This particular Dennys has been one disappointment after another.Waitress was rude and seemed pre occupied but to be fair , they were super busy and got the food out and it was good.I wont be going back to this particular Store but will frequent the others in the area.
Ok so update, we received an email saying free delivery, so we thought wed try, since we at least wouldnt have the problem of being treated rudely while we waited longer than expected on our order. So we order two simple breakfast meals, they gave over a 45 minute delivery estimate. So we patiently waited, to have our food arrive 20 minutes past their estimation. & ITEMS WE PAID EXTRA FOR WERE MISSING, AND WHEN YOU CALL THE RESTAURANT YOU GET A LOUD SCREECHING NOISE IN YOUR EAR, AFTER IT RINGING 10 OR MORE TIMES. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS....CHANGE OWNERS....CHANGE MANAGEMENT....BUT DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!Terrible service always, but this time even the manager was rude. I even gave them extra time before arriving for my online order. & I was rudely told to sit down when I walked in. Then a lady and a man, two separate customers and orders had been waiting over 15 minutes for their LATE online order as well. I dont have enough room to tell you everything that is wrong with this place, but if you like being treated badly and being served cold, bland food, this is the place for you. I definitely will not be returning to this location. PS the owner has several businesses all right there together and he runs his business crooked, gipping his employees their overtime pay, which he pays them in cash.I no longer give my money to the GatewayShell, ExxonMobil/ Sonic, Texas Best BBQ, or Fuzzy tacos, at Beltline and 20, he owns them all.
Seems as though the cooks were having a bad night tonight. it took over an hour just to get the food The cooks also had attitudes with the servers about customer wait time . Hats off to the servers they did a good job. On the other hand the Cooks should have called in tonight.
Me and my son decided to eat at Dennys and we ordered our meals and he got his and I patiently waited for mine to come and was reassured that it was coming and it never happened. My son had finished his meal and I told them I no longer wanted the steak and no one seemed to really care.
Clean place friendly people ,great waitress! everything was done to our pacification I had steak zucchini and squash and fries and garlic bread it was awesome could not eat but half of it.my sis had a stake mash potatoes broccoli and toast she also took half of it all.
I live close by and me and my husband come here for a late night snack. I’ve never came in here and had a wait, staff is real friendly and food comes out real fast. The last time we were there, there was a roach crawling on the seat... which was a first time I’ve gone that I seen that... I’m trying to erase it out my mind because I really do love this place. -Wheezy
The food was better, than I expected! My wife got the steak and it was cooked to perfection! Didnt need any steak sauce at all! I ordered the salmon and it was tasty! The best was our waiter! We didnt even have to ask and he had our glasses of tea on full, constantly! The bill was $35 & I tipped the waiter $25. Great food and even better service!!!
I DO NOT recommend. They require masks and are willing to lose business because of it. Very rude, uneducated host, who I suspect is also the manager. Although I didn’t eat there, the place was rather trashy. Spend your money elsewhere and find a nicer place for breakfast and better customer service.
Went in to eat. I was told I had to wear a mask while in there. I am in the military and there is no mask mandate anymore. I went back in to speak with the manager. I waited patiently and everyone that was working the front of the house looked at me but never spoke to me again. I stopped a server and asked if I can get the corporate number and the server stated its 1-900- corporate. I asked if she would write it down and she stated no Im not gonna write it down. I then called the corporate office. They never asked me if I was vaccinated or not. I understand they can refuse me service but to tell me I cont come in without a mask is t the same. There were 4 table with people and non of them were wearing a mask.
The night shift lady deserves a raise or yall need to tip better..she didnt complain just nice lady..But the day time manager is rude and I dont think any of the staff like him. Sir yes talking to you...are terrible. My parents have had bad complaints and now I have. The food was good hot and fast with full coffee cups throughout. But it was frustrating when he demanded I needed a mask to walk 5 feet to table and sit while there are no laws rn to need to wear masks. But if you want to demand it for safety have a free box for customers.
