We want to thank CIP for the great service provided . We had our install today and couldn’t be happier… we want to especially thank our installer “John “ who did go above and beyond to get us up and running, he was polite, professional, informative and most of all hilarious … we thoroughly enjoyed the service call/visit we had , he kept us in stitches.. and sadly we can’t say that about very many service calls from others in the past . A big 5 ⭐️‘S from the Morris’s, thanks John!
After researching our options,we decided to go with CIP. I have to say I was really impressed with their customer service. Very polite staff all my questions were answered completely. Our installer, Nicholas was extremely nice, installation went smoothly and he was very helpful explaining how the system works.
John did a really good job walking me through everything. He was super polite and considerate, even apologizing to my clients for his interruption. And he made everything I needed to know very clear. Super informative. Above and beyond service!! 100% satisfied customer here!!!
John showed up within the designated window and was friendly, professional, and efficient. He explained options which resulted in us choosing a second router. He offered his opinions on how best to run cables, etc, but ultimately was willing to do whatever we preferred, even if it was more difficult or physically demanding. We now have the system we always wanted. Thanks to John and everybody at CIP for the quick and efficient install.

Garrett is a nice young man and very efficient. He was very helpful in explaining about the new provider, left a card showing how to get hold of the company if I have any problems or questions. If I ever need help, I hope he is the one to come out. He is definitely a 5 star employee
Nicholas, from CIP, came out to install our new service. He was very professional. It gave him some issues at first but with persistence and patience, it finally started working. I’m in Hawk Cove and it has been working great. With my previous provider, Viasat, I couldn’t stream without speed being throttled. I’ve been streaming happily ever since. Love the great service!
The setup and installation were done with 100% professionalism. Clay arrived first, he was pleasant, courteous and polite. Once Jacob came thru, they got to work quickly. Jacob was funny and professional. Both techs ensured I had what was needed and confirmed what to-do if additional services were needed. Thanks CIP for sending out this crew!!
The tech John showed up on time, and was very prompt in getting things installed. He was very polite and respectful to my entire family. After installation was completed, he sat down with all of us and answered all of our questions and made sure that we understood everything that the service includes. Everyone at CIP has been great working with. Nicholas was the technician that came out to do the installation of the antenna, pulled the cable and installed the router. He was extremely knowledgeable of his work, polite and was a pleasure having him here for the installation and to explain how everything worked.

After a recent storm and with trees finally coming back, I was having an issue with connection. John came out quickly spotted the issue and presented me options, he was very open and communicated great on what was needed. I have been a long time customer and will continue with this awesome service.

