Paid cycle center 500$ in labor for them to rush through and not make sure everything was correct for a 50$ part. The fuse boxes and harness weren’t put back on the mount rails, there were lines that were pinched under the gas tank causing the fairing to not be inserted correctly, WAY too much gasket maker used (if it affects the internals I will be livid) seat mounting bolt was loose enough to come out, another fairing bolt wasn’t even put back in. Kind of wondering if I can get half the cost of labor back, because I had to go and fix all of what they didn’t do. Definitely won’t be back for business. Only thing I can say is they are nice. But being nice doesn’t keep me safe, and now I’m second guessing the safety of my bike.
Josh and Jake stepped up to the plate and hit several home runs for me. They are both very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted. They stayed in constant communication and made sure I left happy. I’ll definitely be back as long as they are working there!Edit: I also wanted to add that John in parts is knowledgeable and honest and I really appreciate the help he has given me.
Awesome shop, staff was super friendly and informative on the sxs they carried. I never felt any pressure to buy when you looking and always felt comfortable walking away. They have a decent amount of used and new products and overall was a very nice experience. Only thing I would say is the Price negotiations are pretty much non existent on used sxs. I would highly recommend them to a friend and trust them to give a great experience.
This was by far the best experience we have had buying an atv!We were looking for a rzr 200 and there was not one to be found. We then called Cycle Center of Denton for a Ranger 150. Joe answered the call and was great to deal with. Within a minute he had us a total out the door price broken down. We only had a short amount of time due to other engagements in Rockwall. Joe had the Ranger in service before we arrived and all the paperwork ready to go. We were greeted promptly and walked though all departments; just like is done at our auto dealership. I was in finance when my son came in and said that it was already loaded so we could be on our way to my appointment. I finished up in finance and we were on our way! We will Definitely be back for our next purchase!
I ordered a new BMW 22R1250RT, the bike went into production per the timing from my sales person and was delivered to me a week earlier then predicted. The bike was exactly as ordered, I couldnt be more happy with all of the folks at CCoD. The dealership did what they said at the price they told me it would be, a very pleasurable purchase from start to the delivery.
Free fix vs $3,000 fix? You be the judge. Quoted us a $3,000 repair bill on a $5,000 Polaris Sportsman we bought from them a couple of years ago. Needed a carb job, new starter, and a new battery, they said. Eventually found on our own that the reason it wouldn’t start was a kinked gas line and a sluggish battery. Now it’s running great. We’ve liked the idea of patronizing a family-owned business. However, working with a flat-out unethical business is off the table, for us. No more. Regret that I’m unable to give a zero-star rating.Also a couple of years ago, we bought a new Polaris RZR from them. Drove it 20 yards down a flat off-road trail near Valley View, and a wheel fell off the axle. No joke. Nice guys on the trail helped us load it back on the trailer to get it back to Cycle Center just before closing so they could fix their half-@ssed assembly job. Fortunately, no one was hurt. CC took no accountability for their screw-up. This first strike against them should have discouraged us from working with them again. Lesson learned. Finally.
Hats off to Jake, Chris and the whole crew. If your looking for anything powersports related this is the place to go. These guys are prompt, professional and honest. Even with the shortages Cycle Center still had a full show room and actually had a couple rare units in inventory as well.
Havent yet purchased a motorcycle from this location, but have had service work done on other bikes that Ive owned in the past and was always very pleased with the work competed here. If you are looking to purchase go in and ask for Ashleigh....she is a wonderfully blithe conversationalist, and if she doesnt know the answer to a question you might have she doesnt fake an answer. Rather, she goes and asks someone for help. A brilliantly admirable quality in a sales person!
Awesome service staff Ryan was great he took very good care of my UTV. All of these guys are very personable, everyone greets you. Very positive environment. They performed two recalls, an oil change and coolant flush on my Kawi. Heck Ryan even drove it up on my trailer for me. Will definitely be using these guys in the future for service and sales.

