My wife and I had so much fun, the karaoke was very very good people having fun people playing pool just a nice environment all the way around the board
Looked up dive bars nearby while we visited Dallas. Dallasite made the list. While the night we went wasnt busy. There was some good Ole karaoke and good priced drinks. Friendly staff. We would return.
Great neighborhood dive bar with a really good karaoke DJ on Friday nights.Regulars are friendly and the crowd is diverse in age, gender, tribe, and ethnicity.They have two pool tables and a jukebox you can access from an app on your phone.Big covered patio where they allow smoking.Beer, liquor, music, and pool. And two amazing Vietnamese restaurants next door.If youre fussy and picky? Youll want to go somewhere else. But if youre chill and just want to have a drink and hang out with friends? This is the place for you.

Was suggested this bar from a bartender at another bar. He said it was the best dive bar in DallasNice clean bar with a large patio. Pool table and shuffle bar. Good selection of local beers on tap. Locals arguing over what can be considered country musicOverall we enjoyed it.

Drinks are great had a great time for 20 bucks and shot pool for a buck. The jukebox just got updated so theres definitely a hit for you on there lol
This place will ROB you!!!!. Me and 5 friends visited this place on April 8th 2021 to play pool and watch the Mavericks game. I ordered 5 appetizers and a bucket of beer. Mind you, dude had my credit card. I told him that I was paying cash. We were drinking and watching the game... I get the receipt for my tab and there were 9 appetizers and 6 beers on the receipt. I took the 5 empty baskets up to the bar and asked, why was I charged for 9 appetizers?. Dude says Oh I just doubled up. I didnt dispute it because I had been drinking. I will dispute it today, I was robbed and I want my money back. And of course ImBLACK.

Cheap beer. Also the skinny whiteboy bartender will advance you quarters against your tab and then forget to charge you at the end of the night. So if you like free pool, come here!!
My best friend and I come here often on Saturday night for karaoke. Garrison (the K.J) is always super sweet and fair about the order in which you sing. He hypes you up and makes the experience fun rather than awkward. The bar is really chill and laid back, and they have a large selection of drinks to chose from.
I went early on a Thursday. Drinks were expensive, but par for the area. Got my shot of tequila mixed with sweet n sour, not a fan. Had almost a honkytonk feel, very friendly, relaxed crowd. Definitely an older, less hipster crowd. Two pool tables looked good.

Everyone’s Welcome, very friendly staff, awesome drinks, karaoke most Fridays and Saturdays. Dart boards, billiards and TVs everywhere you look. Great food try the Chicken Strips you will not be disappointed!!!

I used to love this place but one quite Sunday afternoon while watching the World cup I went to the restroom and my husband said that the owner started talking negatively about Mexicans. It stopped when I came out but I wish I would of heard her! I guess she is above the law since she smoked cigarettes the whole time we were in there. She had no problems taking our money either. Smoke up lady!
This crazy dive bar is my absolute favorite place to karaoke, drink, or just sit around and knock back some beers. It smells like stale fry grease and old cigarettes, the tables are wobbly and the cheap chairs all have torn vinyl upholstery. No smoking inside (any more) but theres a great covered patio. The bartenders are absolutely amazing and the drinks are cheap. You can keep your overstuffed leather chairs and mahogany bar stools, your laser-etched glasses and fancy menu. If thats your bag, better stay in Frisco. You wont like it here.
I love it drinks are cheap Its a great place to get info from friends of the people who rob foreign banks since you cant trust anyone to come to me with the truth I have to go get it. And sometimes you get blessed with a drunk liberal. I know her man! Hahahha or you see her driving around with drug dealers. Plus the pool is cheap:)
Local Dallas spot with the basics for a good time. Nothing flashy, karaoke on weekends, and if youve been here a time or two then you get to know the eclectic regulars. Kirk is a guru of hospitality behind the bar. And holidays the bar family always pulls together.
Never been here before and wanted to try a new place. Went last night on a Friday and wasnt super crowded. Friendly environment and staff. Decent drink prices and got my moneys worth. Karaoke was fun to listen to. I enjoyed that they had a patio. Im defiantly going back.
I consider myself the type of person that gives everybody their fair chance. But the moment I walked into this place, the demographic and environment was clear. All I wanted to do was celebrate one of my best friends birthdays. After waiting over 30 minutes to get any kind of service, still to no avail, I left. Needless to say, if you arent conservative, white american, youre money is better spent elsewhere.
I would not consider a bar with 2 bar size pool tables a prime billiards location. It was a bit of a strange vibe in there. Actually went back to the car for ear plugs when the karaoke started.
It was karaoke night and it was so fun I hate that I got there late but I will be back cool atmosphere!
I am from Oklahoma and have been here twice and it has been an awesome experience both times. the same staff was here both times and curt was is amazing. They definitely make sure you are taken care of!!! If you are in the area come stop in an check them out you wont be disappointed
Fine dive bar but medium-core staff & alright karaoke. Protip: Never be stingy when your customers are asking for water 20 minutes till closing!
Our favorite bartender is Kirk! Always a a treat to see a familiar face when we visit! Only wish I had seen Rhonda that night. Miss her!
Cool enough place but the old woman bar tending was rude and when I asked about food she said it’s taco Tuesday couldn’t be bothered to give me a menu I would have stayed for another drink or two and a burger if she would maybe crack a smile.

