This month we have marked 4 years at Lansbrook . I must say its an amazing place to live in. the neighborhood is great, convenient location; easy commute to our work and kids school. The Lansbrook team is awesome. They are very friendly and always ready to help. whenever we go to the office, Kevin & Trisha always extends their courtesy to help us out faster. The maintenance team is very efficient. We must recognize Ms. Chassie for her Leadership, she is a very responsible person. She manages the team very well and creates a friendly environment. I will high recommend this place.ThanksSham
Lansbrook is 10 stars but 5 is all I’m allowed to give. I could literally write a 10 page essay on why this place and staff is so amazing but I don’t want to be annoying. So I’m just going to keep it simple! I’ve lived here for 4 years now so I’m going to be honest. So this is the review you want to actually read!!!!The staff has been here forever, there is barley any turn over so if you fall in love with a person; they will usually be here 10 years later. The staff is family :) That includes maintenance and crew of office. They know you, they support your goals in Life, will always offer advice and make you feel like your one of their own. Sometimes it’s just nice to stop in and catch up, if you are like me you will talk to Trish, or anyone else for an hour... I’m not complaining.Maintenance will ALWAYS do their best to get stuff done ASAP, but sometimes other things take priority but those work orders WILL get done, I promise. If anyone wants to complain about that, follow the instructions of work orders first, call the hotline number and feel free to call the office or go up there to have an idea of when it will be done, they will be nice and let you know and even give you a heads up if you ask. Alex, Matt and everyone else literally is so kind, even if they are off the clock but you have a question or want to give them a heads up about something, they care enough to listen and let you know what steps need to be done to get something fixed if needed. This is a safe community, meaning that most of your neighbors will care about your living environment and respect your space. If for any reason you have a neighbor that isn’t considerate and makes your living experience unpleasant, that’s fine. The staff will always do their best to smooth things over for you or the community officer can step in if needed. They will do whatever is needed to make sure you love your home, trust me.There are residents that have been here for years and years! I have seen staff members go out of their way to check up on someone that had surgery, wasn’t feeling good or just needed to be checked up on, and they do it bc we are a family here. For anyone complaining with the reviews of not being able to get a hold of someone with the phone, here is the solution if needed. You can always go up to the office and talk to someone, or you can personally email Chassie and I promise she will contact you personally back, if not someone from the office will if it’s not needed by her.I refuse to live anywhere else. I have a very trusting relationship with them! I feel safe, I feel loved, I feel important and valued. You aren’t just another person moving in and out, you are a person lucky enough to join the family, and I know for a fact this is the family you want to be with for Life.
We have lived here almost 2 years and I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone and everyone. We moved here from Oregon and honestly it was the best decision weve ever made. The apartment complex is full of awesome professionals and young families. When I get home from work all the kiddos are getting off the bus together and head straight for the basketball courts. If you have kids or are looking for a great place to live this is it! The management team is amazing, they know everyone by name and always take great care of us. I have not one bad thing to say about this place. The complex is super quiet and very safe. Everyone looks out for one another and it is a very family friendly environment. The maintenance staff is also amazing and they get their stuff done. In this day in age, I truly feel you get what you pay for. Yes, these apartments might be a little more expensive than some in other cities, but youre paying for a safe neighborhood and great community atmosphere. My husband and I both work in Garland but were willing to make the longer commute because we LOVE living here. The only time I ever hear people moving out is because they received a job transfer or they just bought a house. I hope if youre reading this and you might be on the fence, I would tell you a 100 times over if you move here you wont be disappointed!
I lived here for 3 years and it was amazing! The staff was always friendly and maintenance was alwaysEfficient and fast on all of my work orders. It was a quite little community and never had any real problems! I would definitely reconsider going back when it’s time to move again!! Thanks for everything!
I have lived at Lansbrook for almost 3 years and I love it! The community is clean, feels safe and is like a family! I love stopping in to chat with the office and grounds staff. They all care about us and the property. It’s still the same people as the day I moved in and they are all amazing! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for apartment living in Allen!
Let me start by saying I have been here since 2007. That being said, I am a VERY picky person when it comes to my home. My daughter and myself love living here. We first and foremost feel SAFE and comfortable here. We have always been welcomed and taken care of here. We have seen many office staff changes come and go, and they have all made sure that we are taken care of as far as maintenance requests and anything else we have needed. They have always called us by name, which I appreciate. I would highly recommend Lansbrook at Twin Creeks managed by Cortland as a place to live. Very close to shopping centers, restaurants and a main highway. Come see for yourself if youre looking for a new home!
