Crate & Barrel in other cities:
Nice products, but terrible customer services with poor trained chat and phone support. The worst order management I ever saw. Escalation to senior support, if exists, does not work either. No calls back. I was never able to talk to anyone at the management level to resolve our problem. They are very good for apologize and do not resolve anything.1) We bought an item that was said as available in stock. Promissed call for pick up never happened. And 2 months later they even asked for additional days, to then be able to the schedule a pick up. Never saw two months to deliver something supposely available in stock.2) We also bought a dinning table with 6 chairs in August, for Thanksgiving family reunion. It was promised 2 months for delivery and after 3 times postponent I received a message to schedule a delivery date, which added another month. Bottom line, current estimate now is 4 months from the order and ruined our Thanksgiving plans. The pandemic became the excuse for the incompetence. There is no accountability for what is promissed.Problems can happen anywhere, but what is unacceptable is a pricey store like Crate&Barrel does not have the capacity and ability to manage problems solving.Im not going to buy again, and probably cancel this last order.
I ordered several of my furnitures from Crate and Barrel. I received the delivery of the items on 11/22. Much to my dismay as it was thanksgiving week, the Dakota dining did not have the necessary hardware to install the furniture. The delivery personnel told me the warehouse would schedule a re-delivery for installing the furniture. After several follow ups and phone calls, I was told crate & barrel shipped the hardware to warehouse, once they receive it local warehouse will schedule for an install. The gentleman from the warehouse called me to assure that Monday 11/28 the items was shipped by overnight, should reach warehouse by 11/29 and would be dispatched for deliver 11/30. Fair enough! I did not receive a phone call to notify of the time range they would deliver. I called at 2pm after waiting to know they will be home between 3.30-5.30pm. Great! What if I wasnt there? another missed delivery?? The men came sharp at 3.30pm, enter the house and ask me where is the hardware. Im appalled!! They were told customer should have received the hardware, do install it. Frankly, this is a new home we moved into and I got furnitures from Restoration hardware, Pottery barn, West elm, Joybird, Anthropology and Crate and Barrel. This is by far the WORST customer service. After all this I did not receive one phone call apologizing for the mess up or to take care of the issue. From, A frustrated customer. Attaching the picture of an uninstalled dining table in my living room for 10 days now
Great customer service! I ordered a couch last week and I noticed that it had gone on sale since I ordered it. Since my couch hadnt arrived yet, I texted the customer service line and asked if they would honor the discount. They got back with me in 5 minutes, I gave them my order number, and within two minutes they refunded me the difference! They even honored the 10% coupon I had used when I purchased the couch, so I was refunded even more than what I had anticipated! No sitting on hold for an hour, zero hassle. Very happy!
Store employees have decided to only allow a few people in the store at one time creating a long wait line outside the store. Ive experienced this twice in the last month and was told by the manager that it is not because of covid but because they had some employees out. This store is enormous and while standing in line to get in you can watch the employees inside standing around doing nothing or rearranging items on shelves to look like they are working. There are so few customers allowed in that it looks like the only people inside are the warehouse employees who are restocking and the floor employees who are leisurely walking around with hands in their pockets. Maybe if you didnt have someone posted at the door to tell us all that masks are required and ask if weve left our house, been locked in a bunker for the last 9 months, or if weve had our head in a hole and have no idea that there is a global pandemic happening you would be able to accommodate more customers in at a time.
Very disappointed with this company. We ordered a coffee pot from them and it stopped working after just a month of owning it. I called to return it and while yes they granted me a return, they charge a $26 return and restocking fee. For what? The product is broken. I have never even heard of a company doing that before for a product that doesn’t even work.
Crate & Barrel Austin has horrible customer service. They made a mistake and basically told me “too bad.” I talked to a manager and she was just as bad. No wonder the staff doesn’t care, fish stinks from the head down. I put it on Twitter, they tried but didn’t follow through. Pottery Barn and William Sonoma much better, they know how to treat customers.
