I ordered shrimp fried rice and it was fired rice with three big shrimps on top. I had never had an order like that before. The crawfish was dry. Most crawfish sold comes saucy. I would not order from here again.
They consistently give you less crawfish than you pay for. In the last three times I purchased crawfish as takeout there, I ordered three lbs and they gave 2.5, 2.3, and 2.6 lbs, respectively. Initially I just thought the weight seemed less than what I asked for and I started weighing on the scale. The measured weights are just the crawfish weight and doesn’t include the bags. On the other hand, when I ordered crawfish from Crawfish Bistro, they actually give you more than than the purchased weight. I will not order from Crawfish and pho again. This is cheating on customers!
Local friend brought me by and it was absolutely incredible! Restaurant is clean and friendly. Rockets were on you could watch the game and a beautiful fishtail. Service was excellent. Pho fresh 10/10.
Had the crawfish, seafood platter, beef flambe and garlic noodles. Everything was delicious! Also had the Vietnamese iced coffee which was strong and tasty. Wife had the lemongrass limeade which would be a perfect drink for a hot day. The service was outstanding. Our young waiter was attentive and patient. The music was 80s hits which is fun, not too loud but enough to drown out the crowd noise and chatter. Id say this was our best dining experience in Sienna Plantation after living here for 4 years. So glad to have this restaurant in the neighborhood.

Just a visitor in Sienna.We saw the review about the roach, but figured well, things happen. Give them a chance.Stopped in for a to go order.I was the only customer the entire time that I waited.Drove home in less than 5 minutes.Catfish and fries -- as expected.Fried Shrimp and fries -- as expected.Pad Thai w Shrimp -- noodles as expected. BUT, the shrimp were WAY OVERCOOKED. To the point where they were dried out.I order Pad Thai all over the country and have never received shrimp like this.I am sure you can get better Thai food elsewhere.
We eat here all the time and we have experienced excellent service and amazing food each time. A previous reviewer who writes a lot of words in all caps is giving you exactly that...cap. Her story is contradictory to every single time we have eaten there. The owner is always there, the food is always great and the service consistent. You literally cant go wrong with anything you order. This is a neighborhood gem!
Really enjoyed eating here! There crawfish is quite large for being the beginning of the season and full of flavor! I had mine extra spicy! If your not into SUPER spicy food I recommend spicy! Also love their special of 5lb for $30! Thats beating everyone else in Missouri City also in Houston Area!Everything I had was cooked to perfection. The owner was super sweet and also took care of my table. I love restaurants with owners that are hands-on!Overall had a wonderfull experience and will be coming back again!
The energy of the staff was warm and inviting. Were from out of town, highly recommend visiting. Although I must warn, be prepared for the itis. The food is extremely delicious.
Just ordered for the first time. Went to pick up the food. Realized 45 min later they forgot half the order. Called the restaurant which is apparently someones cell phone so their voice mail is full and they dont pick up. Then they pick up like Hello? The two guys seemed confused. Obviously not checking the orders. I was literally the only customer and they mess the order up. They tell me to come back and I say I cant I just want my money back for the two items. Says He cant. I say Look its my first time ordering here you guys forgot half the order and Im nowhere near there anymore just give me my $11 (Not The Point Obviously) back and do right by a new customer. Nope. Cool. Thats how businesses fail. Save $11; lose a potential good customer. Makes no sense
This hands down is the best pho I have had!!
Food was just ohkay, was a bit greasy. Felt like it was a little overpriced. Waiter kid told us something was wrong with the water they use and it tastes weird. Soooo probably wont be coming back here.
Has some of the best garlic butter crawfish I have tasted, good size too! Def will come back again.

