Let’s face it everyone is competing for your business these days and every car company has all the bells and whistles. What makes the real difference is the people behind the product and Classic Kia has some great people! From the time you walk in until you walk out you are treated like a friend. Mrs Carla, my sales person, was by far the best though! She answered all my questions, spoke to me like a real person and treated me like royalty. ASK FOR CODY!!! I think we were there every bit of 2 hours, not counting the time it took to detail the car. Could not say enough great things about Classic Kia! I ordered my 2022 Kia Telluride without personally seeing it. I walked in and was greeted By Drexel and told him what I was interested in as well as features and color. He brought my car to life and had it shipped to the lot. I had a great experience at this dealership. I have been attempting to purchase a car from across the country which in itself poses difficulties. Not to mention add on top the current supply chain issue. My sales rep was Cassey Wilcox and I cannot tell you how great she has been through the experience. Extremely responsive, helpful with looking at leasing options, providing me options for how to get the vehicle and walking me through paperwork and specifics relating to Texas vehicle registration. She was an absolute god sent and I am happy to do business here now and in the future. Cannot recommend Cassey specifically and Classic Kia enough. 👍🏼

Hands down the BEST customer service I have ever seen on the planet. I have been waiting on a Stinger for 6 months now and it kept getting delayed. Looked on the KIA website, found exact one in Beaumont. Contacted the sales people and was immediately contacted back by Amanda. Did the entire process over text message (I am in Louisiana) and had the car I have been wanting in my driveway last night. Not only was everything professional, they made it happen !!!! And DELIVERED, yes, I said delivered, the car to me at my home!!! 10 out of 10 recommend Classic Kia. You have a customer for life :) THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH :)

Thank you for all of you help Ms Le.Updated: we were sold a car with bad ignition coils, the mirror motor on the car went out, the air conditioner went out, the radio went black and stopped working, and the front left tire wouldn’t hold air at all. ALL OF THIS HAPPENED WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK OF PURCHASING THE CAR. The only good thing is they refunded me the down payment. I didn’t want a refund I needed a car. WE ONLY HAD THE CAR FOR 20 minutes before we experienced our first problem. And they tried to deny it before we pulled off the lot. I’ve felt with them plenty of times but this one time they really treated me different. Maybe it was because of the amount of money I had this time.🤔 “BAD EXPERIENCE”