I had not shopped at this store in close to 10 years and of course when I return...it’s during Covid restrictions, so keep that in mind.Parking was a breeze, since only a handful of people were at the location. I also went on a rainy day, so foot traffic was at a minimum. There is a sign at the door that basically says to wait and someone will let you know when you can enter...plus a face mask was required, due to a state mandate. The only negative about this was that the woman monitoring the door was assisting a customer, so I stood there for almost five minutes before I was allowed entry. The reason for my visit was to exchange an online order that arrived damaged. I should have just shopped in the store initially based on this. However, I was told upon entry where in the store to go and who to speak with for assistance. Upon entering the identified department, I was quickly assisted. The employee that handled my issue made sure to select an undamaged item them exceed my expectations by oiling the wood on the replacement. She wasn’t chipper and smiley, but she handled my replacement quickly, professionally and that was perfect for me.While both entering and exiting the store, it was clean, well spaced out and I was maybe one of five customers. I’m sure Covid had a lot to do with this, but it was impressive how the store was handling things.
I do not recommend buying custom furniture from the Austin store.I ordered a couch in May 2018 and now crate in barrel is telling me that it may not be delivered until mid august because they are having shipping and warehouse issues. They cannot do anything or are not willing to do anything to get me my couch any sooner. Its not a furniture manufacturing issue. My couch is sitting in a warehouse in South Carolina.I have called multiple times to get an update on the order and each time I call I get a new delivery date. The current delivery date is mid august but no one is really willing to commit to that date either .I also cant get anyone to call me back from store management in Austin. If I do ever get my couch I will update my review.I did end up getting my couch and it was late August. Management was willing to discount the price due to a problem that really was a logistics issue on their part. Will never buy a piece of furniture from them again as their store polices have never really changed. I would still recommend you look elsewhere before committing to a crate barrel furniture purchase.
Two out of three employees kept looking weird at me I guess they don’t see a lot of Hispanic people at this location never asked if I needed any help or greeted when I came in, the same employees that gave great customer service to everyone else coming in expect for two other Hispanic customers that came in after me. I spent a good amount of money it’s not like if I was walking around with empty hands. Would give 1 star but the employee that did help was nice
Seems like there is a lot of this going on at CB. We were browsing for dining chairs, grabbed a few impulse-buy items and headed to the single cashier. We waited 5 minutes for someone to show up, then another 10 minutes while she was on the phone. We headed for the door without making a purchase. The greeter asked how we did...I replied We are leaving empty handed because we were not willing to wait more than 15 minutes to check out. She go immediately hostile, loudly spouting their policy on social distancing.I get it..I really do. There were 1-2 other shoppers, nowhere near the register. We were masked and kept to ourselves...have to nowadays. The lack of service and then the rude its-your-fault attitude sent us straight to Amazon.com, where we found identical items for less, with free shipping.Youve lost us as a customer. We wont be buying the six Curran chairs we came to try out...shame really, they are nice and comfy.
The store manager (I think her name is Chrissy) is outstanding. We had a large order to be delivered, the warehouse somehow missed some items - but after the store manager couldnt get the warehouse straightened out, she went there herself, got the items, then delivered them to our home and checked to make sure all was ok. Best fix-of-a-problem ever, wonderful customer service. Well be back.
Ray was great on the sales floor giving us advice on 2 couches. We purchased both and were told the return policy clearly. He also let us know its better to refuse the shipment after the delivery folks put it in the space if it doesnt work out. This avoids the return trip charge. As it turns out, we only wanted to one of them. We promptly had the delivery guys put it back on the truck and refunded. Delivery was scheduled very exact. They made us chose a narrow window that they werent able to hit. Which is understandable. Perhaps it would be more efficient to give wider windows so people dont count on exact times. Otherwise, this was a fantastic experience.
Great chain for housewares. Good prices and good quality stuff. Excellent for a new kitchen or a veteran chef... their dishes are beautiful and stylish and they sell all of the essential kitchen equipment. Furniture is very expensive, but still really nice. If youre on a budget, stick to the dining/kitchen area to get the best bang for your buck.
Ordering online is great and service is good. You just call them to let them know youre at Curbside pickup and theyll bring your order out. Their email about your order is good but the option to chat is not really working. It is just better to call the store once youve arrived.
This is one of the nicest, best stocked and friendliest trendy furniture stores I have ever shopped. I thought they only carried stuff for the kitchen. Special thanks to Mr. Ray for his expert help and advice. See any of the friendly staff in every department. Too many cool pieces to list here....you simply must stop into the Crate&Barrell! 5👍
The store atmosphere is wonderful, especially around the holidays. The staff was helpful and friendly but not pushy! Ive owned several crate and barrel pieces over the years and the quality is worth the price. After months of searching I think I found the perfect prep table for my kitchen, it will be here this week, I cant wait!