Me and my daughter and two grandkids went in the other day when my grandbaby which is 3 years old just got her cast put on her arm. There were two little gentlemen that took care of us and made my grandkids feel very special. I wish I could remember their names but they were amazing and the food was wonderful. We will stop at this place again next Tuesday when we come back through to go back to the hand doctor
I wouldnt dare go inside of todays Dennys restaurants employees sitting outside out front smoking. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT THE OWNERS DONT CARE ITS ALL ABOUT THE $$ Looking suspect as well as unclean. So had dinner last night, amazing service awesome staff, went back for breakfast and omg Horrible treatment. Last night no masks anywhere no requirement. My entire family is fully vaccinated. This morning we were asked to leave because we had no mask, they had no mask to provide. Why such a different policy. Note everyone at tables had the mask off because they were “Eating”. I am a health care work and take vaccination seriously. Merry Christmas Denny’s you will not get my money.
Mostly empty restaurant. Ordered coffee, informed waitress to please keep it coming but did not return for 30 minutes. Food took forever and was cold. Kept trying to get attention of waitress but did not pay attention.Super slow moving took way too much time to get a coffee refill and then any service whatsoever. Probably will not return even though location is perfect for us.
What the hell are you doing still demanding masks? They DO NOT WORK.I refuse to spend my money at this location. The host was a rude little Napoleon. Maybe he is bigoted because Im White I dont know. Regardless, I will never set foot in there again. MASK = NOT MY MONEY
If I could give zero stars I would.I walked in with my mother in law and 9 month old and we stood there for about 2 minutes before someone finally came to the front and said we had to have a mask to be seated…. We KINDLY made the comment that it’s not a law. They refused to let us sit. They started getting a bit rude so we continued with saying that we’re just taking them off at the table so what’s the point? Of course they just repeated that we couldn’t be seated without one. Not to mention, the manager told my mother in law that she needed to be professional? We didn’t have any with us, and they don’t provide them, even though they require them. We turned to leave and the employee rudely scoffs and said “girl bye”. Then another employee proceeded to follow us out of the restaurant just to state that we have signs up. We just went to a different location where they don’t kick customers out.
It’s been a while since I’ve been to this establishment in balch springs apparently management has changed, regardless of times we’re in , when you work Dealing with The public you should always be courteous and considerate of the patrons that walk in because they are the one who are the customers and the one who will be paying for the services. It’s Veterans Day and I was going to participate with friends to eat at this establishment but you can feel when you’re being overlooked, To make you wait longer than normal they seem to be fully staffed if I had to wait just to sit down OK imagine how long it will take to get my food the hostess didn’t seem to really care I’ll get to you when I get to you type of vibe I received. Especially when I was the only one not being attended to? That’s fine I’ll go to mesquite restaurant and over there I’ll get a country home welcome Spend my money where is appreciate it and that’s all I can say about that
Fast, clean and friendly!! On a Saturday morning!!! We had never been to this location but I must say We found a great spot for breakfast/brunch. Sam was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, attentive and very friendly! The kid (wish I had gotten his name) so I’ll describe him by his really curly hair. He was in charge of clearing the tables. Well He is very fast at turning his tables and making sure the tables are spotless for the guests! They were both young kids working really hard. If you are able to tip them tip them well. They’re good kids with really good work ethic.
My wife went into this Denny’s to order 3 Togo coffees and hot chocolates. Trevor was very rude to her requiring her to wear a mask. She apologized and said she will go get one. He said never mind and what do you need. She told me about her experience and I went in to talk to the manager. The manager didn’t seem too concerned with Trevors attitude. When I left 2 other customers (hearing my complaint) told me that Trevor was rude to them and he is always like that. Our solution is to not visit this location again.
I came in today for a pickup order with Uber Eats. Was immediately told I need a mask but didn’t have one I asked for my order the woman barely looked and said it’s not here and asked me to leave. I then called customer support in which they couldn’t reach the establishment on the phone. I went home to get a mask and returned my order was still not there I verified it was the correct location. The woman said I told you it wasn’t here but my order was already paid for so I asked her to check again. They were rude with me so I left called customer support again an canceled the order. A Hispanic male then entered as I was leaving with no mask on he had no problems an was able to get his order and leave. Terrible service I will not be returning .
