I recently started coming here.But Im very glad I did I have not had a bad experience since day one . They are very professional and really go above and beyond for there donors.Jazmin Maiden was my last screener she always does a great job and very cordial, and professional. I would tell you if youre looking to donate this is where you want to be 🙂
The staff is amazing! Sophia and Chanel did the 1st and 2nd part of my physical! They were so friendly and sweet! I’m not sure the name of the first person who got me set up in the machine but i think her initials are TA because she was so nice and let me use her personal stress ball! Miso and Stephanie set me up on the machine today and Miso was training Stephanie and they were both so great!! 10/10
The technicians are nice and friendly people but the nurse (Corey) is very rude and incompetent. I have been to other centers where if you wait 2 hours they are going to get your donation done. I went here and after waiting two hours was turned around because I didn’t eat instead of giving customers a snack or something they just send them on their way out the door. I even had 4 people before me complain about the same nurse
Over 2 hours and didn’t get to donate. Incompetent staff miserable service and contradicting eachother. They’ve overdrawn 2 people I know and a random woman blacked out after donating (possibly overdrawn as well)Edit pt 2Returned to finish my first donation and was told this is my second donation and that I needed proof of residence when they never completed my first donation. Different staff just as idiotic and useless refused to listen and repeated the same phrase like a machine.I’ve donated at 2 different centers never had any issues whatsoever this place is plagued with bad reviews and room temperature IQ staff.
I feel like csl as a whole could treat there returning donors better. We the ones that keep this place going if you ask me. There should be more bonuses for us and we shouldn’t have to wait long hours to donate!
Dont let the review fool you. I respect the employees and other donors here. However my last attempted donations was horrible. Waited 60 minutes and didnt get stuck. I was the only person waiting. Overheard a conversation about a phlebotomist and her abusive boyfriend and how theyre ok with 3somes. Thats definitely not professional. Everyone looking at me instead of actually giving me assistance. I just left because clearly they cared more about closing or going on break instead of doing their job.
I pulled up at 7:30 cause it said they were open, did not open til 8 & at 9:45 I left because after finally being called back, system shut down ??? This place is brand new for the most part and after waiting 2 hrs, the computers shut off and they told me to go wait in the waiting area! The staff are not considerate whatsoever, didn’t speak, did not reassure ! I have to imagine some of these reviews are fake Ronald from the few staff they do have & they are not hiring but have ppl waiting unless you are not a first time donor I imagine the wait is not as bad ! I’ve been to other plasma centers and all though not as clean way more quick and professional
New facility, Clean environment. The employees do what they are supposed to do for the most part. I recommended it. ///edit 8/17/22 Im on my fourth visit as a new return donor. I was not able to donate because they did not receive my lab results. This is the same thing that happened in December on my first new donor visit. I should have been notified via phone or app prior to me getting to the plasma location. I spent three hours on DART lol and gotta ride back with no cash. I havent had this issue at other locations. I have to lower the review, but it can definitely change. Good luck
For the second time CSL has refused to honor its advertising and they have rude employees. I shall be reporting them and their failure to follow the law to the Federal Trade Commission for false advertising

This place is awesome. Very friendly and professional staff from the front desk to the medical staff right on to the donor floor. A clean and hygienic atmosphere. Everyone makes you feel at ease and they keep the process moving without interruption. A great place to donate.

Super clean! Always quick to be in and out. Staff is AMAZING! Everyone is professional and friendly. I used to go to BioLife, but CSL is more convenient and machines dont stall like they did at BioLife. Love CSL Plasma.
Great place to donate. They don’t rush anything and follow all procedures. Sophia at the front was very kind and patient and still came to work when no one else would when it iced over all of Dallas.
This location and staff are the most pleasant Ive come across since I began donating plasma two years ago. They seem to work together great as a team and care about the experience their donors have in the short period of time they spend donating. Sophia is awesome at the front desk along with Crystal, and several others including the ppl who do the physicals. if I didnt mention their names here ( b/c I forgot) still you will be getting the best staff in the business. The facility is hospital sanitary and you will feel like all precautions are being taken to keep you safe during covid (including free disposable and reusable masks!) Definately make this your home donating center!
Just left there and the staff is so great! One of my phlebotomist Sterling was so cool! I didn’t catch the names of the others but everyone was so kind and responsive ☺️. Go here! It’s clean, well organized, and the staff is great!!
LOVE LOVE LOVE this plasma center!! Staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. Sophia who does your intake up front is so sweet and funny! The Phlebotomist (who are very nice as well) make the donating process painless and easy. Such a pleasant experience, not only are you helping others you get a little money for your time! Thank yall!

