Cortland has been Great since theyve taken over. The staff in the office is super personable. Ive had good experiences with Marilyn and Taylor, and the whole of the maintenance team is very good quality. Property cleanliness is just as good as it was with Davis. It started as a luxury property and still is. Best of all, they keep the coffee machine in the office full of yummy liquids. Im usually down there at least once a day grabbing something delicious before work, and the staff is always sweet. Keep up the great work yall!
Citron Allen Station is a great new apartment building with tons of great amenities. The pool area with gas grills, the entertainment area with shuffleboard, a pool table and ping pong table, media room and computer lab and the list goes on.If you come to see for yourself, ask for Lauren. She has been exceptional from my first tour and with helping with anything I have needed following my move-in!
I just love this place! I wish I have more time from work to enjoy everything this place offers me. The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. Across the street you have Target, and a big market place, like 5 min walk. The parking lot, is great, not crowded at all, big thumb up!! This year, they organized a big party for us + there were a lot of prizes too (I won a Instant Pot), was a good food and nice games.
Moved from Louisiana to my apartment almost a month ago . Esteban , my leasing consultant , made my move so smooth . He was very patient with me and was very responsive with anything I asked . I’m really thankful for him . I also love the community. I will definitely recommend the complex to anyone who is considering moving .
We have lived here for almost a year, and while the apartment unit itself is very beautiful and modern, the complex as a whole has gone downhill throughout the months, noticeably when management switched from Citron Allen Station to Cortland Allen Station. When we first moved in it was extremely clean, well maintained, and all problems were resolved quickly. Now there is trash everywhere. (in the hallways, parking garage, pools, etc.) People drive insanely fast in the parking garage and turn corners abruptly acting like they are the only people that live here. The walls are very very thin, you can hear conversations, dogs barking, babies crying. The people above us have children running, crying, bouncing balls past midnight and you can hear everything. We have put in a few complaints but nothing has been resolved. Also some of the hallways are stained pretty badly with dog urine, and in general smell awful. Like I said, the unit is very nice, but what you pay is not worth it.Pros: Units/floorplans, amenities when they are clean, Taylor in the leasing office is friendly, and the location is perfect!
We moved in recently and our experience has been great ever since the beginning when we leased the apartment with Kyara. She is very profesional and sweet! Me and my boyfriend are so happy with our experience! We look forward to have a wonderful stay at this apartment complex.
We have lived here almost a month and I must say we are enjoying living here.We worked with Lady Martinez in the leasing office and she was very professional and took her time making us feel welcome and comfortable. The apartment’s are clean and well maintained. We are very pleased to be living here.
Moved in about 2 weeks ago. We love it!Everything we need is in walking distance, nice people, tons of amenities. We moved here temporarily, but we love it so much, I think we are going to stay here longer than we expected. This place is like living at a resort!Office staff is super nice and always helpful, Estaban, our leasing agent is the best! In my time I have lived in many different Apartment Communities, this one is by far my favorite.
Taylor and the other people in the office are great to work with! They are kind, very responsive and handle issues quickly. I enjoyed living here, the complex is clean, the maintenance people are fast, the amenities are great and I rarely ever heard noise from neighbors. I would highly recommend this complex! A++
I have lived at Citron for several months and have pros and cons about the property. The apartments are beautiful, and the amenities are really nice to have. The majority of the property management staff are so nice and helpful and make you feel very welcome. But I question some of the design and functionality decisions when designing and building this property. For example the hot water heater and AC/Heating unit are right next to the master bedroom. The heaters the builders installed are pretty loud and wake me up at night. Not sure why these wouldn’t have been located in the laundry room away from the bedrooms and main area of the apartment. Then let’s talk about the garage. It’s nice to have a garage for our cars to be protected in, but the design of the garage baffles me. One side of the garage has a north and south entrance into the building. But the other side only has a north entrance, and if you are on the south side of the complex you are forced to walk a really long way to your apartment, or walk outside, defeating the purpose of the garage. To me this design decision is just so inconvenient and makes me wonder what the builders were thinking. Even today if they put a simple door on south side of the first floor it would make a huge difference. Otherwise everything is really nice here, and I’m happy to live here.
These apartments are beautiful! Everything is top notch and the amenities are amazing. The staff are so nice, helpful and go the extra mile to help residents. Andre is the best!! He was amazing to work with, was always so helpful with any question I had and made everything so easy. He made the move in process a breeze and went way above and beyond to make the entire process of getting set up and my move in day smooth and safe with the social distancing measures. Im so thankful for this. He has been such a blessing.
