The staff here are wonderful and so sweet to the residents and one another. When I come into the building I am greeted with smiles and feel so welcomed.
I love the “at home” feel I get from this loving team! New leaders are truly goal driven to ensure their residents receive the highest quality of care! Absolutely one of the best therapy teams that are focused on working hard to ensure the residents maintain the highest level of Independence as long as possible!! 5 STAR for sure!!
Ive had the opportunity to visit this facility several times. They have recently done some gorgeous updates/renovations. Everyone Ive come across (residents and staff) have always been friendly, helpful, and happy to be there. Great option for short term rehab, outpatient therapy, or long-term care.

The director, Ryan Reese, is incredible! He goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone gets the best treatment and has an incredible experience. Couldn’t recommend him or the facility enough!

What a transformation! New leadership both operational and clinical, with the changes they didnt lose the most important piece that is felt throughout the building and that is the caring and love that the staff show the residents and each other

I left this facility because of a contract company, but when I found out that the contract company left, I couldn’t get back here fast enough, 9 days is what it took for me to get back, love the facility, love the staff, love the residents. This is the best place I’ve worked.
Great facility with local and caring staff. They have an in-house therapy department that provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Clean and in a great location!

2020-12-31I was recently at Crestwood. I was very impressed with the staff. Each staff member greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed any help. While walking through the facility, I noticed that the residents were happy. This is the biggest sign of a good facility in my eyes, the happiness of the residents. They were happy and the hallways did not smell. I recommend this facility to any looking for a great place to put their loved one. Great job.

2021-10-29My mom absolutely loves being at Crestwood. The staff is so friendly and they have lots of activities fir my mom to get involved with. Since moving her there she has become a social butterfly.

2021-06-08Ive been a employee for many years ,so I can attest to the wonderful changes that have come under our new ownership & with that weve also done amazing on our current state survey. Things are definitely headed in a great direction now. Were also being remodeled at this time so we have beautiful new flooring & paint job to match.

2020-11-25I absolutely love working here. My team is amazing. As a nurse, I’m so thankful for my coworkers that help me lessen my load and make work fun! My CNAs (who I truly believe are the foundation to any nursing home) work hard to provide optimal care. My bosses are great- my DON comes in and works alongside me when need be and is always making sure we have what we need to do our job safely and effectively. I’ve gained so many extra grandmas and grandpas working here. These residents are my family. I think of them on my days off and I enjoy spending time with them when I’m there. Here at Crestwood we’re a family and I’m so thankful for all of these wonderful people I’ve added to my life. ❤️

The team does a great job of providing a variety of activities for the residents and provides the best physical, occupational, and speech therapy in the area.