I purchased a 2021 Goldwing from CC of Denton and was very impressed with my positive buying experience. Josh (My salesman) introduced me to the parts, service and managers of the business. I have bought a few motorcycles from all types of dealerships in my lifetime (New and Used) and this was one of the best motorcycle purchasing experience I have ever been involved with. All the associates here were so kind and knowledgeable, which was perfect because I knew NOTHING about bikes when I went in to (impulse) buy one--and they made it SO EASY and fun!! They answered all of my questions, no matter how silly or dumb, and they worked amazingly as a team to get me informed and out the door and ready to tackle the roads with my brand new ride. Whether youre new and starting out or a seasoned motor-guru, cycle center is the place to go!
I can’t speak highly enough of these guys. After reading their reviews I drove up almost an hour from Fort Worth and it was definitely worth it. This is my first bike purchase and I was a little anxious about it. Segovia was incredible. He was patient, answered all my questions candidly, and I never felt pressured in any way (drastically different from other shops I checked out). He helped me weigh the pros and cons of the two bikes I narrowed it down to and sold me on a pre-owned bike because it was the best fit for me even though it was a less expensive sale for him. He even went way above and beyond to make sure I got my bike the same day, delivering it himself because I was worried about jumping on the highway after only taking the safety course. Joe in finance was one of the nicest guys possible. He was super transparent about everything and made sure I knew all of my options for warranties and what was best for a new rider and the bike I got. There’s not a bad guy here honestly. From meeting the service guys and getting an overview of how to maintain my bike, to making sure I had all the gear I needed, and the honest and reasonable pricing. Seriously, beyond worth the hour drive to do business with these guys.
I have now bought 3 vehicles from Cycle Center of Denton. They are very friendly and will get you want you want. Yesterday I bought a 110 Polaris Sportsman for my son. When you ask Polaris they will tell you theres a 6 month backlog in production, but Joe Rosenthal was able to get me one in a month. I highly recommend them!
This place was awesome to shop at. Segovia and Matty made our experience fun and easy. I literally called to tell them I was coming, when I showed up, everything was ready to go. Both of the bikes that I wanted to ride were all set up and I was able just to takeoff. After I decided to get the bike, they didn’t try to haggle with me too much. They honestly gave me a solid deal, and negotiated to my expectations. I definitely recommend going here if you’re looking for an awesome experience. I had a flat tire travelling on I-35. got my bike to Cycle Center. Sitting outside 45 minutes prior to them opening, an employee named Mark walking in the door to report for duty, asks if i was picking up parts. I explained i was from out of town and had a flat tire. he asks what size tire and goes to check. comes back and tells me to head back to service department and hed unlock the door and get me going. i pushed my bike around the side, went in the door. He already had the tire pulled and was waiting with Israel from Service dept who got me rang up. my bike was already being serviced and they still had 15 minutes before they opened up!! 45 minutes later, with new back tire installed, and i was back on the road. What could have been a nightmare turned out to be a wonderful experience. Grace from God above i had a flat right down the street from this business. THANK YOU MARK! THANK YOU ISRAEL! THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!
What a great experience! I called and talked to Joe Rosenthal about a Honda that I wanted. They didnt have it in stock, but directed me towards a Kawasaki that I didnt even know existed. It turns out, the Kawasaki suited me much better and I am very grateful that he knows his bikes and made the suggestion! When it came time to finance, Matty was absolutely awesome! He went over all of the options, and everything was painless and there was zero pressure. Matty is just a great dude, I could have chatted with him all day. Go see Joe and Matty and dont look back, you wont be disappointed!
Skylar was amazing! We spent the entire day looking for gear for our daughter. All of the other places we went to didnt even acknowledge us. He was a huge help and helped us get the right sizes and things we needed. When we walked in, 3 different employees asked if we needed help. Outstanding service and very friendly. Generally as a female and with kids, we are ignored in places like this. But not here. He treated me the exact same as my husband. We will definitely be back for anything else we need along the way! Hands down the best place to get gear for kids. Thank you for treating families like every other customer! Because of that, we will buy all of our dirt bike gear for both kids from Cycle Center for now on!
Great experience. Took the wife and kids along for the trip. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. They had my bike prepped and ready and took us straight back to check it out. They talked to me about all the features on the bike and gave advice on how to care for it properly. While we waited to do paperwork, the rest of the staff talked to us and joked around. The paperwork part was quick and easy. We felt very welcomed they were super friendly but more than anything, they treated us like family. It don’t get better than that.
Recently bought a Honda Pioneer from Cycle Center. This is great place to buy a motorcycle or ATV/UTV. Everyone here enjoys their job. Josh Howard was sales person and really know what he is doing. Made the process very simple and responded quickly. Could tell he was busy but always responded quickly. Service is top notch. Brett was awesome even though I did not end up getting my other Honda fixed and went with new machine. Even Ally in financing rides motorcycles and loves what she does. It is obvious that the whole team enjoys what they do and has passion for their industry. Very knowledgeable and honest. Will definitely be back and buy from again. Would not hesitate to use for service even though have another dealer around corner from me. Would drive extra to go to this place.
Purchased a 2020 Versys 1000 from Cycle Center of Denton. Josh Howard was my sales rep and he made the purchase process as easy as possible. Very knowledge on the bike, and eager to answer any question I could think up. Would not hesitate to purchase another bike from this dealer.
This is take 2 with my review of the Cycle Center of Denton. After posting my initial review, which was not favorable in the least yet well deserved based off of my previous experiences whenever visiting this establishment, the owner reached out to me to rectify any grievances I had. After playing a bit of email and phone tag, I decided to go back into Cycle Center and try to meet him face to face, but once again I found myself just missing him. Upon my visit though, I decided to take a look around at the new stock they had and re-familiarize myself with their products and parts. That is when I meant their prize gem by the name of Skylar. This young man turned out to be the most knowledgeable and helpful person I have met in a while. He was able to answer all my questions that I previously had and a few new ones. Since then, I have visited Cycle Center, for one reason or another, and have been met by him every time. And every time this young man has wowed me with his above and beyond customer service and assistance. After some time, I finally was able to get together and discuss with the owner why I gave his business such a poor rating, allowing me to share with him my new experiences and Joy I have had coming in. He did seem really concern about my happiness and gave me the impression thats the old ways of customer is King have not come to pass. I plan to visit a lot more in the future. Quite possibly turn this place into my go to biking needs. I did learn that Skyler is currently in school studying to become a doctor, and will eventually move on. I recommend coming in while they still have him employed, and hopefully make clones of him so that this place continues to meet the standards that every business should meet. Below is my previous review which I gave one star because I had to give a star... I also recommend seeking out Skyler whatever he does become a doctor because I am positive he will excel with that as well.(My experience in this place was terrible every time that I visit. I keep getting looks from all the employees as though I dont belong there and when I do make it to parts department, nobody working there is able to help me because they dont know the product themselves....)

