This location is phenomenal thanks to their Sales Associate by the name of NAVY🥰 She went above & beyond her job description to help me this evening! She was efficient & patient despite my multiple phone requests, instead of being pushy to disconnect the call…. From beginning to end, Navy patiently completed every single request I had & was very polite & grammatically eloquent. It’s refreshing to know that there are still businesses who have a selective hiring process, centered around integrity & quality knowing that when a business possesses both, quantity comes naturally. Thank you Navy & Coach Outlet for saving me valuable time this evening & tomorrow ❤️
Called to Coach Outlet in Allen to check if they had a certain item in stock. Unfortunately, they did not have it, but spoke to Haley whom was extremely helpful, sweet, kind, and very friendly. She went above and beyond to check if any other store(s) had item in stock and she did find a store in California, provided me with their telephone number and even explained process of how to purchase this item. Called California store and unfortunately they did not have item in stock either, they said although it showed on their online inventory, it could be incorrect. I was very pleased with the Excellent Customer Service I was given by Haley. Big KUDOS to her; Coach Outlet has a great asset in her. Go visit Haley in Allen, you will not be disappointed! 🙂

The girl at the desk name Navy her energy screams racist she’s not helpful and she low key I think don’t like African Americans I came up there one day and she was helping me at first and while minimally helping she apologized to the white woman behind me as if I was taking too much of her time . On numerous of time not just this incident I had to address her and ask if she was having a good day I think it’s only to the opposite race she does this .

Love this stores inventory, great prices and very nice/neat and clean. My issue is more times then less Ive felt very looked over by some of the employees... not all of them but most. Im not sure if its because they think the person behind me is going to spend more $$, my ethnicity, my outfit doesnt look very wealthy sometimes or etc. But Ive noticed when I come in ready to spend well over $400 on purses, shoes and accessories I leave disappointed because I wasnt treated with the respect I felt that other customers were getting (and I leave purchasing maybe 1 item if any at all).
Service nice, just seem like the same o stuff from 2 years ago.

Drove 30 minutes only to find it closed 3 hours before its stated store hours. Actually, it is temporarily closed until January 10, 2022, an entire week- yet they have failed to update their store hours, wasting our time and money.

Almost didn’t go today after seeing the line, glad I went back after ordering an early dinner, the line was gone and I was able to find a great set of purses, clutches, and wallets!Great selection of luxury items at 60-70% discount means I was able to buy more than usual! Yay!!

Well expected leather bags. But no all vinyl/plastic with coach logo. Sorry but just dont get it. Way to expensive for vinyl just to get the logo. I am a leather girl that last a very long time.
Honestly the WORST shopping experience Ive had at a coach store. The staff doesnt seem to want to assist you. I had to find someone for help. After asking one question they immediately walk away as if I may not have had any that follow. I assume they didnt want to help because I look young, which is just wrong. I bought 3 bags and jewelry. I spent over $400 and ask for a gift bag. I am told a gift bag is $2 bucks, which isnt much but should be free.After leaving and shopping at the other stores around where I had such amazing customer service. I was so frustrated I went to return everything. Upon returning I am not greated when entering the nearly EMPTY store with 8 plus staff member there. During my return the cashier( Moneshia) didnt ask why I returned the items. I wouldve been very happy to tell. Even worst when the manager comes to approve the return and neither did she ask to save the sale. POOR SERVICE ALL AROUND!! I will take my business online or to Grand Prairie store!

I was greeted by Austen, he told me about friends & family promotions. He explained the layout of the store to make my shopping experience very easy. Customer service through my visit was consistent and welcoming. I purchased a small crossbody a wristlet in the traditional black leather.

The store is fine. The website ordering is horrific! I ordered a purse and laptop bag nearly a month ago and it still says processing!! Order date: 12/1 and I can’t get in contact with anyone to get my order or cancel it. Glad it was only my Christmas gift to myself. I will never order again, I don’t have that kind of patience. Even with COVID this “processing” order with no contact or update is unacceptable. It is also unprofessional to not answer my 3 feedback emails and 2 calls over 45 mins with no response. I received 2 other previous orders from them with no issues! It took a little longer than normal but not this long with a “processing” status. I’m over it and just want my money back!!
Great prices and very helpful associates. They have a wide selection for men and women. The store is extremely busy on the weekends unless you go near store opening time. They open at 10am on Saturdays.
Bought a purse as a gift from here and they didnt have a box. She just threw the purse in the bag and started talking to someone else behind the register.

