paint party to take a hike as well. Im really perplexed that this company just thinks its OK to treat people that way and I imagine they treat the tenants of their property poorly as well. I would not want to live here.
Here are rough estimates of the monthly charges break down. These are all pretty much city charges related to water/sewage, along with the complexs additional fees (unless theyve changed valet trash/package fees):Mandatory valet trash- $30Allocated trash (in addition to the above)- $11Mandatory package receiving fee- $7Allocated pest -$8 (Ive never actually seen anyone servicing the units)Allocated drainage- $2.61Allocated sewer- $8Allocated water- $5.50Sewer base- $1.65Water base charge- $4.62Water/sewage admin- $1.70Service fee $3Typical total to add to your rent- roughly $83.08 (not the best, not the worst). Just wanted to list those for anyone wondering only.My issue... PARKING! If your unit faces the back of the building, you may be okay. If youre facing Beach st., forget it.
Do not live here. Dont trust 5 star reviews, theyre most likely fake or from someone before BH Management took over. Heres an honest review from someone who actually lived here.1. They will not, and do not honor quotes given on tours:We got the floor plan, quote, lease terms, etc. We applied online the next day to lock in the price and unit. When we came in to sign the lease, they gave us a new quote for $250 higher than what was quoted on tour. After a pretty intense verbal argument, we settled on $25 higher than originally quoted. We were told to take it or leave it. We signed because we already shelled out $200 for the application fee. Theyll probably tell you, oh read the fine print it says quotes are good for only 24 hours contingent upon renters insurance, pay stubs, blah blah blah. Regardless, would you want to live somewhere where they dont honor the price that got you in the first place?2. Hidden fees and double charges:There are many, many miscellaneous fees they do not disclose in the office. In addition to valet trash, there is an added allocated trash amongst other things. We have had mistaken fees reversed before. Theyve double charged us before as well. Billing systems fail online. Then they mysteriously took away the ability to view the history online... pretty shady. We had to watch our bills meticulously in fear of mistakes or overcharges. More on this later, Ill post additional reviews with snapshots of my bills so you guys can see what youre really getting into before renting here.3. Toxic Bathtub, being homeless, and contractors breaking your personal belongings:This one was crazy. My bathtub started peeling. I put in a work order. They claimed 12 hours was all that was needed. We returned 24 hours later, and the whole place was unbreathable... toxic powder everywhere. We had to clean a lot of it ourselves. We could not live there for another 24-48 hours. Then the bathtub started peeling again due to poor installation. They failed to send in a second contractor to fix it. Long story short, they forced us out and left us homeless for about 7 days while they were scrambling to find someone reliable to fix the bathtub. We had to endure toxic fumes. We basically had no place to stay. FYI: bathtub resurfacers have had fatal accidents from breathing in these fumes. Of course, City Parc makes you sign a waiver waiving their liability. Oh, and they broke a wooden sign I had on my door and didnt bother to glue it back together.EDIT: photos below4. He said, she said, who said, and extra charges:They flip flop on things all the time. They went back on their word so much that they recommended I communicate in writing going forward, in the event we need evidence. For instance, we were told we did not need an electric number to move in and we can get it to them later. We got it to them 2 days after move in, and they charged us a $50 penalty fee because the electricity was not set up. Of course, we told them thats not what were told in the office, and then they asked do you have this in writing? I asked some neighbors about this, and they experienced the same thing and are still trying to get their $50 back. Very, very shady. Again, take what they say with a grain of salt.Do your own research folks. A lot of people are moving to Texas, and we just want to give out a forewarning. Theres plenty of other good apartments out there. We definitely did not renew after the 6 month was up.
I no longer live here but I had to give a review and thank Marixa for all her help when we moved to Texas 2 yrs ago.. She was very helpful and knowledgeable especially about the area and school zones.. I enjoyed our stay at City Parc for the 1 yr and the half we were there and will definitely recommend for anyone hunting for a quiet and clean apartment