Got to the install relatively quick.However they scratched my wheel. No big deal right. OE 96 900 rr wheel. Had one scratch. And one.nick. trust me when i say i know. Told me it was already there man..... Took the install charge off............. Unsure 25.00 helps pay for repair
Cycle Center of Denton is my go-to shop for anything I need for motorcycles.The staff is beyond excellent.The service department is professional and very customer oriented.The parts department is fantastic and helpful in every way possible.Kenny, Carlos, and the incredible sales staff keep this dealership in excellent condition and emphasize superior customer service!These people are like family to me and each time I enter the dealership, I feel like I’m coming home.I simply cannot say enough praise for this business.
Friendly sales and financing staff, the best inventory around. Got approved at another Honda dealership for the bike loan but need more money down to get the deal done that dealership was unwilling to take a cash deposit to hold the bike 4 days. But cycle center of Denton was outstanding sold it to me cheap, held the bike and treated us like family. Did speak down about the competitor and just kept it professional and friendly. Truely have the best inventory and staff.
Excellent customer service! I called yesterday about getting my bike BMW serviced and they got me in the very next day.While I was there my son and I wandered the sales floor and were given the run of the place. My son was able to look at various bikes and the staff was more than welcoming and professional.My bike was repaired on time.I will definitely return when its time to buy my son his first bike.
Just bought a trailer and a Kawasaki Teryx 1000. Chris Colon helped me out when I found the vehicle via Facebook. Daniel answered all my questions about the vehicle and made the buying process easy. Joe in finance is probably one if the best finance guys I have ever dealt with. Shout to Evan in parts for being super friendly. This place has a great team and will work hard to make sure you are happy.
From my first phone call into store, to the time my new Polaris Sportsman was loaded in the bed of my truck, I had an excellent experience. Joe Rosenthal provided a super comfortable buying atmosphere and had great knowledge of the product. One of the owning partners, Carlos Gonzales, even took the time to come out on the floor and give me some advice on the 4 wheeler I was purchasing. Ownership like that shows why every other step of the buying process was so great. Matty Robinson closed the deal up smoothly and made the financing go quickly, while still letting me know what my options were and educating me on them. Both stayed past store hours to finish the deal up and never even mentioned it, very professional about it. Will be recommending CCoD to all friends and family!
Segovia is awesome. He charmed me over several dealers I looked at used and newest Kawasaki & Honda cycles. His knowledge and professionalism is what is going to make him my dealer and probly for a 2021 cycle. He greeted me with no judgement and listened to what I wanted and showed me several choices. If course the one I fell in love with sold the next day but thats ok . Once I got my old bike out of the shop I knew I would be back to deal with these guys. They even offered with insurance I could go for a short test drive in their back area to get my feel for the thing. Its pretty much everything I was looking for in a new or used bike dealership. They have everything one stop shop. Financing. Service.parts.dealers. Alot of their guys been there years so that says alot as well. If you want to be treated like family. Check it out. I was pleasantly surprised. I really thought this place was gonna be a bunch of over the top ego maniacs.Not so. They still may be lol but dont show it. Seriously, great choices, great services, great place visit & more.
Just purchased a Kawi SxS and had a great experience! They knew what I was looking for when I arrived and had two models waiting for me at the front door when i arrived. We did a couple test drives and negotiated a good deal. The parts and finance experience was quick and smooth and was out the door in a couple of hours. (they put on some parts for me) I would highly recommend Cycle Center of Denton for your Power Sport needs! I drive from Rockwall to Denton just for the customer service.
Josh Howard was awesome to work with during my purchase. He was VERY responsive the whole time. Walked me through everything. Robert in parts was really cool and laid back, I added a lift, wheels and tires. he was very helpful. Financing was really easy and helpful, and got me the best deal. I would recommend Cycle Center of Denton over anyone in the DFW area.
This place is seriously the best to go to for motorcycles! My boyfriend has bought two from them and the customer service that is offered is amazing. Every single experience we have had with them has been amazing. Shoutout to Matty (sales), Tanner (parts/gear), and Allie (billing). They are some great people and made the experience totally enjoyable. Such a great business that knows how to take care of their customers! I highly recommend them.
First impressions are important and mine was very good. I scheduled an oil & filter change for a recently acquired used bike, and Israel in service was easy to deal with.I arrived today 15 minutes early for the appointment. I liked the look of the building from outside; parking lot lines are clear, space is ample, and debris minimal. I easily found the service dept. side of the house and its the same over there.Israel is on duty again and he checked me in smoothly. Im planning to wait so he points me toward the showroom and customer lounge area. Next stop is the restroom which I find to be clean and stocked with all of the necessities.The showroom is clean and bright, with a good number of bikes on display. Customers are milling around which suggests business is probably decent at least. As I walk to the lounge every employee that I see makes eye contact and says hello or if farther away gives me the man nod; I felt welcomed.The sitting area is fine, could use more seating perhaps. There is a nice size table with 4 bar stools but I chose not to sit there because its covered with brochures and material. There is hot coffee and the usual assortment of bike mags and sales literature from area motorcycle based businesses.Later as I walked the floor admiring the machines Matty engaged me in conversation. We had a great chat about my last bike and the V-Strom 1050XT as a possible next new bike, and riding gear. Nice guy.Im out in under an hour. I will definitely give CCoD my future service business and when Im ready to buy a new bike Ill definitely give them the opportunity to earn the business. Well done all.
Matty at Cycle Center of Denton did an outstanding job of working with me over the phone and in person to sell me a 2021 Polaris Ranger 570 FS. He was very professional and provided a very competitive out the door price that beat other dealerships prices that are located a lot closer to my home. Joe in Financing was also helpful, courteous, and professional. The drive was worth it to get the best price and professional, courteous service.
We came in with every intention to buy a motorcycle from this dealer. We stood around for a good 20-30 minutes had many sales people walk by but no one gave us the time of day. We tried to get two different sales people’s attention and they just walked on. I get it if your busy but at least acknowledge me and tell me someone will be with me soon. I really hate to play the girl card but it does sometime seem like we are overlooked in certain things that are considered a male dominate sport. That’s okay we drove over to grapevine and I purchased what I wanted there instead.
5/5 Stars! Our sales consultant, Matty, was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Our finance manager, Joe Kelley, had us in and out in no time. We have been wanting a motorcycle for a long time and they helped us take the plunge and make the right choice for a starter bike.
I bought a used BMW from them and since I got it it was periodically dying and idling a little rough. My first bike I didn’t know how it was supposed to run. It got worse and worse so I brought it in and charged me $300 to replace a hose after I paid for the reconditioning fee when I bought it and paid for a extended warranty that was sold to me(it didn’t cover it). Now it runs smooth and has a ton of power and I feel like I was taken advantage of by these people. I asked about the MX records and the guy who traded it in had the same problem. I’d stay away from this place either they don’t know what they are doing or are dishonest or both.
Went with in with an idea of what I wanted and not a damn clue otherwise, and these fine folks took excellent care of me. Joe went above and beyond in helping me select my bike, and Chris had the patience of a saint when it came to my questions about riding gear. Every step of the process, from selection to the finance office was painless and friendly, with no pressure and tons of good attitude. I cannot recommend them enough.
Was told over the phone What I needed could be done at a reasonable price , when showing up the following day was told I couldn’t be helped and a simple brake job price doubled.Miscommunication is all we had , nice enough to call me back and sort issues out over the phone .
Bought a Polaris Ranger from here. Everyone was super nice, educated on the UTVs and answered all my questions. They also were extremely low pressure on closing the sale which was very appreciated. I highly recommend buying from them. Josh in the Sales department helped me and was great.
I called Cycle Center of Denton and talked to Joe about test riding a 2019 BMW K1600GT. He said he would have it ready when I got there. I was welcomed at the door by Gary in sales and after some necessary paperwork I rode the bike. I ended up buying it. I had a 2016 BMW S1000XR to trade in. They gave me more than I expected for my trade. I was very pleased with the deal. Everyone that I dealt with was very pleasant. I highly recommend Cycle Center of Denton.
Salesman, Josh Howard knew his stuff. And he didn’t hassle or try to sell me with over the top tactics. He just let the four wheelers sell themselves. Tanner knows his stuff when it comes to helmets and accessories! And Matty is finance worked his magic and got exactly what we wanted! They will definitely get my business again!
I recently had an issue with one of my BMW motorcycles so I took it to Cycle Center knowing they were an authorized BMW dealer and service center. Blake and Mark in service did a wonderful job taking care of my bike and me. The parts were ordered quickly and Paul the BMW tech got the repair done as quickly as I could possibly imagine. The bike is running like new again! I also have had great interaction with their sales team on several accounts. Josh in sales is always happy to spend time talking to me. I highly recommend Cycle Center and BMW of Denton!
I found the exact bike I wanted KTM 390 Duke pre-owned on their website. Worked with Chris Colon. Not only was he knowledgeable about the bike, but he had it ready for me to purchase when I got there. Great dealer, great staff and I will definitely continue to buy all my parts and bikes there in the future!! Thank you all so much!!
Great place to get your bike worked on, or upgrade your gear. I had Parts service my wheels/tires and am very satisfied. They were quick, and I paid EXACTLY what I was quoted on the phone. I also have gone in just to gear shop and was really happy to get help with sizing and options. Kirby Enoch is a great dude as are the rest of the staff at Cycle Center of Denton Im sure. Ill be back!
My son came home with a signed contract to buy a $7000 bike from Cycle Center last night. He had never owned (or even ridden) a bike before and got caught up in the excitement and the attraction of owning a beautiful, new motorcycle. He is an adult and is old enough to enter into these type of transactions, but he realized after talking with us that he was hasty in his decision and that he would be better off for his first motorcycle to be a less expensive, used bike. We went in and talked to the folks at Cycle Center (it was less than 24 hours since he signed the paperwork) and asked to cancel the transaction. Even though they could have made him honor his agreement, they allowed him to cancel his purchase.And dont take this to say that they will always do this, nor should they. I told my son that he signed the paperwork and that he should be prepared to go through with it, if Cycle Center refused to cancel the deal.I cant give Cycle Center enough stars for being a stand-up organization and one that is interested in a long term relationship with their customers. I can recommend them without any reservations.In particular, I credit Matty and Josh (in Finance) for being good to deal with and for allowing my son to make a wiser choice for now and then come back in 6 mos to a year to buy the bike he really wants, when he has experience riding. Man these guys were amazing! Mattie and Joe knocked it out of the park. They were patient as I worked through my CU and the extended amount of time that it took just because of the short staff due to Covid. the held the bike for me and gave me no grief. No High Pressure Sales here. Mattie was super honest with me about any issues that they had experienced with that type of Bike. Overall I would not think twice in buying from them again!
Place is nice, clean and appears to have good inventory. Had a utv picked out before I got there to purchase today. Went inside and nobody wanted to offer any help. Made an attempt to wave down the 2 guys in the bullpen. They looked away. Guess I will move on down the road for purchase
Came here to get my son all of his dirt bike gear. Tanner helped us get him fitted and found all the things my son needed so he can be protected while riding his dirt bike! He was very helpful and patient with my indecisive son lol. We will be coming back at some point to get my gear!
One star because that’s the least I could do, I never leave negative reviews even if service was horrible but let me just start off by saying if you’re local I’m sure they’ll take care of you don’t even consider if you’re out of the city I tried purchasing a BMW S1000rr, they couldn’t make it happen even if I showed up I called multiple they advised me to get my own shipping and they would discount half of that cost off the bike, so I did they called me back hours later to tell me to reschedule the shipping it was after hours from the company I contracted to deliver the motorcycle so I had to wait until Monday to cancel I got charged $100 for cancellation Cycle center of Denton basically said to call the company and see if they could work it out with me. At the end of the day I’m glad I did not do business here.
Very helpful and accommodating staff. Good selection of inventory and maintenance service. Last weekend our local VVA group held our annual Car Show at this venue and we had well over 100 cars from classics and muscle to current supercars and sleepers. Great venue and show.
Just bought another bike here. The staff are great I had a recall on a CRF250L that I bought locally. The service staff noticed that the sprocket, that had been changed by the previous owner , was incorrectly fitted. I was on a trip so that fixed it anyway and charged me $12 for the part. Outstanding.
This is one of the most fun and exciting trips to a motorcycle shop Ive had in years. They had all the bikes in which I was interested in 1 shop with Awesome end of the year discount prices! They also have a significant number of very important historic motorcycles around the perimeter of the show room - Very Cool!
I have visited Cycle Center for a lot of years and have bought several motorcycles from them. This particular motorcycle was very special and waiting for it, having it arrive, and having it suddenly available was a wonderful surprise. With Matty, Ally, Joe, Chris, and Carlos all helping, I am home with my fantastic new KTM 390 Adventure! Thanks to all of you!
I’ve been shopping for a new bike for a few weeks now and this was my latest stop. I just left this dealership and they have a bunch a good people working in there. I went in looking for a particular bike but we just couldn’t get the numbers right to make a deal we both could live with. However, out of all the dealerships I have been to recently, this one has been the most pleasant. It’s a good place to start if you’re looking to make a purchase. Always had a really good time here visiting and looking around. People here are always willing to help and very comfortable to talk to. The sales guy Matty is super helpful, and easy to talk to and has help us on many, many deals that weve walked away happy with new bikes. I recommend getting with Matty if anyone is looking for a great deal on the vehicles they have.
Im not one to write reviews...but after years of experience with their service department, I can say without a doubt theyre the best. I never worried once about price or quality of work, despite being skeptical of shops in general. Theyre also pretty great about getting repairs/maintenance done in a timely manner.
Great prices, outstanding selection, a huge accessories department, friendly people and a vintage motorcycle collection to drool over (if you know what an H2 and a sandcast CB750 are, you should go by there just to look at those). Thanks again for the courtesy extended to my wife and me the day I purchased a new motorcycle from you. JT did a great job working with us to purchase two Polaris Rangers. Walked in at closing one night and he stayed with us late talking through all the options. By the end of the week we closed the deals and were rolling with one Ranger with the second coming soon. Kenny and Carlos run a great dealership and I highly recommend Cycle Center no matter where you live.
Great service and great staff! Easy to get to & the technicians are friendly and hard working. If you want a great experience make sure Tim does the work you need! I brought my scooter in for a service and Tim was super nice and fast. He personally wiped down my scooter and topped off my brake fluid for free :) I promise you wont be disappointed with Cycle Center!
Mike really hooked me up with a good deal on a Kawasaki KLR650. He was really easy to work with and wasnt overbearing in trying to make the sale. All the different staff members that I corresponded with were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend checking them out. Shout out to Justin for helping me pick out the right helmet and getting me a deal on it.