We drove from Baytown to come see Carla when she told us over the phone that she would make sure we would find a car. Carla helped us find a car that met our needs and Josh helped get new tires put on the car within our schedule. Carla and Josh were very nice and worked hard to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our car.
Scott Wright the best sales person classic has in my opinion. Hes a honest and straight forward salesman. Doesnt keep ypu there for hours on end and is always will to go that extra mile for his customers. Been buying cars from Scott for 10 plus years and he is the only one I will ever buy from.
I called classic Kia because my alarm was going off and it would not allo w me to start the car. The lady that answered the phone told me that the technician said that I would have to have it towed in and make an appointment to have it checked out and it would cost $135! They said it was no way to turn the alarm off. I knew that was a lie! So I asked someone else. All I had to do is unhook the battery post for 15 seconds and connect it back. That caused it to reset and problem solved! That lady I spoke to at Kia service center is a liar and a thief! They would have costed me all kinds of money for something that was an easy fix!
[Full story review could not be posted due to character limitations.]I made my decision. I was going to buy the 2021 Kia Sorento SX AWD with Sapphire Blue exterior and Black interior. Now it is time to find a dealership. I put my specification in every website I could find, but autotrader.com is where I found the one I would ultimately end up with. My goal was to find the vehicle I wanted at or below MSRP. Buying a vehicle over MSRP is like throwing money away. One day, I came across the posting for the exact one at a price just under MSRP posted by Classic Kia of Beaumont in Texas. They hadn’t even had time to load a picture of it before I called them and started working a deal. No haggling was involved because it was already priced at less than I was willing to pay. On February 12, 2021, Eric Brown, the General Sales Manager with Classic Kia of Beaumont sent me a written quote for what I asked for. Document fees were only $150.00 (back office people need to get paid too). Eric Brown even quoted me a price for my trade that was just under what I wanted and just over what I would have taken for my 2014 BMW 335i xDrive M Sport. He offered to deliver my new vehicle and pick up my trade which is a 5 hour drive one way from Beaumont, Texas to Mineola, Texas. I was blown away by his offer of free delivery. Due to the snow storm, our original plan to complete our transaction could not be completed on the original date we set. On February 20, 2021, I needed to say my final goodbye to Hannah, so I picked up a passenger to take with me and rode the 5 hours South to Beaumont, Texas. When we got there, Eric shook my hand, took my trade for a test drive and put me in the hands of Sweet Carla. Carla already had most of the paperwork ready to go. She walked me through everything and I signed. While we were waiting for the finance manager to finish, Carla gave me the keys and introduced me to Miguel Carter who took the time to get me acquainted with all of the technology in my new vehicle. We spent a while going over everything. When the previous customers left, I got the privilege to meet Andrew Pridemore, the Finance Manager. Because I had just about everything in place before I even got there, Andrew explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it and was able to go over everything very quickly and efficiently.You would think that would be the end of this little story, but it isn’t. Carla, Miguel, Andrew and a few others have reached out to me to make sure that I was still happy with my purchase, see if I needed any training videos or had any questions or concerns. My plates just came in recently to Kia of Beaumont. The lady called and asked if I would like her to mail them. I wish I could remember her name. My response was, “Yes, please. It is a 5 hour drive from Beaumont to Mineola.” She replied, “I know, I will be driving through there to visit family tomorrow.” I asked if she wanted to save the shipping cost and just drop them by my office.” I was thrilled when she said, “no problem, I should be in the area around 2:00pm”. Considering I was working in another location that Friday, I asked her to leave my plates with my secretary. I got to the office the next day and my plates were waiting for me.This is what customer service looks like. I was asked by other dealerships why they didn’t get my business and am happy to explain to them what I did and didn’t like. Classic Southeast Texas made my experience so amazing that I hope the same people are around in 10 years when my warranty goes out and I purchase another new car. I don’t think any other dealership could compare.What do the “kids” think? They Love it!
I’m telling you… IF YOU NEED A CAR GO SEE CARLA & KORBIN. I’m telling you guys, you will not be disappointed. I’ve brought all of my cars from classic since the age of 16, and I will continue doing business with Carla and Korbin until the day the lord calls me home!!!! Carla is full of life, and is joyful and Korbin is the most straightforward, & transparent person I’ve ever met. They helped me get my credit on track as a first time buyer, go see them!!!!!!
I had been to several kia dealerships and Classic Kia was the best and most helpful. Austin Pridemore was our sales rep and he was very honest and made the process so easy. I knew there would be a wait to get a car and be somehow made it happen in just a few weeks when we thought it would be months. If you are in the market classic kia is the way to go! Came to shop for a car with low miles and good shape and ecomical.Camen Saturday morning with in just a few .inches, a very friendly and helpful sales lady, Carla Li, came and was able to get us in the car we wanted. By noon had two sets of keys, full gas tank, and a sand drove home with whatwe wanted .
We are very honest people and I’m an ordained minister so I’m not going to lie here. All the new car salesmen want is to force you to pay $1000 retainer fee that’s non refundable if they reject your application. We almost fell for the scam and then was told they sold the car we wanted. We will definitely follow up with the BBB.Rev. Frank Gilbert.
Wonderful customer service! Jerald was extremely helpful in the process of getting me into a vehicle hassle free. After flooding in Imelda, my only concern was to replace my vehicle and get going again and the staff at Classic Kia did just this. Any questions or concerns I had after buying my vehicle were dealt with accordingly and promptly. Even though my wife is a Toyota girl, Ill be returning to Classic Kia in the future.
JOSH ERMER!!!!!!!!!! Amazing and very knowledgeable...I bought my brand new Kia about 4 months ago and Josh gave me the run down of the vehicle and everything in it! He even helped me to set up the Android Auto app on my phone. Hes very pleasant to do business with and always answers right away by text or email, no matter how ridiculous my question was! I would definitely recommend this dealership, when you are done signing your papers in finance, they even give you a thumb drive with all your paperwork! That was a big plus for me. Finance was great as well, I cant remember the gentlemans name but he skydives!