Dallas items Billiards is located at the intersection of Fitzhugh and Bryan St. I say this because I couldnt see any signage with the bars name. There is a 4822 sign next to the front door to let you know youre in the right place.The bar interior is a large rectangle, with bar itself taking up a surprisingly large space. Decor is standard. Dive bar. Despite the Billiards in the name this is a drinking bar. The beer selection is surprisingly good, with a few craft beers on tap. I had the Land Cruiser IPA, new to me, and I highly recommend it. I ordered the mozarella sticks and watched as the bartender went to the kitchen and microwaved them. Still tasted good and only $5.Clientelle was 40- and 50-something, as were the bartenders. A very comfortable vibe.
Greatest little dive bar in dallas! Hidden away and everything that a dive bar should be! 2 pool tables, old juke box, and a shuffle board table. The bartender, Kurt is AMAZING!!!!! Great place!

Best local neighborhood pub my wife and I have ever been in. This was our 1st time here and Rhonda made us feel so WELCOME. We have traveled to over 10 states and always try out the local pubs and this is as GOOD as it gets. We will be back to party here everytime were in Dallas. Thanks Again to Rhonda!!! I love it because its never too crowded to get a drink quickly or play all your favorite songs on the jukebox. There are usually only a handful of people in there on weeknights.
Dont spend too much time that part of neighborhood that community near Lower Greenville and Fitzhugh longer Swiss you got big mansions around the corner and then you have poverty around the next corner Its Not Unusual mix it up here lovely place to be is a lot of work here the economy is great to working and living in providing for their families and loving life lot of good family people here.
Wasnt too crowded, but a lively feel. Good games and tables and employees. Its a dive as far as a I can tell and its rad.

2021-05-09Out of town visitors, googled dive bars as we were looking for cheap place for happy hour. Didnt disappoint, reasonably priced drinks, beer specials. Pool tables were clean, decent shape. Enjoyed our time while watching college basketball. Would return.

2022-05-07Guess Im old fashioned I didnt like the twerking. Good dj good atmosphere just didnt like that aspect. Girl basically jumped on a guy and was doing their thing. Not the bars fault just kinda bothered me to where I got up and left

2022-01-02Im not a barfly by any means, but if I had a go to bar, this would be it. Its not fancy and thats just what I like! We hopped over for some NYE karaoke and left with new friends. A friendly staff, a fun little karaoke set up and the cutest patio with picnic tables and AstroTurf! What really was the highlight were the patrons. Such a warm bunch to spend the last day of the year with. It will not be the last time I visit this spot, it charmed me!

2021-12-22Just suggested to go here and apparently the group has had enough of your rude bartender and wont be retuning. I remember a year ago she was super rude and tossed it up to a bad day but found out over time she is a buzz kill and rude more often than not. Definitely wont miss that. Sucks Dallasite is no longer the place. The other guys are great behind the bar. One bad apple, you have been warned lol

2021-07-07Came here last Friday and had a great time. Only 2 bar sized pool tables but they were open most of the night. Food/drinks were decent and karaoke performances were amazing. Everyone in there was having a fun time. Definitely come here if you’re looking for a new dive bar hangout.