Matt Robinson, Josh W. kept me informed of the delivery of my 2021 Honda Goldwing DCT Tour in the middle of the worst snow storm in Texas history. Good communication, no haggling, honest dealings. It would have been nice if Honda had shipped the fobs with the bike but I can’t fault Cycle Center.
The staff there are friendly , knowledgeable , very compassionate. I put down a deposit on my credit card for a special order RS-1. I decided on another dealership expecting to eat the deposit I left with Denton. Let’s just say they made it right. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is expecting good customer service and above all “satisfaction“. JT Miller and Zach Vaught , are top notch employees at Denton Cycle Center , it is my opinion that they are valuable assets to this company. Awesome job !!!!! Keep it up.
I had the best experience buying a bike from here. I bought a 2015 Indian Scout and was helped by Aden Quinn. He made buying a motorcycle an experience of its own. I felt more taken care of than I have ever felt at a retail establishment. Aden and Joe are truly savants at making buying a motorcycle almost as much fun as riding one
I feel I have always been treated fairly and honestly in all my dealings with this establishment. I have bought several bikes from them. My relationship goes back to the 90s when they were at their old location on I-35. The service department has always backed their work and taken good care of my bikes. If I have any issue I feel like they take it personally and strive for customer satisfaction. Thanks again Cycle Center for all you do for the customer and the community!
Went there to look at and more than likely purchase a new atv. No one at all approached me until i went towards the back. Once they did they said they would get someone for me. A few minutes later he told me that someone was on the way to help me...15-20 minutes went by and not one person again helped me. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Truly appreciate Brayden and Ricky for all of their help and honesty while my husband purchased his first bike. They were patient with us esp with our kids haha, super knowledgeable, amazing good guys, down to earth, honest about products and their prices cant be beat. Highly recommend them and the shop!