This place is being ran like other centers just as ghetto! People are walking around talking about personal life instead of working and catch attitudes when you ask for help. Go to any other plasma company besides CSL for sure!!!
Good place clean place No bad experience with the needles here but I referred to friends once successfully donated already three times and I still haven’t received My referral a friend payment
I decided to donate plasma and make my contrabution to help others. We spoke yesterday and went CSL to donate today and starting from the front desk staff they were rude and not helpful. I have a green card and perfect health and was denied my donation because i havent been in usa long enough

Staff was completely AMAZING!!!! They made the process very comfortable. All the staff was super sweet and nice. They are definitely way better than the Mesquite location.

2022-04-20This plasma center is much nicer and cleaner than most of the centers I have been to. The staff are fairly quick and pretty friendly in comparison to other centers as well. However they are a little under staff it seems to me.

2022-07-13I walked in with no expectations or experience with donating plasma. All the staff was welcoming and informative! Very personable staff that helps through the entire process! Make sure you drink plenty of water and have a well balanced meal before donating. I highly recommend this location based solely on their staff! Professional, organized, sanitary would be a few words that I’d use to describe this location!

2022-02-25This plasma donation center is impressive! The center itself is immaculate. Each station is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each donor. It seems like they take great care to make sure that each step in the donation process is conducted according to high professional standards, and they still manage to keep the process moving pretty quickly. Everyone in the center is courteous, professional, and thorough. Sophia at the front desk always has a warm greeting for everyone, very friendly and professional at the same time. Staff works hard and never seems to stop moving, but they still treat each donor with care and personal attention. And you get paid!

2022-06-25Whomever operates this establishment is a joke. Theyve changed their hours to later, which greatly limits the time and ability I have to donate. I show up 30 minutes prior to their slated 9AM opening on Saturday. Its now 9:25AM, and they still arent open. I work at 10AM and told my boss Id be about an hour late each Saturday. They cant even open at their posted hours!When you do manage to get inside, expect to wait at least an hour in line just to be seated. And thats only if you arrive around when they open. Expect longer if you come later in the day.This donation center is beyond disorganized and poorly managed; their system simply does not work. The only reason I return is because this donation center pays out the most. This is a horrible look for your operation!

2022-07-27I have donated at another plasma center with a different company and this center is superior. Staff is friendly and helpful and center is very clean. Its a popular place so wait times can be long (2.5 hours today from start to finish) but its worth it.Will be donating here regularly.

2022-02-25I enjoy coming to this center alot.The staff is very friendly at this center.When you walk in they greet you and thank you for your time and donation as well when walking out after your done, they even say goodbye again thank you.The center is clean and with the Covid restrictions you can see they take extra measures at cleaning up after each person.Their promotions for new donors is great and even after that is complete the normal rate after beats others as well.Will continue to go to this center.

2022-07-13The Abrams location is definitely the best in my opinion. Rarely is there an extreme wait. It is a very new location, so there are some kinks. Over time, Im sure they will all get worked out. I hope the corporation treats this crew right. Love the staff! They are stellar & down to earth. Id hate to see them turn into what some of the other spots have - no soul.

2022-05-08I went there for my first donation. I waited a while since it was 8am they had two employees. But after 9am alot more employees showed up and everything was super quick after that. The employees are courteous and respectful. They are fast pase. I had a great experience. I sure will go back soon. And recommend everyone to this location:)

2022-06-15Ive been to a few plasma places in Dallas, but this one is my favorite! The staff is always so kind, which is why theyre the best! Even when there are long lines (which is to be expected sometimes) the longest Ive ever been there was 2 hours, with the exception of my first time naturally. The compensation is good, especially for first time givers.For those of you who say these places are for druggies, shame on you! You clearly dont know anyone who needs these therapies! PS~ They do random drug tests, so that kills your theory. *rolls eyes*