This is going to be long but the main theme is that the apartments are nice with some peculiarities, but the apartment management is less than desirable. The leasing process:They appear to be very disorganized, and they do not seem to plan well for future residents. When going through the application process, we toured a model apartment and agreed on the floorplan with management. We were then put through the online leasing process which was rather confusing and even management seemed unsure how it fully worked as far as timing of signing your leasing documents online. After finally finalizing the leasing process, we were looking at the complex map and floorplan online for the unit number management gave us, and we determined that the floor plan for the unit we were given did not match the floor plan that management marketed it as when we toured the model and signed our documents. Come to find out, management did not know that that was the floor plan for that apartment and they do not know the exact floor plans of all of their apartments. This is not isolated to just our apartment. So after working through that - which ended up just being that management promising not to raise the price on the floorplan they gave us since it was bigger than what we agreed upon - we thought we were all set. Wrong. Management contacted me THREE DAYS before move in and said the apartment they gave me would not be ready due to construction on the unit. So I had to sign new lease documents for a new unit, change my mail forwarding, electricity address, insurance address, and various other addresses and provide proof of electricity and insurance to management before they would allow me to move in. Management did not provide any concessions, they only blamed the construction company and tell me that was the best they could do. It may be the construction companys fault for being delayed, but it is managements fault for not being in better contact with the construction company so that I am not sent into panic trying to update all of my addresses where I set things up 2-3 days prior to move in. Dont blame someone else; recognize that its your fault too and give me better customer service.Management communication:Honestly, getting in touch with someone over the phone is next to impossible. The way they have it set up is that you have a number to call and if no one is available in the leasing office, you get automatically directed to a call center that is very limited in how they can help you. So you call, it rings forever, then someone from the call center picks up, tells you they cannot help you, and then tells you to call the leasing office at the same number that routed you to the call center. So you just have to get lucky that someone from the office picks up the call on the first few rings before you get routed to the call center that cant help you out with hardly anything. Also, the leasing agents will call you from different numbers and when you call them back at the number they called you, it always goes to voicemail and they never get the voicemails. I called my designated agent at the number she contacted me and left probably 5-10 voicemails and not a single one was returned. I got lucky and someone picked up when I called the main number before I was directed to the call center, and when I was connected with the leasing agent, she said she did not get any of my calls. I have been so frustrated before that I had to just drive up there and show up in person to get a simple question answered. Moral of the story is management has you set up on an endless loop of phone calls to where you are left with no choice but to show up in person. SUPER FRUSTRATING.The apartment itself:I have a Greenville floorplan. The apartments are nice but with some querks, The appliances are newer and nice, and the apartment is very modern. But there are no towel rods in the master bath. The doors do not latch well if at all. Water pressure is on the low side. The slight switch layout is confusing, and the guest bath is excessively large.
My husband and I love our new apartment. The facility is beautiful and the amenities are awesome, we enjoy every single one of them. We cant wait until all of the construction is done. The staff is AMAZING. Lindsay helped us from the start. Right away she made us feel welcomed to our new home. Rohina, Cierra, Nestor, Lauren and Hannah are so nice to us and our visitors. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend you ask for a tour, the pictures doesnt do justice for this place. The best leasing experience weve ever had has been with Citron Allen Station Apartments 😊
Its been over a month since Ive moved here with my wife and we like it a lot.The building looks great. One of my favorites amenities is the Theater Room and the Coffee Bar. The staff is really friendly. The leasing process went smoothly. Lindsay went above and beyond by sending us pictures of the apartment. Thank you! Were looking forward to our time here. Highly recommend 👌👍
Though my experience was not the best at Cortland Allen station, due to the construction of the building allowing you to hear your neighbors like they’re in your living room. I do have to say the new management is great they allowed me to leave my lease early (for health reason) and returned all of my security deposit they were polite and very flexible upon my exit from the apartments it was a really great experience.
Even though this place is beautiful with nice amenities, it is poorly built. I feel that the attention was focused on the esthetics versus making sure the tenants would have a pleasurable and comfortable living experience. I have never left a review for an apartment complex but my personal experience here has been the the worst I’ve ever had to deal with...which is very surprising for a community that is fairly new. My major complaint is that the walls are VERY very thin. From hearing my neighbors dog barking all day to a crying baby at 4am and the neighbors above me stomping and running at odd times of the day/night....I have a list of things I could go into detail about but I hope that perspective tenants look past the looks and really pay attention to the details of the property before signing a lease.
