I will say that my buying experience at Classic Mazda at Denton was better than my experience at the service center. This is my second time taking my car to the Mazda Service Center, and my satisfaction is lacking. This time around was my 6 month service and I got my tires rotated, my oil and filter changed, and my car detailed. I will say I wish the service associate would explain in depth what the charges are for each service. The oil and filter change should be a set amount and there is a lot of extra charges in the line items. I spent $150 dollars to get my car detailed which was the biggest disappointment. I had a small crack in my front windshield (and now reading a lot of Maxda CX5 forums seems to be a manufacturer defect.) but still had a hook shaped windshield crack and I let the guys know about it. The service associated said he had a customer come in with the same crack and he missed it and it ended up cracking her whole windshield. Well luck have it mine did the same thing. So a window that I didnt have to get repaired right away has now cost me close to $1,000 dollars to replace, because of getting my car detailed. It would have been nice to receive some kind of compensation for cracking my windshield down the center, but I was told yeah dont know how that happened, wish there was more we could do. My thought was well if this has happened before, I would have done something different that wouldnt result in my windshield being cracked down the middle. I also found that whatever was used on the inside of the car to clean leaves black residue on everything clothes, shoes, its like it needs to be cleaned again. Also the sales associate told me that they were not able to get bugs off the front of my car, and that I needed to make sure I get bugs off right aways as they stain. As someone who washes their car every week, I was very confused why there were not able to get these off. I took it home and was able to remove them no problem. All in all it was a very displeasing service that ended up costing me more in the long run.
Not sure how edit without deleting the original post, but I just want to say that the Service team, specially Angela and Randall went above and beyond to take care of the issue. Cant thank them enough for what they did. Thank you very much for taking care of this.Original post: Service messed up with my tires while replacing them a month ago and now I need to replace all tires due to the fact they were not properly installed, balanced and aligned. I would suggest going to another dealership or a mechanic you trust for all your service.
My son went in to get his oil change and inspection done. So I guess they talked him in to a service on his car. It costs him $400.00 when it was all done. They just lost his business. I think they took advantage of him. This should never happen to anyone! To top it all off the service manager wont even call me back.
We could not have had an easier car buying experience. I have never gotten through the (usually arduous) process so quickly. Scott Selby is fantastic. HIGHLY recommend. The guys were helpful and enthusiastic but didnt try to oversell or unnecessarily waste our time with a lot of back and forth or games. Were thrilled with the car, thrilled with the price, and I have never felt so good after buying a car.
Be careful with finance guy LorenzoHe is going to add warranty service he is not really explain to you. He charged me more than $4000 for warranty. After I called him to cancel warranty. He still didnt cancel. 2 days later I had feeling so I called warranty company did all cancelation. They dont care about customersThscustomer
Do not buy your car here. Go somewhere else. Terrible customer service. I wish now that I had not purchased my car there. I should have gone to a different Mazda dealership. The car is what sold me, not their customer service.My husband and I went on a Saturday, and were there most of the day, but due to family plans we needed to leave and were not able to finish with the paperwork. We scheduled an appointment for 9 am Monday. We were there at 9 am but the finance manager was late. He didnt actually show up until almost 10 am. After finally signing all the paperwork, around noon, I was getting my personal things out of my car to put in my new car. I was unable to get my beaded cross from the rear-view mirror. Our sales person Andrew said he would get the service guy to take it off and would give it to me when I came back for him to show me how to use all the functions of the car. Additionally, I dont think they washed my car because it still had writing on the outside windshield and there was a smudge on the interior door handle.I went back the next day, Tuesday. Andrew had already left for the day and had taken my cross home with him.I went back again, Wednesday to get my cross and be shown the features. Andrew said he left my cross at home and would have to mail it to me. He said he had a few minutes to show me the features of my car. We had barely been in my car when the Sales Manager, Ryan called Andrew on his cell phone to hurry Andrew up so that he, Ryan, could go home. After the quick rush through of the features of my car, Andrew said he would get the service guy to remove the smudge from the interior door handle. I asked him to put gas in my car while he was at it since I had already been up there multiple times. He said, Ill see what I can do. Once my car was brought back around I was handed my keys. I get in and of course, no gas. I was not asking for a full tank. It would have been about a quarter of a tank or so and would have been a nice gesture for my trouble. It has been two weeks now and I still have not received my cross in the mail.My husband just bought a new Ford Mustang. The Grapevine Ford dealership went above and beyond with their customer service for my husband. His sales guy Chris Aylesworth told my husband that his first three fill-ups were on him. Additionally, he was invited to their new owner appreciation dinner, and given free oil changes and tire rotations. While waiting for financing, Chris told us whatever we wanted from their cafe was on him. He went out of his way to make our experience there a great one. My husband is still raving about how great Chris treated him.I have a friend whos daughter owns the same car I have and had much better experience with customer service at Hiley Mazda. I wish now I had gone there. Please go to a dealership where you are treated as important and highly valued. You will not get that kind of treatment at Classic Mazda.**Update 4/17/19:Classic Mazda has contacted me and are doing their best to make things right. Andrew came to my workplace and put on my license plates and replaced my cross. They have apologized for the unfortunate way things were handled when I purchased my vehicle. I do appreciate the effort they have made.