Was told it would take 35 minutes and took over an hour….every time I waited the Asian kid would tell me just 5 more minutes like he does not even give a dam which he didn’t….at least the black girl had a good attitude. Don’t promise customers to show up a certain time and make them wait especially when its not that busy. I would recommend you go somewhere else

A very unique spot, sweet drinks and a fusión of Vietnamese/Thailand/ Chinese food.have you ever had crawfish fry rice? family friendly and also good for a casual date. 👌The owner looks strict, he was all over the place when I was there. I felt a little bad for the server, but it keeps the place running smooth.
This place is amazing. Ive eaten here twice within the past 6 months. Great food both instances. Pad Thai delish as well as the pho and fried rice. Havent tried much but will definitely be doing so in the future.Good portion sizes too, although I didnt get as much shrimp with my fried rice as I wanted. Quality shrimp nevertheless, I wouldnt mind having an option to pay few more dollars for a packed entree. Love it, a gem down here in Fresno

This Food WAS DISGUSTING!!! I ordered STIR FRY only for them to bring Fried Shrimp with a lot of Jalapeño! Then when i Expressed how what was presented wasn’t a stir fry… Mind you i only Bit a shrimp and spit it out, I was denied to have it removed from my bill. And only given 20% off. Pretty Much FORCED me to pay for something i didn’t even eat. Plus OVERPRICED and serving all Imitation Crab, Calamari. Flies everywhere… REVIEWS ARE REAL I WOULDN’T EVER EAT HERE AGAIN. Take your money elsewhere. Supposedly NO MANAGER was there and giving the waiters instructions over the phone. What a JOKE.

Came in with a bit more than an hour till closing. Food was decent. We got a pho and a rice plate. The wait was a bit longer than expected but the service was terrible. The young lady waitressing our table was friendly but it felt like she was rushing us to get out. After giving us our food, we ran out of water and she was not to be seen. Weve eaten for about 15 minutes and my fiance was halfway through his meal and she basically shoved us out the door by offering the check. We felt this business did not welcome late night customers. In that case then you should not be open until 10pm. We just accepted the check and will never recommend this place.Edit: the waitresss mother sent me private message saying I wrote this rewiew while in the restaurant and did not give the owner a chance. How can I give them a chance when a check was given mid meal to tell us to get out. Apparently this is not okay in her standards to provide a review while in a restaurant. I understand that reviews matters to small businesses and yet its still a business. I came for the food and the customer service, which was not provided. I really appreciate the owner coming out to apologize for it and was going to change my stars because it does show he cares about his business. In this case I will not. For the exact reason that he has an employee that sent her family to criticize my review in a private message. That is beyond inappropriate.
This was the Best Pho me and my daughter has had Ever.The spicy crawfish pho and the egg rolls. t he oho was spicy and the seafood was fresh.I ordered by Doordash......We will order again.

Horrible and over priced for the lack in food quality. I specifically asked if any of the seafood was imitation and I was told no. Everything except the shrimp in the seafood rice was rubbery and imitation. I got the soft shell crab, was told it was two crabs, thats a lie too. Soft shell crab is one crab cut up into pieces over vegetables (illusion) for $16.
This place was great! Very unique Pho menu in addition to the classics. Their Pho with crawfish was delicious!! And the staff is kindly and courteous. They even have creme brulee for dessert!

This is the first time we have been here, we got 7lbs of crawfish and fried shrimp with oysters and fish! We got 5 lbs of gralic and butter and the other 2 lbs were CP Sauce! The crawfish was good in general but we prefer the CP sauce! I would definitely come here again!
Great local resturant for Sienna residents. Huge variety of foods from multiple cultures, like our local population. I especially recommend the Pad Thai! (Best Ive found in the SW houston area.)

I ordered thru doordash. i usually order fromSaigon pho at least twice a week but they were closed already so i thought i would try this place. first off, at my order is a large chicken pho, with extra broth and extra noodle and shrimp spring roll. at saigon, this order is about $16. they charge $9 for large soup and $2.70 something for extra broth and noodles. this place charges $11 a bowl and $7 for the extra side. thats nuts. it was almost $30. but i really wanted pho so it was whatever. the shrimp spring rolls were basically just lettuce. not even really rice noodle. they were hard and god i hated the peanut sauce. it tastes like straight peanut butter. the pho broth is just plain greasy and unflavorful. really disappointing. i got a full refund

Nice, and a variety of food. Waitress was really nice, she had brown and blonde hair. She was friendly and always checked up on us and got us our stuff quickly.

