The guys there are super friendly and easy to work with. When I showed up early on a Friday Kevin opened the store 30 min early to help me get my storage unit setup so we could start moving! Would highly recommend using cube smart McKinney!

This is a very clean and well maintained facility. It was a great location too. The customer service is great and everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Candice. We had a great experience and I highly recommend this cubesmart.
Clean, well-lit facility.Staff was super helpful and nice. Definitely one of our better experiences.Only issue I would note was that there was some upfront charges, for insurance and admin that I wasnt expecting when I checked online.
Crystal went the extra mile to help me out with getting a storage unit. The whole process was seamless as she explained all the policies and procedures for accessing my unit. I also got a free truck rental on top of the 1st month free deal, nothing beats that!!

The move in experience could not be easier! I made a reservation online, Candice called to confirm the next day. When it was time to sign for the unit, Matthew was very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. I had 2 small kids with me and he was very patient.

I reserved & leased storage space yesterday at CubeSmart McKinney. The interim mgr there, Caseye Thompson, followed up on my reservation almost immediately. I was pleased & impressed & decided to lease sooner than what I had planned. When I met her, she was prepared to meet with me, show me various sizes & assisted in every way possible to enable me to make the best decision for me. I cant say enough about her professionalism & her efficiency. I told her I especially appreciated her excellent customer service because I was dealing with some sensitive family medical issues & she handled all my concerns with great sensitivity & care!-Nora L.
This is our go to place for extra storage. First month is free. They usually find a monthly discount too. Its around the corner from our house so wed never think of going anywhere else. Id like 24hr access though.

Office staff was friendly and fast. Unit was clean and ready to go as well as complementary truck if needed.
Employees are helpful but Im frustrated they locked me out without so much as a phone call and after only 6 days. One email with a reminder that was lost in my spam folder.

2022-06-26This place is very conveniently located right on the Service Rd to Hwy 75. The property is kept very neat and clean. I always see Brittany (Property Manager) busy about doing something there. Brittany is very attentive to questions and concerns but doesnt come across as nosey. All of the storage facilities are high right now and I think CubeSmart is competitively priced. With the location being where it is and Brittany and the staff keeping it up so well and always being so nice, professional and helpful it more than makes up for it! Thank you Brittany for a good experience at CubeSmart!

2022-07-12I wouldn’t recommend this place. I made a reservation and went to move in and found nobody works at the redbud location. This caused me to lose $750. I had to find another storage location. The district manager never called me back and the regional managers number I was given was disconnected. The location managers were really nice but couldn’t do anything to help me.

2021-06-26Tom from another store was filling in for the manager that weekend. I came in after realizing our initial storage was not big enough and asking for an additional one. There was nothing available, however, I was told there was one that could possibly be available the next day. I was at the store when they opened on Saturday and he quickly rented out the available locker to me. He was extremely polite, helpful and professional. I am so thankful he went out of his way to help me in a time of need. I will suggest this location of cube smart if ever asked about storage.

2021-08-13Moving is so difficult but Brittany at CubeSmart in McKinney made the storage part easy. She was extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable and dependable. The grounds and units are very clean and organized. If we ever need to store anything again, we will definitely return to CubeSmart and ask for Brittany!! Thank you for your help, Brittany!

2018-12-01I have rented from other storage facilities before I found this one, and this is the best experience Ive had. Candice and Alex have been great to work with, and they always respond to me when I need anything. They are always courteous and available to answer any questions. I have recently downsized from a larger unit, and they could not have been more helpful. The facility and grounds are clean and convenient.

2020-03-28Candice made the process very easy. When she want to check on my storage space the door was not operating properly. She promptly called me and upgraded me to a larger unit for the same price for my inconvenience. She not only fixed the problem but made this customer very happy! I will always give Cubesmart a good rating and use them whenever I need storage.

2020-02-05Candis made this whole storage process so stress-free! Moved in last minute notice in August, she gave the whole spiel over the phone to me out of town with family doing the physical moving in and made life easy. Had to move units to save some money and she was tremendous. Walked in day of at beginning of February to change units (family needing to save some money) and was calm, cool and gave us the best customer service we needed during yet another stressful point of time. Shes the best you can ask for to answer all questions and be great at what she does.