Citron used to be awesome, but they recently sold to Cortland and it has just gone downhill. Maintenance requests go unfilled, the gym/hallways/amenities are never cleaned or organized anymore, and you cant contact the front desk anymore without the phone line kicking you to their centralized office. Beware the old positive reviews! Things have changed a ton since management switched over.
Ive lived here for a few weeks, and have lived in probably 6 places over the last 3 years, so I can size up a property fairly quickly. Bottom line is, nice, but cheaply made at the structural level, per earlier reviews. If you want to live here, get here within the year before prices most likely hike as the place fills up.Im happy with the price, secure entry and amenities, especially coming from the east coast. My one-bedroom feels extremely spacious, and the sleek design is something a lot of people are looking for in todays rental market. The free parking garage is another bonus that I love. At the end of the day, however, there is no reason I should hear the neighbors below me as clearly as I do. Ive never experienced this in an apartment complex - and its a sign there is either no concrete floor to floor or a very thin layer. Just as bad side to side. I sleep each night with earplugs to avoid being disturbed, and thats just fine for me. If this is a deal breaker for you, look elsewhere. Also, personal pet peeve, why cant we choose our internet provider? I want to ensure I got the best rate possible, so I elected to go without.
I love it here, it’s beautiful and very neat & clean. Smells wonderful, and my dads apartment is beautiful. Landscape is nice, including lots of room. I very recommend living here! Andre was a very huge help telling us all the information we needed or wanted to know about the building. Very good customer service.
Please do not waste your money. I flew all the way from Chicago to come check out this apartment. The office was closed even when clearly it says they close at 06:00 PM. I left countless voicemails, and no one will return my call. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY. Go look for some other nicer apartment.
We are thrilled to have secured an apartment at Citron and can’t wait to move in. And we want to give a big thanks to Hanna, Cierra and Lindsey for their awesome service. How nice to be dealing with a “team”. Unlike some rental offices, if your agent isn’t on site that day or unavailable, others in the office are there to answer questions and help to make it a cohesive experience. They are thoughtful of your needs and go the distance to make sure you are happy. The apartments are well priced and are definitely not in a remote area at all. You are literally across the street from shopping and restaurants! And they have really high end features throughout the entire complex. There are two swimming pools, numerous out door grills and comfortable seating. Plus a movie theater and two story gym. We really appreciate having a parking garage for our cars (at no extra charge). If you want great, personalized service you won’t go wrong with any of the staff at this location, but we are so grateful to Hanna, Cierra and Lindsey for all they did!!
My husband and I have been living here for a month and all I have to say are great things about our apartment. We are thankful for Rohina that made the whole process a breeze! Rohina has been so nice and attentive to everything I recommend her to everyone that is looking for a new home! The apartments are brand NEW and we overlook the pool, which is so peaceful with the music playing in the background!
We sold our home and downsized to come to Citron. We were pretty hesitant at first but once we got here and saw all the amenities and gorgeous apartments that are all new and contemporary/modern...we were sold. Rohina was our leasing agent and she was THE BEST!! Super sweet, great communication, and a smooth transaction throughout. My family and I have been here for almost 2 weeks and love it! Thank you to Rohina and her team at Citron!
The move-in was easy with no problems. Both the leasing office and the maintenance office are very quick to respond to any questions you have. Rohina was very helpful, and the entire leasing team worked together for a smooth transition. I love the amenities of this apartment complex!
Today the fire alarms have gone off for the better part of the morning. There was no heads up. My family is working from home and teaching our Kindergartener, on top of that we have a pet who has gone through a traumatic experience and we needed to not have blaring fire alarms with no heads up.When we went down to the leasing office no one was wearing a mask. This is a problem at this apartment in Allen, TX. There are very few families still wearing a mask. Not to mention there are cars parked in our fire lane. The office told us we were allowed to load from the fire lane adjacent to our apartment and while unloading groceries last night after working late, we were issued a ticket. Trunk was open, lights were flashing, we had been gone 2 mins. We see cars parked for hours on end and they have not received a ticket. It seems the apartment was put together with the lowest quality building materials. Zero insulation. You can hear your neighbor two doors over.If you have good ear plugs and can deal with constant miscommunication this is the place for you. Not to mention with all the amenities we have not been able to use them as it states in our lease, because of Covid.Lets see what canned response they use on this one .... we are so sorry this happened here is our direct line. we are doing everything we can...Some of these 5 star reviews seem fraudulent according to google guidelines... when you follow them they have reviewed a whole lot of other apartments.Google doesnt really remove reviews if maybe hire a few people or tell your family to give 5 stars. Definitely will hurt in the long run.Edit: This outdoor door slams so loud when people go in and out that it can be heard from our daughters room. This Taco Bell trash has been growing for the last month. It now has a slurpee friend to feed that ant hill around it this has to be invading the apartment adjacent. Quite a lot to deal with for a $1700 a month 2 bedroom apartment by top golf and a beer distributer in Allen, tx
Amenities and location is a big plus for this apartment. However, very poorly built as you can hear conversations of neighbors, walking, Dogs barking all night, baby crying as well. You will walk in the garden and find dog feces from people that don’t pick up after their pets. I give poor rating to this apartments as noise level is out of control. I don’t or ally give reviews but want to warn future tenants to be aware of noise levels if is not a bother then you will love location and amenities.
