I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend supporting a local business like this, especially during these hard times. Friendly, punctual, good value, and very thorough!
These guys are full of it. Didnt show up the first time. They did not call to let me know. I called the next day and he said his truck blew up... They came out the next day and tried to upsell me some more bs service. The spray did nothing at all except almost kill my cat , hes not eating and his eyes are swollen. This experience made me mad enough to write this review
Easy to get them scheduled to come out. Used them for two rental properties. Both arrived on time. Will use again.
This place saved my sanity. I came to Dallas for medical reasons and stayed at a friends house that had a roach problem. DFW pest control came immediately and saved the day by getting rid of the roaches.
Jason, the technician, was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this service.

2021-12-31I dropped by their store to purchase chemical to treat clothes moths. He made recommendations on identifying the infestation site, the best products to use, how to treat and follow up. Ron’s instruction was very helpful and we are well on our way to being moth free!

2021-05-18They were really great. Cedric was my technician and Ron came out to just see how the job was going and he may want me to do his books for him so this is a double win for me as I got a great termite job and I may have gained a really nice client. These guys really do a great job

2016-11-29Ron and his crew have provided us with amazing service over the last 10 years or so. So much so -- that I recommended they support my business commercially (20,000 sqr feet of office space). His team is always prompt and extremely polite. I have known most of his crew for a long time and even the new guys -- met Anthony today -- are amazing additions to the team. Really good pricing and service.

2019-03-10I waited a couple weeks after his visit to see the results and they are amazing! Ever since his first treatment I havent seen a single bed bug anymore. Antonio was very professional and nice, he really seemed like he knew 100% what he was doing and really took his time to do the job right. If you are looking around for who to get for your pest service STOP LOOKING! This is the best company in DFW that you can possibly get.

2017-09-18Amazing Service, good communication and they show when they are supposed to (barring accidents and so one). They have performed service on my employers home for many years, even took over the Mosquito System which was a mess. Great Job and Pretty good employees over all... was on or two guys, but hey every company has them. LOL

2018-08-03Im writing this review to let people know that there is really ☆☆☆☆SPAM REVIEWS☆☆☆☆ this is a real problem when you look at all the reviews and both sides. Why would someone give a one ☆ review and not leave a comment. I own and operate my own company and I do not know Mr Ron Dawson. I have over 100 reviews that I have done and do not always give a 5☆☆☆☆☆ review view my account this not something I normally do but spam really hurts good companies. But as a business owner please read all reviews if the company only has a few reviews you will get the whole picture of a company. If you work hard and get a review and get hit with a spam review it hurts your rating this Company should rated as 4.7 ☆☆☆☆ but a few spam reviews makes it look like this company is middle of the road. In all fairness there are not as bad as Google would like you to believe. Good luck DFW Pest Control.

2018-09-19We have used Ron Dawson for about 25 years at our home. Through all those years the company has been reliable and the service techs have been professional. We would recommend them to anyone needing pest control or termite service.

2017-11-07The owner refused to come out and give an estimate after we had an appointment scheduled. This was after I told him I was getting estimates together. I dont play that game were his words. I always call and get different estimates before doing a job. It definitely raises red flags when a business owner does not think their service is of higher value than their competitors.