I flew From Southern California to check out a Bike I saw on Cycletrader.I had called and spoken to Josh Howard, Friendly and knowledgeable. When I arrived, I wasnt rushed like everyone just wanted to make a sale, But I was greeted. Sometimes you just want to be alone for a minute and look and think, and that is how they operate. No rushing and No Hassling. Bike was as described with no surprises. The entire staff was Friendly. Thank You Cycle Center of Denton for a Pleasant Experience.
Friendly, helpful staff. Knowledgable service techs. Competitive prices on labor (for repairs, maintenance, etc.). Grossly overpriced on some products.I had to get a battery here because my battery died and I was stranded. The parts guy sold me a $120 battery, which I could have ordered online for $40. I understand that there is always a mark-up when you buy something in a store, but that is ridiculous.Regardless, I will continue to bring my bike here for tire changes and other service! :)
I had a fantastic experience with Cycle Center of Denton when I purchased my 2016 Polaris Slingshot. Chris Hawkins really took good care of me during the sales process making it very easy to drive off in my new Slingshot. Their service department was very helpful and fast when I turned in my Slingshot for the 500 mile service. I was able to make an appointment easily. The entire staff is friendly and helpful.
I have nothing but superlatives for my experiences with the service department at Cycle Center of Denton. Mark Sivertsen is a man of his word.He says what hes going to do and then does what he says. Refreshing in this day and age. Mark and Ryan (in the shop) did a fantastic job and will have my business as long as I own a motorcycle. Highly recommended!

The sale was almost a pleasure, parting with the money....not so much. Ricky and Carlos were fantastic, very knowledgeable of the bike and all its functions They helped me throughout the whole process from insurance and registration to loading up the bike on the trailer. I cannot say enough about the parts people Nico, Joe and especially Jeremy. Jeremy devoted a big part of his day helping us and is still helping me some two weeks after the sale. They fitted us with helmets, ordered the helmets and fitted them with com devices. as well as other things. These people really care about their customers.

Now don’t get me wrong, the service here is exceptional however, I do not recommend you taking your bike here to get repaired.........Next time, I’m doing that on my own.Update: After my initial review the service center manager, Mark, called my father to make things right. The dealership charged us $60 for an entire spoke kit even though just one nipple for a spoke was missing. If they had called us and told us that Yamaha only sells the parts in a complete kit, then we would have just done the oil change and foregone the parts and labor to take the wheel off. Mark agreed they should have called for something like that and offered us a $60 gift card. They obviously care and will make it right if youre not happy! Thanks guys!
I went in on a Saturday to look at scooters. They had great service before I even walked in the door. I was greeted outside by very friendly staff and was helped immediately by a very knowledgeable sales staffer. Considering I was buying an inexpensive scooter that wouldnt really get the sales person that much commission, I was impressed by how attentive and helpful they were.I walked in at 3pm, and walked out at 4:30pm, the owner of a brand new Piaggio. Im pretty set on going to Cycle Center of Denton from now on.
Joe Kelley and the Denton Cycle Center team are AWESOME!! I loved their personal service. They have a great selection , are knowledgeable, and have fair prices. We loved the selection and service so much we bought 2 units in 2 weeks. I did a lot of research over last few months both in and out of state to explore all possibilities, but CCD made it worth my while.Thanks again to Joe, JT, Michael, and Skippy for taking care of us like family. This review is LONG overdue. I bought my bike here almost 1.5 years ago. I have been in the industry all my life, from working at a local dealer to working for one of the biggest distributors in the industry... I have to say that Cycle Center of Denton has earned my business and my respect. The staff is one of the most knowledgeable I have ever been around and they will always go the extra mile to satisfy a customer. If you are looking for a bike, ATV/UTV, parts or apparel... go check these guys out!
We recently purchased a used motorcycle from this dealership. The salesman was great and going through the financing, buying the gear, and everything was easy and they were all very friendly.First, I noticed that the helmet I bought was actually missing a couple parts that were supposed to come with it. So, I went to their gear department and it turns out that the person who sold me my gear had been fired shortly after I purchased the gear. The new person that helped me was super nice though and did give me the missing parts at no charge.Other than the gear problem which we chalked-up to just a freak mix-up, everything seemed perfect up until about two weeks later when we noticed we never received our Honda financing information in the mail like the financing employee told us we would. We figured it was just lost in the mail or something, so we called and email to see what the hold up was since we didnt want to be late on the first payment on the bike and get a ding on our credit score. It took them until 2 days before our payment was due to tell us that they didnt file all the paperwork because the employee that did the financing for us left shortly after we purchased the motorcycle.Thankfully, they were able to make the payment on our behalf and we paid them back for it before the payment was overdue - so they were helpful in that respect, Ill give them that.Another few weeks go by and were starting to get worried since they told us when we originally purchased the bike that our license plate and title would be sent to us in the mail. We emailed and called again to see what the hold up was and, again, it took them a few days to get back to us and they let us know that they had the license plate. I guess it somehow got lost in their desk or something because they didnt mail it or even bother to notify us that the plate was there before we called and emailed.When we get the plate and title (with no apology), we notice the paperwork says that it was valid starting just a few days after we purchased the bike. Meaning that shortly after that they must have received the plate and then just never bothered to tell us that they received it.We even purchased their extra service plans and all the extras when we financed it, so youd hope they would give us at least a little better customer service with all the extra money we spent on them. We definitely regret buying those extras at this point though, since I doubt well ever let them service the bike now if this is how they treat their paying customers. Who knows how theyll treat the bikes they service.To summarize this place: Everyone is super friendly and helpful at first, but they forget about you and drop the ball as soon as you buy from them.The bike I bought is great, but everything after buying the bike involving this dealership is terrible.
“I went to the Cycle Center of Denton twice in a matter of a couple weeks. First to have inspections done on a couple bikes which went great, and on time, as promised. A+. The next time was to buy a trailer. The salesman was fine, but the service was very slow in processing the deal. Then when I went to pick the trailer up it was slow again. Everyone was very pleasant and professional, just not as speedy of service as I think it could be... subsequent trips have been less positive, a salesman who doesnt listen and tried pressuring sale even after repeated refusals on a specific UTV. Not cool.
I was in Cycle Center of Denton today having a new tire put on my motorcycle and while waiting I was Looking at riding gear. I must say that that my experience with the employees at Cycle Center is really about and beyond. Ryan Skippy McPherson and Joshua Woessner were the two individuals I dealt with today and even though they were busy, you still felt you were their number one priority. I have not yet ever had a bad experience with anyone connected to Cycle Center. It is well worth your time and money to do business there. I recommend them to everyone.
I cannot say enough good things about the service and personnel at Cycle Center. From the owners and sales staff to the service professionals and the certified mechanics this is a class 1 facility.I love this place, I have purchased two bikes from them in the last two years and rely on their expertise to keep them road worthy. When I walk in the door I am greeted and asked how I am. Never any pressure to buy, just well informed folks willing to help. Some time during my visit Carlos (owner) finds time to come by and shake hands. Kimberly (service) always has a smile for me and has time to say hi. Kirby (parts) always asks how my latest road trip went. Expert service from the mechanics is always available. Best experience Ive ever had at a bike shop!!!I stopped in to get my bike inspected so I could renew the registration. As always I was greeted by several employees as I walked in. As I walked towards the rear of the store a black Harley caught my eye and I went over to take a look at it. It was a 2011 Electra Glide Ultra Limited and it was beautiful. As I sat on it Micah (Service Manager) walked up to say hi. He said if you like this one you need to take a look at the 2014 we have. To make a long story short, a few hours later I became the proud owner of a 2014 Electra Glide Ultra Limited with only 420 miles on it. I cant say enough good things about the guys and gals there. Chris (Sales Manager) bent over backwards to push the deal thru and got me a phenomenal interest rate. Kenny (co-owner) came over to say hi and and when I told him what I was doing he told Chris and JT (salesman) to make sure I got everything I needed and wanted. And then we talked about hunting for a bit. I went back to the service shop and got Chris ( best metric mechanic in Texas) and asked him to take a look at the bike. He and Micah went put the bike under a magnifying glass and then told me I was getting a heck of a deal and that if I wanted it Id never get a better deal. Micah personally set the bike up for me and got it ready to go while Chris (Sales Manager) put the paperwork together and got the loan approved with the lowest interest rate Ive ever seen on a recreational vehicle. Kirby (Parts Manager) came by and congratulated me and when I asked him about some accessories I was interested in took care of it himself. This is my fourth bike from these folks and I recommend them to everyone I know. The best prices and employees I have ever encountered. They feel like family. Thanks again yall for another perfect buying experience!!!
One star because zero was not an option. I have been riding motorcycles for 44 years, and have owned a few of almost every major brand. In my life, I have never had such a terrible experience as I had here. Long story short, I bought a clearly defective KTM (this was admitted by Cycle Center). After weeks of lip service, Kenny offered me 40% of what my bike was worth, and offered to sell me another one for retail as listed on his website. When I protested, he talked over me rudely and hung up in my ear.. Im sure when he replies to this post, he will paint quite a different picture, but the truth is the truth, and we all have to live with ourselves. By the way, I have NEVER written a negative review until now about any other dealer. This needs to be heard...DO NOT risk your money or time with this dealership. Every organization is a reflection of those at the top. So very sad for other good people that probably work there and want to do the right thing. Be sure to read the Yelp reviews too...very telling
Service department is a rip off! I bought a 4 wheeler there last year and that experience was great. I bought a brand new Warn winch and mount elsewhere for really good price. I mounted the winch myself, but wiring was too confusing for me. I went in to get price for Cycle Centers service department to finish up for me and they want more just to finish wiring than I paid for the Warn winch and mounting bracket. Way to treat your customers.
Ive never had such great customer service ANYWHERE else! The staff are always ready and happy to help, great selection, and I didnt feel like I was being pressured to make a decision on the spot. I am just now getting into the motorcycle scene, and I left there fully convinced that I feel wiser about what is right for me. I will definitely be returning there in the future!