As a new tenant at Citron Allen Station Apartments I have to give it a 4 out of 5 star rating. I really do love the entire place, vibe and staff. Ron the head of Maintenance is awesome, professional, hard working, very kind and has came to the rescue as late as 12 AM while pulling into the driveway to his home. The front office staff Cierra, Lauren, Hannah and Rohina are outstanding at their jobs, very attentive, professional and quick to tasks. My apartment is very lovely and the community is beautiful. I have a small list of pros and cons which make it a 4 star rather than 5.Pros- Beautiful designs and layouts- Everything is brand new- Gym is very nice- The amenities they do have are top notch- The parking is awesomeCons- Master bathroom tub and shower are VERY VERY VERY cheap quality. The tub is not actually usable due to it being soooooo incredibly shallow and the water drain at the end being sooo low. My 55 wife cant take a bath because the water wont cover her legs needless to say her body and the tub is very poor quality and it completely befuddled me as to why the guest bathroom tub is stone and very deep and why they cheaped out on the master?!?!?! The shower flooring is cheap plastic as well trimmed with nice stone...- They have no Jacuzzi/ hot tub... This level of complex should have at least a jacuzzi and if they provided a Jacuzzi this would completely make me forget about the poor quality tub and shower in my huge bathroom.I really do recommend the builders RIP out every plastic tub and shower and redo them with stone, at the very least build a spa area for us..charge me extra I dont care but this place needs it!
We’ve lived here for right about a year now. Initially thought it was fine as it was brand new and clean. But a few things started to change our experience. Most of the staff has been really great and kind, so that helped make it for appliances not working and such. But we have had a really terrible smell of sewage in our hallway on our floor for about 3-4 weeks now and multiple of my neighbors and I have told them multiple times now. No one has followed up, explained the continuing smell, or done anything to fix it. Everyone has at least been kind until I spoke with someone named Matthew at the front office about it who was incredibly rude and blew me off. That plus the issue of garbage constantly piling up in the trash room has really ruined our opinion of the place. Might want to look around before settling here unless they start fixing these larger problems.
I love Citron. Love. Love, loooove. It’s absolutely gush worthy. I spent two months searching for the perfect apartment, however no matter where I went my thoughts ultimately came back here. The leasing office is welcoming, the women so helpful especially Mrs. Rohina Jinnah who found my perfect apartment considering, that I am very picky. She worked her magic and now I’m in my luxurious apartment. 100/10 hands down.
Being my first apartment, I have to say I completely lucked out 🙌🏽! Ive been here for about a month and have enjoyed every minute of it. The quality of this facility is top tier, and the price is better than perfect. *I will be sad if/when they raise their rent 😥* Looking anywhere else will only result in compromise in budget or quality. You will be hard pressed to find anything better than this facility. 🌳🌳🌤️🏊 🐶Speaking of quality, nothing quite beats an already beautiful apartment than amazing customer service! Rohina, Cierra, Lauren, and the staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and overall top notch leasing specialists👌🏽. They are always welcoming and ready to assist with anything you need!I honestly would give this place ten stars if I could 🌟. Being so close to all the shops, restaurants, and parks, and not to mention the vast number of included apartment amenities, is almost priceless. Consider me a happy camper! 🙌🏽🙌🏽😭
Citron is in a great location for shopping entertainment and an easy commute to work! We have lived here for about 2 months and Lauren made our move in as easy as possible. She was super helpful and went out of her way to answer all questions and make recommendations throughout the leasing process!