The Crawfish was amazing!! Seasoning is great. You can order cajun, garlic or the house special sauce. I had the house special sauce with potatoes. Delicious!I also had the Brisket Pho. The negative part of this meal was that the brisket had too much fat on it. Otherwise, I plan to come back to eat there again, probably tomorrow!
I reccomend their appetizers, especially the fried calamari. Super delicious. Crawfish are not too spicy if you get them mild, try medium if youre looking for a hint if spicy. Pho is okay, it Americanized but still delicious. The Thai Tea is quite sweet so be sure to stir it before you drink it.The wait staff are attentive and fast. Friendly too! If you need something you can let them know and they got you cover.

I just moved to the area and wanted crawfish they are 5 min away... I decided to give them a try. Clean restaurant and nice people. The crawfish were soft and most broken up in the sauce in the bag. Sauce... not horrible but not great either. I also ordered one pound of crab was not even two full clusters. Ill drive a little further and stick with Lotus seafood.

We took a short drive over from Lake Olympia instead of driving all the way out to China town and were pleasantly surprised by the flavored dishes and excellent service! Super tasty salads, crawfish and shrimp pad Thai! The vermicelli bowls are also on point. Very happy to have found this gem in Sienna :)
Our favorite place to eat! Not only great pho and other traditional Vietnamese dishes but other outstanding food like their buffalo wings and blackened catfish (my favorite). Pleasant atmosphere, the best food, great service at a low price.
Ordered seafood fried rice and all of the seafood in the rice was spoiled. It smelt rotten through the bag so I know they were very much aware before bagging it. I called and the young man just asked me to return the food for a refund. Not one word of apology. Will definitely not be returning.
I have been a regular customer of crawfish and pho for about 9 months now. Food is amazing. Highly recommended the spring rolls. Owners are super friendly and you are always made to feel right at home here.
Chicken Pho and Banh Mi here are REALLY good. Everything is fresh and the people who own the place are incredibly nice.Every time that I come here, which has recently become a weekly occurrence, I have a great experience. I love this place, and I recommend it to my friends and family for whenever theyre in the Missouri City area.If I could offer any criticism or suggestion here, it would be giving the business a name that gives it more of an identity before crawfish. I almost didnt go here initially due to my distaste for crawfish, which I see frequently among the knee-jerk response to when I share it with friends.
Great service, excellent food and clean. I had the bun bo hue and it was just as good as anything you will find in Bellaire. The crawfish and pho are excellent as well. My wife is Vietnamese and she really enjoys all of their dishes. Its so nice to have an Asian restaurant here in Sienna Plantation. Check it out!
This place is AWESOME!!! They have the best spring rolls and the PHO is to die for. I’m really into the crawfish as well. Not to mention the fried rice. All I can say is if you haven’t yet tried this place do yourself a favor and order now because they deliver.
Our neighborhood go to place for crawfish and fried seafood. Their pho is good too. Some of their recipes have changed. Soup base now with minimal to no msg. Crawfish flavors much better and more consistent than last season.
Outstanding food and service! Lobster Pho and Vietnamese Sandwich (Pork) were delicious. The Seafood Fried Rice and Shrimp Lo Mein were also good. We’ll be back, great addition to Sienna!

This place never disappoints. Their food always on point! Food never makes it to pictures, however pictures dont do the food no justice! Customer service is the best and the owner so attentive, makes you feel so welcomed. You have to give it a try. Dont forget to try their creme brulee!
Im sad to post this because I really want our neighborhood places to succeed, especially a Vietnamese place. Also sad because I avoid writing negative reviews in general. We have enough negativity these days without that. However...First trip was good. Banh mi and poorboys were both pretty good. Bread was the strong point.Second trip we went early, got there at opening (11AM). Immediately after seating us the crew started mopping the dining floor with very intense cleaning solution. So, thats what our food tasted like. Wrote it off to new place/odd time aberration.Third trip was somewhere between the first two. If it had been our first trip it would have been awhile before we went back. Poor across the board.Fourth and quite likely our last was Sunday lunch at 1:30. Place was busy. Got crawfish. They were oily but acceptable, just not very hot (temperature). I wish I had listened to my little voice that said not to eat them. Im writing this Tuesday morning and Im just now coming out of the food borne illness fog. As always with this sort of thing you can never be sure where you picked it up but it will be very difficult to get me back into Crawfish and Pho in the foreseeable future.

