Disgusting place. Mgr off property more than 30 minutes while we waited to check in. Rude when he returned. Room was sold as 2 queen beds, actually 2 double beds. Rip off, avoid at all costs.
0 star He||hole. Two Words: BED BUGS! ! NO breakfast. Rude staff. This property is FAR below standard for any Wyndham affiliate. Mgmt is too cheap to always change bedding or maintain the property at all. Believe all the negative reviews!! Mold, corrosion on electric fixtures, etc. Dead Pool, & other buildings are in very poor condition. Clerk / front desk is only seen behind a barrier & manager always yells at guests. The ice machine scoop being locked by chain to the machine was scary enough, but the next town is 96 miles, 1:40 away. “No Smoking property” is not enforced, we had to bring our bags in through a crowd of smokers. Advertised & promised “Free Breakfast” doesn’t exist – in fact, there wasn’t even room coffee, nor coffee @ lobby; even though this location is far from a real restaurant. When we inquired about this @ checkout, the clerk / manager / franchisee became extremely abusive, irate & belligerent, so badly we were glad for the bulletproof barrier! Our worst Wyndham stay ever. Loyalty points were not awarded either, but that program cannot make up for the bad operators like this! AVOID.
Shady business going on in parking lot. Felt very unsafe. Called to cancel room because I felt unsafe, manger was rude and would not cancel my reservation. Got charged for a full night, even though I kept on driving and stayed elsewhere.
Black mold in the bathroom! I felt sick when staying here and mold can and will cause a lot of health issues. The room had a musty smell to it. Old dirty rooms. You could see the dirt outline around the floors. Iron burn on the carpet. Cigarette burns in the sheets. Bottom dresser drawer screwed shut. Cracks in the walls and ceilings. Furniture looks like it was new in the early 80s so now it has paint missing and all chipped up. The door is bent from someone kicking it in? You can see daylight through the bottom corner. My tub faucet constantly dripped ever half second. Shower curtain rod drooped downward and was loose. Behind the night stand and dressor was just disgusting, never cleaned. Housekeeping moved all of my stuff that was on the bathroom counter when they cleaned. Dumped my contact cleaning case over. You should never touch peoples stuff. The hotel staff was unreasonable upon checkout. Some serious issues with this hotel and staff.
Wish i could give 0 stars!blood in my sheets before i even get in them...black mold in the bathroom...bugs because the floors arent vacuumed..staff stole my wall plug for my hotplate and wouldnt give it back, and said that i couldnt use it, so instead of just notifying me they stole it, even though the dozens and dozens of hotels ive stayed at for work all over the U.S never had a problem with my hotplate these guys just steal it!My work Agreed after all the pictures and info i sent them, that our 10s of thousands of employees that travel threw andrews, TX will no longer stay here again!!AND YOU SHOULDNT STAY HERE EITHER!!!!nothing like a blood filled bed to sleep on!
I have a sneaky suspicion that some of the reviews on this place are made up. After the debacle I had to endure at the hands of the guy that runs the place, I wouldnt stay here if you paid me.The room I was given was dirty and not well taken care of. The floor hadnt been vacuumed after the last guy checked out, the light didnt work, the bathroom was dirty... it made my skin crawl to be in there. Honestly its the kind of place youd see on a Marvin Zindler special on bedbugs.Save yourself the time and stay at the Holiday Inn instead. If there are no other options, just bring a tent and stay in a field - at least you will be clean when you wake up.
This Days Inn was the worst visits I have ever had! The owner/ manager was very rude, unhelpful, and not professional at all! Denied using rewards points cuz this is price guaging Hotel due to the oil industry! Just a horrible visit! Rooms were very clean and nice at least for such horrendous service!!
Hotel is simple. Staff is nice. Pool is broken. Breakfast is pretty bad. Just cereal and juice. Youre about 40 miles from Midland and there are a couple restaurants close in Andrews
They price gouged because they knew all the motels were booked because of the weather. They charged me $145. How can people be so cruel.
I give 2 stars ONLUY because the man and his wife are as kind as you can find!That being said, this hotel is need of some SERIOUS updates.One example is that there are holes in many of the bathroom walls. The holes are simply filled with toilet paper.There is NO breakfast.This is the MOSTBASIC of shelter that you will find in Andrews, Tx.Good luck and safe travels.
This was a nice place. Nothing fancy but super clean and comfortable. Awesome service, and very friendly owner and staff. Great price for the area.
Ridiculous cost for s little room, 160.00. I didnt even look at my receipt until the morning. My issue was I had a fever feeling terrible and needed to rest, had me over a barrel, i travel for work weekly i can guarantee you in the future I will never stay at a Days Inn again

Clean rooms. Affordable. No amenities to speak of. No water in pool, no breakfast, even though advertised. Its a roof over your head. Thats about it.