My sister and I have lived here for 1 year, and we just renewed our 12 month lease without hesitation. This is the BEST apartment complex I have ever lived in. The office staff is so professional and also so friendly! And I dont mean fake have to put on a smile friendly. I mean genuinely friendly. I can go into the office with an official inquiry, have it solved, and then just hang around and chit chat about our lives with each other. And speaking of solving problems, this staff is ON IT. Both the office staff and maintenance team are so on top of everything. Super quick response to maintenance requests and the whole maintenance team is so friendly and willing to answer any questions and provide explanations for any work they do. They keep this place it supreme condition! The buildings themselves are extremely well built and maintained. I never have noise problems. Yes, its an apartment, and sometimes I can hear my upstairs neighbors. Thats part of sharing walls. But seriously its hardly noticeable unless my apartment is silent, and even then its not that loud. It never wakes me up or distracts me from work. Even when I hear dogs barking outside, its not loud within my walls. Trust me, Ive been in other apartments where noise has been a frustrating problem. Its not a problem here.As far as parking goes, there is plenty of it! I work off hours, meaning I usually get home late at night after everyone else is already home in the complex, and there are always parking spots by my building. If you have more than one car for your unit, or if you have family or friends coming to visit, you never need to worry about finding a space. We have a gym, pool, and large community room on site and theyre all awesome and well maintained. Also there is a direct connection to miles of walking trails via a gate in the complex. YES PLEASE AND THANK YOU. I love it. And as far as the community living here goes, since I work off hours I admit I havent met many people here, but the ones I have are all nice! Can I also say how excited I am to have a washer and dryer IN UNIT?! No more guarding my laundry in a community laundry room or going to laundromats. Its seriously awesome. All of this makes the cost of these apartments SO WORTH IT! Apartment prices are going up like crazy these days, and its awful paying thousands for an apartment where the staff doesnt care. You are getting your moneys worth here! Im so happy to live some place that feels like home. No more apartment hunting. Thank goodness.
My husband and I have lived here for the past year. Love the community and everything it has to offer. The community is calm, with lots of trees, landscapes wonderfully maintained and clean. Our apartment is close to the walking trails gate and there is sense of peace surrounded by nature everyday .The walking trails are absolute delight. Kevin, Trish and Chassie are amazing people. They are very understanding and friendly. Most of our interactions have been with Kevin and he is the best!!!. It is not always you have such good people as apartment managers. The maintenance staff are super helpful and fix your issues as quick as they can. I enjoy living here at Lansbrook. If you are looking for an apartment in Allen, look no further.
I never leave a review on anything but this time I just have to leave a review in order to provide an honest feedback on how I experience with this apartment. I agree with the fact that the staffs are nice; the environment is good but I see there are always maintenance issues going on. When I first moved in around a year ago, the rating was about 3.5 but the rating went high ever since the management is changed to Cotland. However, as far as I experienced past few months with the new management, I do not see much difference. When I first moved in, I had a bad experience with this apartment. I had to wait almost a month to get maintenance issues to be fixed (the microwave and washer were already broken when I moved in). The manager said because there are 2 workers only, they had to get the emergency issues fixed first, such as A/C is not working; therefore, my maintenance issues are delaying. I understand the fact, but this the issue of the management company, not hiring enough workers especially during the summer season. In the summer, there are bugs/ants in the apartment and A/C does not go down to under 75 degree wherever I use an oven or if there are more than 6 people at home. The A/C power is very weak. In the winter, the cracks on the wall and around the window seals cause molds in the bedrooms. Additionally, bulbs keeps going out. I am currently waiting over 2 weeks to get the service requests to be done. Cant reach over the phone or the maintenance manager does not response to my email.
We have been at Lansbrook for almost 2 years now and we love it! The complex is clean, very safe, and I am speaking as a parent of two. I love stopping in to chat with the office and grounds staff. They always are ready to help, find a package or share the advice. The area is beautiful as well. I would definitely recommend to move to Lansbrook!
This is a very nice place to live. I’ve lived at Lansbrook for 2 years and I have no complaints. The staff is great, everyone is friendly, respectful and most importantly they take good care of the community. I enjoy the amenities and the walking trail behind the complex, I like that they keep this place clean and well maintained too. Im happy to call Lansbrook home!
