CVS in other cities:
I was released from the hospital late in the evening. The whole staff was helpful and accommodating with my needs and they even stayed long enough to fill my prescriptions and make sure I got them in order to get me back to health. A special thanks to Lori and Michele for being so friendly!
Worst experience I have ever had in the world of customer service. I was upset with service so had said something and several of the staff were laughing at me.So much for caring about my safety and health as a pregnant woman. Guess the pharmacist doesnt realize added stress isnt great for baby or me either. Cried for 2 hours after being laughed at....... So professional if you cant handle a pregnant woman, how can you handle worse situations there as a boss and manager????
I have epilepsy and i need to take a certain amount of medicine everyday. Ive had trouble getting my meds filled here and im only met with rude comments as if they know how it feels to be pinned down by medicine. I would like them to have seizures then come talk to me with experience.
Wish I could give them 5 minus stars. They are rude, unprofessional and not helpful. They call that the prescriptions are ready for pick up and then when I arrive there, they say there is nothing there. This happened several times. They never refill an Rx on time either. They try to cheat you out of your change also. Terrible place. Go somewhere else.
Nancy was extremely rude we were picking up photos for our wedding of our deceased family members and she was throwing a fit because we had more than one package and it was in a slightly different spot we wanted to check to make sure we got them all and she was trying to rush us very impatient and rude
Ordered birthday invitations from CVS in Kerrville. They were printed quickly and correctly and the customer service was great when I picked them up. They even wrote a Happy Birthday wish to my 5 year old... who was extremely happy when I showed her the note. Thank you so much!
So I went through the drive thru to pick up a prescription. The girl said we don’t give them out here you have to come inside. Went inside. The giggling girls said the scrips were not ready. Hubby had just called and was told they were ready. Don’t go here. These people do not know what end is up.
Extremely rude customer service guy at pharmacy. Rude to me & whined about having to do his job. His manager was standing next to him and he heard the conversation & said nothing. This is the third time in a year my family has had poor customer service there. Ill go to Walgreens from now on.
AWFUL!! I was on my break and the manager stood by while his employee was on the phone and neither helped me!! I ended up throwing my stuff on the counter and leaving it! I had a very limited amount of time and chose CVS over all the other stores in the area, thinking I could make a purchase without trouble. NO ONE ELSE WAS IN THERE AND I WAS UNABLE TO BUY ANYTHING ON MY BREAK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So mad!!!

2022-01-28I have had consistently bad service at the pharmacy. They never seem to answer the phones. On several occasions, when my doctor has sent in prescriptions, hours would pass, and the pharmacy still had not filled them. When asked, they would tell me they have not yet checked the fax or computer to even see if the prescriptions had come through. The male pharmacist is routinely rude and callous. He would rather be snarky, rude, and yell at you than help you with information or filling a prescription.

2022-04-29Would recommend Walgreens unless your insurance only works with CVS, or you may try a different location.

2021-08-04The pharmacy does not answer then phones promptly. The drive thru should be fast and convenient. Instead waiting in line for 45min just to move up once is crazy. The store is a mess it looks like it has not been vacuumed or cleaned in months. The shelves arent even straight and product isnt fronted. They should get Rachel back. At least then the place ran smoothly and then pharmacy was on point.

2021-08-27First time customer, wasnt asked if the medication I was picking up was a new script, didnt offer a consult with the pharmacist. Just heres your medication, have a nice day and move on to the next customer. Theyre not that busy. 🤷♀️

2021-03-06I feel they love to play the blame game. I find them to be lazy when it comes to refilling my wifes medications. Being busy is one thing, not doing the job is another. Even my wifes doctors have made unpleasant comments about this store. About 8 months ago one of the people checking me out at the pharmacy was so rude it took everything in my power not to blowup. We are done with CVS! Not only are we switching over to another Pharmacy, we are preparing legal action. I keep all records and reports and getting ready to go public once we get the greenlight.

2020-11-28Making an appointment for drive-thru Covid testing was easy & I was given a confirmation #. However, I waited 50 minutes after my appointment time, the staff member’s directions through the window weren’t the same as the pamphlet I read too late, she didn’t ask for my ID, she didn’t even observe me for accuracy. I now realize I may not have done the test correctly.

2019-12-09Stopped in to get a needed refill and was helped by Blanca at the pharmacy. She looked up my prescription online and found that they could fill my prescription at this location, so far from home. Its such a convenient service to have all CVS stores connected like this. Great experience! Ill be stopping here again for sure.

2021-08-22This pharmacy is a joke. The pharmacist (with heavy accent) was rude, condesending & uncaring as to my delimma about getting my pain meds filled. (Id had a total knee replacement surgery and was d/cd home same day!). Yeah, that was a bit of a surprise. I called to let them know that we were on our way to pick up my much needed pain meds. The pharmacist, (heavy accent guy), was rude, condesending and unmoved when I inquired about picking up my pain meds. His reply...we dont have them and you can pick them up in (3) days. I explained that I had to have my Rx filled that day. His reply, cant give you what I dont have! Nooo, let me reach out to another pharmacy, nothing, zero. I called the hospital in a panic & thankfully they found another pharmacy to fill the Rx, but to rub salt in the wound, literally, CVS refused to transfer my prescription, so the hospital had to contact my Dr. and get another Rx( thankfully, the other pharmacy was able to fill it same day), but it was already a stressful day and CVS made it 10X worse. We tranferred our business to the other Pharmacy immediately! My suggestion, bypass CVS. They need to work on customer interaction and a tad of conpassion would go a long way!

2019-09-30Do not use this CVS if you have any value of your time. I was just there (to pick up for my husband) and the line was halfway to the front door for the pharmacy. You dont dare ask the pharmacist a question, the people in line would kill you for holding up the line. No drive thru. Needs a real manager to fix this situation. The pharmacy people are not friendly, probably because everyone is upset that they have to wait an hour in line! A really good place to go is Medical Arts Pharmacy!

2020-08-26I quit using their pharmacy. They were using contract pharmacists, slower than molasses, rude employees.I recommend HEB pharmacy. Much more efficient & pleasant. Plus parking lot pick up & home delivery if you if you li e within7 miles.
