Typical used car shysters. Had a deal to buy a truck today. Sold it out from under me while they were appraising my trade in. All while I sat around and waited 45 minutes. Salesman Keith said sorry. Manager I can see why you are upset, can we find you something else. Wasted an entire day dealing with these clowns. I would expect this at big Buds auto sales on the side of the road, but not a major dealer with good reviews. Be careful, these people are far from honest and looking for a fast buck.
Was probably the best experience buying a car I have had. Great team from the manager David to the salesman Jon Curfman to the finance side. They never tried to sell me a car I wasnt interested in. Were not pushy in any way and was upfront and honest the whole time. I dont write many reviews but these guys deserve to have the max stars you can guve plus an extra.
Bought a 2015 Ford F350 from the used dealership and they talked me into a high end insurance policy bumper to bumper and every time I used it it was atleast 600 out of pocket and when I traded the vehicle in they wouldnt help to get a rebate off the insurance never ever will I go back and if your considering to use their services RUN
Keith Barbin with Classic of Denton encompasses what all car salesmen should strive to be. He went above and beyond to get our business moving the very mountains to accomplish his task. There should be statues in the Vatican espousing the pinnacle that Keith represents in the used car market today. Other sales people should be humbled to breath the same air as this paragon of steward of salesmanship!
I was able to get the vehicle within a day of test driving it. Their price was competitive and the dealership was transparent about their offer. Markous Williams was my point of contact and he helped make the process as smooth as possible while providing me with all the information I needed.
Great experience!! Bought a used Yukon from these guys and the sale went great. However, when I got home I noticed a small crack on my dash. I called Don up at the dealership and he said bring it back and he would make it right. Don repaired the damage, communicated well throughout the short 3 day wait, and really took care of us. People who do business like this will get my business every time and bring me back to buy again knowing that I can trust the process on the next big investment. Thanks Don you definitely earned my business.
I recently bought a car here and wow, what an amazing place. Josh, the car salesman that helped me out, disclosed all the information I would need to know about the vehicles I was looking at. It was very clear that he was keeping my best interest in mind as a first time car buyer & not just trying to sell me something to make his commission. There were a few bumps in the road (no pun intended) when it came to the financial part but, all in all, they fixed it and upheld their high expectation of superior customer service. I do not write reviews but this place ended up treating me well and it should be known that they are an awesome place to shop for a car!

I’m always on high alert when shopping for a nice and clean used car. I expect a pushy sales experience. My wife and I visited a couple dealerships and ultimately purchased today from Classic of Denton because they had the right car. But I will come back again because of our experience. Cameron Hutchens worked with us today and I can’t say enough positive things about this young man. Every aspect of this shopping experience was positive.

Came home with my dream car today all thanks to Jeff Trautman. He was truly a pleasure to work with, and very helping and caring! It wasn’t about just making a sale with him, he went out of his way to truly take care of me and made my very first car buying experience a memorable one! UPDATE: I also canceled my extended warranty and went to the dealership to sign the cancel forms with the finance manager over a month ago and to my amazement (not reallly) it never was submitted to Ally at all. So I had to cancel that myself directly with Ally. Thats such poor business practice. Rule of thumb the longer you wait you run the chance of not getting your full amount returned cause of bad business practices. If I could rate a no star I would. I will never do business or refer anyone to classic of DentonI am disappointed with my purchase cause I dont think they really inspect there used vehicles well. Mine has a strut driver front issue and the window lock is broken. Yes I shouldve been more through on my end. I guess I just assumed that stuff like that wouldve been check properly. The finance was the highlight of the visit he actually treated me like a person and not a number
I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at this location. Between Mike McNamara (salesman) and David (finance) I was able to drive away in the exact car I wanted without any complications. They made my car buying experience stress-free. I would definitely recommend Mike to anybody who is looking to get a car - he was very helpful.

I got a good deal on a SUV from Stacy Sikes last week. She listened to what I wanted (which should be a given but was not my experience at some other dealerships) didnt try to sell me on something I didnt want and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. It was the most pleasant car purchase I ever made. Everyone in the process were professionals and I highly recommend shopping there.
*update**Part was installed today. I havent had any other electrical issues. So hopefully no more problems there.Rick was great in getting the issues handled and cleared up quickly. *Just bought a used expedition from them in June. Started having electrical issues. They said to take it to Bill Utter to get warranty work done. Thats all fixed and now my car wont start and the battery is smoking. Im going to be doing some research on lemon laws soon. Plus I still havent heard back about a part that was ordered 4 months ago.
Just wasted 3 hours here and left extremely upset and disappointed. We recently had our car totaled and are looking to get a new vehicle asap. We have no car currently, so we uber-ed to this dealership with the intention of leaving with a car. We got there and walked around the lot for a few minutes before anyone came to greet us. The guy (Jon) told us that we should fill some paperwork out so wed know what we would be approved for. Went inside to do all of that, waited a while and then Jon came back to tell us there were 3 cars we would be able to get approved on. The first two cars we looked at we werent interested in but we fell in love with the third car. Jon gave us the keys and let us drive it around before we made our decision. We went back inside and Jon started the paperwork on everything, we also noted that the drivers side door had quite a bit of damage on it. We told them we didnt mind the damage but asked if there would be some sort of discount because of it to which Jons superior refused saying they would take a loss and they prefer to make sure they get maximum profit. That was a bit of a red flag, but we tried to continue on since we really liked the car. It took over an hour for everything to go through and then Jon and his superior came out and told us that the bank will charge a 2300$ fee, wed take a loss so we wont sell this car to you. We asked if there was ANY way we could work something out and add the extra onto the price since we really liked that car and need one now. They flat out refused to even attempt to work with us on that and instead drove up a 2009 gross, worn out looking car with 118k miles on it and said we could have that or nothing. We refused and asked again if there was ANY WAY we could work something out for the other car, and again they refused. Mind you, our credit isnt the best around but it also isnt the worst and we werent trying to get anything super fancy or ridiculous -The car we wanted was only 15k and we were even willing to pay the extra fee. Extremely disappointed with the way we were treated and the amount of time we wasted at this place, especially since they said we would get approved.
They had the car I wanted in my budget, even though I wanted the car in a manual that had been difficult to find. My salesman was very polite, and had us in and out within a few hours, with a great payment. My mazda 3 hasnt given me any problems. I would recommend classic of denton to anyone looking to buy a used car.
If you need a preowned car, this is your place. We were having a TOUGH time car shopping. Luckily, Jerrod was able to find us a car within our budget. And Derrett worked some magic in the finance department. Both guys stayed an hour and a half past closing just so we could leave with a car that day. We left there with a great car and no time wasted. Best experience I have ever had in car shopping. Thank you so much guys!!

