Had a quince this weekend was very hot. The women’s toilets were clogged (they were unable to fix them)and we paid for a bartender that was clueless on making drinks. Ended up taking all the liquor mixes home ;(Very beautiful hall but from my last daughters event there (6years ago) to now it has changed a lot. They even threw away the boxes to our cake and were unable to take our cake home. I hope they get it together because the hall itself is beautiful!
Im a heavy guy, I wish I had more food on my plate. Is a very nice place and clean. If i live in El Paso I would recommend to my friends, Thank you I had a great time in your Palace.

This place looks nice, thats it. The A/C doesnt work, they opened the doors to get air in the hall because it gets extremely hot. I had to take my baby outside to get air because she was sweating so much. The food is dry and has no taste. The speakers didnt work well, the DJ placed really old music the whole time for a 15ce. One of the TVs didnt work or wasnt turned on for the video part of the 15ce.
For a fancy ballroom the air cooling system is horrrible. We are in a Lulac fund raising tardeada and it is intolorable. They should be ashame of collecting a rental fee. Never again.
The venue is very beautiful and well decorated but the music sucks and requests are not allowed which makes the party boring.
I just want to tank Crystal Palace for the great service that we received on my daughters wedding, the ballroom looked beautiful and the great ambiance provided by the DJ was great. I really recommend the hall great venue and great price
This past January had my XV at Crystal Palace and we had a blast, just want to say thanks to my event coordinator who was really helpful.
Nice place. Big ballroom enough for about 150 people. Dance floor is not as big as it should be. Still nice place though. Good location.

A/C wasnt working for nothing. I guess they still have swamp coolers because it was terrible...all the people was complaining.Nice ballroom tho.

El salón no tiene nada, tuvimos que rentar mantelería y ellos ofrecieron ese servicio, los encargados del salón muy groseros, el dueño del salón nunca fue accesible, no contesto el teléfono ni se presentó haber que necesitamos, los meseros no eran nada atentos nunca se informaron de las bebidas que se iban a servir y ofrecieron otra cosa, algunos invitados tuvieron que comprar sus bebidas sin necesidad porque ya estaban incluido en el servicio.Fue una muy mala experiencia y nos sentimos muy avergonzados con nuestros invitados porque nos preparamos para que ellos estuviesen bien atendidos.No recomiendo este lugar porque no respeta los acuerdos y no tienen buen servicio.No son nada profesionales.
I do not recommend it, they are irresponsible, they did not let two 18-year-old girls in because they brought the escreenshot pass on the phone and they left them outside alone at 11:00 pm without caring about the risk that could happen to them
It is very well conditioned for any event, its very friendly staff, I loved its decoration.
I do not recommend it. I had to pay to change the date of the quinceañera since the owner given the circumstances with the pandemic did not want to change it voluntarily because by June, the city allowed the salons to open at 50% capacity. He had nothing ready since most of the stores were closed and he did not even have the courtesy to change the date no matter how much I explain.The DJ unfortunately doesnt mix well. He asked us for a list of songs and nothing else played very few. At the time of the presentation the lights did not turn on. I had to tell her to turn them on at the second dance.In the end I had to rent a waiter because they are not included in the package. And he did not do a good job either, he was supposed to cut the cake and distribute it and just cut it and leave it on the table for the guests to pick it up.The only good thing about that place is the manager Armando and his wife, they behaved luxuriously and kept me up to date on everything throughout the night. Also Liliana did a mega job at the time of decorating the tables !!Better find another salon that is worth it and give you more for your money!
Good evening!! I just want to thank you for all the help and effort to make my daughters party more than beautiful! Everyone congratulated me that the place looked beautiful with the centerpieces and tablecloths! ... Everything was perfect. They had told us that we were going to be among the first to enjoy the new refrigeration system that they put in and thats how it was ... the weather was very good, it even got cold! I had to attend a quinceañera, it is a very nice and spacious place, excellent for any occasion. I can not tell you about prices, because it was not me who paid the expenses.
I dont like the dj very much it takes a long time to organize the weddings they are not fast the floor is very dangerous one slides a lot the track is very small the prices are very high in a few words it does not take out the hall for the price

2022-06-12Theres new management and the service was awful. They cut the party and wanted us out before 1 with all of our stuff. The party was from 7-1 and they kept threatening to lock their doors right at 1. They stopped the music at 12:40. They didnt serve our food how they promised, they ruined the whole vibe with their awful attitude. Its a pretty ballroom but not worth the money AT ALL.

2022-06-13They dont deserve not even a star they changed managment and they dont give the beer that was asked so all of the guest bought their beer because they didnt want to change it even though it was in the contract, their margarita and pina coladas were awful just ice, no flavor at all and their waitresses the worst just young girls who kept hanging out together and taking forever to bring you soda. Ballroom its really pretty unfortunately do not recommend.

2021-08-08The hall is amazing and very beautiful and spacious. What I didnt appreciate was one server for 300 people. It is very inefficient. My guests had to wait in a long line to be served food and another line for their beverages throuout the whole evening.

2021-06-16Sorry to say but had a terrible experience with this venue. My husband and I were supposed to have our wedding in June of 2020. Unfortunately, covid 19 hit which caused us to change our plans. We originally agreed to move our date to a year later but soon after that, my then fiance who is in the military received orders to go to Japan for three years. This made it unpredictable as to whether or not we would get to have the ceremony so we asked the hall if there was any way we could get back what we paid minus the deposit. They refused to work with us even thogh we were in a pandemic and my my fiance had orders from the military. I understand they have a policy but I think we deserved a bit of compassion considering the circumstances.

2018-09-16I would like to thank Crystal Palace staff for an unforgettable night!! Everything came out perfect, the catering was great: warm food and served on time! Our event coordinator was always paying attention to details so that everything was as expected. The DJ was very professional, we spoke to him a few days prior to our event to explain the music we wanted and he respected our preferences. This was our second time we had an event here and we will definitely continue to choose Crystal Palace for our future corporate events! 100% recommended!

2019-07-09Had our event this past weekend, everything was going well until I found out that they didnt make the number of food plates that I requested. They had prepared 25 less plates, as the host of the party my wife and i decided to eat the pizza we had bought for the kids attending. Luckily we had enough food for everyone but i was stressing and going back to the server to check on the food count for roughly 30-45 minutes. If it was not for the food issue i would give the place 5 stars.