I went to Classic Kia looking for a specific type of vehicle with a very specific price range and was greeted by Carla Le as soon as I walked in. I gave Carla my price range and told her what I was looking for and even though the inventory is low and very few vehicles matched what I was looking for she was able to help me out! Was unable to find a car yesterday but shortly after I left received a call from Carla on a vehicle she thought would fit my needs. I made it back in today and walked out with the car! I was shopping for a car on Nov.20 2021. Went to Classic Kia. Didnt have to go any where else. I found my car there a Forte. My sales person was Carla Lee she was extremely helpful. I took it for a test drive where Carla was very thorough about explaining every detail about the car. She is a very upbeat sales person and very knowledgeable about Kias. I will be sending any of my friends that might be looking for a vehicle to see her. THANKS CARLA !!!!!
I would like to share my experience of going to Classic Kia.on 2/6 i viewed a car on their website at a amazing price, i called and spoke with a salesman at 9am and got confirmation that the car / stock number / price was available. After a two hour drive to the dealer, i sit down to process paperwork. everything was going great until the salesman brought over his price sheet the car has suddenly jumped almost 10K on the website. I fortunately took pictures of the online price because i needed to speak with my wife about it. i showed the salesman my picture of the price, and he left to speak to the sales manager. both of them came back in about 5 minutes apologizing for the error on their website. at this point in time my ride had already made it an hour away. I spoke with the sales manager a couple of times and tried to work out a comparable deal, but ultimately the price had jumped to the tune of 12K more than advertised. They did offer me a ride back which was a nice gesture, however i should have been driving back in my car purchased at the advertised price.Some other takeaways from their online pricing..No where online does it list that the Internet price includes, or is applicable to any rebates, discounts, or special financing. The specials and rebates shown on the website also do not match up to the pricing that was explained at the dealer. Online there is a discount available for $400.00 if you served in the military. When asked if i was in the military, the discount was valued at $1,600.00 on this specific car, again, not as shown on the website.Buyer beware, dont trust what you see online. Discounts are not real, Listed price is not correct. If you go to this dealer to purchase a car, without any pre-existing expectations you will probably have a better experience. I would not recommend going here if your expecting anything you see on their website.I will say that their sales staff was nice, as any sales person should be. Im just very disappointed they would not honor their advertised price.

Tried to let this company earn my business but it was a huge waste of time going here. Went to trade my 2019 Kia Stinger in for a 2021 Gt1 stinger and got the run around from a salesman named Jamie. Would not return phone calls or give a straight answer, finally after we drive up there after waiting around all day he tried to get us to trade down to a Kia optima. NO THANK YOU. We ended up using our original dealer which we should have went with in the beginning because they take care of you at silsbee Kia! They just didnt have any stingers at the time. I ended up trading up from my 2019 stinger to a 2022 Kia Stinger GT2 Scorpion Edition. Save yourself some time and money and drive to silsbee!

