They have good menu of coffee. We had hot chocolate and coffee latte which was rich and tasty. Also to mention, taco deli breakfast is also available here if you are visiting in morning here. The restrooms are clean. They provide hand sanitizers inside at different points. We visited on our morning drive, and could enjoyed the hot coffee which was flavorsome and aromatic with balance of sweetness.😊👍
It was pretty alright. I couldn’t get down into lobby because of the C. But I got some pretty strong coffee! Lol. It was iced brewed coffee. It was pretty ok. But super highly Concentrated, and I’m a caffeine nut, I had to water it down. But I could have maybe got a different experience if I would have been inside. Drive-thru.
Amazing coffee! They do made to order frozen coffees and have a lot of delicious things on the menu from smoothies to tea to pastries. Also lots of flavor choices and a great place for vegans who need milk alternatives (YES they have oat milk)! Highly recommend and will be back. I love coffee and this place was so good! Fantastic friendly service as well. Good ambiance to work or hang out with friends inside!
Espresso with a bitter after taste, poor internet and staff with an attitude (can be good or bad depending on whom you are dealing with, I have had both experiences).Good dark chocolate mocha and cold brew. Not recommended for professionals who need a reliable experience. While it is a decent shop where not many other options exists within a few miles, but I would not be coming again.
Oh my goodness... this place is so cute. I love their Valentines decor now too here in Feb. glad I know this coffee spot now. Very good atmosphere and great white chocolate mocha. Thanks guys. Sad some folks who write bad reviews do not appreciate such a warm and inviting shop. Some folks ya just get please. Ha. :)
What a great little place. I don’t normally come this far North in Austin, but needed to post up for a while. Cuppa was the nearest coffee shop and seemed exactly like a Texas Hill Country Shop with a modern vibe. A lot of the Austin shops have terrible parking ( if any) and feel like you are in a completely different state. This was a pleasantly comforting surprise. Staff was so friendly and they have a great selection. Such a good experience (and a huge mug) that I had to leave a positive review.
Chill atmosphere, variety of coffee & tea options. I usually get their Iced Caramel Macchiato and the flavor is perfectly sweet and en pointe...other coffee shop macchiatos pale in comparison ;) Cozy couches as well...good vibe. Staff is always welcoming and helpful when wanting to try something new.
I ordered Cafe Latte, got Cappuccino (tons of foams). I am sorry but that does not go anywhere around Cafe Latte. The Barista needs to study. I asked for a new one, the other one made me the second one.... i mean it’s supposed to be a Latte right? Sorry for the bad review but coffee sucks...!
A $4 cup full of bubbly milk with a weak shot of watery coffee at the bottom. Thats their definition of cappuccino. Pictures announced are fake. I drove 5 miles to sit in front of a good quality coffee before starting my day: they dont advertise that its only drive-thru. Double scam.
Best coffee in that area. I am a huge supporter of local small businesses, and i always try to give a try to new small shops. This shop is drive thru and very good amount of choices. Small and cozy plus very relaxing environment. I always go there with my friends to hangout, their signature Cuppa Austin latte is hands down The Best Coffee.
Very neat little coffee shop. I love the seating and the lunge area in the back of the shop. Its very clean and comfortable. The interior lighting color and decoration makes you feel warm and just want to spend time to chill. After coming back for a few times, I think the taste of the coffee is not what I would prefer. I wouldnt mind to come and chill either by myself or with a friend. Bottom line, asmophere takes the stronger lead than the coffee.
First time being here on a visit to Austin. Staff was delightful, drink was delightful, and space was perfect. Was there doing some brainstorming for business and had plenty of space to break out our laptops & notebooks. Staff was very polite and was the best chai latte I had in a while. Serving it in an actual coffee mug is always a bonus. Drinks were consistent as well as we stayed long enough that I ended up having a second round. Music was playing in the background but it was quiet enough that we didnt have to yell to talk to each other to talk over the music or other patrons in the place. Roomy enough to seat quite a few ppl without feeling like we were crowding on top of each other. Thanks for the experience!
I love the variety of drinks this place offers, especially for non-coffee offerings like hot looseleaf tea and even frozen hot chocolate (my favorite). I wish some of their more basic menu items were cheaper, because there are times when I just want a drip or iced coffee, only to see its maybe only a buck less than their specialty drinks. Still, that wish aside, I enjoy going here about once or twice a week.
I really love this place. I lived right across the intersection, and would meet friends here all the time. The coffee is great. I love their chai lattes with almond milk. The staff is always really friendly and the service is really quick. I miss being able to pop in all the time for a quick drink, but when I am in the area, I will stop by.
Ive only gotten to go to this place during the pandemic, so it is on a drive-thru basis that I write this review. The staff have been lovely, and they keep the line moving very efficiently in the mornings! My order has been accurate 100% of the time, and they carry tacodeli tacos which is a bonus!Several pastry varieties for people that want that as well.Everything is touchless as an option including payment.Definitely recommend if you end up in this neck of the woods!
Awesome coffee shop! the new Witches Brew drink was beautiful, not too sweet and very delicious. we also tried the Maple Spice Macchiato which was a perfect combination of fall flavors. the cherry on top was the person before us in the drive thru paid for our order! we will be back to do the same and hopefully brighten someone elses day! thank you to the kind person in front of us today ❤
They made our drinks wrong and seemed put off at my request to fix them. They were good once made right. They have good food offerings for a coffee shop, as well as a couple of tables outside.Theres not a bunch of room inside and one guy was taking up all four of the good chairs. It def seemed like a place that loves the regulars, the rest of us were treated as though we were inconsequential.
After almost three years of living in the area, Ive finally found my coffee shop. The service is as fantastic as the drinks, and the drinks are just out of this world. And excuse me, gluten-free pumpkin bread?! Ive been here a few times now and theres just no stopping me from becoming a regular at this point.
Great spot to hang and get great tea, coffee and pastries. I wouldn’t recommend the boba tea, because the tapioca has never been cooked right any of the many times I’ve tried it.Everything else is fantastic, and I’d highly recommend trying the Korean special drinks, too, for those who might want to experience another culture’s take on coffee and tea. The almond croissant is amazing, if you’re peckish. The owners are super sweet, too.