My name is Ms. Rita Barnett. I have lived here for 11 years. I would like to say that I really love living here at Lansbrook apartments and the reason why is because if the most wonderful management team that works here on thus property. Also, I would like to Express my respect and love for maintenance who come whenever you call. They help you with anything you ask for and they are awesome. I would like to say again as far as the management team in the office from Chassie, Trisha, and Stephe, the team is one of the most warm and welcoming teams I have ever been with. This team is the most wonderful team, and that is saying a lot because I used to work in management property so I know a thing or two about it. And I want to say one other thing before I close, I am a believer in Jesus Christ and I believe that he will send you the best.
My husband and I just got married in May (amidst the craaaaziness of this pandemic), and Lansbrook has been such a nice & sweet place to stay! For the price you can get a good amount of square footage (compared to some places in Plano), and there are lots of shopping places around for your everyday essentials, or splurge! (cough, bath and body works!)The Lansbrook team is so kind and accommodating. From the front office team, to the maintenance crew, they are all so friendly and hard working. We feel so incredibly lucky to have found such a sweet & cozy place to live during this strange, yet sweet year— from being newly weds amidst covid, to meeting our sweet neighbors. It’s definitely worth checking out if you’re hesitant!
I have lived here for over 5 years, the staff are extremely professional and welcoming, the office staff and maintenance crew are all very warm and inviting. When maintenance issues occur, the maintenance staff is punctual and quick to respond and they explain what they fixed and what went wrong with any appliance or anything with the apartment. The place feels like home.
I would give them 2.5 ratings but I can’t so 2 stars it is. Once CORTLAND took over Lansbrook they sent out emails asking for 5 star reviews for some sort of prize so that’s why the ratings has gone up. However this is not a 5 star complex. They keep the outside clean but everyday and I mean everyday be prepared to hear or see some type of renovation being done that doesn’t make a difference because they will be changing it again very soon like next week soon. Moving on apartments have cheap up fixtures that are blinded by “stainless steel appliances” (they know ppl love that) however windows need to be completely replaced due to MOLD. They hired painters in the summer who decided to paint the property without covering people stuff they have on their patio staining grills, chairs and whatever else people had out. On top of that the new paint job is tacky I felt they should have went with a more summery vibrant color to help make the complex stand out but instead it looks like Benton Pointe. Water bill will add a extra $100-$300 maybe more on to your rent. Water pressure sucks after you run one bath the water will be cold for about 45 mins to 1 hour. They charge you monthly for pest control yet I’ve never seen no one spraying or anything so seems as if they need to remove that charge from the rent or have someone coming out and spraying. Floors are old and some spots are squeaky you can hear your neighbors walk all throughout their apartment. Now the staff is amazing but they will discuss your business amongst people you don’t even know. Maintence is good I always see them working on something plus they’ve helped me with heavy packages before.
Ive lived at Lansbrook for seven years now, and even though my daily commute just tripled with a new job, Id have a hard time wanting to move- the staff here is THAT outstanding. Trish, Kevin, and Chassie are all genuine, caring people willing to help in any way they can. Any issues or questions are handled promptly and without having to check back a dozen times, and theres been more than once theyve gone above and beyond for me. People ask why I dont consider buying a house- well, when my AC went out once after 5pm during the summer (that counts as an emergency in TX!), it only took about 20 minutes for a maintenance tech to show up and get it running again... now THAT is value and service! Alex and Lupe are great- I feel like they genuinely look out for the residents and pay attention to goings on in the complex, plus theres a resident officer whos easy to reach- in other words, I feel like its a safe, friendly place to live.
My husband and I have lived at Lansbrook for the past three years with our two children and love it! We cannot say enough nice things about the Lansbrook staff, they are wonderful. Any issues or repairs are taken care of in a timely manner and you feel like you are part of a community here. Highly recommend living here.
We moved in in June 2020 and have lived at Lansbrook during all of lockdown, COVID, and now Polar Vortex 2021. Although life has been full of stresses and the unexpected this year, living at Twin Creeks has been a dream come true.Whether it be text and email updates about rolling blackouts to keep residents informed, or FAST and QUALITY maintenance work anytime of the week, to even the occasional free slice of pizza in the front office to lift residents spirits in stressful times, Lansbrook at Twin Creeks does SO MANY THINGS so well. And speaking of maintenance and front desk personnel, everyone employed here is all smiles and is so eager to help anytime in any way that they can. Were talking staff members calling to check on residents to help in any way that they can. 10/10 customer service 24/7.Come live here at Twin Creeks, and if you have an experience half as good as I have had, you will be very satisfied!!