Both Frank and Josh were great Sales reps and helped us find the exact car we were looking for. We came all the way from Austin after dealing with several other dealers who were difficult to work with. It was 100% worth it!Frank stayed in contact frequently while our vehicle was being delivered to the dealership. Both he and Josh sent us pictures of our vehicle when it arrived. We made the drive and within just a few hours of test driving (Josh made sure to go over every feature) and discussing finance (there we no surprises at all), we were on the road home in our new car.My wife is incredibly happy with her new car and working with Classic Kia has been the best car buying experience weve had. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Classic Kia in Beaumont as well as my salesperson Cody Pantalion. Before I could even get out of the car, I was greeted in the parking lot and immediately started looking at vehicle options that met my needs. I told Cody that I had 3 vehicles in mind and had a trade in and he asked if he could make the numbers work, would I buy that day. Honestly, that was what I wanted, but I really wasn’t expecting a fair offer and was constantly “looking over my shoulder” throughout the whole process… when they came back with the offer, I was shocked! First offer was exactly the numbers I was told to ask for on my trade in (yes - I had asked a friend) and after seeing all the extras that come “standard” on the Kias alone and hearing about the 100K mile warranty, I was like where do I sign? Cody was very patient, answered all my questions, and I also had brought my 18 month old with me and he was very nice to him as well. Not to mention Cody gave my friend who referred me a $100 check for the referral. Everything about this experience exceeded my expectations and if anyone is in the market for a new vehicle, I would definitely recommend Classic Kia and ask for Cody Pantalion. My husband and I just purchased a 2020 Kia Rio and I have to say that it was the most easiest car buying process weve ever been through. We not once felt pressured! Our salesman, Shelby was super awesome!! He didnt beat around the bush or try to make empty promises. He was friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything in a manner that we could easily understand. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. The office manager was also very friendly during the paper signing process and explained everything to us. All around fantastic purchase process!!
This isn’t my first time buying a car here and it certainly won’t be my last . I was looking for a pre owned vehicle on the lot. I was looking for a car with low mileage and had my type of interest in vehicles. I was placed in the perfect car. It looked brand new being a used car. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I walked out happily and appreciated the great customer service. Ask for Keith James, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and he really knows his stuff.
My salesperson was carla at classic Kia in Beaumont. She was very helpful I was able to complete my application and email her all needed documents when I arrived at the dealership she had my new car ready for me with a full tank of gas all nice and clean. Today I got a new Kia-Forte. Absolute best experience ever! I was looking to lower my monthly car note but still have a dependable vehicle. Absolutely the best car buying experience Ive ever had!!Called several dealerships looking for a Telluride and visited 2 in the Houston area. All the other dealerships dealt in the same cliché way...hide the numbers or tell me different info then arrive and I walked away disappointed.This dealership, Classic Kia, was straight forward and to the point! Austin Pridemore made the car buying experience easy--no hiding anything, and everything was exactly what he told me over the phone. Andrew in finance also straight forward. He offered the typical stuff, but when we said no we moved on and there was no trying to convince me to add things I didnt want.The sales manager came over and he was nice and easy to talk to.Will most definitely tell all my friends and family to buy their future car here!
I am not one to write reviews, unless the service is exemplary. Carla was so friendly and professional she made the drive from Houston well worth it. She even took time to hold our little one who was a little cranky.The entire team made this experience outstanding and we love our new vehicle!

I had purchased the vehicle and it had a broken rear back up camera, she told me to bring it down and they would take care of it for free. The day I bought the vehicle it was raining, so she gave me a free detail whenever the weather cleared up. I would highly recommend Classic Kia, I would seek put Carla le if you wanted excellent customer service.

I was looking for my fiancé‘s first vehicle. I shopped around 5 kia dealers ranging from San Antonio, Houston, and Beaumont. my fiancé had her heart set on a Kia soul. I finally decided to go with this dealership because it had the best prices. However I called on 3 separate occasions asking for information on a specific Kia soul that I wanted for my fiancé. The first two times to different sales reps said they would get back to me they never did. At that point I had decided I was not going to deal with this dealership anymore. But my fiancé really wanted a Kia soul that she saw on their we website. So I tried one last time and that is when Carla Lee Answered the phone and gave me 100% grade A service. Definitely knows How to treat a customer and knows every single question I asked about the vehicle. I got the price I wanted and my fiancé currently has a huge smile on her face because she got the car that she wanted. however she’s learning how to drive now and I’m a bit scared 😂. Went today and dealt with Drexel Ridley. He found exactly what I wanted and managed to keep it in my price range. Even ended up getting a warranty I didnt know I was eligible for. Id give him 10 stars if I could. I was in and out quickly and able to drive off the lot with the perfect car. I highly recommend him and will definitely go back next time I need a new vehicle!

