This was not a good experience. We had to wait a long time in the drive thru. We ordered a grilled chicken salad and a beef taco salad. They gave us a chicken taco salad and a beef taco salad. We had to wait again for it to be corrected. Then they did not give us sour cream or picante sauce. Very disappointed. The main lobby was closed because they were training.
We often travel through Bonham and stop at DQ. On 8/25/21, we stopped as my mom was having terrible leg cramps and asked if we could buy some pickle juice from them as that helps. She could barely walk. The manager said “no we can’t” and was very rude. I find it odd they serve hamburgers and had no pickle juice to sell. I know not a menu item but come on…. This was an emergency. I will no longer stop here.
Everything was great. Bathrooms were very well kept. Thanks so much for the friendly greeting and very polite.
I just drove thru your drive thru at the Bonham, TX location. I ordered two double cheese burgers, 1) no pickle and 1) ketchup only, one 4 piece chicken tender meal, one small dr pepper no ice and one small sweet tea. I said my order a couple times because she had said it back wrong over the speaker. When I got to the window, the lady asked if I wanted my receipt. I said no, and as she handed me my credit card slip to sign she asked me to pull around to the front. I saw the $26 and change price on the slip and said I think I do want my receipt to check the prices. Instead of giving me my receipt, she checked with some other workers and said my price was right. I went ahead and pulled to the front and waited. After awhie a guy came out with our order, but without the drinks. I told him the drinks and he went back in. While he was gone we noticed that they made both burgers with everything except pickle. So when he got back with the drinks (and I gently shook the overflowing dr pepper and said no ice, right?) He didnt say anything and I didnt feel the ice so I took it and tried to give him back the one burger to make it cheese and ketchup only. He said he couldnt take it back but would bring us the correct burger. When my son put his straw in his drink it broke up ice. He had asked for no ice. I had reiterated no ice different times when ordering and when the guy went back in to get the drinks. When he came out with the burger I apologized and told him the problem and he said that I am just going to have to deal with it and that its my fault for pulling away from the window and making him walk out there. They had a line behind me and that girl asked us to pull around to the front. I thought I pulled to where she had said. My son heard her say it too. We were disappointed at how bad the service was and then the attitude on top of that.
I just ordered a double cheeseburger and when they brought it to me it had no cheese I take back to the counter and tell them its supposed to have cheese they give me a slice of cheese and say heres your cheese
We used the drive through and have minimum experience to offer. However, we were impressed with the courtesy and promptness of service. Also, I should mention the steak fingers we purchased were honestly the best weve ever had, so I can gladly add quality of food to a pleasant visit.
I used the drive thru tonight and it was horrible. I was in line for 27 mins, not a big deal as long as everything is right. Unfortunately it wasnt, the outside of my blizzard was covered in the chocolate dipping sauce and ice cream. Im not talking a few drops, no it looked like they tried to make a dip cone. I had to ask and the explain why I need an extra cup to set the mess in. I asked for dome lids and was handed the regular cup lid. This was just horrible experience.

Not sure why we keep trying to go here. Went inside no one there to take our order. After watching two different people walk up to the front registers and neither one ask if they can help us, we finally stopped someone and asked if he could take our order. He said he would, he just got break, but he needs to bag some orders and take the food to some tables first. We just left. There were people in the back that could’ve handlers taking stuff to tables why he took our order. Half the time when we go there the food is just over priced mediocre food.
Just before the lunch rush, quiet, clean, peaceful. Cold drink and a few fries delivered to the table, hot and fresh! Perfect.
I went to the Dairy Queen in Bonham Texas on Hwy 121. When I got inside, I was served by this black lady in purple shoes. She was always smiling and greeting customers as if each one was a personal friend. She even opened the door for an elderly couple that were in a wheelchair. They offered her a tip and she refused to take it. This is something that is rarely seen nowadays. On one of the Dairy Queen shirts there was a quote about the customers being a big dilly. Well, she really made that come alive.
The woman who took our order was very polite and had a nice smile. She brought my order to me and it was made fresh. The place was clean. The only thing was that no one had masks on. Other then that it was a good visit
If the manager spent as much time running the store as she does on her eye shadow, maybe they wouldnt run out of ice cream. I mean how does a blizzard place run out of blizzards.... It would be okay if it was the first time but this is no less than the 5th.
The staff was really nice and the food was cooked hot and fresh. The store was clean as well a the restroom. Really glad to see a fast food restaurant so well cared for.
I stopped in for a hunger buster and strawberry shake. I had a discount QR code using my DQ Texas app. They both were delicious.