Cycle Center of Denton was one of the first shops Ive been to that clearly focus on the motocross community. The parts department was well stocked and incredibly knowledgeable. Skippy helped me with my questions and seemed to know every product as if he designed it himself. Its a breath of fresh air to find a shop that meets my needs. Id highly recommend it.
Recently bought a R1200GS BMW from Cycle Centre of Denton and the experience was excellent. I have always hated dealerships and the normal BS you have to go through.Jason Millard was excellent, their finance guy was excellent and I was out of the door quickly. All in all, great bunch of folks up there, regular rides that are fun to go on and events that are great to go to as well.Good Job CCoD!

My Experience with Cycle Center has been a good one with all Departments. I have bought several things from there, Jet Skis, Polaris Ranger, Mule, parts, ect,Ive had great service and customer service from all the guys and ladies there. Anytime I need something they are always there willing to help anyway they can to get you going again. I can always count on them to keep my equipment up and going or in and out fast.I Ranch for a living and it is important for my needs to be met fast and right the first time and they do a Great job at helping me achieve that. I recently purchased a pre-owned Honda CBR from Cycle Center.The salesman who helped me was Josh. He was an awesome and chill guy who helped me out a lot. I couldnt be more happy with my decision in Purchasing from Cycle Center of Denton as a new rider.I was planning on buying from Freedom Power Sports in Hurst but honestly the staff in Denton are far nicer, well respected, and professional (not that Freedom isnt at all). Overall I had a great experience and I highly recommend Josh as a salesman. Hes professional and will go out of his way to help you find what youre looking for.
From a 3 to a 5The story goes.....I brought my Yamaha in for service. Wanted a tuneup and the bike gone through. I had bought the bike used. Your service was quick but not sure how reliable. When I picked up my bike I didnt get out of the parking lot and the clutch adjustment was so far out, it would slip when I accelerated. I came back, the mechanic was right on it. While talking to him he said Id suggest getting you plugs changed. Say What? I just paid for a tuneup and they didnt change the plugs? Well, now they had to make that right. Along with the tuneup I wanted the charging system checked. My new battery keeps dying. They said that the charging system was good. (but, the battery is still going dead) Battery charges right back up but not holding charge or charging while riding. Also had to have them readjust my chain which was way to loose and put the cotter-pin back in axle nut. When I first got the motorcycle, I purchased a front tire from you guys and you installed it. I had a intermittent rubbing sound coming from the front wheel, which I ask your mechanic about. He said he heard it but didnt know what was causing it, maybe the brake is rubbing. Later, I found where the sound was coming from. The front tire rubs off and on the rivets that mounts the front fender to their mounting brackets. When I brought the bike back for the chain adjustment and cotter-pin, I had them check the rubbing front tire. The mechanic said the tire is not rubbing anything?I know Yamaha is not what you normally stock and work on, but I had hoped to get it my service here, and correctly done the first time. I have to be able to trust in what work is being done, especially on a motorcycle.UPDATE: So they do read these reviewsI got a call today from Denton Cycle Center about the above post. Mark the Service Manager,had read my post and asked me, how can we make things right. Wow, I was sure shocked to get the call to begin with, let alone wanting to fix the problems.. Awesome. Anyways, I took the bike back and met with Mark. I showed him where tire rubbing issue was and we talked about the battery charging problem. Mark then took the bike and I into the shop area to check out the charging system. We found the battery to be bad. Also instead of a retro fix on the fender for the tire, Mark said hed order a better fitting tire and a new battery for the bike.Mark said, we are going to make this right for you. Wow again, what a blessing. Thank you, Mark and Denton Cycle Center for standing by your service. You have my business!
Love this place, I came by because of the good things Ive heard. Was very impressed with the sheer size of the showroom floor and all the manufacturers they carry, however there seemed to be no shortage of employees. I was immediately greeted at the door by Daniella, she walked me through answered all the questions I had and even laid a few concerns to rest. They treated me like family and I havent even bought yet!... I definitely know where Im taking my business keep it up Cycle Center of Denton A++
I bought a brand new S1000RR and I have to tell you that out of all the dealers in the dallas metroplex these guys have been the best so far. Many thanks to Josh my salesperson and Josh my finance guy for making my buying experience the absolute best. I was probably more of a pain coming back three times but they never showed frustration with me and I seriously appreciated that. Buy your next motorcycle here they have killer deals!!
* UPDATE: The president called me to follow up on the review. Everything below is true, but my opinion on their professionalism has changed. If you do go here, at least you know the president is willing to make it right.Zero idea how they have more than two stars.The short: We gave them plenty of chances, always left us out to dry. Poor service and low competence. They dropped someones brand new BMW they had in for service when I was there.The Long: Dropped off a bike recently for electrical repair and two other very small things. When I picked it up, the bike was dead and the two small things had not been addressed. They forgot to replace the battery, even though I reminded them. Thought the 2+ weeks they had my bike, there was poor to no communication. I had to consistently call and baby them along. Honestly, I dont feel safe riding any of the vehicles they worked on.In Summary: We have spent way to much money here. Bought 5 vehicles and 10s of thousands of dollars in repairs. We will never come here again. I thought Id give them one last chance, died laughing when they blew it.