2022-06-24My boyfriend and I visited Cuppa while on our 1 year anniversary to meet up with a few associates of his that live in the area. We absolutely enjoyed all four coffees we had. Yes, four different coffee beverages between the two of us. It was that good.

2022-03-12Loved everything about my experience! Only been here once so far, but easily my favorite coffeeshop. They serve your lattes in mugs, which is, objectively, the best thing ever (I had an old coffeeshop in my hometown that did the same, so its a great feeling).Amazing taco deli breakfast tacos. Amazing caramel latte and quality. Plenty of seating, and there are couches and plugs. Def check it out!

2022-06-21Very serviceable latte, a few snack options at the counter too. Not a large seating area, but certainly enough options to have a quiet conversation. Great staff courtesy and ability.

2022-03-25Love this place, but the coffee is very poor quality. One of the worst in Austin area. Please change it to some good brand. Baristas dont know what is traditional cappuccino, dont know how to make foam (7-10 seconds is not enough for a good drink!). Hope they will watch youtube one day and learn.

2022-05-03This place is nice and cozy, has a big coffee selection and has a nice couch lounge. Nice outdoor seating is also available. They also have a drive thru in case you are on the go!

2022-07-04I really enjoy this place. I dont live nearby anymore but stop by when I can. Great service, breakfast items are solid, and of course, great coffee.

2022-07-03The espresso is a more traditional dark roast (I prefer lighter roasts), but it was well extracted

2020-02-22I came here with my baby sister for coffee and we had a good time enjoying the fake fireplace and the cozy couches. The baristas were all very sweet and took care to meet our dietary restrictions with kindness and grace. We have been here before, more than a year ago, and nothing has changed it seems. We will be back again in the future, and I hope that Cuppa Austin stays on the map for a long time to come.

2021-02-21Hidden little gem that we found thanks to all the Starbucks being closed due to snowpocolypse 2021. Ordered frozen mocha with chocolate covered espresso beans blended in and it was very good. Will definitely be coming back for my normal americano fix!