Immediately kicked out for not wearing a mask JUST to get seated. I stated that the state of Texas does not require a mask mandate and she resumed by saying she will not service my family and she called 911 shortly after I resumed saying what ignorance is that… Not needing to wear a mask once seated because everyone takes it off once eating or to even walk around in the restaurant once seated so what’s the point. And she kicked my family and I out the restaurant. Please do not waste your time and money coming here treat yourself with something better👍🏽. Have a great day everyone! Skinny methed out looking hostess needs a serious attitude adjustment. I have frequented multiple Denny’s locations and they are not enforcing the “mask mandate” as it is no longer required per Greg Abbots legislation. There was NO ONE else wearing a mask including those waiting to be seated and those at the register. I tried to call to reach a manger and no one picked up. Also the restaurant stunk and was very dirty for having such less customers. I want a manger to contact me about this.
Our waitress Katherine is awesome. When ya go ask for her. Her personality with kids is awesome. Her patience is on point, she very detail on the orders you ask for. Never met cool waitress like her. The restaurant is on point, very clean and staff put customers and staff safety 1st 👏👏👏Definitely our family coming back.
Service was good, customer service was alright.How are you going to mandate people to wear masks but most employees are wearing masks half way covering their mouths…? I don’t have a problem walking back to my vehicle, getting my mask & having a good time but I find it ironic they require the masks but the employees dont set the example.
We have been ordering for our order that was placed 1 1/2 hrs ago. We have had 3 Uber drivers wait for them and cancel due to the restaurant not being ready and giving each a “it will be out in 10 mins “ reply by the time we actually receive it 2 hours would have passed since we ordered!!
This is probably the nicest Denny’s that I’ve been to. I know Denny’s isn’t synonymous with high end dining, but this location is relatively new and always very clean. The staff is very nice and very patient and all the food is made well. I haven’t had a bad experience here yet, and honestly I couldn’t ask for anything more. It’s just a really good Denny’s.
Bad service... online odering said wait of 40 minutes and when we got our order to go it was cold, the toast was hard, the hashbrowns were over cooked, and the chicken tenders were burnt. Was my favorite breakfast dinner its so sad that they just care about getting the orders out and forgot to give a great service
We have been to this restaurant in the past before when masks weren’t mandatory. Well today we went there and were asked to wear a mask (my friend can’t wear one due to him being autistic, so he stated that to the “store manager”) in which the manager said she couldn’t serve us because he couldn’t wear a mask and that it was policy. When my friend tried to talk to her about getting corporate number or the store owners number or calling him/her to the store to resolve the situation the “manager” ignored my autistic disabled friend. And then after about five mins of ignoring us when my friend tried again to talk to her she said she wasn’t going to deal with us unless we had a mask on and my friend said he couldn’t that he was disabled she then stated “well you don’t look or sound disabled to me” (which in return threw my friend into an autistic fit) so it became a yelling match and her threatening to call the balch springs police department. We ended up leaving and going to a different Denny’s which when we went to the other Denny’s they were more understanding. I’m sorry for the one star but this person was a very rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional person.
Being a saturday morning it really was not too busy. Seated at a pretty decent time, as well as ordering of drinks and food. Well made to order. Great server only 4 stars due to once we received our ticket she never came back to us. We wanted to take our pancakes home. But no biggie. Would still recommend for a great breakfast.
Staff rarely answers phone and upon entrance therss no friendly greeting...they always appear too busy to recognize your presence! This morning a waitress was eating at the bar facing the dining area, while another waitress worked with silverware. They took their time before a waitress came and said that she couldnt find the order slip to my pick up order then just went back to eating...lol. A mini circus!I suggest they take notes from Dennys on 80 and Beltline in Mesquite that answer calls and friendly attitudes. I often drive miles further to the Mesquite establishment but dread the 4125 South Beltline Dennys in Balch Springs near my home. 😟
The wait for our food to come out was longer than it should have been, our waitress only came to our table to take our order and to drop off food so We didn’t get refills. We asked for our pancakes to Go ahead and be cooked and put in a Togo container because she told us with the Togo orders That were being made it will take a long time for our pancakes. When the pancakes were don’t she brought them to table not in a Togo container. We had to ask twice for hot sauce, salt, and pepper. And our waitress was not wearing her mask she had it pulled Down around her chin . This was our first time to this Denny’s and will definitely be our last.