This place either needs new management or needs to shut the doors. Horrible wait times & always out of something that completes a meal item “not due to COVID ordering shortages either” has been that way since they’ve opened the doors.
Workers were patient, friendly & efficient - Order was a little on the pricey side, but correct, well made, & very good. (Have you ever had a meal that was so good, it made you feel fat & full satisfied? Yeah, that.)
The worst service. Tried to use a paper gift card that my daughter was given from their store, they told me it couldn’t be used because they had no way to input the gift card number. Drive thru manager was very short with us and rude. The gift card was for a chicken strip basket. She took my coupon/gift card and still tried to charge me for the basket. Food was cold, blt was pathetic, shakes and blizzards were not mixed properly. Just all around horrible. The worst part is, this is not the first time. We try and come back to see if it’s gotten better, and it hasn’t.

Waited a long time in the drive thru and then all the food was stone cold. Checked at right at the window. Should have thrown it back. Horrible food and service. What a waste of money. Never again!
Sat in the drive thru line. told after they took my order that they were only taking cash today. I had to sit while the three cars in front of me got their order. I was stuck. Common sense would say that a sign at the beginning of the drive thru line would be helpful. Will never go back.
Well it wasnt worth stopping. About a month a go I ran by to pick up something after I went grocery shopping and it was terrible. Meat was dry , they over heated the bun and when it cooled off it was hard and the French fries saw cooked an hour before I got there. But I tried it again today and the same problems. At 3:00 in the afternoon. Its a shame I paid good money for bad food.
Huge burger at a fair price.
I think the people working the drive thru need to pay more attention. First off they handed us tea that tasted like it’s been sitting out since they opened, it was terrible. Secondly they gave my boyfriend the correct order but did not give me the crispy chicken sandwich Instead they gave me what looked like a kids meal burger. And we got all the way home before we noticed.
Stopped at this location on our way back to Dallas from a camping trip. Had the best experience with the nicest staff. Super friendly very accommodating and made my kids so happy. Thanks for hiring such great employees and being so helpful to my son with food allergies!

All I can say is this. Very very very very very unexperienced staff working that shift. The orders were wrong to begin with when I was ordering them. They forgot to add complete meals. Then I came back up to reorder it and they added too many meals almost making me pay for it. After that we sat and waited almost 30 minutes for some freaking FAST FOOD. Unacceptable unhappy and will not be going back.
On our way back from Broken Bow and it looked new so we thought it couldn’t be that bad. The trash was off the tables, but nothing was wiped clean. Order took a long time and we were the only people there. Whoever owns this needs to hire a Manager. Truly gross!
I have been here maybe 4 times and each time has been horrible. They never get an order right, machines are always broken down, the bread taste old and stale. When you order you have to explain 2-3 times before they almost get it right. Then when asked to remake what they messed up, it takes twice as long. This place sucks, save your money people and find somewhere better.
Food isnt bad but the wait time can sometimes be rediculous.Had to wait 25 minutes in the drive through. Took so long i shut my car off to avoid wasting gas.Its been a few months since then, they probably have better staffing now.

So much better than the last time we were there. The service was great and the food was delicious and we enjoyed dining inside and talking with a few of the employees that was working! Very polite young man that works during the day and he takes his job very well. We will be going back many more times....
Steak fingers were soggy with grease and not crisp. Gravy was not seasoned and runny. Gravy is the same amount whether you order 4 or 6 piece steak finger basket and an extra gravy is not worth the $.89 they charge. Fries was a small portion relative to the overall price of the combo. Numerous dead and live flies were all around the drink machines in the dining area. Too bad I was hungry.
The girl ring me up was openly coughing on the touch screen. Multiple-time she sniffed her nose into her sleeve wiping her snot around. Really stinks too because I wish this store had been a little cleaner. Also and planning on filing a report.