Ordered a chopping block for curbside pickup and once I got home I realized it was used. Scratches all over it and obviously worn out ..even the rubber stoppers on the bottom were coming off. Not only was it inconvenient to go back and return it, but did not receive any apologies for the inconvenience. Actually it was the opposite, the cashier was condescending. She said that she thought the product was fine and claimed that’s how natural wood is. Just apologize! People are very forgiving especially during this time!
Purchased a beautiful table but when the delivery came only the base came no top, I was then told this was a special order and it would take 4-6 weeks so I decided to wait and get the table. Just got a call yesterday to tell me the table was here but the next delivery to me would be a month away, because they only deliver to my area once a week and they are booked. This was the most disappointing message I have ever got from a company as nice as Crete and Barrel. I expected much better service than this I don’t think they care about the customer at all. I won’t be shopping here again.
We recently had an experience where our CB sofa material was pilling after six months of use. The store not only replaced the sectional with a new one in a custom fabric, they allowed us to keep the old one until the new was delivered.Stuff happens, but in a world where customer service has become a series of IM, or staying on hold for an hour, CBs pledge to resolving our issue stands out. Thank you.
I am so impressed with Crate and Barrels customer service. I had ordered a set of the beautiful F+W cookware during the Black Friday online sale.I contacted the customer service dept to review my payment and shipping arrangement after not receiving a confirmed receipt of my payment via email. I spoke to the call rep regarding my concern and ended up being transferred to someone higher up to go over my situation. Not only were they able to ensure that my package arrived on time, but they went out of their way to gift me something so heartfelt and personal after hearing about a delay that took place during the transaction process.Thank you Leslie C. L. And your supervisor for making my first Black Friday ever- a great experience this holiday season. I appreciate you and your team so much.Blessings,Amber N.
I went here to make returns from a wedding registry due to a cancelled wedding. What would usually be a sad and tedious task, Austen (a friendly employee) made the entire experience so much easier. He was thorough, communicative, enthusiastic, and professional. I wish there was a tip jar just for him!
Will never shop here again. c&b uses a third party delivery service that was a nightmare to work with. 7+ phone calls, hours on hold, not able to fix a wrong address level issues. They also refused to build/assemble a $700 chair for us. Thanks but I’ll use pottery barn west elm anything else who knows how to ship and build furniture
We just visited and LeighAnn was checking out our order. She was extremely rude. We told her we had a coupon and she rolls her eyes then asks that we read it to her. I know Covid has made reopening difficult but Crate and Barrel you still need to provide good customer service. Additionally, some diversity in your staff wouldn’t hurt.
I am EXTREMELY disappointed with your brand. I purchased a big order of furniture from you 2 MONTHS AGO!!!!!I had to call YOU a month ago and you said I had not scheduled my delivery ( which was done at the point of purchase a.k.a YOUR STORE).Then we proceed to schedule the delivery. Didnt get it. You called me the following week saying there is NO NOTES on the so called scheduled delivery date... WHAT! I was kind and patience and schedule again. This has happened now 2 TIMES.I asked to speak with the manager and you said nothing could be done but do another scheduling.YOU NOW CALLED ME AGAIN (3rd TIME) saying i need to schedule it? WTF is wrong with your delivery process??? HOW on earth is your team so incompetent and why am I not a priority client at this point? Last I know you said you would talk to your manager... I am still waiting to hear back & ready to cancel that order because you guys SUCK.Quick to take the money out of my bank account but I still dont have furniture so that is considered FRAUD.if I could give you 0 stars I would.
Im so torn on a 3 star review, but my order online, pick up in store experience has been a little rough twice now. Stuff turns out to not be in stock like it states online. Also bought a pair of salt and pepper shakers that were super expensive and do not work. I have bought some nice decor and kitchen items, but a little pricey for what it is. Couch held up decently for 12 years as far as the frame goes, but the fabric piled VERY early on (microfiber, so thats not supposed to happen). Yes, I still shop here. Like the overall vibe of the store and selection, but its not my first go to place for stellar quality.
