This facility is well stocked and the staff are extremely helpful. Considering the issues some stores are having restocking this year, this store has done a fantastic job maintaining stock of all supplies.
Its a standard Wal Mart, not 24/7 anymore, but stays open late enough for me to shop at after shift. Does everything a Wal Mart should, but in my experience, neither staff nor selection up to the level of the newer Wal Mart near Helen of Troy
I bought a vacum, saw it for 125, and didnt notice when paying a paid 199. I came back to get reimbursment of the difference because obviously it was there fault not mine. They did not want to do it, they prefered for me to take the vacum back return it, get my 199 back and go buy it to another walmart. Such a stupid thing to lose a customer for 70 bucks!
Walmart is to get most of their clothes from China (which I avoid due to chinas human rights violations). But now I noticed that they have a wide variety of places the clothes come from, and that is good. Also they are less expensive than many other stores but still good quality, and good styles.Also, they have good deals on electronics. But I didnt look at that department so I dont know if they have a lot of Chinese made items.The only downside is that they are always very busy!
The employees are rude and will walk right through you. Nice to see security walking around checking handicap and in the store

What do you expect just another Walmart some of them have better employees than others this one seemed all right the lines are very long as they only had three lanes open there was probably close to 200 people in the store waiting in line there was three lines that went all the way back to the back aisles. There was four people at the door to make sure nobody stole anything supervisor staying around. When you have a job like that you are a supervisor when I get thick, dont just stand there, roll up your sleeves and help. thats customer service!
Pretty good quality food...Great deals on TVs and projectors as well as screensJust make sure you dont buy any phones here it will be impossible to return them even the salesmen tell you they are returnable.

I had an interview here for a job on November 30,2021 and I was told I was hired by Michael Crowe.After the interview the next step was to do the background check,( I have a clean criminal record),and wait for the orientation which I was supposed to do on Friday December 3,2021. I accepted the job offer and the day before orientation Walmart decided to cut me off and choose someone else.They wasted my time and money since I canceled my other job interviews because I was told I was hired by Walmart and was already going through their hiring process. I feel like Walmart is a shady and unethical corporation for lying to people including me,a disabled veteran.I feel like they discriminated against me.

The place is big, make sure that you download the app, and search what you are looking for in there, it will give you the aisle where you can find it, and there is a map also available so you know where things are located.The place was surprisingly clean and the employees were friendly and helpful in the self check out process
Walmart is always busy and understocked. The people make it more interesting though. Avoid paydays and major holidays and your experience wont be too bad.

This store is well organized, I always find my products. All workers at this store are friendly trained, they just need to change that lady at customer service in charge, is a hassle to swap one of my items. A problem that I never had before at any store.
It would be a 5 only because they have everything we need but the customer service is horrible and the associates who work in pick up area like to run people over with their carts. Not even an “excuse me” they just push the cart against you so you can move .They be speed walking down the isles and that is a safety hazard because they could hit someone. SMH

Store is kept too warm otherwise good store!Revised: store is still too warm. I wore 2 face masks and by the time I was ready to check out, I felt like I might be sick and possibly pass out. Combination of too warm in the store, lack of fresh air (masks issue) and possibly dehydration. Stephany saw I was looking a little pale and asked me if she could help. This young lady went out of her way to make sure I was ok, checked out my items for me and made sure I felt better by the time items were scanned and paid. Walmart, you have a winner in this employee. Stephany is an example that rivals none in excellent customer service skills, and reflects the kind of change you want to see in the world. I normally do not come to this store but this young woman has totally changed my opinion of this store. She made me feel human, not an anonymous face in a very large crowd. Her caring and compassion should be rewarded as you just dont meet wonderful people like her everyday. Kudos Ms Stephany! Thank you for caring about me yesterday! Once I downed the chilled coffee I added to my purchases and sat down in my car, and took off the masks, I felt much better. :)
I think Walmart has always been the top notch establishment. This store has it all from front door delivery, scan your own items, pay with your phone and much more. The staff is willing to help whenever needed excellent customer service

I really love Walmart management work in El paso Texas because they are building teams from different Americans people to United the American. I notice they mix music in store to get customer close and even them none English speakers employees and speak good value inside them it is more then bussines for any one because they building and helpings American people to get closer yes prices is great and customers are from all different Americans class which show them value that they want American people customers, employees and management .