I went in today at 11:20am and placed a large to go order(9) for my work, everyone and everything was awesome! Not one order wrong, they also provided me with a box to put them in and helped me carry it out! This was actually my 2nd visit since opening...and both were great!
Ordered steak fingers , got hot home had chicken strips, Leonard Dairy Queen did that to me a couple of months back also , I guess they think you will not know the difference.
We went there to eat on Fri. Mar. 9. Food was good & service/friendless was good. While in restroom..an employee told me she was sick. Well guess what? Sat and both of us are sick. Cramps & diarrhea. Hope others didnt get this.

Worst hamburger I ever had. Meat was awful,Onions sliced way to thick, bun was soggy with mustard. Ordered fries, but this DQ was out of ketchup! Need to go to DQ in Sherman and learn to make a decent hamburger! Definitely not worth the money. Will not be a return customer. Probably some of the worsefood Ive had anywhere.
Food cold, completed order wrong several times, long wait, service sucked and ice cream tasted sour, hot fudge was burned. Gave them 3 different chances to get their act together since it was a new store. After the 3rd bad experience, done.

Finally a DQ back in Bonham!! I was here on the opening day @ 9:00 pm and it was packed and a long line at drive through!!Even though it looked hectic, the staff was attentive and pleasant! I waited one minute for them to take my order, and my order came in two minutes! I was expecting more chaos with heavy crowds and new employees, but it was a well oiled machine!!Thanks for coming back to Bonham TX!!

I really like this DQ. Unlike some DQs they have coconut and can make a German chocolate blizzard! Not all DQs know how to do that.

Not worth the money. In Bonham, for the best burger go to Muddbones with 10x the flavor, for ice cream go to Braums as you have more flavors, better quality, and half the cost. Been here several times and every time order is wrong. Premium burgers just a smashed soggy mess with forgotten ingredients. Small sundae is a 1 squirt of cheap machine ice milk with half a teaspoon of chocolate, no whipped cream, nothing. One bite for almost $2.50. Its a nice, new location, but disappointing food.

Everytime I come through the drive thru its something. Hamburger has a missing patty, 3 pack of tacos only has 2. I wouldnt even give 1 star if it was an option!

Ordered a BlT ....the bread was soggy, not toasted with bacon slapped on and 2 thin slices of tomato....horrible taste due to the bacon fat the bread was soacked in....Do Not Recommend at any time....threw out 3/4 of the so called meal.

Its a hit or miss, so I assume it is the cook. Sometimes its good, and sometimes its not. Way overpriced for what you get.
Ask them to cut lettuce on Pops sandwich, didnt cut lettuce (no gall bladder cant digest it).

2022-05-14Ordered gravy and got water. This place just has not gotten any better since they have opened. Go to Leonard or Wightwright if you want Dairy Queen because this place is a joke.

2022-07-06What used to be a fast food favorite is now a huge dissappointment of a memory now. Seems Corporate has decided to put a 300% increase on all prices. $1.50 for 2 ranch cups, $1.50 per taco. $10.00 for a 4 pc chicken strip basket. And a bad attitude from the staff leaves us for certain that Dq is a restaurant of the past.

2022-07-03Got two blizzards, a medium and large. Both were so over filled and runny that as soon as they were handed off they immediately start spilling everywhere, no lid and no napkins, plus one blizzard was a wrong flavor. And when I say they were spilling everywhere, I mean that half of a blizzard ended up on the floor of my car, the cup literally collapsed. First time there and I won’t be returning.

2022-05-15Drive thru orders are imperative to get right because once you get home there is no walking up to the counter to get correct items. Gravy runny, toast is rarely buttered and lettuce brown and slimey. Blizzards seem to be all this location gets right.

2021-08-11Go in and order 1 meal, mozzarella sticks, fries, and a sundae. 45 minutes go by and we are still waiting on our food. I go ask about it and get attitude. At that point we were so fed up we ended up getting a refund and leaving. I wont be going back to that restaurant anytime soon. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

2021-05-170 stars. This place cant seem to get anything right. Ordered 2 $13 meals and both were poor. Hamburger bun like a hockey puck. Steak sandwich soggy. They replaced our order the next time and completely blew it. Never eat there again. Trash!