I am extremely disappointed with the experience i have had with my order. The order for a kitchen table and 6 chairs was originally placed in store on September 2nd. The delivery was originally scheduled to take place on Saturday, September 21st (i was told mid-september when i purchased). Ahead of the delivery, i was told to clear the space for the table, so i removed my old table from the kitchen. On that day, the delivery team arrived with our furniture, however they were unable to assemble the table because there was a large crack in the metal base. They left the chairs and the partially unpackaged table top in my kitchen and told me that someone wold be in touch with me within 24-48 hour to schedule delivery of the new base. On Wednesday the 25, i had still not heard anything from Crate and Barrel and so i called the store. They were unaware of my situation and had to call me back later in the day. At that point, they told me that the earliest they could deliver the base was October 3rd. This was frustrating as we had guests visiting during the weekend of the 28th and our kitchen was now filled with a partially un-packaged (torn card board and plastic wrap) table top as opposed to our original table which we had removed. Regardless, i have now taken the day off of work on Friday the 4th so that i could be home to receive the delivery of the table base. Today, i received a call from Crate and Barrel telling my that our table was not delivered to the warehouse and we would have to wait an additional week before we will receive our table base. This means an extra week of having no kitchen table, a mess of packaging in our kitchen, and i will have to take another day off of work in order to receive the delivery. As part of our purchase we paid for white glove delivery and expected that the table would be delivered and assembled on time. Had i known how disorganized this process was, i would have purchased the table elsewhere.
We ordered an, in stock, table on December 1 and received an email within minutes that the product was in stock and ready for shipping. Delivery was scheduled for today, December 13. On December 12 I received an email that the table was ready for delivery. However at 8:45 pm the phone rings, and an associate of Crate and Barrel tells me, “so sorry, but your table will not be delivered tomorrow, it did not make it on our truck. Next possible, but not for sure, delivery could be on December 27”. We were in shock, and I explained that this was unacceptable. I was put on hold and 2 supervisors down the line, and now delivered on December 20.Why is this causing us so much pain? Simple, we work long hours and are away from home a lot. When we are home, we plan our time well. Last year we spend the Hollidays alone at home because we moved from PA to San Antonio TX, and were unable to entertain due to the move. This year however we plan to make up and spend some quality time with friends and family. A dining table is the center point of these activities, and with many people to entertain, our schedule starts this weekend.Ordering on December 1 an in stock product should ensured timely delivery. But not so. Informing us the night before delivering takes away any opportunity to adjust our schedule. Further more, we ordered from Crate and Barrel because a local business was honest and told us that their delivery would be after Christmas. We appreciate their honesty. We also missed out on other sales opportunities since Crate and Barrel left us in a bubble that the table was on his way. Our festive season has started with a nightmare, and we are forced to cancel our first event or spend a lot of money to invite everyone to a restaurant. Good food, maybe, quality personal time, NO. Embarising!!! We expected better from Crate and Barrel. So much for Happy Hollidays.
Product quality and customer service have really fallen off the cliff.Spent nearly 3000 on a bed and desk. 10 days later, the bed delivered with a major visual defect and the desk was cracked right down the middle.Customer Service queue was an eternity so I opted for call back, which never happened.Call the local store where the items originally were ordered, they took the information but never follows up proactively. I have to call daily to check status. This is day 3 after delivery of the defective junk and there is still no indication from C&B on what they will do to remedy this situation.
Extremely overpriced for the quality that youre getting. Unfortunately we bought a Clairemont coffee table and with a month the glass top had scratched all over it. We spoke with the sales rep inside the store (austin location) and he also said that hes received a lot of similar complaints about quality and pointed out the coffee table in the showroom is actually scratched up as well(we checked and it was). For 700 buck you think the could of use better quality glass. Such a shame Great design the horrible quality from China. I expect to get crappy China quality from Walmart but not here where you are paying much higher prices.Unfortunately you dont always get what you pay for proven by Crate & Barrel
Crate and Barrel is a really great store to shop at. They carry a huge variety of items. They carry kitchen and dinning items, furniture and accessories. For the accessories the style change often, and occasionally they have sales. Their furniture is pricey but nice quality.
Spent over two thousand dollars on a island solution, not only was it 2 month later than the anticipated date marketed, it was not completely assembled when we received it. Then, trying to get service thereafter at the store was very unfavorable. If you need to order an item use the on line services and customer service. They are more helpful and friendly.
