I moved here in August and I am very happy with my living experience here. Johnna and Misty are very caring ladies that run the office. The maintenance guys try to get everything done in a timely manner but if they have to order parts it cant be helped. They do an exceptionally good job at taking care of their tenants. I would recommend living here to anyone.... I have no complaints about living here.

I moved her in October... Just want to say in the beginning I was a little skeptical I havent lived in an apartment in so many years.. But the management made me feel right at home.. Johnna and Misty in the office where very helpful and answered any questions I had, They continue to be very helpful. I have and a couple of things , sink in bathroom leaking ,and then my stove wanst working correctly I brought it to their attention and Joey and Tim fixed it up within an timely manner.. I am now settled in and I feel comfortable being there.. So thanks to the management for taking care of things and caring so much ... Johnna and Misty will make a point to see if Im ok , due to an accident I had over a year ago.. Such sweet ladies...

These apartments are horrible, dont waste your time by looking into this apartment complex. Washer and dryers are never fixed, leaving a third of them inoperable. The dishwasher in my husbands and my apartment doesnt work. For a year the apartment was infested with cockroaches and the staff didnt do a thing about it. The plumbing is horrible, hot water screeches insanely loud whenever you turn it on. When the AC wasnt working in our apartment, we called for someone to fix it. Said they would fix it the next day or two, didnt fix it until 3 weeks later. And for the lack of quality or maintenance, rent is overpriced. Highly recommend not coming here.

Don’t move here. Just don’t.We were led to believe the complex had been updated. It seemed much nicer than the condition it was in when I had looked into living here years ago.There is a huge roach infestation and we found this out shortly after moving in. We reported it and got a paper on our door that someone was coming to spray. No one came. We tried that several more times and most of the time only a paper was put on the door notifying us that pest control would show up, but rarely they would. If they did it show up they only spray a little next the the kitchen counter and then walked right back out. They didn’t even go in the bedrooms or spray by windows like every other NORMAL pest control company does.I spoke with my neighbors that have lived here longer and they told me of huge repairs that they need done and that the roach problem has been ongoing for a long time. One neighbor had to fight just for her air conditioner to be fixed.We were promised new appliances but they haven’t shown up and it’s been nearly six months since we were promised to have them. They told us covid set them back but I saw appliance deliveries during that time going into empty apartments. Our oven barely works and is starting to hardly cook our food anymore. The stove cannot keep a consistent temperature and either burns everything or it takes way to long for things to cook. The refrigerator stays closed only half the time. The dishwasher leaves caked detergent on the door and leaves the mostly dirty.We had electrical problems and maintenance came along telling us everything worked. When we had internet installed the guy installing it complained about the electrical not working properly and maintenance came straight over and the entire time spoke with him about it and ignored me completely.... and I’m the one that lives there.It’s not even to code. The studs in the walls are too far apart and too many outlets have no electric going to them even still. Our window doesn’t even stay open because it’s so old and broken.We have reported all of our high priority problems but none of them get resolved. Not a single one.This place looks nicer than it used to be and we thought it really had a turn around.The one problem that I reported that got fixed right away was when a squatter broke into the apartment above mine. They came and inspected it and replaced locks immediately. But none of the problems that effects our quality of life matters. We clean vigorously every day to prevent as much infestation as we can manage. But it is never enough.Unfortunately the only thing that has changed since I toured this place nearly ten years ago is that the office staff is a lot better at covering up the flaws and lying straight to your face. I am disgusted with the living conditions we are forced to live in and I’m disgusted that not a single person actually cares. I am disgusted that I thought I was providing my children a safe and clean place to live. I was pregnant when we moved in and had to bring a baby into this chaos.Hazardous electrical, infestation, inability to prepare thoroughly cooked food, and squatters. That should be all the reason you need to just look somewhere else.

Things have gotten progressively better as time went on. Gonna be moving out soon after living here over a year, but overall I enjoyed my time here. The ladies in the office are very helpful through everything that goes on at the apartments. The newer maintenance guys are very friendly and quick about getting things taken care of too. Its not a bad place, especially if youre tight on money. Theyll get you taken care of, especially if you simply communicate with them!