The rent posted for this property is disappointing considering the fact that Citron at Allen station is under construction, is located outside the outer belt-line of a city and is basically rural (no public transportation, nothing remotely resembling a Downtown and looking online, before you started the construction, this land appears to have been a cow pasture). Yes, it is located next to the parking lot of a shopping plaza, but that is only because they look for the same type of land. Despite the proximity to stores, it is far from the walkable community many people desire. The only concrete structure appears to be for the cars in your parking garage. The apartments are made of wood and drywall, which, no matter how high the quality, is not adequate to create a true sound barrier. Living with a lot of other tenants, right next to your unit, in this quality building, for the price you quote, is too unbelievably high. The agent said on top of this apartment rent we would be not only responsible for the usual utilities (electric, phone and cable), we would also be picking up the added water/sewer (which used to be included in the rent), and now totally made up charges like pest control and $100.00 extra to live on the top floor (which unless this is 20 stories high is crazy). And even though they have trash chutes, the other building they built in Allen has already been sold and the new owners added valet trash so don’t count on avoiding this expense. With all of the above things you are charging all the tenants for, why are we all on the hook for coffee drinking, the pet spa , and parking lots and a garage which you are giving away for free? If you would charge for these costly things your over priced rent could come back to a realistic amount.Last, we also found out almost all of your 1 bedrooms face over the pool (that plays music, not peaceful music, bar music.), or some other interior location (which is going to be loud).
Great property, very well maintained, great location. The only con is that the walls are very thin. Meaning I can hear my neighbor very very loud and clear. Also you can hear every step from neighbors above. The noise control is piss poor. I live alone so it doesn’t really bother me. If you’re a very loud or hate to hear others next door, I suggest you look elsewhere.Other than that I’m pretty satisfied with the property. So all around I give it two stars.
Ive been at Citron for a couple months now. Yes, its still under construction, however, its a beautiful facility. And if your complaining about the prices here, you obviously havent shopped around. If this place was completely finished, theres no way it would be this inexpensive. The staff is amazing as well. ROHINA was amazing to work with and incredibly helpful every time Ive had a question. (Yes, even after becoming a resident.)If youre looking for something thats completed, this aint it. If youre looking to get amazing quality for a steal because its brand new, you better jump in before its too late!
My husband and I just moved in and we are very happy with our choice. The staff is very attentive and the amenities are fabulous, especially the gym and pool. Rohina was great with the move in process. Cierra and Nes have helped us too, and they are equally as wonderful!
I was seeking for a flat to let and have had some not so nice experiences. I came across Citron Allen Station Apartment, visited the building and Rohina (Agent) was just so awesome. She was pleasant, understanding and helpful. I now live happily in my apartment. All Thanks to Rohina. I will highly recommend using Rohina as she goes beyond expectations, good at what she does and she provides excellent professional service.
Such an awesome place to call home! Rohina made my transition from out of star seamless and effortless. She was able to ensure all my requirements were met. All my boxes were checked ✅. The property is simply beautiful and has all the amenities of a 5-star ⭐️ resort! Go see Rohina five an awesome experience!
Spectacular apartment complex, the location and amenities are superb. Cierra has done a phenomenal job on assisting us from the beginning. From her assisting in looking at the apartment and showing us around the complex to also being helpful after our Move-in date. Cierra is the epitome of consistency and due diligence, Thank you and your staff
My wife and I first contacted Rohina to inquire about the property. She was pleasant and knowledgeable about the property. Rohina went above and beyond by bringing us to another property so we could get a visual of what the place would be like. She was quick to answer any questions we had. We have moved in to a beautiful unit, overlooking the pool. This property is beyond our expectations. We would recommend this property and Rohina to anyone.
This state of the Art complex is not only beautiful with state of the art Home technologies packages with special availability but also 2Level Gym w/ pool views & many luxurious amenities, so of course people will want to live here. We love it here at this beautiful complex.
I just moved in a week ago a loved it. Cierra was AWESOME with the whole process and I am the most with the most questions. The staff and especially Cierra were very patient and helpful. I loved the complex already and have zero complaints. The things that are worth complaining about are to be expected seeing as how the complex is still under construction...i.e. ants, trash chutes not available. Will come back and give update if this changes but i doubt it. I LOVE IT!!UPDATE - 10/29/3019 Still loving it here. However I may have moved to the wrong place because i am walking distance to, too much shopping eating and drinking :-)
We absolutely love the facility it’s beautiful its a great facility to live in and it comes with the best staff, everyone is very professional and makes sure they residents are taken care of, Rohina was the one assisting us and we couldn’t be more satisfied with her professionalism.