Terrible customer service and return policy. I tried to exchange a Christmas gift or receive a store credit and they wouldn’t let me. This is an item that only Crate and Barrel sells; it is on display in front of the register, it was in a Crate and Barrel box, and had a Crate and Barrel price tag, but they would not let me exchange it. C&B really needs to take lessons from other retailers like Nordstrom; most retailers will let you exchange an item, especially at Christmas. I will not be shopping at C&B again; there are a lot of other options like Potterry Barn, Sur La Table or William Sonoma.
Terrible delivery lead time, they commit a date and delay it without you being informed. They have North Carolina warehouse excuse. At this rate, they will be soon out of the business. The only nice thing about CB Austin store, the in store people are very customer friendly and do their best.
Horrible customer service-we will never shop here EVER! I received a gift from Crate & Barrel (chip/dip plate) and lost the gift receipt. The plate had Crate & Barrel glazed on the back; hence, clearly indicating it is a plate from C&B. In addition, item was also displayed on a table in the front of the store. After publicly humiliating another customer in front of me for getting in line and forgetting their wallet, the manager summoned me over. She continued her dismissive manner by raising her voice so others could hear, and stated, “how do I know this is from Crate & Barrel if YOU don’t have a receipt? I will not be able to help you at all, NEXT in line!”I calmly re-assured her the plate was displayed in the front of the store, let alone “Crate Barrel” was glazed on the back (permanently), definitively proving it was their item. She rolled her eyes and repeated her statement louder in a condescending tone. It’s no wonder I will continue to shop at Pottery Barn, William Sonoma, and Sur la Table for their great products and outstanding service for many more years to come, and never set foot in another CB store again.
Love this store!!! I buy items for my work and this place can go a long way. From cheaper items to pricey items its all there. They even have furniture upstairs and throughout the store. Go there and roam on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon and stock up for the patio or kitchen. Enjoy.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Out dated systems, painfully slow and inflexible scheduling systems.Painful experience.Update: So the manager at the store called me back and restored my order. They even gave me same day delivery. Bumping up the stars as they did attempt to right the wrong. Appreciate it !
While I cant afford to buy most stuff here, I like to come and check out their sales and the small kitchen accessories. I havent been in a bit, and didnt realize that CB2 is upstairs now- so when I go back and check that out... and feel like a kid in a candy store, Im sure Ill raise the stars to 5 because Ive been wanting CB2 here for some time. After holidays, the sale stuff is pretty well priced and you can get a head start on next year by buying those items during those sales. Youre going to stuff it away each year anyway, right? Why not save?I love a deal.
I bought the Pavilion Canopy bed from here about a month ago. When they delivered the bed, the brought slats that did not fit the bed. So we had the bed occupying half our bedroom and we had our mattress on the floor next to it. They said they would redeliver with the right slats. About 2 weeks later, they brought in another set of slats... and lo and behold - those did not fit as well!! The customer service rep who I spoke to said that they are going above and beyond their duty to cut the slats to fit our bed and that the 15% discount that they provided for the mix up covered any inconvenience that was caused to us. I have been very disappointed with the way things have been handled especially after having paid so much money to them.
This store is ok. They do things that seem to undermine themselves, like only allow a manager to authorize a return, but then the managers are out stocking the floor and unable to come to the register. It really depends on the employee youre working with to dictate your experience.
Many nice items, all overpriced. Not just highly priced for quality, overpriced.Plus, and this is perhaps more an Austin thing, but people who work in retail need to realize that you are there to be helpful and attentive, if this is too hard for you, perhaps switch careers?
Unfriendly staff, she wanted no part of helping my husband find what he was looking for all she could say was we dont have it without any attempt to even check she seemed to want him out if the store, I would call that being judgemental by appearance. I will spend my money else where. 🤗Bye

2022-03-22We placed an order for a bar console in November and it was expected to be available in January. There were delays and we were finally able to schedule a warehouse pickup for 03/18/22. The packaging appeared to be damaged at the warehouse, marked that it is an Exchange, and the box was open as well. The logistics guys at the warehouse assured us that the item is not damaged and that they have removed the packaging for “inspection”. We got home and as expected, the console was damaged. There are cracks everywhere, pieces of wood chipping off, the doors don’t close properly, the top was stained, and the quality in general is very poor. We wasted a lot of time and energy waiting and going to the warehouse to pick it up - the console is pretty heavy! 100% would not recommend to anyone. Also Crate and Barrel does not accept and post negative reviews on their website.

