I truly cannot recommend Colin enough! We were originally looking into renting a home because we were worried about the closing costs involved with purchasing. Colin sat down and explained multiple options and spent an entire Sunday touring different communities - just to get a feel of what to expect. He was always transparent and honest with the pros and cons of different builders, communities, and loan options. He became more than just a realtor, he was a trusted ally and mentor for us throughout the entire process. Because of his hard work and dedication, we were able to get into our first home at an incredible price, interest rate, and mortgage program. Thank you, Colin!!

Colin ONeil was a true pleasure to work with while selling my house. He was open and upfront on what it would take to get my home ready to sell and it paid it off big time. He brought the information for establishing a sales price, we went over and I went with his recommendation. We listed, had six showings and 4 offers within two days. Sold the property for full value. Colin made it a solid good business experience. My goal was to stay out of his way and let him perform his professional duties, which he did in an excellent manner. I would use him again for my real estate needs.

If you are searching for a professional, patient, knowledgeable Real Estate Agent, Collin is one of the best in the field. My husband and I had met with quite a few realtors. It was by chance we met Collin and we knew he outshined all the others. Collin was apart of every step of selling our old home, and went on our new journey with us finding and buying our new home.