Crawfish and Pho is amazing. Everyone there is really nice and the food outstanding. They are good enough to be in Chinatown, but to have them in Sienna is just a very happy thing!
Best Bahn Mi I have had anywhere!! Rice was just ok...but the sandwich blew it out of the water! Had it delivered, but will be making it a point to go by in the near future as it is right by our church!

Ordered 7lbs of crawfish with 3 corns. We received 2 corns and not fresh crawfish. Looks like crawfish were not washed well. Bad smell.Never come back.

2022-07-09The server, Sophie, was such a pleasant young lady, she had a great attitude, surprising for a young lady her age in this day and age. She appeared to be a very hard worker, both serving and busing tables with a calm deliberate pace. The atmosphere was nice and peacful. The place looked clean, the mens bathroom could use a little T.L.C. but not bad, I would have no problem using it. I got the grilled, chicken spring roll appitser. The chicken could use a little more marinate for flavor but it was not over salted and the peanut sauce with it was good. I also got the Spicy beef noodle soup, it was very good. Sophie gave a good serving of side with the soup and had no problem giving me more cilantro. The appetizer was $6.00 and the soup was $10.00. I could not eat it all. So all in all it was a good experience. Well I went back today, 7/9/2022. Raymond was my server and he did great as well. I recommend the place.

2022-06-19What a disappointment. The fried rice was flavorless, 80% of the plate was vegetables, and as you can see in the picture, def not worth $10. The noodles also mostly veggies, and a joke of a portion for $14. I asked for garlic bread and I was surprised to see that I got charged $1 for that little piece, I was expecting at least the full bread cut in 4s like I usually get in other restaurants. I had to make my own sauce for the crawfish I ordered. And most of them were old. I was just trying avoid driving the extra 10 mins where I usually order my food from but wow, do I regret that. Needless to say, never coming back here.

2022-04-21Dirty eating area, filthy bathroom just completely disgusting, didn’t eat the food after visiting the restroom. $60 wasted & will never return. Should have known when the server said “I don’t eat here” that I was in the wrong spot.

2022-03-19Can’t beat 5 lbs of huge, juicy crawfish for $25! The orange chicken and fried rice was also great. Several kid meal options. Service was incredibly fast, and the workers were very friendly.

2022-06-23Worst phở ever. The noodles were all pre-broken, so they were only about an inch long. There was very little meat in it. She didnt bring out Thai basil with the meal. The menu on the window has 3 dead flies stuck between the glass and the menu, accompanying all the misspelled menu items. The manager was not present to address these issues. And whoever he left in charge has yet to learn that in the service industry theres a certain expectation that every customer has regarding how they feel they should be treated. A restaurant generally tries to satisfy that expectation, be it by providing prompt service, or food that tastes good, or just being friendly. The entire meal was a disaster, and in return for my payment, which I told the waitress I did not authorize for the amount on the bill yet she charged me that amount anyway, I got to hear about every possible excuse why my meal was so bad. It was the shipment of noodles, it was the cooks, i dont know why it looks like that, ill address it with my manager who isnt currently here, etc. yet not once did she attempt to fix anything, not by adjusting my bill, not by bringing a bowl of what phở is suppossed to be, nothing. Horrible experience.

2021-10-24Went for pho. Not terrible but the broth did not have alot of flavor and they didnt serve it with the Thai basil which I love at other pho restaurants. Also tried the wings. Was not impressed as they lacked a bit of flavor. They do have a big menu. Was going to order the spring rolls but they put shrimp AND honey backed ham in them. Weird combo! Enjoyed sitting by the fish tank 😆

2021-12-08Oh my gosh! Look what was in my soup tonight (roach). My partner and I eat here all the time. I’m so upset but my waiter, Patrick, was very apologetic and nice. The owner was out on delivery and I left my number with the waiter. The owner, Dan, called and was very apologetic. He stated that the roach possibility “fell from the ceiling” and the waitress didn’t see it (disgusting explanation). He plans to call the exterminator tomorrow.I’m not bashing the business because their food is SO GOOD! However, I will never eat here again.