Pre-move in process was simple and well communicated. The leasing staff are all friendly and make you feel welcomed. Moving into a newly renovated unit and it looks amazing! The location is great with access to restaurants, grocery stores and 75 expressway w/o all the congestion. Cant wait to move in!
I’ve been a resident here for almost 5 years! I continued staying because not only are these apartments stunning, the staff in the office have become like family! They are so loving and so caring, whatever your needs may be they are on it! Very professional & courteous!
I really like lansbrook apartments but they are very expensive. The staff is great!! Very nice people. The maintenance guys are the best. They show up the same day if anything needs to be fixed! Their apartments are cheaply made though. I had a my clothes hanging up in my closet and all of a sudden I hear a boom! My clothing rack had fallen out of the wall.😐 But other than that and the high priced rent, I enjoyed living here. It would be nice if the owner lowered the prices on some of his apartments just to make it affordable for families. That’s why me and my husband had to leave. Daycare already kills you. I wish people cared a little more.. 😔 it would mean a lot.
I love this place I now call home. The office staff is so friendly and helpful and they do what they can to make this place my sweet home!!! The maintenance folks are my friends and will fix all of my work requests at a level of excellence!!! I love all of the beautiful red bud, cedar, maple, sweet gum, and elm trees and thick shrubs and the large grassy yards and the seasonal flowers that add so much to the property. My dogs and I enjoy a walk through the tree filled trial located next to the property daily. I an so grateful for my home here at Lansbrook.
I was not an official resident here, but Ive lived at Lansbrook for the last 3 summers with my aunt, while I was on break from college, so I know quite a lot about the complex.PROS: the neighborhood itself is very good - quiet, lots of shopping, good schools. The staff at Lansbrook is alright for the most part. Trisha and Kevin are fabulous, and Lupe is awesome. Theres also convenient access to the trail, which is nice.CONS: The manager Chassy is very unfriendly, and its a really a shock that shes in a position that requires some customer service. Shes extremely moody and has a fake smile any person could see right through. Other than Lupe, no one else in maintenance is that helpful. Its a revolving door. It could take a long time for them to get around to fixing anything. The garbage pick up was terrible. Most of the neighbors arent that friendly, and I sensed a racist vibe from many in the community, despite the fact that theres a large number of minorities at Lansbrook, particularly African Americans. My aunt had her car vandalized two times, and the Allen police officers didnt even want to file a report. As far as the grounds, theyre always cutting the grass, but I always seem to find poop and peoples trash everywhere. My aunt was forced to move because of the high rent increases every year. Oh and lets not forget the noise! The walls are paper thin, so if anyone walks above you, you definitely know it!All in all, Lansbrook looks good on the surface, but I would not consider moving there or recommending it to anyone. There are better places to live and spend your money.
Never had a problem with this property. I lived there 7 years and enjoyed the staff and maintenance guys were excellent, even saw those guys changing a ladys windshield wipers and have seen them help carry groceries upstairs for residents. As for the cops in Allen, yes they are plentiful but Ive never had an issue with them either. The property is well maintained, work orders are done timely and the staff did everything I think they could within reason to accommodate the residents. Id move back in a heartbeat.
Ive lived here for almost two years. Loved the staff and area. They are always nice and quick responsive to work orders. The apartments are clean and quiet. There is a trail to a beautiful preserve right next to it. If I need to move, I would definitely looking for BHManagement properties first. Unfortunately probably not each one would be next to such a beautiful preserve:)
Wood floors and absolutely NO sound suppression at all between floors and ceilings. If you are unlucky enough to end up with an extremely rude family above you, you will hear and feel every stomp, jump, run, and thud. Until 10-10:30-11:00 at night. Even if it shakes your ceiling, walls, and the glassware in your cabinets, dont expect any help from property management. The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is that the apartment suits my needs very well and could be a great place to be if properly constructed and managed.