This is an update of a previous review. We decided to go back for dinner today and give them another chance. It was a completely different experience. We were seated immediately and within a few minutes our wait person came by with our drinks and took our order. I did not see any of the staff that had been there the time we were completely ignored. Our waiter was Joey and he was very attentive and proffesional. I have now changed my 2 star review to a 5 star.
Went there on to eat dinner. Wasn’t busy for a Friday night so I thought this would be ok. I was wrong. We were seated and that was pretty much it. We waited over 10-15 minutes before anyone came to get our drink order. When the waitress finally came my wife spoke up letting her know we had been sitting a while, she just replied yes she (the hostess) put you in my section. No apologies for taking so long to come by. The staff themselves looked like they didn’t want to be there as well. So we got up and left, the waitress didn’t even try to keep us there. So long story short we won’t be back to that location anytime soon!
This specific location of Dennys has proven exemplary in every way. Service is excellent (ask for Kathy!), and the food is FRESH and well prepared. We tried other locations in the past but they tended toward awful.Location is IH20 at northeast side of Belt Line Road in Balch Springs, just next door to Fuzzys Taco.
I hate to be the person to make reviews like this mostly because my family and I have worked through fast food/restaurants the past years so I know the struggles of working in jobs like this and when it gets busy things do get stressful. I made the mistake of giving the wrong name while picking up a togo order and this kind employee was trying her best to help me. Her supervisor/manager though was the one giving the full negative attitude and giving smart remarks as well as rolling her eyes. She might be having a bad day so im assuming the best, but theres still no right to release the negative energy towards people. I hope she doesn’t give that same energy to her employees. I also hope that negative supervisor/manager’s day gets better!
Food was good. We were helped as soon as we walked in the door; seated, served drinks, and orders taken. Minor details were missed, enough that while we left a good tip, it wasnt what it could have been were the details tended to. Smiles and a clean front of the house rounded off a good experience.
If your on the clock and supposed to be working..but instead playing with your boyfriend while on the clock ..you should be looking for a job..billy jean ...that was the most unprofessional way to handle your job ...in the future be more professional about your job ..and tell your boyfriend to stay home...

The best Dennys I have been to. Very busy and the wait wasnt long. I was told 15-20mins and we were seated in 10mins! Very clean not one spot on the menus (which is something you look for in a clean restaurant). The server was fast and efficient! We will definitely be coming back for future visit.
Clean restaurant. The server that sat us took our drinks and waited on us more than our actual server Sam. Sam took our order and forgot one persons drink even though we repeatedly asked. The lady who sat us had to bring us the drinks and silverware. After our server brought our food she then realized she forgot one order and brought it too us and got some of our order wrong. Then never came back. All the servers went outside to the parking lot and the manager was having to assist the guest. Then when asked if our server Sam had left the manager got an attitude. Then our server came back and started taking another tables drinks order without bothering to check on us. When we got our checks from the manager they were wrong so it took another 10 minutes to fix it. The girl whom fixed our checks and cashed us out was super sweet. While we were checking out Sam kept giving us dirty looks and speaking to another server while pointing at us.If you go here I do not recommend Sam.
I arrive at this unique restaurant often because I like the good air that is outline this restaurant. The staff is awfuly welcoming and professional. The service is absolutely fast. Not to mention, the food you eat is excellent. I came many times and I was always happy. The expense is decent. I suggest this place to my friends and family.
We enjoy hanging out. Last night we came to this delicious restaurant which friends told us about. We enjoyed a beautiful evening there with excellent meal and an efficient crew and a professional cuisine. We added this restaurant in our list and we will certainly come back soon. We deeply recommend.
I just walked into the store and was told to leave because I was not wearing a mask yet there were 20 to 25 peopleLess than 20 feet away from me not wearing mask but for some reason me wearing a mask coming through the door made everything okay even though I would have taken it off 15 Steps later
Staff was very Friendly and out going. Restrooms, restaurant, and all facility was very clean and up to date. They had large booths for big groups and small tables for intimate dates of two. Food was good and large portions. Cost was a bit more than I like to pay, but the right meal can make two meals. You do get your money worth. Certain days of the week kids eat free with parent meal purchase. Call ahead to clarify specials and kids eat free rules.