Had an internet issue yesterday that had both my wife and I stumped. Spoke to Mo who took his time and helped me step by step resolve the issue. He was very patient and didn’t get frustrated with me even though I had no clue what I was doing. Y’all have some great employees working for this company. People like Mo is who keeps these places running.
CIP is great! Customer service is the BEST I’ve ever seen! The first time I needed customer service Jesse came out same day and he took care of the issue immediately and with a wonderful personality. Today I was actually outside when I saw one of their trucks and John, who was under no obligation to help as I had not yet even called about a recent fluctuations in service and he took the time to come over and look, and to show me, some branches that might be affecting my service! He even told a gentleman in the park and showed him which branches!! I can’t say enough good things about CIP. I highly recommend them! Thank you CIP!
This company is AWESOME. Live in the country have never been able to have any kind of internet.These guys know what they are doing. Did drone survey told me how high tower needed to be. Got tower boom hooked up today.Garett my installer was awesome. Very professional and very helpful.
CIP internet install technician John gets high reviews by my personal account. John promptly arrived during the window of time allotted, answering a list of detailed questions I presented. The detailed installation of the wiring and equipment is to be considered upscale. The overall experience from my initial inquiry to the CIP office to the completion of the installation was a very good experience. CIP is a bit pricey but hey, I dumped ATT snail paced shiternet for more speed. I hope it works out. Thanks John for the install and thank you Renee for your professional demeanor on the follow up call’s.
We have had CIP for just under a year and our experience to this point has been nothing short of amazing. We have had some issues with service here and there (country living) but from the call center staff to the technicians they have sent out the issues have been addressed in a very timely and professional manner and fixed. When I’ve had to call it’s minimal wait times to speak to an actual person, Renee, Leann and Abigail in the call center have all been so kind and helpful and have taken the extra steps to return my calls and check on our service to follow up and make sure we have been taken care of, thank you so much ladies I really appreciate y’all. The techs they have sent out have been exceptional as well very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in fixing the issues. Thank you Matt and Nick for all your help. I think even if the internet service was terrible we would still continue business with them because the customer service is off the charts amazing.Thank you CIP staff for always going above and beyond. John, the technician that came out, was top-notch. He was professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and did an outstanding job. Their customer service staff has been excellent as well. When John completed my install he made sure everything was perfect and I felt he went ‘above and beyond’; it was like I had a trusted family member setting up my new service.Our new internet speeds are much faster. Survey and install of internet service was performed by very professional workers from the Wills Point office. Forest was very informative while conducting the line of site survey and the instill by John was quick and professional. The ladies in the call center have been very polite and answered all my questions efficiently during all interactions. I look forward to conducting business with this company and personnel in the future.
I was getting pretty frustrated with CIP because my internet was terrible and I was paying over $100 a month for largest package. They came out a few times. Nothing, my new service tech John discovered my radio was pretty bad. He came out and replaced my radio and bam- all is working again. He explained to me in detail what he did and what was causing the issues and the speeds I should be expecting. So thankful for John and the amazing team at CIP. They don’t stop until the issue is fixed.
John was our installer, he was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the install process with me and the process was easy and quick!I was with Hughs Net ( super slow internet) before and at the time it was our only option. So happy we have a reliable and fast internet service in our area now.
Nicolas came out and replaced our old provider equipment with the new CIP dish and router. Very professional, quick and kind. He explained everything to me and made sure we were set up and ready to go! Just getting started with CIP..Will follow up over the next few months.
I live in Celeste and work from home as well as have a teenager who is a heavy online gamer. CIP internet service is great and keeps us going with no issues. I do pay about $40 a month more than I was in Dallas but for the peaceful living in the country and to be able to stay connected it’s definitely worth it. Very professional and responsive service.
Nicholas came today and installed my service. He explained everything very well and answered all my questions. Could not have asked for a nicer installer.Matt reached out to me on Facebook after a post I made looking for an ISP. Then Abby spoke with me that same evening. Jennifer called to confirm my appointment and then Renee called minutes after installation was complete to ensure my satisfaction. The customer service is exemplary!
John was the tech that came out to repair our internet/ radio. It was out of adjustment with all the storms. John was very friendly & knowledgeable. He shared some about himself & we thank him for his military service. Got us up & going in no time. John is one of the main reasons we recommend CIP.
Since I have changed my internet services to Community Internet, I am much happier. My connection does not get interrupted and I love the fact that this company always is quick to respond to their customers needs.Recently, I had the technician called John, who came to my house to do an upgrade to my internet connection and he was punctual, professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Trevor and Tony are Rockstars!! New to the area and needed internet, the previous owners couldnt tell us who they used and the one we did call out didnt want to do the work. After some frustrating calls, we called CIP they sent out Trevor and Tony and they knew what we had on the side of the house (shout). At first they had planned to attach stuff on the roof, but after talkin they were able with 1 phone call to their office, reuse the shout equipment on the side of the house cause they just bought them out! So no extra holes in the house woohoo! They got us all set up with what we needed and timely! Thank you so so much for knowing how to do your job and wanting to do your job! And thank you to the office crew for pushing a button to switch us over to the other tower they bought out! O! And it was only a couple bucks more but it was worth it for us so we didnt have to attach anything to the house!
We just had them install the internet yesterday and the Tech Jesse did an amazing job. He was here first thing in the morning and we typically are the last ones on the stop being so far out with other companies. It looks very profession and he was very professional. So far the internet seems to be working great. We havent had any issues with it and we were streaming and I work from home. If you need internet in rural Royse City this is the place to go with.

John was fast and friendly. He even verified the speeds we were getting to be accurate. For someone who has been fighting with internet providers for over a month this was by far a better experience, no false advertising, technician showed up and the company was easy to get ahold of. I recommend CIP over other internet options in my area.
Other than you guys sending a dog gone swabie out to install a system for two old jarheads we have no complaints just praise, first navy guy we liked right off. All joking aside John was wonderful with all the explaing of the systm and the bothersome questios we had for him. Best experience ever for this type of service, our home will always be open for our tech guy. If you all are this well house broke you will be welcome here also. Haha.
We were told to expect someone out between 1 and 5. John showed up around 1:30, solved our issue and replaced parts that were no longer working and even a part that was still working but wanted to take extra precautions. He explained each thing he did and also explained where we can receive info on outages.