5+ starts for this dealership. Every dealership out there is adding market adjustment or unwanted expensive dealer add-ons but not Denton Mazda. Chris Garner was very helpful and pleasant shopping experience. He sent the price details and all the information I needed before I went to the dealership. There was no extra price added to the MSRP. I would like to highly recommend this Chris Garner and this dealership.
I was greeted by Jeremy Williams, who was very informed and friendly. He guided me through my shopping experience and when I explained I was going to be shopping at other dealerships as well, he never once pressured me into staying or buying. He genuinely seemed to want me to find the vehicle that was right for me, even if it was not a Mazda. I did visit a few other dealerships and ended up coming back to Jeremy the same day to make my purchase. I was very pleasantly surprised by how quick and painless the whole process was.
We just bought a Mazda CX-9 from Classic Mazda. The whole experience was the best weve ever had buying a car! We took some time to figure out what car we wanted to buy, but they were courteous and patient as we figured it out. From the GM to our salesman (Colin Finnell), everyone was super friendly, respectful, helpful, and not at all pushy. We would highly recommend Classic Mazda of Denton!
WOW, I do not know how to start off. Let me just say I never have good experiences with vehicles. Jeremy and Andrew have truly made my experience OUTSTANDING! I have a whole new Outlook on car buying. From the beginning I walked in with a chip on my shoulder and didnt want to give them a chance due to leaving another dealership with a negative experience. From the moment me and my boyfriend walked in they were very welcoming. After speaking to Jeremy on the phone he put us in the hands of Andrew who then showed us vehicles that we have requested. I ended up wanting the car off the show room floor and they made it happen. I had serious demands and I meant serious demands! Shockingly they went OVER what I have asked for. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to EVERYONE! Your CRAZY if you do not give them a chance.
Ryan, Don, and Andrew are the BEST!I had an atrocious experience at another dealership in the DFW area. I came to Denton totally flustered and frustrated and Ryan made me feel comfortable right from the beginning. I felt nothing but respected and valued during my time working with these gentlemen. When I couldnt reasonably afford the CX-5 I had originally wanted, Don helped me come up with a game plan for a Mazda 3. He and Andrew were patient when I hemmed and hawed and wanted a second round of test drives. Andrew answered all of my questions on the Mazda 3 and did a great job pointing out the differences between the two models.From the moment I walked in it felt like we were a team trying to figure out the best way to get me into a new Mazda rather than the typical me vs. them feel you get at other dealerships. Id give this dealership a million stars if I could. I live in Fort Worth and will definitely make the extra time to come to Denton for service. I am a Classic Mazda customer for life!
Great experience with Tareq Wahed! Hes no-pressure, informative, professional yet friendly, and above-board. Mr. Wahed answered my questions completely and paid careful attention to my requirements. He put me in exactly the car I wanted with the just the right features for me - a 2018 Mazda 3 Touring. The finance staff were equally easy to work with. I highly recommend buying a car here.
Couldnt be happier with the quality of service I received after my first visit here since moving to Denton! Not only does the staff go out of their way to be sure you get taken care of as much as possible, but they seem to want to get it done right the first time and are super informative with exceptional patience - the way most services should be!Special kudos to Andrew from Service for going well above n beyond in helping me get my vehicle back when I really shouldnt have been able to until the next day! Also very impressed with the detail cleaning done on my vehicle!The detail price may not be among the most competitive but the cleaning itself is done right and I would happily do it again if/when my vehicle needs it again - they even generously cleaned some of the aftermarket equipment I have (like WeatherTech floor mats)!
I was very impressed with my service experience. From the service advisor (Angela), to the service technician, to the free coffee and doughnuts, to the car wash at the end. Absolutely the best. I was in and out in under an hour, and on to my day. Cant say enough good things. SO glad that I chose Classic for my car purchase, and subsequent service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
This dealership likes to waste peoples time. Today, Dean McNutt was very disrespectful and argued with me over the phone. They made me wait the entire day, did not give me an update until I call late in the afternoon, and didnt really delivered service at all. Happy to pay the service fee today. But this is an expensive shop, who does not respect people and their time.
Ive long been a Mazda customer, and every experience with Classic Mazda confirms that I bought the right car from the right dealership. Awesome sales department, and even better service department. Jacobi is the face of the service department, and if I were starting a business based on customer service, hed be the guy I would want to be representing me. He is a terrific guy to be the person greeting people and communicator as customers come to get their vehicles serviced. Outstanding service, and great work done by the entire dealership.