Since moving to El Paso, TX, we have shopped at this Walmart Supercenter for all of our needs, food, clothes, pharmacy, etc. Several times we have needed to locate an item and we were able to get help quickly. We use the stores locator app on our cell phone; about 90% of the time, the app is correct. We love shopping at this Walmart; the selection, clean, friendly employees, and of course the prices and price matching (savings). Beats shopping at several stores for the best price.

Not my store preference but I was in the area...anyway was at the deli counter and the two ladies were there just talking... I asked if i could get some ham, one of the ladies named Yolanda said she had clocked out already, yet continued to talk to the other lady🙄 I asked the other lady if she could help me and she proceeded to get the ham and take it to the slicer. Yolanda followed her and they continued their conversation. After 20 minutes of waiting another young girl came and she asked if I was already being helped o told her I had asked for ham but was still waiting. She then was the one who helped me. I left and Yolanda and her friend were still having a conversation
The prices are great and the store was very clean. I would have given it a 5 star but the employees arent very friendly. I ask where something is and they give you attitude also the cashier that helped didnt give good customer service. She wasnt frienldly at all. She barely even said hi. Thanks for listening.

I would say Im neither pleased nor displeased. Walmart is a pretty common and typical grocery store around here, for anyone who is unaware(I guess youd probably have to be a foreigner or something at this point). They didnt have everything I was shopping for. WalMart tends to have conventional products and cheap products produced in China. They might not be the lowest-end grocery/retail chain, but they are close to it. Theres nothing really impressive about this company. Its all about profits over everything (quality, employee wages and pensions, community support and involvement, even customer experience). Ive known this for a long time. I try not to shop at Walmart as much as possible, because shopping there is truly supporting the systems that are destroying this planet, but when funds are tight sometimes that store is the only choice. This is a reflection of our times, and a statement about monopolies and widespread oppression. This is why Im neither pleased, nor displeased. I knew what I was getting into before I got there. This wasnt my first rodeo, so to speak. I would suggest to shop at Whole Foods, but that is owned by another conglomerate. Maybe Sprouts? Its owned by Albertsons I believe. I think the best lesson is to shop locally, but thats not always an option and is usually very dependent upon season.
This Walmart was super dirty. The cashiers very unfriendly. It looked like they could not afford janitors. The bathrooms were so dirty I was afraid to use the facilities . I only come home once a year but I can definitely see the change in it every time .
Well what can I say its Walmart. The prices are affordable and products are now available! But the employees are just miserable. Some are happy to see you others like the one who was running self checkout are just existing and showing up for their paycheck. But its Walmart and it isnt run the same as it was when Sam Walton was alive. God rest his soul. Anyways most things are in stock so, knock yourself out!!! 🤣

What can I say? Its huge, larger than many other Walmarts Ive been in. Its stocked with everything that you would expect to find at Walmart. The quality in Walmart franchise stores has never been great, but the prices reflect that too. Its a convenient store to shop in, and the customer service is friendly.
The place had a lot going on because of Christmas but it was still so clean.
I know customer service isnt the best at Walmart, but today was particularly terrible. I had to wait almost an hour to be helped at the sporting goods counter (all while trying to find someone who could help me). While checking out another employee refused to help us out with an item which failed to scan. I know its a big store but it was pretty bad overall.
UPDATE 3 months later still disappointing. A tall white guy in a yellow vest in cold items, had the airpods in both ears,I kept saying sir, excuse me sir..nothing. some kid had puked & they needed it cleaned up..just living his best life lol. no sanitizer cart wipes & no one spraying down the carts?! Come on walmart help stop the spread.The shelves were bare,out of many items. The store was MESSY appeared dirty, non of the hand sanitizers where working. BRING BACK THE SANITIZATION SOAP BRING BACK THE SANITIZED WIPES CLEAN UP MR.MANAGER