CIP TestimonyI am not exaggerating but this is by far the BEST internet provider I could ever gotten. I just recently moved from the city to a rural area and it was so hard and impossible to find some reliable internet. I work from home and I rely on it, after so many internet providers told me they dont serve my address or could not get good signal, I was able to find CIP they took care of me real quick they are so knowledgeable and have great customer service! Jennifer was my agent shes so sweet! And within 3 business days I was able to get my Internet and works wondeful. BTW all technicians are great! Garret was in and out and did an awesome job.Thank you CIP
Tony at CIP switched our service over from Nextlink. We checked the speed prior to his departure after the setup, which gave us 25Mbps. Finally we have high speed internet service that actually works and what we pay for that won’t interfere with my job. Thank you Tony and CIP.

10 Shooting Stars for Community ISP. I DO NOT say this lightly. The staff are ALWAYS polite, the Technicians are ALWAYS polite, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and get it done RIGHT.Recently I dealt with Amanda over the phone and Mathew during a visit to repair a loose pole due to the recent storm. I cannot say enough GOOD about this company and their people.This is the BEST internet Ive had in 20 years. No kidding. I live in the country and good ISP is near impossible to find. This company came along and WOW, I CAN STREAM MOVIES, watch YOUTUBE, AND WORK FROM HOME. I have GREAT INTERNET.When things go wrong, they are available, and respond, late at night using their website, and respond quickly during the day when I call.CANNOT SAY ENOUGH positive things about this company. When an open ticket was really an issue on my end, they were still courteous and extremely helpful, never derogatory or demeaning for the issue being on my side (and I should have known better). They helped me out and were not upset when we found the problem to be what they originally said it was. Ooops, my bad.One or two folks being nice can be attributed to the individuals, but when EVERYONE ive dealt with are NICE, that reflects on the company and I hope they are acknowledged for their great service. Tate is a very knowledgeable installer. He was professional and courteous. We have an older building which brought a couple of challenges but he was able to figure it out in short time. After the install was completed I ran the speed test and it was spot on. I have CIP at home and now at my business.
Great experience!! CPI completed drone survey and accomplished install before our previous provider could get techs scheduled to fix outage in our Poetry, TX community. 3 weeks of waiting on now past provider; a neighbor referred us to CPI. We’re back online with faster internet with CPI. This company is very professional, communication and follow up was incredible from beginning. John was our tech and we would give him 10 stars if we could. Very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He did a phenomenal job!!! Next week Jan 26th is when our now past provider scheduled techs to come out (takes 2 techs because we have a tower was excuse for such a long delay). This would be a day or so short of 4 weeks outage. Problem solved with CPI!!
All around fantastic experience!! My tech, Tate was so attentive and very thorough, throughout the entire installation! He called it the CIP difference and boy was it!! We had peoples internet for years and hated it. I never got to fully stream a episode off of paramount plus without it buffering like crazy. Within the first day of having the new internet I was able to binge watch series without it buffering once. My technician Nicholas worked quickly and was very knowledgeable about everything. I’ve had great customer services throughout this whole process.I highly recommend this company.
A note to call out CIP technician “Mo” on the excellent customer and technical skills he demonstrated recently when we needed to upgrade our home internet equipment in February 2022. We have been Community Internet Providers customers since August 2020 after our former ISP Wi-Five notified us they were cancelling service “effective immediately” to their customers in our Wills Point service area … basically abandoning us until we could find another provider. We reached out to CIP and they immediately put us on the service schedule and within days provided an excellent installation experience and like that we were back online! For the past 18+ months CIP has been an exceptional internet service provider. So hats off to CIP and their staff like “Mo”!!
Install was quick and easy. Service worked well for 3.5 days. Unfortunately we have an equipment issue with the POE that needs replace. 4 days of no internet, they called to schedule four more days out. We use our internet service for work, school, plus other things.If you do not rely on internet for work or school, they may be a decent solution.
Well what should have been an easy transition from Shout BB to CIP turned out not so easy.It seems my tower line of sight was taken away when a new house was built. I was still getting signal strength and internet on ShoutBB equipment, but not enough to connect to CIPs newer equipment.So, no more internet service! Equipment was removed from my house on 1/26/22.Jennifer kept in touch, working on a possible solution. 1/28/22 Jennifer called, with a technician scheduled to come out 1/31/22 to see what could be done.So glad it was Garrett!!!He came out and set us up when Shout took over from TierOne several years ago.Anyway, Garrett is top notch and very knowledgeable on the system and networking.Garrett found a suitable tower with good signal strength to get us connected, until a closer tower comes online in a few weeks. New radio and cabling was installed and my router re-setup, all in short order!I sincerely hope CIP knows just how good a customer representative and technician they have in Garrett!
We had Jacob with CIP out yesterday afternoon and he was super nice & friendly and explained everything very clearly! The internet speed is amazing and for the first time in a very long time, we can watch Amazon Prime without any buffering! Everyone at CIP has been so friendly and were paying half the price of the satellite internet we had at our last home. And no contracts...what??? I cannot recommend CIP enough!