This was my first time working with the team and Mazda. Over the last 10 years, I have historically worked with Mercedes customer service teams and I would say this team blew them out of the water. Buying my new Mazda was the best experience ever. Andrew who helped me was the best. He made purchasing this car easy and quick. He helped me pick out the perfect car for me. I had purchased a car at Classic 9 years before and been so happy and satisfied with it. I absolutely love everything about this new Mazda and so glad I went back to this #1 dealership again.
I just wanted to give proper high praise to the entire Classic Mazda of Denton team, starting with Sales Manager Ryan Rector, who stepped in to provide me necessary information in a clear way with the assurance that Classic Mazda of Denton would not try to sneak in extras or pad the pricing of my new car. A special shout out goes out to Wes in the financing office for practically having to hold my hand so that I could understand the financing portion. He understood that I wouldn’t sign off on the deal until I was comfortable, didn’t press me too much when I politely declined extra service contracts (I understand he wouldn’t be doing his job if he didn’t try) and got me a great apr on my loan. I left away happy with my deal, especially because in the end it worked out to be what the sales manager promised in our initial communications via email. I didn’t mention this when I was there but this car ended up being a birthday present to myself and I couldn’t be happier with my dream car (a Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring with premium package)! If you want quality service with a kind, honest and PATIENT (they all had the patience of Job, seriously) sales and financing team then I highly recommend you go see the team at Classic Mazda of Denton!