My Family and I are fascinated to live here, everything is impeccable, clean, the design and decoration is modern and beautiful. The maintenance is excellent, everything remains clean and perfect. The location is ideal, I love having the supermarket so close. The Staff is very friendly and wonderful ... if I could give it 10 stars, its all that my family and I were looking for to live. Thanks Citron Allen Station!

2021-10-26Im proud to live at Cortland Allen Station. The apartments are beautiful, and are very well maintained. If you need anything at all, the office staff is amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure all of us residents have the best experience. They schedule events for the residents, like pool parties, or a weekly food truck, and this really makes it feel like a community. Theyve also provided breakfast on many occasions, including Chick-fil-A on the way to work. It truly feels like home. Fortunately Ive only needed to call maintenance once, but they were there in a flash. The area is very quiet... and I dont ever hear any noise from the neighbors (which you would expect when living in an apartment). The location is extremely convenient to all of the shops and restaurants at the Village in Allen. Looking to make this place home for a bit!

2022-01-25When we first moved in, we didn’t have any issues but after some time we’ve had all sorts of issues here. One of the tenants burned something in their apartment and caused the fire alarm to go off a couple of months ago, and the whole apartment complex had to evacuate at night. Then another tenant ran into support beams in the parking garage and caused the city to condemn the garage for about a week. We had to park at other businesses and walk to the apartment complex. This was really hard, imagine carrying groceries for almost half a mile.Another time, some waterline broke and caused the fire alarm to go off again, after the all clear for a long time the fire alarm would go off and on at night while we’re trying to go to sleep. The fire alarm is very loud and hurts your ears.On top of that, the elevator next to where we live doesn’t close properly, so many times the door alarm will be going off while it’s forcing to be shut. We’ve had issues with noisy neighbors as well and people who are not considerate to their neighbors. The walls and ceilings are paper thin so everyone hears everything. The employees in the office and maintenance and sweet and responsive but overall our experience has been terrible. We do not recommend moving here.

2022-02-03The leasing office staff rock! I needed a small storage space ASAP and Esteban worked his magic for me. I have enjoyed every interaction I have had with him and Lady Martinez. You make this place warm and welcoming for residents. Keep up the great work!

2022-01-18Rodolfo from maintenance is SO AWESOME. He was super fast and extremely reliable. I was having issues with my garbage disposal and he almost immediately fixed the issue as well as helped me with my AC filter issues while he was here. Such a kind and respectful man, cortland does an awesome job when it comes to picking their maintenance crew!

2021-10-27I want to take the time to write a review about Allen Station. It seems like in today’s times we only read about the bad and not the good. We have lived here for 3 months and it’s been a pleasure. The staff is so kind and helpful making me and my wife feel at home. Parking is great and we never have to worry about finding a spot. We love the fact that the property is well taken care of. When we moved in, our apartment was amazing, all the way down to cleaning. I really love the area. There are so many great spots to eat. Thanks again to all the staff here, you really know how to make moving a great experience!

2022-03-19We are happy with Cortland Allen Station. Well maintained, quiet place to live. Apartment is nice. The office team is fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. I worked with Kyara. She made the leasing process easy. Esteban listens to your needs and handles them immediately. He does a great job. The staff at Cortland are always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live.

2022-01-25Unfortunately, after a few good months living here we’ve experienced several difficulties. The second floor on several occasions smells like marijuana, there has been several times where the fire alarms have put us out in the cold and rain due to either a tenet or the apartments water pressure impacting the alarms. We dealt with alarms going off for more than a couple hours after the fire trucks left. In addition to these experiences we also dealt with no parking due to a reported issue with the parking structure causing the parking lot to be condemned. On top of these bigger issues we’ve also dealt with very noisy neighbors who are making noise all throughout the night or constantly fight. After multiple neighbors complaining nothing has been resolved. We have enjoyed the office staff and we know with each issue they do what they can we just overall don’t recommend living here due to the back to back negative experiences. Unfortunately it’s not the greatest community and on going issues such as alarms and parking have put us over the edge.

2020-08-25This is the best apartment complex I have ever been to and lived at. The apartments are so nice and the staff is GREAT. And the pools and gym and all that sort of stuff is always so clean and nice. But the best part, the elevators and parking garage. I can just park and go up the elevator. No more parking across the town then having to go up 3 flights of stairs.