This Denny is new it seems inside was very clean we mustve went before people were off work because there was close to no one inside. Customer service was great . Prices are reasonable. I had the southwest omelet with an additional egg. Got some picante to go with. If you like spicy thats where its at.
I walked in with my nose and mouth covered with my jacket, as in pulled up completely over everything in the same style as a bandana would have. These people are so inept that they think this isnt serving the same purpose as a mask walking from the front door to a table. Havent had any problems anywhere else. Im having a difficult time fathoming how people have become so stupid.
I have been to a few Denny’s in my life but NONE compare THIS one....our server Joey was engaging and friendly....our food tasted fresh meaning fresh off the griddle/pan (which is rare in most Denny’s in my opinion). Next time I’m in the area I WILL come back...Great Serve and Great Food equals return visits
Only one waitress serving/cashier/hosts/attending togo orders,, I really feel sorry for the waitress ,,she is frustrated providing service on 5 tables at the same time,,I can see my order ready but she cant run it to the table, that means my food is getting cold I wish I could get my own food at one point we are 8 to 10 tables dinning people still walking in the Waitress is doing the best she can SHAME ON YOU DENNY S corporation thank you for these cold meal that Im going to pay you ,,for the waitress my respect an advise GET ANOTHER JOB you deserve better
Very disappointed. 😔 Took almost one hour to get my food here. When I ask the waitrees after 35 minutes waiting for my food, she told us will be ready in a few minutes and it was up to us if we wanted to leave or not. I understood that we arent important has a customer. This was our first time here and there were certain things that were wrong with the order and the food was cold and it looked old. Visited on Dec 8, 2018 at 10:22 pm.
Food was pretty good but the toast twice was kinda overcooked. The waitress was really nice and pretty good about checking on us she did forget my refill and that was Dennys fault as they expect way to much side work. We were there as they were starting to prepare for shift change.
We’ve been here a few times since it’s recent opening. The first time we had 5 children and our waitress (I believe her name was Crystal) took great care of us as well as the second time we came without children. Another visit we had a different waiter (don’t remember his name—-black man, blonde colored hair) was great and on top of refills. No wait to be seated and not a long wait for food even when we were there with 7 people.
Do not go on a Sunday night, they only have 1 waitress (Carolyn) and she took forever to get our order, we had to wait for 15 minutes just to get our drinks and when we finally got our food it was cold. They had no syrup for the pancakes and I had to send my kid to ask for ketchup because she never came back to check on us
Worst service ever,restaurant was at 50%........waitress just walking around took 45 mins to get my food and then she got mad because i asked for the fish time for more coffee,i have not been to a Dennys in years but trust me I would never come back............food was good,just the service.....terrible
Very rude personnel working here! If you dont like greeting or talking to people go find another job! If your not a people person dont work at the front where you greet people! Answer the phone, its a business! Not even busy here and phone steady ringing and you dont answer but have time to be on your personnel cell!
Today was my 3rd visit to this place, the previous 2 visits werent great, poor service and coffee mugs with VERY VISIBLE lipstick stains on, however, since its close to home and the place is new, we decided to go back a third time, before we judged the place.This time, we were ignored several minutes just waiting to be acknowledged, seated, greeted or something. The girl at the register, the supervisor I assumed, was too busy having a non-work related conversation with a customer and someone he was video chatting with on his phone. Another customer tried to approach her so he could pay his ticket, but was also ignored.After getting annoyed at the situation, I asked her if someone could help us/seat us, and she completely ignored me, I called her out and she just responded by saying I dont know where the hostess is, theres only 2 servers now but she did not even attempt to help me or get someone to help me, or even said something to let me know we were going to be helped.When she realized that my group and I were walking out, she just yelled wait, Im going to seat you nowI turned and said that we were leaving, and asked for her name, she repeated that she was going to seat us(on her back, did not even turned to look at us when she was talking to us)I repeated that we were leaving, and she said fine, I asked for her name again, and she finally said it, candy remember what it was though, as she hardly whispered her name. Its was something with a D.Anyways, the point is that the service there is seriously bad there, while the place is new, its stays trashy for the most part. Mugs are clearly not cleaned well, again, on my first visit, there was a very clear red lipstick stain on my coffee mug. You can tell the servers actually try to be helpful as much as they can, but are short-handed and not even management tries to help, if they dont want to pay for more staff.