The buildings are poorly built and the new staff and management are no help whatsoever. My family and i moved out as they got new management. We were supposed to get our deposit back. We left our apartment very clean and move in ready. Due to renovations they were not charging for carpet cleaning. We moved out in August. It is now the end December and we have not received anything. I call almost everyday and the manager gives me the runaround. I have even called the corporate number and to no ones surprise they NEVER answer instead always goes to a voicemail. This place is a joke. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else. This place just robs you of money.

I really like this place. Moved in in late February, had an issue with my air conditioner that was fixed same day. Coco and Tito are very easy to talk to and seem to actually care about their tenants. Anything Ive needed done has been handled quickly!

Do. Not. Rent. From. Here. Rent is cheaper than most places are but here is why you should stay far away! I’m still here, we moved into a newly renovated apartment to find mold in the vents, a non functioning dish washer also with mold in it, and clogged drains! On top of all this, I have wasted 40-50$ on the laundry facility which the owners refuse to fix even though several tenants have complained about non functioning machines. The last thing was that I had a broken fridge for over two months which I was told would be replaced... it took over 2 months to feet a functioning one even though I checked with the office every week or two. This place does not care about you, your family or your health but if that is worth it to save $50 on rent then come on in and let them stick you in a lease on lies and deceit.If the owner see this review, I’d like to talk to you.

My fiance and I lived in this complex for 3 years, everything was fine and dandy and we had zero problems when it was owned by Zenco... When the new owners took over, Wehner Multifamily, it turned into the worst place to live. The maintenance guys were great and never gave us problems it was the management... A chimpanzee could do their job better than them. Horrible. We moved out this past FEBRUARY and just now in SEPTEMBER got our deposit back... And thats after many, many phone calls and many, many emails to corporate. I had to threaten contacting the BBB, the local apartment association, and a lawyer just to get someone in their corporate to take us seriously and stop giving us the run around. Its been so long that Im not even sure the check was for the full deposit, but at this point in time I dont care, I just want to finally be done with this company. DO NOT move into any property, house, etc. thats owned by Wehner Multifamily unless you wanna be ripped off and accused of being a bad tenant and called a liar. I wont even go into how we were treated by the manager since Ive learned that she no longer works there.In regards to our apartment, the AC system in our apartment was horrible and was fixed many times and still didnt work well in my bedroom, probably due to the fact that it was/is just so old. My room felt like the temperature outside, if it was hot out, it was hot in there and etc.I repeat DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE!!

This place is horrible. one month after living here, the sink in the kitchen broke and flooded the entire living room. I called and let the managers know and they said it didnt sound important enough and didnt send anyone to fix the pool in my kitchen/living room for 12 hours. they then said they would have a carpet company come clean the carpet so it wouldnt smell. SURPRISE, they never showed up. when asked, they pretended they had no clue what I was talking about. skip a couple of months. I put in a move out form. one day later I get a note that said I need to replace my blinds. thinking nothing of it because my blinds are in perfect condition I ignored it. one month later I get another notice about my blinds that im being charged 100 dollars for blinds because they were ragged and looked destroyed, confused I went to the office and adv that they my blinds are in perfect condition and that they have the wrong apt. the manager woman was really rude and said she knows what she saw. she then said the charge is because I had a blanket over my window blocking out the sun to lower my electric bill was not allowed. yet my neighbors have NO BLINDS and blankets covering their window since the day I moved in 9 months ago and nothing has been said to change that. I adv the manager that the reason we were moving is because of the ridiculous rules here and that I would be allowed to cover my window anywhere else. her response was, and I quote, maybe they allow that in the hood, but we do not have low standards. so all in all. to get the point across, they will take money any change but do not do any work, ive had a bad dishwasher for 9 months and keep getting told nothing is wrong as well. do not move here, they overcharge as well. on top of that, they are very very rude.