This was undoubtedly one of the best experiences I have ever had with a pre-owned car dealer. JT is the man to ask for...he has integrity, knowledge, and a remarkable willingness to help thats way above what one normally encounters at dealerships. I wanted to give a shout out to Travis. I bought a car from this business on 08/19. From the very beginning he made the experience easy. He did an outstanding job of taking care of the process of purchasing a vehicle. When you call up there to Denton classic, make sure you ask for Travis.
A few weeks ago, our family totalled one of our vehicles. We were in need of another and a few of my coworkers suggested classic pre-owned. We were greeted by Travis Allen. This young man, breaks the car salesman stereotype. We asked him to give it to us straight and he did. Honesty goes a long way in my book and travis is exactly that. We gave him some pretty tough questions that needed answers and he had an answer for every single one. This man will go out of his way to make sure you are happy with your purchase, and doesnt try to force anything on you. He even picked up on my liking of the mazda miata parked out front and let me take it out for a spin. I will be back in a few months to purchase another vehicle from original preowned, they have earned my business.
We just bought our third car from Classic in Denton. The first two were new Mazdas. This time we decided to look at used cars. I went to Classic Pre-owned one Thursday evening and Travis Allen was there to greet me. It was pouring rain and he still walked the lot with me, because I hadnt decided exactly what i wanted. Travis asked me some questions to help narrow it down, and that Saturday I was driving away in my new-to-me 2014 Jeep Wrangler. I love the Jeep and look forward to purchasing our next vehicle from the folks at Classic in Denton. Thanks to all and especially to Travis Allen!
I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle here on April 20 2017 and I must say it has been the best car buying experience I have ever had the staff was very polite and friendly and our salesmen Jon Curfman was extremely helpful throughout the entire process he was more then willing to work with us and put absolutely no pressure on us in to purchasing a car at the end of the day I was able to get the car I wanted at a reasonable price and I will most definitely be purchasing another vehicle from them when the time comes it was absolutely worth the Hour drive we had to make to get there a special thanks to Jon Curfman and Charlie the Finance Manager.
They run your credit on another vehicle without my approval Because thy had sold the truck I was getting wendsday before thanksgiving and they sold the truck to another buyer had me ware my time and on top of that I drove all the way from garland with money cash and all the manger said to me was it’s a business with a smerk I’ve never felt so pissed and belittled

2021-10-18Everyone is professional and timely. My salesperson John was awesome. They didnt have a problem changing a tire that was leaking air. However when they rotated they tires before I bought it they put bold tires that are showing threads. Which I didnt notice because they were on the inside of the tires. Instead of just buying two new ones because its the safe thing to do, I was told it passed inspection so there is nothing they could do, even though it hasnt even been 3 months since I bought it.

2021-11-22I didnt purchase a car my nephew and his wife. She bought this lovely little car. I just waited in my car in parking lot. The people were friendly the ones that I talked to. The transaction didnt seem to take long. outside of this thats all I can say lot and building was very clean and tidy.

2022-03-30Bought a used 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Power steering reservoir was empty when checking the car on the test drive. Highly recommend Double checking your vehicle when buying from this dealership.

2021-10-27If I could give them 6 stars I would. I called them and explained that I was the victim of a hit and run that totaled my car and needed to quickly find a replacement vehicle. I gave them a price point that I had to work with. They let me know the next day that they might have something. I went to their dealership and closed the deal on a vehicle in my price range. Great service and as a customer they made me feel appreciated.

2017-06-06I really hate car buying. The entire process irks me, and I most assuredly dont want to be sold. I do my research well in advance to scheduling a test drive, and need a facilitator more than a salesperson.JT Sherrad was willing and able to cut to the chase, and help me make my final decision with as little fuss as possible. He answered every question I had, and even took the initiative in solving the issues that stood between me and my final purchase. He got me through the paperwork and out the door quickly and efficiently. Just what I like.JT is a no-nonsense, amiable guy. I can say with certainty that his knowledge, helpfulness, and personality made the difference in my final decision to buy.

2021-01-13They had the car we wanted on their lot as advertised and offered us a really good trade in deal. Our sales person was Josh Grady and he was awesome. Definitely the best car buying experience ive ever had.
