A good variety of crocs! They are taking good precautions in this pandemic, not allowing a lot of people in at the same time.
Each shopping visit to the Allen store is greatCustomer service is consistently fantastic. Thanks to everyone in the store, from the store Manager to the employees.
We went to exchange a pair of Crocs received as a gift. The one woman working there made it seem like she was doing us a favor by actually making 20.00 disappear off the price of the original Crocs we brought in. Supposedly the Crocs were an adult 9 and the child needed a size 4. The price of the adult Crocs rang up 20.00 more than the child size 4 so the sales woman then did us the favor of pricing the child size 4 at the adult price so there would be no problem with the exchange. WOW !! am I the only one who saw #20.00 disappear in to the register??? Um makes you wonder what else disappears!!! They need to keep the other locations open and keep an eye on this particular store.
AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! Dalton...cool lady with glasses...blond, short hair, and another lady with long, dirty blond colored hair...INCREDIBLE support. I was pleasantly surprised. And here I thought CUSTOMER service was extinct?!? Thanks for renewing my faith in people.....
Found what we needed. Just felt the store to crowded, also were low in shoes and charms. But pleased with the experienced.

I had been looking for a pair of Crocs for awhile, so my aunt and I stopped by to see if we could find any in my size that I liked. Right away, Chloe offered to assist us and was extremely kind and helpful. She looked around for any in my size, recommended me a couple of pairs, and even checked in the back to see if they had a specific pair I liked that would fit. She was so helpful. Ill definitely come back the next time Im in the area.

Love this store, this is the only location that I purchase my Crocs from. They have a great variety and the service is always outstanding! Esmeralda (I think thats her name) is one of the sales associates, she is so quick to help me and make sure my visit is pleasurable.
The store isnt where it says it is on Google maps. It is closer to the puma store further northwest. Lots of colors and varieties of Crocs. Friendly staff. While there is a small clearance section, dont expect the same discounts you might find online.
I expected an outlet store to sell at less than retail. Prices were higher than Amazon. They also didnt have my size in most colors. I had four colors to choose from out of the 30 or so in the store. The people were very nice so thats a plus.
Pleasant staff cheerful and willing to help, store was supper busy due to the holidays overall a great experience.
Great place to shop in store! Kathryn was super friendly and helped us find my nephews shoe size and talked to us about how the right size should fit.
Limited on discounts! If youre having a sale,dont have different shoes with different discounts! Make it simple, its Christmas! Make easy to get in and out of the store! It would make your customers happier!
I love coming to this Crocs place at the Allen Outlet Mall. I had to return a pair of shoes twice because it did not fit me and the staff, Ms. Lupe and Ms Jessica provided such excellent customer service. There were no problems with returns since I had my receipt. They are super friendly and very professional. I love coming in here. Also, Crocs shoes are designed very modern look. I LOVE THAT. I wear Crocs shoes 24/7.I wear them at work and at home . I have a slight plantar fascitis problem. And their shoes are slightly elevated for my high arched feet. I purchased 4 pairs the other day due to the Sale Event they were currently having. There are so many choices for me to choose from. Great Customer Service at this place. I recommend shopping at this location.
We are always pulled in by the colors and new styles. Its more than that classic croc now. My kids love choosing the little charms to personalize their shoes. I love how washable the kids shoes are.
Full choice of Crocs, adult and children. Easy return/exchange. Friendly employees.

The service is great but employees are a little on top of you. This store has a wide selection but a lot of the sizes were not available in particular styles of shoes. The store is crowded but that is expected since it is located within the Allen outlets.
Staff is AMAZING. Everyone there was helpful and bring different styles for me to try. Offered the shoe cleaner and talked me into buying 4 pairs. Jessica and Cameron and the rest of the team know their shoes.

The lady (I think shes the manager. She said shes been there for 5 years) who helped us today was really nice. She knows literally everything about their shoes. So helpful to find stuffs we needed. Wish they carry more selections.
I just recently went in to buy a pair of crocs. I didnt know much about them but one of the employees, I think her name was Jasmine, was very nice and helped me pick out a color and the gibets. Like everyone else, I love good customer service and Jasmine was a good representative of Crocs customer service.
5 min b4 closing doors already locked I had shoe that I needed in hand and they wouldnt open to sell me the shoes. Leaving 4 vacation next morning, last chance to get them b4 I leavr......not cool!!!!!

I always find crocs to be a bit expensive. Their material is no doubt good but I always wait for a deal on their store when I actually get good footwears at a steal price. Otherwise this particular store is the same as you w would find in a mall like galleria. Allen is a area that houses outlet stores, so prices should be less. If you are looking for crocs footwear , sure go there but if you like to get good discounts this is not the place.

Neat n clean store kind staff n great help. Very interesting in the unique styles n designs.
Good selection. Little overpriced. Not all styles are comfortable so please try the shoes on. Give them a little test drive.
Beware if you have to return something, the manager gives you a hard time and makes you feel bad for returning something that doesnt fit well. I will just return it through the mail next time.
This place is a hit or a miss. Ive had great customer service and really horrible visits too. Like the shoes for kids though.

I have to give it three stars for selection. They literally had no shoes in my size(12 mens) the salesman was great, but the a/c was broke.

2022-02-02Amazing experience! Kathryn and Makayla were helping me with charms for my daughters. Ended up not buying anything, but will be back with my girls. They showed me all these cool ways to decorate the shoes too!

2022-04-05I visited this location on a trip to visit family. I do not have a Crocs store near me, and usually have to purchase online. I purchased a pair of Crocs & a Jibbitz charm, & had a good experience in-store.However, after two weeks of owning my clogs the design started to literally flake off. I own, and love, several pairs of Crocs and had never had this issue. I was NOT planning on returning these shoes, so I threw away the receipt right after purchase. After reaching out online to Crocs Customer Service they asked for a receipt for exchange. I decided to call the store to see if they could possibly look up my receipt. I was expecting that it probably wouldn’t be possible, but I figured why not and give it a try… if they weren’t able to, it would’ve been okay.Kathryn answered the call and went above and beyond with her customer service. She was so pleasant and professional. I know that is a busy location, and I was so grateful that she took time off the floor to send me a copy of my receipt. She was so kind and conversational during the process as well. Thank you so much again Kathryn, for your great customer service!

2022-06-13Came here earlier around 11:30 and my daughter was looking at crocs and the girl Avery was so helpful!! Went in the back to show my daughter different crocs and my daughter is shy but she actually talked to Avery because she was so friendly. Avery needs a raise !!! 🙌

2022-08-25The crocs open toe sandals are in! I would to suggest if anyone needs that free foot feeling on the comfort of good ol crocs. That’s the way to go and I got the POGGER black ones. Fits so snug.

2022-04-21The store as a whole was ok, just disappointed at crocs as a whole. Went in search of a few pair crocs Ive had a few years back, but unfortunately they dont carry those styles anymore. Couldnt find a style close to either pair.