Living at this complex was an absolute and utter nightmare. The office people care very little about you, and will jump at a chance to make your day miserable. Ive truly never seen anything like it.-They tacked on an extra charge and I literally could not get to the bottom of why they did so, and had to ask over and over and over, and then finally get the manager involved, who basically told me I was overreacting and didnt have a right to be concerned.- I was waiting inside to speak with someone at the office about an issue, but the person working there was speaking with a couple. I stepped just outside the front door and before you know it was locked out because they closed. They knew I had been waiting, and could see me standing just outside. All I had was a basic question.- Had an issue with my paycheck going through at my job, and asked to have my rent extended. At first they told me they could work with me, but then went back on their word saying We just dont do that here. later found out they did it for my neighbor with no questions asked.- Maintenance left loads of trash, ceiling fans, carpet, cables, etc. outside the front door of an apartment on the same floor as us for over a month. It was unsightly and we were embarrassed to have company over. We asked multiple times for them to clean it up and basically got ignored. There are plenty of other instances but those are the big ones. By far the worst apartment I have ever lived in, wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
It is an excellent place to live, the apartment in excellent condition and the common areas are very clean.City park at Keller is a lovely place, the people are very friendly, the staff is very attentive to solve any needs of the residents, Rose Solis is a very kind person and her attention has been very satisfactory
This was a great place to stay, and I did like it there. But management must have changed and were very unhelpful by the end. I was late at getting my keys in the day of move out by 10mins, due to me being out of town, so I called them saying my girlfriend was going to bring them by and made a wrong turn but is down the street, and when my she got there, she stood outside with the keys and the ladies inside just sat and shook their heads with the doors locked and wouldn’t grab the keys.I understand being late was my fault, I apologize for that, but having the workers inside just sitting and staring at her shaking their heads when they knew she was coming to just drop of keys in my eyes is upsetting.
Ive lived at City Parc at Keller for a year and a half now. Initially I loved everything about City Parc at Keller. The overall look and size of the apartments are great, friendly residents and nice amenities. And to start I enjoyed the Management team.......but just like Nathan Weinstock mentioned in his review, this quickly changed. Particularly regarding issues with the Management, their lack of communication and the valet trash topic. I was fined once for $25 for having 1 too many bags (3 total). So I paid it and made it a point to never do that again. I was aware now too of the no bags on the ground, they must be stacked. Im fine with that and thats what my husband and I do. Really the only time we have more than one bag is on Sundays since they dont pick up on Friday or Saturday. Some time passes and then I get a note on my door for a $50 dollar charge for a trash bag on the ground. This isnt possible I thought to myself, were diligent about making sure we dont do this, because who wants to pay an additional $25 dollars to a service that youre already paying for monthly. Not only that, but this was a $50 dollar charge. So I go into the office and talk to Stephanie about this. She says that they (City Parc at Keller Management) arent the ones who charge for this, but that she will talk to the valet company to see if they can drop the charge. Maybe a week and half passes and I get an email from her saying that shes sorry but the charge cant be removed. So I reply to her and ask to speak with whom makes the charge because I feel there is a discrepancy. I didnt hear anything back from her for over a month. So I send a follow up email. It takes her 2 more weeks to get back to me and then says that I have to contact BH Managment through the City Parc at Keller website. Ok, I dont mind doing this - because when you know youre being unfairly charged $50 you arent going to just want to pay it. So I email BH Management and then sent an email to Stephanie letting her know I sent the email. I never hear anything from Stephanie and I never hear anything from BH Management. I do however get a notice on my door that says if I dont pay the $50 balance on my account that I will be evicted in 3 days. Ive never been so floored!!!!!! Of course now Im going to pay the $50 because my family and I dont want to be evicted.....but seriously the biggest BS Ive ever dealt with in my life. I will not be renewing my lease and I dont recommend living here due to the horrible communication and unfair charges from the management team and the owners.
Definitely one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. They put people with kids on the 3rd floor and they dont do anything about noise control. They claim they have a courtesy officer which I have never seen or been able to reach in these incidents. Something is always broken and my lights keep flickering in my apartment. When you ask some of the staff anything, they act like its a bother. They also dont believe that a running toilet can raise your water bill which is why it took months to correctly fix mine. Run away!
