If I could give zero stars I would. These hotels are over priced for what they’re advertised to be, the hotel rooms smell, there’s no breakfast, there’s no hot tub, the vending machines don’t work, and the wifi doesn’t work either. At this price we should’ve gotten a motel 6. You can’t even run warm water without the shower head making a super loud noise. Trash was left inside the microwave as well. And how are they going to have a laundromat that only takes quarters, without being able to give me quarters? WHO carries 6 dollars in change? No one. And we have to give a $100 deposit to keep the room clean??? Isn’t that what room service is for? We’re not going to leave a mess but still, that’s ridiculous. If I could get our money back I would. Please don’t come here, the reviews speak for themselves. A waste of time AND money.Edit: The lamps don’t work, they don’t even have light bulbs, the bed sheets were stained, there’s a major tripping hazard by the elevator with all the water from the pool too. 👎🏽 THERE’S ROACHES AND BED BUGS TOO!!! 🪳

I rarely do poor reviews but this hotel is in bad shape.Pool was closed, breakfast not served even though it’s advertised, furniture in rooms very worn and dated. Bathroom was dirty when we arrived.On top of that the couch bed had old sheets on it with lots of hair and blood. Not kidding, blood on the sheets.Lots of rust and other stains around doors, light fixtures, sinks and the toilet.Felt like the rooms hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time.Hot water in the shower didn’t work.Definitely avoid this hotel.

We had the perfect room! House keeping:Awesome, View:Check! Happy camper:yes ! Thank you for a wonderful stay.Lighted parking, steps to the Beach/restaurants/entertainment.Breakfast suspended until further notice. They do have coffee available in the lobby.

Fan not working in bathroom. Air conditioner not cooling the room. No remote for the tv had to request a second one cause the first one they brought didn’t work. The wet floor around and into the elevator was sketchy and dangerous. Had to hold the phone cord in the phone to call the desk. The bed was clean and comfortable but the lobby furniture was filthy. The staff were okay but not very friendly or helpful unless you push. The cost was not worth the level of customer service, cleanliness or condition of the room and of the entire hotel

The staff at check in did not speak to us except to say here is your card. No breakfast was served, which should have been disclosed on the hotel website. The room was unclean, sheets were stained, toilet wouldnt flush and the tub could not be filled as there was no stopper. The carpet was pealing back at the balcony door and main door. The hotel room numbers were written on the walls with a sharpie! The fridge in the room did not work, and there were cigarette butts all on our balcony. At check out the staff said nothing to us. I had to ask what I needed to do for check out. She replied, put your key here, and nothing else was said. The elevators were filled with sand. It was an unpleasant stay and I would not stay at another Radisson hotel in the future because of it.

If only I had enough words to explain how bad this Sleezy motel experience was. There was mold all in the bathroom, stains on the carpet, could not open the balcony door, WE stayed outside until 4am so we would only have to spend limited time in the Motel. This experience was the worst ever. The bench in my room was shredded all the leather looked like a tiger swiped it! I never saw anyone at the front desk except for once and That young lady was he only pleasing thing about the hotel, Her conversation was very welcoming and her services and customer service skills will go unnoticed at a dump like this one. They need to tear it down and demolish it. Can I say again I really and truly dont have enough words to go over all of the negatives about this MOTEL. I WILL NOT EVEN RATE IT WITH A STAR ITS NOT WORTH IT! I see all the other reviews with management apologizing about circumstances when they need to take it into consideration and do something about it!

DO NOT STAY HERE! We stayed a few years ago and loved it so we booked again. Reasons it was a mistake to stay: 1) Filthy Room…gum stuck to the floor, dirty bathtub, dirty, stained sheets 2) No breakfast served even though it is advertised 3) broken elevator for part of our stay 4) No housekeeping unless you ask 5) Only 2 towels for a suite. If you want more, you must ask. 6)Vending machines don’t work 7) Coffee maker missing filter piece 8) 2 Burned out light bulbs in the room 9)No spa though it is advertised 10) Keys kept not working so we had to get them fixed. 11)Almost every time I went to the front desk for help with a problem, another customer was complaining about the problems. I feel so bad for the employees who have to take the complaints of the customers. This is a terribly managed hotel. Stay somewhere who gives you what they advertise!

Spontaneous day trip to Galveston turned into a desire to stay overnight. Felt lucky to be able to reserve the last minute room in such a great location near the beach. Unfortunately, it is clearly understaffed and was not prepared for check-in rush on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Once we were finally able to get to our room, we went out onto the private balcony to find it covered in pigeon guano and a sizable nest in the corner under the patio chairs. Obvious neglect and didn’t appear to have been cleaned for quite some time. Alerted the front desk staff and they came to clean it as best they could with a broom/dustpan and no PPE. Quite a shame since the room itself seemed clean and beds were comfortable.

If I could give 0 zero, I would, because this hotel definitely deserves 0 star! False advertisement; no breakfast was served like specified in the hotel advertisement.The pool area was disgusting; the water smelled of strong chlorine. We saw strange foaming on top of the pool and also observed dirt/molding on the side of the pool. No towels provided. My kids were soaked in disgusting chlorine water walking to the hotel room. To add to that, the hotel room was extremely cold and temperature could not be adjusted to our liking. We were all freezing and had to turn off the A/C completely. We also observed weird brown stain on the mattress.To add to all of that, the front desk workers were extremely unpleasant, unhelpful, and just down right rude!

Room was dirty, the mattress was all stained and dirty with yellow patches all over, I have pictures to back that up, it smelled like a skunk.The night staff did nothing about it, the beddings were dirty and I was given a twin bedding for a queen bed after asking for bedding change.I called and asked to speak with he manager but so far she has not called me. If I could’ve straightened things up with management, I was not going to write this review. But I guess they care less.Horrible place just pay extra $20 and get you a good comfortable place to sleep. This hotel should be banned or people should leave it alone! They need a through clean up .I need to give them a zero but unfortunately it’s not an option here. Thank you!