To be fair, theres no half stars on google reviews (otherwise, Id probably rate Lansbrook about 2.5 stars). However, since I feel things are trending downward, I decided to round down instead of up. We moved here almost 3 years ago. Admittedly, theres a million places out there that are worse-off than this community, so my review is basely largely on a comparison to what else is out there in this area.Positives:Excellent location. We love the city of Allen, and Lansbrook is conveniently located right in the middle of everything. Theres a trail that runs through the back if youre into jogging, biking, etc. If youre into nature, Lansbrook is a lot greener than a lot of other apartments (more grass, trees than concrete). The elementary school thats zoned here is within walking distance or a 2 minute drive. Its Allen, so its overall a pretty safe community. Its generally quiet, and luckily, we havent had noisy neighbors or anything like that.Negatives:Lansbrook was recently acquired by Cortland Living. Some of their other properties look great, but Lansbrook is a relatively older community, which has dated appliances, amenities, etc. Two things Ive noticed about the new management - Cortland: Theyre great at acquiring properties and renovating them, and theyre good at marketing. When they took over, they mass e-mailed/texted current residents, requesting that they write a review for the chance to win some sort of prize. Almost immediately, a wave of positive reviews caused the google rating to shoot up to over 4 stars (its not a 4 star community in its current state). Im sorry, but a property cant be 4 stars when everything is made of such cheap materials, and we literally cannot walk on the grass anymore because theres dog poop everywhere... Little kids here are often left unsupervised, and they roam about doing crazy stuff. I parked one evening by the basketball court, and a kid threw a rock and broke my tail-light. My neighbors son who lives across from us got into an altercation recently with some other kids that left him with a bleeding back, scratches, a trip to the hospital and the police arriving. Granted, that doesnt happen often here, but I would avoid parking your car near the basketball court, as thats where all the kids here hang out... Water is sub-metered during your first year (pay for own usage) but after that its allocated (split amongst those in your building). Our water bill doubled from year one to year two.Cortland also has a 48 hour Service maintenance guarantee for all its properties. As long as your service request doesnt require any outside parts to be ordered, if its not fulfilled in 48 hours, youre supposed to live rent free until its fixed. Do NOT believe them. You have a better chance of hitting the lottery! Its all just marketing for them. Pre-Cortland, the turn around time for non-emergency type service requests was about a week or so. We were okay with that. In comes Cortland with their guarantee, and it sounded amazing. But, we quickly found out it was too good to be true. They wont honor their policy for pretty much anything. Talk to them about it, and youll just get the run around. They have no intention of abiding by it.. So why bother having it? All they did was raise expectations and make themselves look foolish when they make excuses and not want to be held accountable. Also, if youre not a fan of bugs, this might not be the place for you. Every summer, weve been getting large beetles/ water bugs / roaches (not sure what they are exactly, but theyre gross). We were originally on a first floor and were getting spiders, ants and june-bugs, so we transferred to a 2nd floor unit only to share our place with beetles and roaches. They do have pest control, like most other places, but its usually a temporary fix.
Totally, recommend this community.I have been live this community for one and half year. This community is very great community for you. they have kindly staffs, great rent cost, Great floor plan, renovated pool, Enough parking space, Great maintenance, valet trash service, beautiful forest, and Great trail course. If you want to live in Allen then, you dont be hesitate for contact this community!!!!
I have lived here for about 6 years and it is absolutey amazing. The people who work here are super helpful and they are here when you need help and always are smiling with a positive attitude. I would reccomend for anyone to live here. The service is amazing I never want to leave
I was looking to lease here and was excited my application process was fast and friendly they stayed in constant touch with me I was approved and was ready to move in paid everything and the deposit and then I happen to drive past another apartment that was closer to my job and decided to look at them and ended up going with the other property I let Lansbrook know I would not be signing my lease because I found a different property after that that’s where things went downhill I asked if I would get my deposit back since I wasn’t going to live there nobody has answered and when I call I get the run around I know that the admin and application fee I probably wouldn’t be getting back but my deposit I should get back especially since it wasn’t even a full day before I contacted them and let them know I was going to sign with a different apartment property

2022-06-14I have lived here for 14 months and will be moving out in 1 week. Reason for moving out is my rent on a new lease would be $600 more per month, and I really dont think these are worth the insane price markup. There has been constant construction around the property. AC never works properly. Spent 2 and a half months during mid summer with no AC. Once it was finally resolved the thing still struggles. The lowest my unit gets during the summer day is 80F, and that is with the thing running all day, so prepare for a big electric bill.My pros are my neighbors have been extremely respectful about noise. I have never had a any issues with noise. That alone makes me wish I was staying. The office people have always been nice and respectful. They have always done their best to resolve any issues I had during my stay.Recently the mail boxes were broken into and vandalized. This has not been a common thing, hopefully a one off event.Overall I was happy with my quiet apartment. So there is my two cents.

2021-10-27The office and maintenance staff are genuine and have worked here for ages. The community was great before but even better with the new renovations. You can be as involved or removed with the community but I love that it feels like home. Maintenance just helped me put up my new kitchen racks and I’m in love! My place is coming together nicely. This community is like a village and I highly recommend living here.