I must say I had a minor issue with these guys. But after I was contacted by the Service Manager (Mark) the negative experience and overcharge was made right. I was assured that that is not the way they do business and they wanted to earn my business. After speaking with them I do feel more comfortable giving them another chance on either of my Bikes. Will try them again soon.Update; Driving down the 35 at 6 am my lights went out on my Bike. Thank God I made it to work ok in the dark lol. After work I immediately went DCC and told them what happened. They had me in and out within the hour and even installed a drink holder that I bought while I was waiting. Great bunch of guys with A+ service. I will definitely be back.
Worst experience at a dealer ever. Dropped bike off Saturday for a basic recall/valve check to be done. Said it would be done on Wednesday. Called wednesday, bike hadnt even been touched yet. Called on Friday, they said they finished it Thursday but no one let me know. Get the bike back, after going out of my way to leave work early to get it, and none of my blinkers are working. Call and they say sorry, bring it back in. Bring it back in on my only day off, and wait 2 hours for them to say it seems like a coincidence that it happened when we did the service.... Then find a connector they forgot to plug in. Sounds like a coincidence to me that a connector that is detrimental to my safety, especially riding at night, would get unplugged and forgotten to be plugged back in. Didnt know bikes do that. All I get from the manager is a big Sorry. Check bike on Sunday, and they completely destroyed my wiring for my Heated Grips. Wires/grounds pulled out all over the place. Only thing Sorry here is the dealer, avoid at all costs if you want integrity and quality work done. Wanted to purchase some parts/gear for my bike, but after this experience, will go well out of my way to find somewhere else to spend my money.
I admittedly havent done business with them yet but stopped by looking for information on my BMW R1200GS.A little back story, Ive been dealing with another dealership and BMW NA for 2 months at this point regarding a warranty issue while both parties point the finger at each other regarding responsibility.Brett the Service Advisor is the only person to actually give me the full story of whats going on with my bike. To put this into context, Ive spoken with no less than 6 other people across 2 other dealerships and BMW NA. Ive made 30+ phone calls and have 3 email strings. Not one other person showed me the respect or professionalism that Brett did to detail whats going on.
As a first time buyer of a motorcycle, I thought everyone, especially Clay in finance, Dustin on sales, and Chris in parts dept. were just awesome ! In a mans world of bikes, they all treated me as equal and were very helpful in all the decisions I made in my purchase. I will definitely recommend Cycle Center!
Called late in the afternoon looking for a new helmet. I spoke with Ryan McPherson and he asked me a few question about what I was looking for. When I arrived at the shop he had a number of helmets pulled and ready for me. He took the time to explain all of the differences between them which made my decision much easier and I purchased a great Shoei helmet. I ended up staying past their business hours and Ryan and Matt took the time to visit with me for quit some time afterwards. Great store with exceptional customer service. You guys rock!!!
Extremely positive experience. I really dont leave reviews but Cycle Center of Denton is top tier. Drove from San Antonio. Well worth it. Great customer service. These guys were doing what they could to get me the best deal and ensure that I got the correct parts. There was no over-selling, and got me exactly what I needed for my bike. They were also extremely friendly and werent trying to rush me out, but were on the spot in not making me wait too long either.
I wanted to thank the guys at cycle center of Denton ever time I have been here these guys especially Ryan/skippy, Chris parts guys and Mark in the service department have been nothing but the greatest, they give you advice and knowledge of everything you need. To start off this dealership (more like stealership) is way overpriced in the service department. They are very unorganized with their scheduling and servicing of bikes. The front desk lady is not knowledgeable about how make a customer happy or get services done on time. The mechanic Tyler is the only one in service who knows what hes doing and is very friendly and helpful unlike the rest of service. Kerby is awesome in the parts department and will help you with anything and is very knowledgeable. Micah the mechanic got into an argument with me about which tire I should put on my bike... shortly after I left I noticed my bike leaking oil heavily from the shift lever gasket... never had that happen (coincidence I think not). This place needs to lower their pricing and replace a couple people.I will only speak with Tyler, kirby or a manager because everyone else here is not on point.