After Apartment shopping all day with my son and feeling unwelcome in every leasing office we entered. We finally found the perfect place to call home. Upon entering the leasing office, we were greeted by Krystine who had a big smile on her face. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the community. We did not feel rushed and felt so welcomed. After the tour we decided this was the perfect place for our son Adam.Thank you Krystine Gil, I wish there were more consultants like you..
My niece went to see the apartments and they made her give $250 for application and deposit. She was intructed to fill application online which is only in english and she does not speak english. They declined her and did give her the deposit back because the application was incomplete so she lost $150. Very unfair nobody to speak spanish, no one to help her fill the application and its her fault. I wonder how many applicants go thru this and they keep making money out of people. Lets see what they have to tell the news on how they take advantage of the struggling people. In regards to the response below. Yes it was the Keller property. I personally spoke to the person and she said money was not refundable. My nieces name is Zulma Rodriguez look for the payment and refund it, please!
The highest peak I have been rented 26 apts here for 2 years now, it seems the Management has been changed a lot lately.....and also feeling bless to have Stephen Shoff is backed to service us again..Recently, leading by Marixa and their team, Keke, Katherine and Robert, their service are getting Top Notch again!!! Hopefully they really can keep up with it, thanks
It was a nice place to live until BH Management took over in 2014. Added unnecessary fees and not staff friendly. Service calls were handled promptly however you would have to make a 2nd service call for the same thing before it was properly fixed. No longer a resident.
I want to give them a 4 or 5 star, i really do.... but I cant. :(The good - Pool, workout room, front office has a pool table you can use during business hours, The RESIDENTS who live there are kind and respectful. All in all, exactly where youd want to live.... except...The bad - dog poop in most grass areas and on a few places on the sidewalk. The UGLY - on site management cares little for or about you. Where your interpretation of any policy comes into play they will not only ignore you, they will charge you $25 each time. Also when it comes to complaints about noise violations or other things that they cant charge you for, they simply do not care, they will take your complaint and do nothing with it. One of the perks that would be on the good list if the local management didnt ruin it by picking it apart is they have is something called Valet trash pickup with the company Valet Waste. if you put your trash outside your door in the branded Valet Waste container they pick it up. Great yes! well it would be yes if the onsite management didnt pick apart the rules and give you a $25 violation fee each time no matter if it is the same issue or a different one(example: didnt bring in can in the morning, violation, put bags out next to their branded trashcan, violation (This is despite valet wastes own policy if you have more than one bag it simply says that they wont take excessive amounts and can only take so much from each unit. That makes sense as they still take it without issue) City Parcs interpretation of this is if you have more than one bag you have to stack it in the trashcan..... Seriously? you can usually stack 2 bags and hope the top bag doesnt blow/fall over but what if you have 3 in the night? Nope Violation. Put just trash bags out without their branded trashcan, violation. No first warning, just the violation fee... Come on City Parc management you can do better than this!( Oh and that violation money does NOT go to Valet waste... no it goes to the local City Parc management! They wont even take the branded trashcan that you have to use back if you dont want to use the service! you are FORCED to pay their monthly fee whether you use them or not and cant toss the can because if you move out and dont have the can there you will be fined again.)
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DONT LIVE HERE AND IF YOU DO MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING OR THEY WILL CHARGE YOU TRUMPED UP CHARGES WITHOUT PROOF. I HAD ACTUAL PICTURES OF THE UNIT AFTER IT WAS VACATED ANF THEY NEVER SHOWED ME ANY PICTURES OF THE SO CALLED DAMAGE AFTER I REQUESTED THEM. DONT DO IT.
I have lived here for going on three years now, I really love the location and my apartment, but when I had an issue with the carpet in my apartment they came out to inspect and said that I had a dog and they were not going to fix carpet, I’ve never had a dog in my apartment and for $18,000 a year you would think they would fix the carpet, but not no, my carpet is still messed up at the entrance of both bedrooms, it looks awful from what I’m paying per month, almost $1500.
City park they buy you $ 250 for the application and then in less than 24 hours they send you a gmail and they write to you thank you for everything it was not qualified apologize the inconveniences do not analyze they only want the money thanks if they continue like this they go for low