Ive lived in the boonies for some time now, and recently decided I should join the 21st century and get some of that internet Ive heard so much about. CIP was awesome to work with! From the drone survey to confirm coverage, to the customer service both over the phone and via email, to the quick and skilled installation by Jacob, I couldnt be happier with my experience! Now excuse me, I need to go watch all of Netflix. 😁
Today is our 1st day with CIP. We are very impressed with the customer service,technician, and the installation service. Thank you Tate for explaining every detail about the company and service we are getting. Tate was very professional and courteous clean up after himself. He made sure we was satisfied with the service before he left for the day. High five to all involved.
Installation was just completed and I have high hopes for better internet service. Tate arrived in time, was very friendly and informative, completed the job quickly and even had a quick cuddle for my over-excited puppy child! Good service is always much appreciated.
John was able to find the issue and have everything working also was able to get me back to work since I work from home thank you John and CIP for hiring people like John he also walked me through the process before and after made sure I understood everything before leaving and again thank you both.
We are new customers -- Tate came out and installed our service yesterday afternoon. And what a great experience he provided! Tate took the time to talk me through the steps of the installation, including helping me out with setting up our wireless router and making sure everything was in good working order before he left. He offered to take down the old satellite internet dish from my rooftop, thus saving me having to get a ladder and climb up there to do it myself (for which I am VERY grateful!). Also, during the course of our internet installation, something got knocked loose with our DirecTV service (the wires come into the house at the same location). Tate took the time to track down the problem -- it had been installed poorly three years ago, with a crimp in the line and a poor connector -- so every time we touched the line coming out of the wall, the service would cut off. Tate revised that connection and restored it to working order in about ten minutes, saving me having to call DirecTV, wait an hour on hold, deal with their (lack of) customer service, and get an appointment for sometime next month.Oh, and the internet service itself -- its GREAT! Weve had satellite internet with Viasat for the past three years (the only option that was available when we moved here), and Viasat was very expensive and very terrible, so it feels nice to finally join the 21st century. We got the 20/20 package, and my boys were playing online games on PlayStation while I paid bills and watched YouTube videos last night, all without a hitch. WiFi calling on cell phones works well too, which is nice since our cell service is sometimes spotty. In short, I can definitely and wholeheartedly recommend Community Internet Providers internet service. And as far as Tates installation service -- to whomever is in charge at Community Internet, give this guy a big raise, and put him in charge of something. Tate is making your company look REALLY good!
After 5 years of trying (and failing) to get fast and truly unlimited internet where we live through several other companies, CIP was able to hook us up. Worth every penny spent installing the tower and definitely worth waiting for their availability- they’re busy because they’re GOOD.Also cannot say enough good things about Tate who installed our system - was extremely courteous and friendly, and did a very clean installation very quickly. Even came back to vacuum up after himself where he had put a hole in the wall for the wires. It was very clear he knew his stuff. Never had a better experience and would recommend to anyone!
CIP is the best internet that we have had since moving to the Edgewood area. We had another service prior to having CIP and had multiple issues. Once CIP was able to offer their service we signed up. We had to put a tower in but that was a small price to pay to get the best. Thank you CIP for great service, great pricing but most of all great customer service.
Tate came out and installed our internet on Saturday. Despite being delayed at a previous job, he showed up near the end or my appointment window and got my service setup. He was professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent job of the installation. I would recommend CIP and Tate to anyone looking to upgrade or purchase internet service.
Absolutely perfect is all we can say. We had Tate Steven’s out and his work was beyond professional, and quick. 100 times better than the last installer, from other company. The internet is lightning fast, especially compared to the satellite provider we had before. Thank you Community Internet for all the help you’ve been through this entire process.
We just had service installed at my parents house and are extremely pleased with the service and also the customer service extended to them by Tate. He went above and beyond what was expected while he was here. Tate cleaned up all the wires that were connected to the router behind the TV that were a big mess.
I cant rave enough about the quality of this service. Everybody I spoke with from setting up the appointment (Courtney) to the survey (Clay) and install (Nicholas Drake) were all incredibly nice. This service is much better than anything AT&T can provide in the Edgewood area at the time of writing this post. I requested the 30x30 package and everything is as advertised. Thanks for everything CIP.
Im basically in the middle of nowhere and didnt have many options internet-wise, but even if that wasnt the case, Im glad I got CIP. Everyone Ive spoken with so far has been extremely helpful, kind, and efficient. They always call when they say they will, the installer showed up in his window, and the whole process has been totally painless.Its been a far different experience from living in Dallas but Community made it so simple. Its only been a few days but I am utterly impressed.The installer, Tate, was friendly - and hilarious. Hes a true asset!