Huge shout out to Margo. They are limiting how many people can come into the store but it’s still kinda packed in there. I went on Labor Day looking for a sling and I have to give a huge shout out to the associate Margo. She really went out of her way to help me. She spent 15-20 minutes trying to find something for me so I could order it. Sadly it’s sold out. But her desire to just be helpful really made my day. I appreciate great customer service so I wanted to acknowledge her and say thank you.
Friendly staff and good deals! Also, had to do a return once and they made it super easy. Some of the deals are almost too good to pass up. Definitely will be coming back to this location instead of stonebriar mall location due to more selection at this location and better/cheaper deals.

Best service in the outlet. My wife had an issue with a purse I purchased for her I called the store and they told me to just bring it in. I took it in the next day the store rep looked at it said a moment and returned with a brand new purse I was in and out in five minutes. Theyre all great customer servers.

Very hot inside with many people. No air flow. Very difficult to do returns. Took almost an hour. During this time, I got too hot and had to walk out of the store. Not going back.

The place is fine but they struggle to have different styles. Its often the same thing in different colors. The one in Galleria and North Park will have really cute purses fit for for girls under 30 but this one always has old styles. If you want a wallet or something, you can find it here but other than that, youd have to be lucky.
Excellent customer service, even on one of the biggest shopping days of the year. Staff was very friendly, informative, and personable to all of the customers even as the store was at capacity. The sale prices were awesome, and I was able, with help from the staff to pick out a bag and its matching accessories that the recipient loved!
OMG! Went in for a return and was immediately greeted. Manager took me around store helping me find items I was looking for. It was amazing and I really enjoyed it. I spent the money back from the return plus some!
My wife loves their bags and they come at great prices. Its a nice place to go to get nice bags for really good price. You get bags of all sizes here from totes to small hand purse. We have gotten a large bag, a small bag and a bunch of hand purses from here and they are all good looking and sturdy! Look for 70%+20% off deals here, nothing beats that.

2021-06-10I have been a consistent Coach customer for more than 20 years. I appreciate their prices as well as the quality of their products in comparison to some others that are similar but cost significantly more. This particular visit though left me a bit put off...I purchased a bag online at the outlet site. When I received it, the bag (Dempsey Carryall) was much smaller than I anticipated so I took it to the outlet store to return it. There, I learned that I couldnt get a refund to my card, only a store credit, because it was a PayPal purchase and that they would have to return it and allow PayPal to process the refund to my original form of payment 🤔. I then found the larger version of the bag (Dempsey Tote) I had just returned and decided Id just get it while Im in the store only to find out that the outlet store does not honor the online outlet price and that in the outlet store it costs $30 more...I suppose my lack of knowledge of their policies led to this disappointing encounter with a merchant that I have patronized for several years.I would encourage a potential buyer to understand that you may experience some inconvenience if youre expecting a simple return/exchange under these circumstances.

2022-03-24People said to me that if I go to texas I will find friendly people. I dont think so. After total wine across from the interstate 75 they got really bad attitude. I came to buy something at coach they got the 2 young girls as a cashier I wish I know their names. They got bad attitude. They were rolling their eyes. I was talking to them nicely. I complained with the manager. Im not from this area. Im from California. Im visiting my son he is a professional athlete with fc dallas. But I will never going to come to this store.

2022-02-12I went into the store today hoping to just find out how to replace the COACH emblem that had fallen off the outside of my purse. Long story short, for whatever reason, they couldnt find proof of my purchase to know if it was still under warranty. Samantha did everything she could, including talking to her boss & they EXCHANGED my bag for this seasons up to date model, due to myold one being ,damaged! I have NEVER received such top tier customer service! Samantha was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!But one more shout out for outstanding customer service goes to Kash! I couldnt find what I was looking for & gave him quite a vague description of what I needed, he said he thought he knew exactly what I was looking for & found one in the back for me. If you want outstanding customer service, friendly, helpful staff, go see Samantha & Kash! Thank you both for your help today & I LOVE my new bag....wallet, wristlet & makeup bag!

2022-05-01Worst experience ever. I did a return in their store and they promised to get me refunded in a couple of days into my credit card. I called them two weeks after since I didn’t receive a refund. They said they issued it as a store credit which I didn’t ask for and they did nothing about. Don’t go there!!!

2022-02-14Im prepping for a trip, so after I went to the Columbia outlet, I popped into Coach to see if they had any crossbodys. I felt like it was my lucky day, not only did I find a really cute black patent leather crossover, when I got to the register I asked the girl at the register if they had the bucket bag, its also a crossover but you can wear it like on your wrist too, and Vanessa found it! She knew the exact bag once I described it to her! She definately knows her handbags! Thanks Vanessa for locating that bag so quick and for being so patient with me too. Def will shop here again!