2022-02-18While in relocation, Rose Solis has been a major help to me. I was nervous and scared about the outcome of my whole process but just hearing the calm aptitude and assuring tone in her voice made it feel as though she really cared and was there to help me as much as I needed it. I know I annoyed her (she just won’t tell me) but it seemed as though I did not matter. I really appreciate service like she provided me. Because of that, I am very optimistic that my new venture here will be one of the best yet….

2022-01-14Have a friend that lives here that had a good experience, so I decided to go ahead and lease without looking at the apartment. Moved from out of state, didn’t have time. The process was good. Got my keys, and was extremely unhappy with the cleanliness. I was told they could have the housekeeper come in again, but the only thing that changed was the floors got dirtier. There are stains next to the toilet, backsplash and underneath the cabinets were greasy, cabinets are dirty and falling apart, the cabinets weren’t even dusted off, random stains all over doors, dirty light switches and electrical covers, along with evidence of cockroaches. I was told I could hire a cleaning crew if I am “not satisfied”

2022-05-18This place has given my family issues since day 1! First our move in dates were pushed back several days. We were moving in from California and did a virtual tour, spoke with our rep at city parc countless times, and we were EXTREMELY disappointed that our apartment came with the worst blinds, no shower rods, and so many issues to be fixed. Since then, weve had countless issues with the front office and their sense of urgency on issues such as loose dogs chasing my daughter and husband. Right now we are paying for services that dont exist including trash and the amazon hub. Getting any unnecessary fees removed are near impossible and Im absolutely convinced all 5 stars here are bought or from management themselves because talking with my neighbors and residence, we all hate it here. Every issue weve had has been our fault and they have given VERY LITTLE help with anything. Theres nothing here thats great including the gym thats dirty and doesnt provide wipes to clean off equipment. Please look elsewhere for once you move in, all the hospitality fades away REAL quick.

2022-06-25This community doesnt allow Fedex or ups packages to deliver at home and forces the residents must use 3rd party package services fetch package which charges $18/month. Not cheap on top of that service is terrible. I got a package alert my package was received, I immediately scheduled for delivery in the evening 2 hour window. Just 5 min after the start of delivery window time I got message your previously scheduled time no longer available. As the package is important for me I want to pickup at warehouse but it closed at 5pm Saturday. No way to pickup or deliver on the day I need. Why should residents must pay this amount with a terrible service??

2022-02-19We were in the market for a new unit. Rose Solis Was super friendly and took time to show us the great property and amenities. She then explained the leasing process and we now look forward to calling City Parc home. Thanks Rose Solis!

2022-03-02Worst place ever.So many charges every month for no reason. My 1st experience was the maintenance I had to wait almost 3 months for them to fix my bathroom they kept saying I have 2 bathrooms I can use the 2nd one which it makes no sense if I have to use one bathroom why Im paying rent for two bathroom apartment?Last thing happened and it was ridiculous when I was making my monthly payment on February the 3rd around 12 midnight after I got back from work.I had some technical issues and I had to reload the page few times and it ended up making the payment at 12:10 AM February 4th they charged me a $150 just Because of this 10 minutes.Ridiculous

2021-12-04Most horrible place to live. We lost our little pet, as it was attacked by a mixed pitbull, not allowed by policy (owner left and leasing office refused to help to find the owner). We got Amazon package stolen but the worst part is that management is absent, people at leasing office don’t care and provide totally useless (and stupid) answers. Worst experience ever in life! This place, at $2000/month lease, should be torn down