I just recently moved to Denton, it was my first time coming to the shop. Id have to say I havent been to another shop since. Nico greated me with smile and asked how he could help . His very kind, knowledgeable personality took care of every parts need I had. Hes the reason I keep Coming back to the dealership. Hes always spot on with his advice on the best parts and etc Ive purchased lately. Im always out of there in a timely manner and on my way to the track due to his knowledge of his surroundings. When ordering things, very quick turn around and always get a call when my parts have arrived. I cant thank him enough for how helpful hes been in the past few months . My experience with cycle Center of Denton has been nothing but positive. I purchased a new KX 85 for my son for Christmas and the team at cycle Center of Denton was awesome to work with. Ive visited several dealerships and Matty was not only great to work with and super helpful but had a positive attitude and when it came down to make a deal on the bike his first deal was way better than any other dealership in the metroplex. I highly recommend the entire team from sales to financing to the parts team who help me equip my son with the right gear. I recently went to cycle center of denton to pick up pair of boots that I had ordered, I spoke with Nico over the phone about my order and he was very helpful. When I picked my boots I noticed their inventory seemed like it was really centered around motocross, which was great. Great customer service thanks to Nico. I will definitely be returning.
I was warned not to use this dealer by a friend but decided to give them a try because they are a BMW dealership and they are close to my house. I now realize that I should have listened to my friend. I took my bike in to this dealer for the first time since buying it used last fall. It was some fairly basic work and watched my estimate balloon from $200 to $580 and a day or two of work turned into to a week and a half. On the surface, it may sound like I am just angry that I paid more money than I expected, but that isnt the issue. They had to order a part and they fixed a few other things and the charges for each thing they did were not ridiculous, so Im thinking that this is a pretty good place and they charge fair prices. So, Im still a happy new customer.I eventually pick my bike up and the red flags start to pop up. They dont have the top case on it. That took a few minutes while the guys went looking for it. He found it and told me that I took it off but couldnt remember which bike it went to. So, I get on the bike and get ready to take off and the guy stops me. The rear shock load adjuster is hanging loose. The same guy goes I knew I was forgetting to do something and goes in and gets some screws and attaches it. At this point, Im not angry but Im worried because they changed my rear tire and I’m wondering if they reinstalled the rear wheel correctly.Eventually, we couldn’t find any other missing or loose items, so I rode to run some errands and then had to park it for a week and half due to other responsibilities and lots of rainy days, so I was really looking forward to taking a ride on Friday, March 30th. It was a beautiful day and it had been a busy week and I was really looking forward to a ride up north on some nice quiet country roads. Unfortunately, the bike doesnt start as in no clicking, no lights coming on. Nothing. I jump start it but the battery is so dead that if I pull the cables off the battery, the bike dies. At this point, I call the dealer and talk to my service advisor and neither he or I could figure out why this would be happening. I thought maybe I turned the key to the wrong place and left a light on, but that wasn’t the case.I hang up and decide to pull the bike apart to get at the battery and it is a new OEM BMW battery like I paid for. That is all good, so I begin to work through the issues to rule things out and cant find anything. All this time, I am charging the battery which was literally on 0% according to my charger. Eventually, I decide to just pull the battery and charge it on the bench since I can get a better connection to charge it faster and it is just a strap and a few bolts.That is when I figure out my problem. The terminal connections were literally a little more than hand tight. So, I call the dealership back and talk to the service manager Mark. He says all the right things and apologizes and sends a truck over to get my bike and go back over it. They did and they got it back to me a little after 7 that day which destroyed my dinner plans and you can imagine how angry my wife was to be delayed by my hobby. After all that was said and done, I think that the most disappointing thing was that Mark didn’t offer me anything for my lost day or the delays imposed on my wife and I. I’m a new customer who just had a terrible experience and he doesn’t think to offer to change my oil or engine coolant or even a couple of spark plugs. A part of me is glad he didn’t because I was really on the fence about this dealership and if he had offered me something, I may have rationalized how I need to give them another chance. Fortunately, my opinion is very clear on this dealer’s service.By the way, the reason my friend quit using this dealer is because they didn’t reinstall all of his parts when they were done, and he had to make a special trip to get them back and then reinstall them himself.
ISREAL WAS AMAZING!!!! I went to Cycle Center of Denton which was HIGHLY recommended from a friend. I had a lot of questions on what I was looking for, Israel was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. Excellent Customer Service, will most definitely be back and pass the word around.
I went to the Cycle of Denton to find a helmet for my son and had some general questions about motor cycle maintenance. Zach was the rep who helped me and my husband. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. There selection of accessories along with excellent staff really makes them a one of a kind dealership.
Purchase a KTM 690 from Devin. Couldnt be more pleased with the knowledge, customer service, and desire to be exceptional displayed by everyone during the purchase process. Its rare to find a dealer that has inventory but treats customers with personal attention. Strongly recommend the dealership.

2022-07-06Where to start! So many good things to say about the team here! From Matty (formerly in finance and now in sales) to Israel (in service) and the rest of the sales, parts, and service teams have been absolutely fantastic.It took me a bit to decide on what bike I would be happy with and the sales team here was happy to help me figure it out without pressuring me to look at any one bike. Honestly it feels like heading in to visit with friends when we stop by.The parts team has struggled with the supply chain issues but they still communicated any issues clearly and worked to update me as the parts I had ordered trickled in from overseas.As a woman rider I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve had a service tech or manager look right past me to try and speak with my husband several feet behind me (And yes, that annoys him as much as it does me). That has never happened here. Everyone speaks directly with me and has never tried to bypass me. The prices are reasonable and they have never failed to solve an issue. The one user error issue I had they were able to explain without making feel like a fool.Just a fantastic team all around!

2022-02-20I was looking to purchase dirt bikes for my son and my self. I showed up on a Saturday afternoon and they were busy, but soon after arriving Matty introduced himself and was able to help me decide what we needed. He was very informative and did not pressure me. I did end up telling him I needed to think about it and walked out. On the following Tuesday I reached out to him and a few text messages and a phone call later we worked out a deal on a KTM and a Honda. I showed up that afternoon after work and did the deal. Within about 1.5 hours I was able to finalize the deal, do all the paperwork, met the Service department (and learn about the bikes), and load them up!Overall I would give the dealership an “A”. Matty was awesome to work with as he was very knowledgeable and overall a likable guy! I typically do not enjoy the dealership experience, but they made it very enjoyable.I ended up coming back that Saturday and purchased a LOT of gear and accessories… and once again the experience was great! Cris in the Parts department took great care of my son and myself.I will definitely be back!!!

2021-08-31One of the best motorcycle dealerships! Go there to see josh (salesmen) Everyone is very helpful! They had okay pricing! The best thing they have is a great finance guy named Matty! He works wonders, this guy was the best! Even with my credit he made my dream come true! And I mean MY DREAM COME TRUE! Yooooo look at this bike!Kawasaki ZX14R came home with me!!!!! 2022-06-21I had a great experience at Denton Cycle Center Today! My son bought me a shirt there last week for Fathers Day, and I exchanged it this morning with zero issues. I didnt even have the receipt. The young lady behind the parts counter was very helpful.Next I had a great visit with Kenny, who I think may be the/an owner. He was super helpful too!Then I ran into an old friend Josh W, who is Lead-man in Service I think. It was great to see him and it sounds like things are going very well for him at CCoD.Lastly I looked at their Specialized E-Bikes... gosh, I may have to make a return trip!

2022-06-17I have been in sales in the car business for over 10 years. I started looking for a UTV in November for my deer lease. I havent had the best experience until I requested info on a Mule from them. Matty called and was straight forward and understanding since he knew I was a sales manager. Joe knows his product and is very easy to deal with. I highly recommend them both and Cycle Center of Denton.

2022-04-14Update: Cycle Center called at the end of the day today and made sure that the fluid was right where it needed to be they asked for a picture of the problem and they made sure that it was right where it needed to be. Great customer service to help resolve the issue. Would definitely go back!Had a great experience with our person that helped get my motorcycle, helpful, respectful, went over everything he needed to on the bike or so we thought my fiancée rode it home as to Im going to be a new rider and will be practicing on it got home and no coolant in the radiator. And it was bone dry by the time we got home. Not very happy on that

2022-02-13Pretty easy process purchasing a motorcycle all in all. Pricing and trade in values are just okay. I was told the bike was ready to go and filled up, only to have a completely empty tank and a weak battery. I was an hour away from home, having to push my brand new bike to clutch start it. Makes you wonder what they mean by a comprehensive inspection, now i don’t feel confident taking it back for any future service.

2021-11-30I had a great experience purchasing my R 1250GS. Being out of the area, the majority of the process was done through phone and emails. Noelle was a wonderful sales person and very fair in pricing my trade-in and offering a great deal on the GS. Financing was simple, in most part due to how much work Matt worked ahead of time on the paperwork between Texas and Oklahoma. I really appreciate all of their efforts and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