2021-10-26Nice location with great collection, the staff are helpful too.I get new design inspirations every-time I visit this store. They have all the rooms collection including nursery. It’s a 2 level store, with majority of kitchen inspirations on the first floor. The second floor has bedroom, office and nursery furniture. It has plenty of parking, easy to walk with strollers too.

2022-06-11As much as I love Crate & Barrel, I won’t be returning. I went to this location just to browse at new designs and no associate approached me or even greeted me. There were at least 3 associates at the front counter, btw. I still purchased an item, came back 2 days later and associates still couldn’t greet me. A greeting really sets the vibe for a shopper…especially a shopper who’s a poc and a designer. Please do better.

2022-08-10We received a faulty sofa purchased from C&B website. What followed was hours on the telephone and hundreds of emails just to arrange a simple replacement (which still hasnt happened). The customer service agents DO NOT communicate or share notes. We have to explain the entire situation all over again in every single e-mail which is then answered by somebody else. This is possibly the worst customer support system I have ever encountered - it seems to be confusing and inefficient by design. Even IKEA does a better job (at a fraction of the cost). Fail. Avoid or it will drive you crazy. You have been warned.

2022-06-23Alyssia & Maya we’re absolutely amazing here! They were so understanding highly recommend you find them to assist you. To give backstory: we are from Dallas and just moved to Austin 6/18.Our first furniture was bought at Ashley Furniture and we just didn’t know any better! Our bedroom set was made with particle board and the back of our headboard was this black mesh/fabric.We experienced the great winter freeze of 2021 in TX just like everyone else and lost power for 2 weeks. What we didn’t know, was that our porous Ashley Home furniture grew the beginnings of white mold.We have been to numerous furniture stores, following Instagram refurbish people, going to vintage stores and couldn’t find anything that matched/was good for the price. There is a lot of bad furniture out there that looks aesthetically pleasing.I looked online and thoroughly enjoyed the mid century feel of the Tate bedroom set. Once we came in, we were greeted by Alyssia who was not only empathetic but knew exactly what to show us- the Tate! Since we just moved we qualified for the 15% new movers discount! They were so knowledgeable about the furniture, worked with us on the delivery process, and educated us on what to do if there were ever any problems. We are excited to experience our new set! Even with supply issues, we were lucky enough to get a projected delivery date of August. That’s nothing they can control so keep that in mind. :) 10/10 recommend this store and their help!

2021-02-14High-end furniture and decor with a very high-end price tag. You get what you pay for here. Service is great. The quality is great and the styles are unique and exclusive. I just wish the store was bigger and less expensive. Its like a smaller Ikea but furniture done right. They also sell kitchen appliances, knives sets and much more.

2022-07-09Worst delivery service ever. Every time I’ve ordered here, the furniture is either chipped or marred in some way, or something is missing … OR they don’t deliver the items on time. Every. Single. Time. Most recently, they only delivered half of my order when multiple items were scheduled. And like a previous poster noted, they force you to edit negative reviews on their site, otherwise they won’t post it.For this reason, I won’t be ordering from them in the future.

2018-06-03The staff at Crate & Barrel are always exceptionally helpful. If you cant find something- always ask - you would be amazed at how many products they have but arent on the sales floor. They can have it shipped to you, have it shipped to the store or sometimes it will be in the back. One of my favorite stores to shop. I can always find something interesting. The housewares department has some very interesting cooking utensils you didnt even know you needed. They can make cooking fun and amazing. They also have a sister store at the Domain - CB2. A little bit more stuff but I would definitely try Crate & Barrel.

2021-12-24Worse customer experience ever. I placed an order early December. One item was supposed to be available for pick up right away the other one was on back order until mid December and scheduled for pick up on December 19th.I called the store at least 4 times since I did not hear anything from them concerning my order. The first person told me that they had ordered everything and that it should be there soon. The second one couldn’t look up the order and told me someone would call back (Never happened). The third person told me that one item was available right away and I would receive an email to come pick it up (never happened). Finally, last call, it turns out that nothing is available anymore and that one of the items I ordered is not even available at the warehouse.Terrible misleading customer service ! I cancelled the full order and I will never shop with this company again. On top of that they don’t even apologise for the inconvenience, this was an order for Christmas. Thank you !