My car salesman Andrew did a great job! This is now the second vehicle that I have bought from him. My car that I wanted was at a different dealership however I wanted to do business with him not only to continue to remain a loyal customer, but also because he is a no hassle, no pressure car salesman. So I made the deal with him and now my car was transported to the dealership for me to pick up! It was as easy as 1,2,3!!
I went in because of the generous offer for educators; a complimentary oil change, cleaning and inspection.. I was greeted by Cesar, who took great care of me and I appreciate the mechanic on duty as well.. Thank you all and I will be back! Also, my Mazda seems to run even better!

I bought my Mazda 6 in 2012 from Classic and its still going strong, 240K later! Everyone who works there, especially Jacobi (my service provider) have been so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I know Im in good hands when I gave my car serviced here. This dealership is great.
I was a walk in and my first service visit. I was very impressed with the status updates from Rafael. Everyone was very professional. I have never had a service visit from any other dealership where they also cleaned my car inside and out. It was dry and the windows were cleaned too. Which was very nice since I hadn’t washed my car in months. Will continue to go to Classic Mazda for my future maintenance needed. Thanks!
Overall process to setup appointment and check in has been modernized, especially for existing customers. One of the better experiences off late. Since I had setup my appointment over phone, I expected the sales rep to have information on my recommended repair, from my last service, which they did not. Resulting in me having to make two trips. Second time since the parts were not available, the first time.Update:Ended up buying my next car from here. One of the least stressful expenses. Would like to thank Patrick for making it happen.Upping my rating based on my latest experience.
Ryan (sales manager) and Scott (sales) were very professional and knowledgeable. Same goes to Andrew, business & finance, who brought in on home. First time car buyer and I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Love my new CX-5, I highly recommend the car and Classic to anyone interested.
Very laid back atmosphere, no pressure. My wife LOVES her new CX5!The car was for my wife, so they focused the attention on my wife and her needs. Was a great experience, worked with Andrew Myers. I always hate buying a vehicle but Andrew took away all my concerns. First didn’t waste my time, then no pressure and treated me special. I am a sold customer of the Mazda 3 automobiles. Have owned a Mazda since about 2012, promoted to a Mazda 3 Sports in 2016. Reviewed and were intrigued on the description of the CX 30 online. It most definitely suites its Classic description. Look forward to an upgrade in the near future. The CX 5 and 9 are also are very nice, as well as its color selection are very nice as well.