2022-06-22I hated living here. the annoying loud mexicans when I slept in the day for my night shift. they go ehhh or huh really loud and have to repeat what they say like cannot unstand their native tounge I guess. the lights are like a football stadium. I hate them. the air conditioners are weak and do not cool properly. mostly the creepy matinence staff is why I am glad I moved out. the 12+ months construction on top of inflation rent here. Enough is freaking enough!!

2020-12-30I have lived here 12 months now , I love it!! I have transferred to one of the newly renovated homes here. Let’s start with the community the landscape is great and they do an awesome job with the upkeep of the community. It is a very quiet community, the kids aren’t loud at all. The staff omg the staff are awesome! Trisha always welcomed me with high positive energy, laughs and always down for a little chit chat lol. Chasity is also a great person and whenever I needed help from the manager she was there. Stephie is a new leasing agent here and does her job very very well whenever I needed help fromHer she always helped me. The MAINTENANCE team is GREAT and will always get whatever you need done in a timely manner. Carlos is very awesome I enjoyed working with him my first lease here. With me being young this is one of the best communities I stayed with and my longest stay. I can’t wait to move into my new apartment home.

2021-07-23Very disappointed in this place lately since Cortland took over. There is CONSTANT construction going on, with the workers being very loud, playing loud music, talking very loudly, banging up against resident doors incessantly all day long, and overall having no respect for current residents. Seriously, my walls are shaking constantly with how much noise they are making all day during week days. It has been months of this. Enough is enough! There’s a lot of safety issues like hallway lights in outdoor breezeways and parking lots being out for months. (I have talked to the staff about this to no avail). If you’re a night shift worker, you will not have a quiet place to sleep during the day, or a safe environment to walk in and out of at night. The staff is usually respectful. However they give very little to no heads up prior to shutting off your water for several hours for routine maintenance which happens at least once a week, if not multiple times a week. When they have finally updated everything this could be a nice place to live, but unfortunately they’ve been incredibly sloppy in the process without concern for current paying residents. You can do much better for your money and find a nice complex elsewhere! Please avoid this place.

2020-11-20I have been a resident at Lansbrook since roughly 2017 and the staff is just wonderful. Everyone is incredibly kind and patient and they are very understanding. You can tell that everyone really cares about their residents and takes the time to really make you feel wanted. Everyone on the maintenance team is great as well. They really do whatever they can to resolve your issues. Sometimes they may take a little more time depending on the nature of the issue, and I’ve had to call a couple of times to have someone come out to fix the same issue, which is the only reason I didn’t rate at 5 stars, but that can’t always be controlled and is to be expected when you have a small group of great professionals servicing 200+ units. The service and customer care has always been top notch and I would recommend Lansbrook to anyone and everyone! I have already renewed my lease for next year. If you haven’t, or are looking to sign, please do! You will NOT be disappointed :)

2020-09-10This is a great place to live, its nice quiet place to be at. The Leasing office are great there and always helps us they are so sweet. I love that they know right us right away with our faces and apartment number. I mean I havent see other communities remember that. Plus the maintenance staff is great and they are quick when you have any issues with the apartment!

2020-09-11Most people would wonder with all our experiences why my husband and I would give Lansbrook at Twin Creeks a 5 star review. This is due to the fact that even though we have had issue after issue in our apartment since the first week we moved in (and this is back in May), the staff have been incredible. From Chassie to Trish to Kevin to Alex the Maintenance manager every single person we have interacted with has given a 5 star service. There is a lot to love about these apartments already, the location - the community, the facilities. Even with the pandemic going on there is a lot to offer here. However, I always believe you always know the value of a place when youre going through hard times... and trust me since the first week that we moved in, thats all it feels like we have been through. From water leaking from a wall and window into the Master Bedroom, insect infestations, air conditioner issues and another window leak in another bedroom.Though, this all may seem bad and a lot of people may even think that we would be well within our rights to break our lease. The management here has been superb, compared to where we used to live in another complex. Tickets have been responded to straight away, contact was made straight away on emergency issues - even had someone come over at 10pm to make sure we had AC working and were comfortable. They communicate well with you and are willing to work through issues. They try and make it as convenient as possible for repairs. I have to commend Alex as he has really worked with us to make sure we are comfortable. If youre looking to come live in a place where you will feel valued as a resident - then I definitely recommend Lansbrook at Twin Creeks. Things may not be 100% perfect, then again when are most things? But what I can definitely say is that you will be around staff that cares and will deal with it as efficiently as they can.