Stay away from this place. The guy who runs this place is a jerk and he doesnt care. I called to make a reservation for some employees that were staying in the area, and when I called and tried to book the rooms he said he will not help me and to reserve online and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with a manager and he manager is the same guy who hung up on me. Dont use this place!!!
I had been staying around the Odessa-Midland area all week and this was one of the cleanest rooms I had in that week. Nothing fancy..but clean.
Had to ask to get the room cleaned the first day, second day they didnt even try, besides thei owners kids were running all over the place and woke me up early

2021-02-16Worst day inn Ive ever visited in my this life. Dirty, overcharged, unfinished paper roll from last customer, three lights are broken. I mean, its my fault that I never ask price at front, however, they shouldnt betray their words, right? On the Google map, it shows 61 bucks, however, after I pay, I found out its 113 after tax, lol. Since they overcharged, they definitely deserve this one star view, I think. Try to not visit this motel, lol, you will regret!

2019-11-28It is an older motel so not as fancy as newer hotel/motels. However it was very clean. Service was good and staff was friendly. The tv had so many channels to choose from. Including a lot of movie channels. The swimming pool was drained, but it is November. Would stay here again.

2020-08-03I got to the Hotel and was trying to check in. The guy said I couldnt check in because the room was on the wifes credit card and she had to be there. So I asked to use my card and he said no that my name was not on reservation but they alreadychargedmy wifes card for the room. I said my name is on our windem rewards account why cant i check in. The guy was extremely rude and argued with me so I just told him to refund my wifes credit card and we will take our business down to the next hotel. We found out this guy will not refund our money and even if we didnt stay. I hope everyone sees this review and please turn away from doing business here they are not trustworthy people that own this place. Stay elsewhere!!!!

2018-01-10I’m giving one star simply because there is no option to give 0 stars. Where do I start? These room are junk. Walls are very dirty, holes in the bathroom doors, no toilet paper, no hand soap, one tiny bottle of shampoo, light switch covers are broken with rusted screws, the water stop for the bathtub has come apart and is just laying on the side of the tub and the WiFi just kicks you off every couple of minutes.The biggest issue I had with this place was when we asked to change out the hair dryer with one that works, the owner got mad and charged into our room with out knocking as our little girl was changing like it was no big deal. Then he had the nerve to say we had too many people in our room. We had said to him, don’t worry we are leaving. He replied you better be.They charged us $139 for one night. They should be charging more like $30 a night here.I highly recommend not staying here. Wouldn’t be surprised if there is some spy cams installed in this dump.

2019-12-16Crooks! I booked a room online and had to cancel. My plans changed again so I rebooked one the same day. I ended up staying the night after all. They still charged me FULL price for the one I canceled and the one I stayed with. They refused to work with me. I feel robbed. Very poor way to run a buisness for loyal customers.

2019-05-17Really. So I think they deserve 2 Stars for trying but this place just is not good. Very outdated, black mold spots in the bathroom, bugs in the bathtub, the pool is a joke. Very friendly front desk staff, working ice maker, but very outdated.

2019-05-13Have stayed here on several occasions in the past couple of months. Always a clean comfortable room. Quiet. The front office folks are always welcoming and friendly. No frills basic continental breakfast.

2018-02-03For the price of the rooms they need many repairs. The bathroom had a 2 foot bubble of paint from water damage and ripped carpet. When checking out and I explained the condition of the bathroom the owner was very rude. Not only that they ran the incidental charge. Upon calling the owner couldnt tell me when it will credit back. Never have I had the incidental charge clear. Bad service rooms not worth it

2014-07-28Rooms were clean, however the pictures on the web site show a nice pool to lay out around! I checked in and asked how late the pool was open only to discover there was absolutely no water in it! Take down the picture if the pool isnt available! False advertisement as far as Im concerned!

2018-06-02Wow talk about terrible service. The tall bald guy at the front desk is as rude as they come. When you are tired because you just worked a straight 24 hrs none stop and have to get up in the morning to go do it all again the last thing you want to do is to deal with some jerk at the front desk of the hotel where you are staying who is rude and abnoctious because hes tired and you just woke him up to do his job. To top it all off the rooms smell bad and the bathroom had a giant hole in the ceiling from a leak the top floor. The guys and me probably would have overlooked the smelly room because we were so tired if it wasnt for the jerk at the front desk. To Days Inn if you are reading this your in the HOSPITALITY BUSINESS how about employing kind, polite, and hospitable people to deal with your tired and exhausted guests. Oh and if it would have only happened one time I would not have minded but the fact is that its happened more than once acted rudely on every ocation and others that have stayed there say the same things about him. Thanks for a terrible stay at your Inn. Dont recommend anyone stay here. Even if you have to.
