How do u charge so much, and there was nothing right with this meal??? The fries were not only burnt, they had no salt on them!!! The mini blizzard was the wrong flavor!!! Then to the burger, that was not made how I had ordered, tasted like jalapeños, no cheese, and no condiments!!! Then to top it all off, the Sprite has no carbonation at all!!! I understand that it is a brand new store, but take some pride in training your employees, and teach them to listen above everything else!!!

Just a heads up to make the drive to Sabine and skip the new Kilgore location. I’ve never had to have a refund from a restaurant but here we are. Maybe we’re spoiled by quality and staffing at the Liberty City location.

Food was good.The staff less one was very friendly. Daughter ordered the chicken basket. Asked for ranch. She also received gravy. A weird server from the back came to our table, put our hand, and said, I’ll take that gravy that you didn’t want...totally weird vibe. Was she going to reuse it?!?!
Nicest DQ Ive ever been to! The staff was SUPER nice, which my wife reiterated when she got in the car. Theres was a buffet with chicken, pork chops etc. That looked tasty. And most important when traveling (from FLA to Dallas) the bathrooms were spotless. Great job, keep it up!

The place was clean and the staff were very friendly. The man who took our order was very helpful and even told us about some discounts. It took about 3 minutes for our food to come out which was much appreciated since we had been driving for 7 hours and were hungry and it was 930 pm... while we were eating the main who served us was telling jokes while he was sweeping the floors. It was enjoyable and I didnt mind the little detour we took to get there.
DQ anywhere is hit and miss. This is our local one. Its not bad. Cleanish, food is cooked pretty well. I mean, not really 5 star material. But it is good food, when the A team is working

Loved stopping here. The food is alawys hot and fresh. The orders are always correct, and sculptures are so much fun.
The staff seemed nice enough but the owner manager took my order, and upon handing me my table marker made the snide remark about how I dont get to keep it, that being said, good was good, chicken is well seasoned, the rest of the staff was kind and courteous. The food/price ratio isnt competitive with other nearby options however. I would recommend one of the other chains nearby as an alternative
Excellent service during the COVID19 pandemic! I gave it 4 stars because of the food quality (cold fries and a thrown together cheeseburger). The price was good in my opinion and this was our first visit to this location.
Our experience was great. Service was awesome and food was good. The best part, the broken restroom. I know that sounds crazy, but the unisex restroom ( only one available due to the renovation taking place in the other one) was in great shape. Cleanest restroom on our road trip. Thank you, Ladies.

No problems with the staff. Very nice people working there. The food and the requests you make i.e. no mustard, add mayo, or minor requests just are not on point. If youre hungry..no prob. Just be sure and check your stuff BEFORE you drive home!

Not so great. I was constantly swatting flies. The gravy was old. The ketchup was horrible. At least the blizzard was good.I usually come here twice a month. Maybe it was poor management today.
They didnt know what a turtle bowl was.Maybe all DQ doesnt sell them. Idk. Overall it was good and my sister food was hot and good so great job
Cant go wrong here. Good burgers, chicken strips and tacos. The real treats are the banana splits, buster bars and cones. I really like the ice cream cakes for my birthday.
I work close to this DQ and visit about once a week. I am usually very pleased with the service and the food is hot, fresh and made as ordered. However, today I went through the drive thru and ordered a Grilled Chicken salad after checking it out on the website before I came. The ladies were nice as usual and asked what kind of dressing I wanted. I replied ranch. I did not check my bag. I didnt think I had to especially after being asked what dressing I wanted. I get all the way back to work and VOILA, NO DRESSING! So, I call the store expecting to be told I could come back and get another salad later because my lunch break was up. The lady who answered had to get a manager. She then tells me she couldnt approve it but the manager who is OWNERS SON could. Owners son said that I could come back and get A PACK OF RANCH. Who in the hell eats their salad and dressing separately? HOW CHEAP CAN YOU BE MR OWNERS SON? Booooooooooo!!!
The service was awesome, and the food was delicious! I havent patroned a DQ in years due to diminishing quality in services, but while traveling I decided to stop here for a quick fill up in order to arrive at my destination on time. Im very pleased with the decision! My family and I will certainly visit again on our next pass through!

Live in the area, stopped by to get banana split. Only got half the ice cream and whipped cream, the dessert should have had on it. Figured the establishment treats their interstate customers the same. Will be notifying regional office regarding experience.
The Dairy Queen in Liberty City is a really nice place to go I have lots of shopping you can get for Texas things and the food is really good there the people are friendly and they take really good care of you

It was awful. My chicken sandwich I threw away because it had a horrible taste. Our fries were under cooked and soggy. The patties on the burgers along with buns were burnt. Very disappointed.
This DQ does not participate in most DQ coupons or customs. They dont flip their blizzards when giving them to you (even though they have posters and cups that advertise flipping blizzards) and I have tried using several different coupons and they have not accepted them. The place itself looks awful, it should be thoroughly cleaned and examined. I got to peak in to the kitchen and seeing how it looks I lost my appetite for their food.

DQ in Liberty city, Tx. has long been one of the best places to eat in this little town located right off I-20 between Tyler and Longview. Definitely safe stop if traveling..

2022-07-01They always get my order right! My favorite is their steak sandwich with an order of cheese fries on the side. I can never eat it all, but I enjoy every bite of trying to! Good service and nice people work here too! Thanks DQ!

2022-05-08Staff was pushy to get your order, I barely had time to read the menu and find what I wanted before they asked about 4 times what my order was. Was highly anxiety inducing!Food was good, except the burrito which tasted like a fried frozen burrito lol but thats OK.

2022-04-0810 out of 10 we loved it first off we went through the drive-through and had two separate orders not only did she answer us politely and professionally she got every single thing correct and read it back to us like it was nothing we even tipped her a 5 . They even gave my Pawpaw An old farts discount which he loved. We altogether got a dude, steak fingers, burgers,fries, tater tot’s and hot fudge sundaes and they were all 10 out of 10. Delicious. Too bad we were on a road trip would make this DQ our go to for sure ;) oh did I mention we were back on the road quicker than you can say dipped cone

2022-03-06Seriously, this is the best DQ Ive ever eaten at in my entire life of being a Texan eating DQ. This will be our permanent pit stop from now on! Service was great! Friendly! Food tasted GOOD for once being fast food. I was really surprised.***Update! We live in DFW and I tried to talk my husband into going to Shreveport for the weekend JUST so I could get some Togo at this DQ!

2021-12-31I dont write reviews often, but this was a bad enough experience that I felt I had to. I ordered one of the cheapest burgers on the menu that was $2.49, and the photo showed it as having cheese on the bottom. The woman asked me if I wanted to add cheese and add bacon and I said yes to both so when I ordered four of these I assumed it would be about $12 or $14 but instead it was almost $20. But I was hungry and agreed to pay it anyway. Thats when the trouble started. They gave me food but it was not made correctly, the bacon I had paid over a dollar extra for per burger was not in any of the burgers and then the cheese only had one slice and the manager told me that even though the photo on the menu shows the standard version of the burger including a slice of cheese on the bottom that they wont include it unless you pay extra for it, but the menu doesnt say that. I had to go back inside to get them to make my order correctly and they wouldnt give me the second slice of cheese I paid for. I feel like I was misled when placing my order, and this took up more of my time than it deserved to. Most restaurant managers and business owners have a policy that if you give the customer the wrong order the meal is free or theyll give you something to make it right, but these people didnt seem to abide by that tradition and courtesy.