I rate this place 1-2 stars until treated better Burger was half raw had to go cook it again and didnt even bother to ask if i wanted a refill of my soda and i believe that night shift an less ppl and u should be treated A1. But not coming back until further notice. Horrible waitress
There were only 5 tables with people when we arrived, but it took a long time for a waitress to come to out table and a long time to get our food. The eggs were cooked incorrectly, the fries were bland, and the milkshake tasted like pudding. Even more concerning was the cook was talking on his phone while he cooked then I observed him touching our food with no gloves while touching his phone. We can only trust he washes his hands after he used the restroom. We will not be back at this location again.
Poor service, we had to wait several minutes to be seated and they werent busy. Our waitress was not friendly. We had another waitress take her place. We were there yesterday eveningThe place is clean and food was excellent. But they dont pay attention to whos waiting to be seated and we saw one couple leave after abou3 minutes of waiting and noone seated them.This is just poor waitress attention and once we switched waitresses we were fine.
We’ve never had problems here but today on 04/13/19 we had horrible customer service our food was not cooked well and our server would make faces every time we told her something was wrong or needed something we didn’t want to make a big seen so we spoke to the manager when we were leaving and well turns out he has the same attitude he said why didn’t you ask for the manager in the moment that way y’all don’t have to get mad at me! There’s great servers but the one we got today was horrible !! +manager horrible
This was my second time going to this location. The first time was great and great service. However, tonight was not good. We ordered our food everything was ok at first nice waitress. Then i hear the cook in thekitchen and see him as my waitress told him she needed the side out sausage for my order and toast ( that i never got) my eggs were over cooked and tasted weird. The chicken fried steakwas still pink in some places so i did not finish it. TheBrest thing on my plate was the hashbrown. Our waitress never came back to or table. My toast was put into the window and left there for 20 minutes before we left the store. Needless to say we will not ever bee going to another Dennys again. So thanks for the 61 dollar ticket for over and undercooked food and the noon received food. I would live for the manager or owner to contact me. I am an assistant manager at my restaurant job and that was not how you do business. Talking to your friend while food is not sent out and customers looking at them. Not only my table. The table infront of mine were watching them and started shaking their heads. That is not how to run a restaurant.
2 stars simply because the first time I came here it was ok. Tonight however. We walked in. Got seated within a few seconds. Sat down. And were left there to starve to death. After 20 minutes of no sign of help we walked out. As we walked out, every single person behind the counter that was acting like they were busy stared directly at us. Not one was educated enough to apologize or offer service. Real sorry. Guess Ill stuck with IHOP even if its a further drive.
Waited for food for about an hour and at this point food was still about to be cook. 5 stars to Colton who welcomes in got out drinks took our order because the waitress that were supposed to help completely ignored us and keep us informed about our food process they may as well let him cook and manage too.
Staff was very inattentive and they were too busy conversing amongst themselves to worry about the patrons in the restaurant. But the icing on the cake was when we got the bill they overcharged Us by almost $25. We got three meals and they were about $9 a piece and our total bill was over $50. We will not be going back ever.
I’m normally pretty happy with this location, however today I attempted to order my usual the bourbon chicken sizzlin’ skillet and a usual request no potatoes and to sub the potatoes for broccoli or mushrooms. Never had a problem ordering this way until today, I was told by the waitress that they are not allowed to substitute veggies and that it would be a up charge. I tried explaining I’ve never ran into this problem with subbing a veggie for a veggie. The waiter was nice enough to ask some guy in a pink shirt it she could sub at no charge and he confirmed NO. Unfortunately after this experience I feel, Denny’s failed their customer. First of all why and how does Denny’s lose money by subbing a broccoli for potatoes? Please Denny’s explain to us? I couldn’t enjoy my favorite meal because of your greediness! Oh by the way I don’t blame the waitress she was very sweet, however I feel your management could of done a lot more to appease their customer!