We had some warranty work done and accessories added at another Mazda dealership on a brand new car and were not happy with the work. Classic Mazda of Denton acknowledged the issue and is helping to take care of it. We really appreciate the help and higher quality of work! This place strives to provide excellence at every turn. Almost every time Ive pulled up Ive felt welcome and treated as a patron instantly. There are definitely things you can get done cheaper elsewhere but when it comes to Mazda maintenance and service I would say itll always get done right the first time.
Purchased my car from here in 2015 and continue to return to this dealership for routine service. Took it to another place for service ONE time -- never again!! The staff here is very prompt, friendly, and honest. I never feel pressured into any services not immediately necessary and they always provide a thorough breakdown of what my car needs and/or will eventually need in the future. The waiting area inside is very comfortable and clean as well (always has been, but especially so since the building was renovated!).
I purchased a new CX-5 from this dealership a couple weeks ago and Chris was an absolute delight to work with! He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all the features in the car and I could just tell how much he loved his job. Even though I came in with my husband, I really appreciated that he catered the whole experience towards me since the car was for me. He even provided me with his own personal cell number in case I had any questions about the car which made it so much more personable instead of looking at us as just another sales transaction.I’ve already been in contact several times with Chris since purchasing the car with talks about getting Apple CarPlay/Android Auto installed when my plates are ready to be picked up and he was so helpful and said he’ll make sure to walk me through all the features and get me set up once it’s installed in the service dept. If you’re in the market for a Mazda, I highly recommend you check out this dealership and ask for Chris because he will go above and beyond for you!
Genuinely kind people who take care of you from the moment you walk in the door. Their service manager is awesome, and they offer loaner cars when youre vehicle is being repaired at their shop. This place has been very thorough, transparent, and has patiently worked with my family as we resolve an issue with warranty coverage from another dealership. I will certainly purchase my next vehicle from Mazda.
Dedra was amazing! She met me right outside my car when I pulled up. She was also about to get a loaner car for me last minute when my oil change was going to take about 2 hours. I was in and out with my loaner in about 15 mins which is amazing. They also honored a coupon I had mailed to me by their store even though I did not buy my car at that location, that shows true Mazda Customer a service no matter where you are. Dedra was the best to work with and called me when my car was ready!
I did had an amazing experience buying my 2021 Mazda cx5 AWD carbon edition turbo with them. All of them were true professionals and immensely helpful. I was assisted by Chris Garner and Kim Payne. Mr. Payne is a true gentleman and will go out of his way to help anyone. He is very calm and full of patience while dealing with his customers and same goes for Mr. Garner as well....
Classic Mazda of Denton service department is the best. Patrick, my service manager was so kind to me when I needed to social distance because Im caring for my dad who recently started chemo to fight blood cancer. He went above and beyond to give me a completely contactless experience when I had a nail in my tire and wanted a normal inspection/maintenance. I cant say how his kindness of going above and beyond meant to me.
I recently purchased another vehicle here. I bought my first Mazda from them 5 years ago. It was the best car I have owned. Patrick Roberts was my salesman. He was knowledgeable, patient and kind. I had this vehicle serviced there today. I was very pleased. Service was completed in a timely manner. Their staff was awesome! My car had been washed and vacuumed to my surprise. Classic Mazda of Denton is the type of dealership Id buy a car from over and over again. My wife and I visited twice, took several cars for test drives, and were never pressured into a purchase. Scott Selby was extremely respectable, knowledge, and personable and talked us through all possible options to ensure we had the right car for the next 10-15 years. Overall, five star experience!
This was the best car buying process Ive ever had. I inquired about a vehicle over I the phone and Jonah consistently communicated with me about the vehicle I was interested in, promptly and thoroughly answered any questions, I had and when I got to the dealership(Waxahachie to Denton) he was quick to greet me and had the vehicle ready for a test drive. He had a cool demeanor and made me feel welcome as a customer. He was helpful in making sure I was in the right vehicle while being straightforward and honest. When I was working with him and the finance manager(forgot name) got involved, I felt like they were a true team that was looking to get me a great deal and they didn’t do the whole back and forth thing which was awesome. Money is harder to come by right now during this recession but I have no doubt in my mind that I got the best deal and best car for my money at this dealership. I will recommend all my local friends and family to you guys in the future
Our purchase experience with Classic Mazda was top notch. Our salesman, Chris G, was attentive, informative, professional, but never pushy. Any car we had questions about, he brought up to the front so that we could compare side by side. We ended up purchasing the 2020 CX5 Reserve, as they currently are 5k off. We were also looking at 2020 Honda Touring CRV, which we were leaning towards. The Mazda features and quality sold us, not to mention the entire showroom vibe, and attentiveness of the staff. No waiting and being passed around salesman games.I was shopping with a first time car purchaser. Chris walked her through every detail. Financing was able to secure a low interest rate with the terms we requested.
Great experience, worked with Chris Garner. No BS, I called around to every dealership in the area and they gave me the best deal by far. Showed up and all of the paperwork was ready, it was a very transparent process. Highly recommend working with these professionals.
My family has been regular clients of Classic Mazda for just under a year. The few times weve taken our Mazdas in for servicing and repairs have been fantastic experiences. The staff has always been courteous, friendly, up-front, and honest. Highly recommended for Mazda owners, or for those interested in buying a Mazda.
We thought when we took our Mazda 3 to the service center at Denton that we would be taken great care off. After hitting a road hazard and calling the service center before hand to see if we could bring it to them, Angela said they would be able to work with us. As we were going through an insurance claim, we had to wait for inspector to inspect the car. It was inspected and quoted with everything that needed to be done three days later. It obviously needed a new bumper, which they choose to inform us they could not do two weeks later. Angela also called and asked us for permission to start the work on the vehicle and said that it should be ready within two days. This was a week after bringing it to Denton Mazda Service Center. We then receive a TEXT Monday morning saying that they would not be able to complete the service over two weeks after our car just sitting there. We were also told by text that we needed to have the car towed and loner vehicle returned by the next day. You can imagine our frustration when we thought everything was being taken care of then we were blindsides by this. When calling Angela, the service manger, about our frustration she was very rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this service center to anyone. Take it to a mom and pop shop. They will by far do better, faster, and cheaper work.
This is my second awesome experience with Classic Mazda. Hands down, the best price; and hands down, the best customer service. I have bought many new vehicles, and I must say, Classics team understands their place in the DFW market, and they without haggle beat the competitions prices. I will definitely be back in the future.
Mazda had the best product and price and exceeded our expectations on quality, service and safety. We enjoyed friendly treatment from sales, finance and management without targeting us on a “hard sell”. First time we’ve bought a car and said it was fun! Thank you Charlie, Ryan and Jerrod.