I had the BEST experience! Our sales person was Josh Ermer and he was absolutely PHENOMENAL. He was so quick to respond to all my initial messages about telluride, and he answered all my questions. He got everything taken care of before we even got to the dealership to ensure the quickest, smoothest process. We drove from Louisiana to get my new telluride because they have the best prices and 100% best customer service of any car dealership we have ever been to. Andrew in financing was awesome as well. He gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision regarding the financing of my new vehicle. He’s wasn’t super pushy and made sure I understood everything that was being offered. After starting our car search for a Telluride in True Car, we called dealerships all over Houston in search of one. With dealers adding huge mark-ups to these, the pickings were slim. A dealership in Katy was marking these vehicles up as much as $10K over MSRP!!We visited 2 dealerships in Houston and Dickinson--one wouldnt bring down the mark-up and another didnt have a mark-up but tried to add a $6,000 package. We walked.During our lunch we called Classic Kia. This dealership came up on my True Car search.We talked to Austin Pridemore who just had a white 2022 Telluride SX with a prestige package loose because someone backed out of a deal. Amazed, we jumped in the car and drove from Dickinson to Beaumont after promising to purchase and from start to finish, Austin, Andrew in finance, and the sales manager were honest, didnt get shady with numbers/mark-ups, and worked to make our experience there an easy-going but memorable one.And, Im happy to say, we not only grabbed that new Telluride...we also drove back there and snagged a beautiful new Stinger too! Same honest experience with that car too...they just about matched an online offer for my car to deal the Stinger.We really appreciate the honesty and would buy from them again. Its worth the drive! Im in love with my new 2020 Kia Soul! Shelby made the process quick, easy, and fun. I had a new vehicle within 2 hours of arrival, including the time spent on 2 test drives and waiting on the call from my insurance declaring my previous car a total loss. Easily the fastest and simplest car buying experience Ive had.Update: Shelby goes above and beyond with his customer service! I had an 11am appointment for an oil change and the clerk said it would be about 2 hours due to a technician being out for the day. Normally thats not a problem but today I had to get to work. I texted Shelby and he picked me up (on his day off!) within 10 minutes and dropped me off at work. It was much appreciated, both by me and my boss.Ill definitely be a repeat customer next time Im buying a car.

I dont like this place I sent my car there and they kept it for over two weeks. I still had problems with my car after receiving it from their mechanic. I expressed concerns and tried to get them to resolve the problem, what I was told was that I had to pay them again to look at my car. These people are scams I will never do business with them again. Id rather driver to the nearest Kia most likely in Houston.
I bought my Kia Soul at this dealership. I had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was so friendly and professional. There was no pressure and they covered all the details in the process. Josh was my salesman and he was so thorough about explaining things to me about the car. Finance did a great job as well. They did not pressure me to add on things that I didnt need. My wife and I came to Classic Kia to purchase her 2021 Telluride SX. This is the first vehicle purchase we have made in SE TX in quite some time. Like most people, we want the best deal we can get on a vehicle, and Houston was always where the “best deal” was at.Well, not this time. Classic Kia has the best possible price that I found. This is also the first time, in a very long time, where it was actually nice to go shop for and purchase a new vehicle. We were never pressured and harassed. The Service Department is trash, simply put. Not to mention when I first got my car from them they gave me the entirely wrong vehicle. It wasnt until I went back up to the dealership 1 day after getting the car to find out that the Vin number did not match with the one in their system. Steer clear!

The car salesman was very nice but the numbers that are presented to you when trying to purchase a vehicle are very misleading. They mark each car down by $2000 and then put a paint and interior protectant on each car that costs $2000. Then they make it MANDATORY to buy it since they already provided the treatment on the vehicle. This makes it so you’re paying MSRP anyways. Additionally when presenting you with an offer sheet they refuse to show you the interest rate of the vehicle. Very shady practices.

Made appointment to have oil changed at 2:00 car went back at 2:15 still waiting on it at 3:30. What’s the point of making an appointment??? I should have known better than to come here because we tried to buy a telluride from them and didn’t get any service. Went to Lake Charles Kia and bought a telluride the same night and service there has been excellent. I won’t be back to this Kia dealership in Beaumont because service is sub par or just not a high priority. Unfortunately the dealership in Lake Charles is closed due to Hurricane Laura. And don’t touch but the did any way they are stupid