It was good during 2 daytime visits. Just came from a 4am quick bite. Suuuuuucked and there was only one other table. Total 3 guests. Tell me why I had food char ash on my bacon AND pancakes but hashbrowns were very undercooked and hardly warm, and eggs were scrambled HAAARD to the point it had brown sears... I didnt even eat half of it. I still paid, took leftovers home to the dog. Oh well.Everyone seemed to be focused on cleaning which is nice, but a paying customer still needs adequate food temps and appetizing food that theyre still paying full price for. 3 customers....no excuse.Go during the day.
Its honestly very pathetic how insignificant the location treats the pandemic. Chefs, wait staff...you name it! All but two people werent wearing masks. This one waitress was training someone and actually talked over our food. I will never come to this location again
This place was was HORRIBLE. As soon as we walked in the Restaurant we was waiting on line to get seated and waited for @ least 5 mins.. Finally a waiter said “Oh I don’t know even know who’s over here”Our waiter was very rude.. When we got our order it was missing 1/2 of the order.. My fiancé got his pancakes all cold and when we was all finished with our food. Then another waiter gave us the ticket it was the same one.. They never acknowledge if we needed anything else.. Never again will be coming back to this one.
Ordered from this place received the wrong order then went back to get the right order all of a sudden that order went missing they had to remake it again then they ended up giving it to the wrong person again not a good place for take out they lost a customer for sure the customer service was garbage
Very poor customer service. Told us the wait was 10 to 15 minutes. Waited 45 minutes, then the hostess sat friends before us, we counted 28 people sit before us that came in after. We were a party of 6 bigger parties that came in after were sat before us. Will not return
Came in. No host, after 5 minutes of sitting there another customer waiting on a Togo suggested that we just sit ourself. So we picked a table and sat down. Sat there for another 5 minutes, there was a manager and 2 other workers standing behind the counter and no one said anything to us. We just got up and left.
Service has slowed to hat you expect out of Dennys. The restaurant I clear, with exemption of the 10 inch black Hain in my hash browns. Waitress, decided we should pay for the food we thought about eating, adding extra food to our ticket. Manager removed it.Now they decided its good to play ganster ram over the intercoms. We wont be back. Sucks to, we liked this Dennys, I guess the corporate training crew has left.
It was very clean the service was awesome the lady Nia had a great personality I love so much this is the best Dennys I have been at you will not be sorry and make sure you get Nia she really takes care of customers and be smiling thru her whole shift I will be back thanks again excellent service

2022-06-193 stars because of the organization on how the short staff of cooks were handled.First, our waiter Joey was great! He is bubbly and attentive to the patrons. He keep assuring us our meals was on the way. He did well with reassurance. However, management could have done better.As a hungry, waiting customer I would have liked to be told when ordering that it may take a minute to get the food due to them having a shortage on cooks today. Therefore, at that point, kindly suggest maybe getting an appetizer.The food was ok, maybe because the cook preparing the meal was in a rush situation.

2022-03-12I LOVE this place. It’s near to where I live so I go there whenever I can. The service is amazing. When my family and I go there we usually already know what to order as soon as we sit down. And the waiter has no problem with it and takes our order. All the waiters that have served us are polite and occasionally funny. The food is delicious and I rather go here then drive all the way to IHOP.

2022-05-26We havent been to a Dennys in years. Mainly because most Dennys are old and outdated. However, this was a newer restaurant. Clean with friendly service. Food was amazing. Perfectly cooked eggs, pancakes and hash browns. The bacon was a bit under cooked. Orange juice was so yummy. We are rethinking about trying more Dennys.

2022-06-04My husband and I came here with our 10 month old today. We waited roughly 15 minutes to be seated, even though there were employees just standing around. Once the hostess finally came to seat us we asked to sit in the back section due to our baby being disruptive and being almost totally full in the front half of the restaurant. Her and another employee were going back and forth about us sitting back there like it was a huge deal, although another family were back there eating as well. The hostess didnt bring a highchair or ask if we wanted one so for the 10 minutes we waited for our waitress our baby was climbing all over the place. Food it decent but customer service needs improvement.