They were excellent until I canceled. They claimed no record of cancelation and continued billing and charging my card. Update- the company reached out and readily rectified the situation issuing a refund for the months of no service. Greatly appreciate the swift and gracious response. Thank you!
Its a bit early to tell how the service will be, but so far my experience with community internet providers has been great.Everyone Ive talked to has been friendly and helpful. They got out to install the service quickly, and the installer (Tate) was very professional. He did a great job and was in and out quickly. The install was clean and tidy.The company gave me plenty of notifications leading up to the install, and even if I hadnt made my own reminders I would have been ready. The installer was running behind schedule (its hot out here!), but I received a text letting me know this and about when to expect him. I was able to adjust my schedule to accommodate, but they offered to reschedule if needed. With other ISPs they often just dont show up and I have to call to figure out what happened. I appreciate the level of communication from CIP.Time will tell if this service will do what we need at this site, but so far so good. Speed tests look to be right at what we were promised.

2022-02-17CIP came and switched my service over from Shout. Jacob was very quick and efficient. He went out of his way to make sure the dish didn’t show, and was very polite and professional. Jen was the representative that helped me on the phone. She was great and even called me back the next day to make sure everything went well with the set up. Only had service one day, but so far so good. Zero issues! By far the easiest switch I could imagine, and top notch customer service!

2022-06-07Jacob came out and helped us get everything set up. He didnt leave until wed had answers to all of our queries, and he even offered to assist us in connecting other devices. Hes incredibly friendly and even petted my dog while he was working. So far, the connection has been flawless. This installer and service come highly recommended by me.

2022-02-26Wow! John came to install our service and he gave me a couple of options in which he could install our service. He explained each thoroughly and when we decided which way to go, he had the service up and running and explained everything precisely and so that a layperson like myself could understand. 2022-04-28We have had several great experiences with CIP. It started by calling and inquiring service for our new home. I spoke with Mo and he was helpful and knowledgeable and guided us through the drone survey process and discussed all plans available. Our appointment confirmation was by Renee and she was friendly and informative on what to expect for our instillation and billing. John was our technician and he was extremely upfront on what to expect during the entire installation process, he was quick and clean with the install of our telescoping pole and router. He was thorough during our completion and walked us through setting up our devices. We were very pleased with every encounter and our internet service and speed. Strong recommend this company.

2022-04-12John was our technician and did an amazing job! Our tower had come loose with all wind lately and didnt leave until he made sure it was secure. Our reception was actually better after he repositioned the tower. Thank you so much! We are very happy with our service.

2022-04-13John arrived early and immediately took care of switching our internet service. He was friendly, knew exactly what needed to be done, and made the entire process so simple that we were blown away! It was storming and he patiently went to his truck for a few minutes until it passed, again all of this done with a smile! We dont know if he is a supervisor or not-but if he isnt, he needs to be put in a management position over the techs due to his caring and knowledge and work ethic. Please give him some type of bonus or award-he deserves it!