2022-02-14Had the recent pleasure of purchasing a Mazda 3 Sedan from Denton Mazda. Before this purchase I had visited MANY dealerships, at least 15-20 from Mazdas competitors and other Mazdas. I have come across many types of Sales associates, by far without a doubt Colin has been the best sales associate I have worked with. No nonsense, tacky sales tactics, or misinformation. The same goes for Andrew who deals with the financing for the vehicles. They both have created not just a brand loyal customer, but a dealership loyal. Will definitely be dealing with them for my next vehicle purchase. 10/10To add to this the Mazda 3 is honestly unequivocally the best in luxury, features, drive feel and reliability in its price range.

2022-01-05Thank you to all at Mazda Denton for making the car buying process fairly easy! A huge thank you to Colin Finnell for explaining everything in depth and taking time out of his night after close to explain how everything works and answering our questions. Although it was a long process, Colin was so good at making sure we were taken care of. He was so personable, kind, and incredible at his job! I love my new Mazda CX-5 and has been so easy to use!

2022-06-23I recently purchased a Mazda CX-5 and I had an excellent experience. I tend to ask a lot of questions before I step foot in a dealership. I worked with Tareq Wahed and he responded to all of me emails and calls promptly and politely. I have walked out of 6 or more dealerships recently due to poor customer service, mysoginystic comments, sleezy sales tactics and ridiculous market adjustments and dealer add-ons. Tareq was polite, quick, efficient and he didnt try any tactics. They gave me a fair price on my trade-in. Colin in finance explained all the options I could add thoroughly but I didnt feel pressured or scammed. He got everything completed quickly and he was pleasant to work with. While I was waiting the GM was walking around the building touching up the walls and cleaning. I appreciate seeing someone take pride in their building. I would definitely recommend Denton Mazda and especially Tareq.

2022-03-22It was a very pleasant experience purchasing my car with Denton Mazda. Patrick and Andrew were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. What stood out the most was the overall business policy of the dealership. Amidst the current craziness, many dealerships have resorted to crazy markups , mandatory addons and such. This dealership maintained that they don’t have such practices, and that’s impressive . The true nature of any business becomes obvious when things are not normal. 2022-04-20I bought CX-5 from Denton Mazda; before I went shopping here, I visited many other dealers, and they asked for at least $1k to $1.5k on top of MSRP, but here, the price is reasonable, and everyone is friendly and professional. The showroom is clean and organized.I contacted Chris Garner by email; he is fantastic and professional! He listed all the prices and detail through the email and gave me the time frame when the vehicle would be available, which saved me a lot of time. Chris helped me hold one CX-5, but there was a lot of back and forth on my side; Chris was very patient and finally assisted me to switch to another one and helped me get the vehicle and the color I liked.It was an excellent experience; the whole process went very smoothly, I really like my CX-5, and I will definitely come back to Denton Mazda and recommend it to my friends and family.

2022-02-26Awesome experience. Super friendly staff. I had just bought a used Mazda and they didnt charge me for running a quick diagnostic on it. Ordered a few parts and going to pick them up in a few days. Definitely recommend their services department

2022-03-06Yesterday was my first time going to this dealership for service. I was made to feel like a VIP. Angela in service addressed all my questions and was beyond kind. Walked us out to our car- and I truly felt valued. Andrew in finance stopped chatted and we talked dogs seeing that our four legged daughter came along. He was very knowledgeable, and I have no doubt I will return in a few months when my lease is due to end. Keep up the great work!!!

2022-01-26Take your business elsewhere! I came in to buy transmission fluid and the tech told me that i could return what I didnt use after selling me 6 quarts when I needed 3. I ended up finding that my transmission fluid had been changed previously. Upon returning, I am told the business had sold, so they could not take a simple return because there was record of the transaction, even tho literally nothing in the building had changed. I would not trust a business to sell you a new car when they have absolutely no integrity nor the capability of keeping basic records. Mazdas are good cars, but take your business elsewhere.

2022-03-08Only used the service department so Ill comment on it. There is room for improvement. Dropped my car off on a Saturday due to a hairline crack in the radiator cap housing at 8:30am. Was told I could pick up the car about 4:00pm. and the part would need to be ordered and was covered fortunately under warranty. Couple of bolts and four hoses I believe so they did not get to working on my car until late in the day. Fair enough. First scheduled first served. I was told I would get a call when the part arrived at the dealership since I had an updated appointment for the following Saturday. With the freezing weather I figured I better call on the Friday before our Saturday appointment since I still received a confirmation reminder our appointment was still on. Im glad I called because the part did not come in as expected. Would I have received a call before they closed? Dont know. I rescheduled for the following Saturday again for 9:00am. I called the day before and the part had made it in. Dropped the car off at 9:00am and recevied a call at 3:15pm it would be done by 3:45. When I went to review the repair the old antifreeze from the original leak was still on the front of the engine. Jason did offer to have it power washed off ( tech should of cleaned it off originally ). The car works but a little better communication would go very far. The dealer is convenient due to the distance from our home but leaving my car all day for a 30 minute job can be a bit frustrating. Ill give them another chance though.

2022-05-27I have never been treated so awful by a dealership( I have talked to many dealerships while shopping for a car). I talked to a man name JOHN KURFMAN who was very rude, disrespectful and pushy towards me. He would keep speaking over me and interrupting me. I was looking to purchase a car from this dealership, however due to Johns awful customer service I will never buy from this dealership nor will I be recommending this place to friends or family. Awful treatment of potential customers.