Best Walmart in EP but by looms of it we going down bad on products which this walmart is always stocked wats going on with the products. Bleach.lysol never ever stocked u always have to ask and they bring from back. They say theyre u.der staffed come on now walmart!!!
Thank goodness for the greeters at the door both as coming into the store as I was exiting as well. Extremely friendly employees at both entrance and exit. Unfortunately I cannot say the same thing for the woman at the self-service checkouts. I I dont know her name as I couldnt see her badge she was talking to another employee, a male they both had yellow vests on, if that has anything to do with it. I said excuse me because I needed help. After four times before she actually acknowledged me. Didnt even have the courtesy to say just a moment or anything of that nature.I never knew that coworkers were more important than customers. The self checked out register that I was using was very dirty and I needed to weigh some bananas, I asked her for help. She went and she didnt even say just a moment, Ill be back, thank you, whatever, anything...she left supposedly I guess to get a cleaner took a long time and I know I waited a good 5 minutes there. I just left the bananas there, paid and left without the bananas. Horrible customer service. Maybe these people need additional training so that customer service is number one priority to anything else. If management does not know how to go about this, he or she, may want to speak to the general manager at the Zaragoza store. Mr Carlos Ramirez knows how to run a business. Unfortunately I was on the west side of the city and thought I can go to this Walmart. So sad that mine was a horrible experience. Ill stick to the east side of the city.

I was shopping for some items while in from out of town. I wanted to try on the bathing suits I was looking to fry because bathing suits are usually awkward fit for me. I waited awhile before an employee finally came up and told me fitting rooms were closed although they had no sign stating the fitting rooms close at 7. She then told me they don’t allow bathing suits to be tried in anyway. This bathing suit has clearly been tried on before because it had makeup stains on it.
Was okay even with a lack of merchandise and medical equipment to expensive.
First time to this Walmart in El Paso while on our way to Las Vegas. We stopped to pick up a few items we needed for the road trip. Everything was just like our own Walmart back home which is something I come to expect.
I hate going to any Walmart store. They are a zoo, all the time...very stressful. I always shop online, a lot less stress. I only come here to do a return. Do your self a favor and shop their online store, so much easier in the long run.
In and out service. Lately walmart has stocked up on things that are unavailable at other stores. Was pleasantly surprised to find the powdered washing soap I cant find anywhere else. Pricey but what can we do inflation is hitting us hard.
I had to walk a long distance through the parking lot. When I got there the greeter realized I was having trouble breathing and grabbed me a chair so that I can sit down and wait for a cart. Some of the security guards waited with me until I was able to get a cart. They brought me water and made sure I was ok.
Poor service. Items in wrong spot on the shelf. Item rang up for $2 more than I expected. Went back, took a picture of label and price. She said it was for a different item. It was. Grr. Shelve things in the right spot and honor the mistakes made in store.
I liked this location, as the majority of them, theyre very similar, however in this one theres always somebody that you can ask help finding something.The parking is very large, so theres always space, maybe not that close to the store, but you will find.I also like that this store is associated with the app, so you can use the app to navigate through it.
This is the BEST Wal-Mart Ive been too. Its CLEAN, counters are full, plenty of friendly staff and actual human cashiers with no wait lines!!!! The best, the management has done a great job. I wish ALL stores would use them as an example!

Steer clear of outdoors section. Not the older gentleman but the obviously upset guy youll see working the aisles and counters sometimes. Cant even browse the knives without him getting all flustered and irritated. Think his name was Roberto? Same with the guy walking near there, a Caucasian guy with glasses, I think hes some sort of supervisor. Id feel bad for the people working under those two. If youre gonna be highly opinionated and angry for no reason, just stay home.
I do not understand why they have self check out if later at the door they have the door greeter treating you like a thief counting item per item but dont do it to the rest -Its true what they say people treat you how they see you. I guess because I was wearing sweater and thights with saddles and I also was having a bad hair day lol. Maybe next time I have to dress like a CEO to be treated like the fairly-

Used WalMart+ scan and go for the first time at this location. I guess not too many people use it cause I wasnt sure how to pay at the end at the self checkout and neither did the employee but we figured it out. Let me tell you between curbside, delivery, and scan and go I dont mind the trips to Walmart any more.
The associates at Walmart have somehow gotten friendlier and more helpful. There used to not be an associate in sight when you needed help. Then when you were lucky enough to find one they were almost always -- not every single one of them -- they were almost always really rude. As I said, it has gotten better.

I dont know about Wal Mart as a whole but this Wal Mart is a good place to go if you are in dire need of groceries and dont want to spend a lot of money on that. And believe me in todays age, you have to save as much as you can.My nitpick though is the womens clothing department. It is a bit expensive there. I expected it to be more reasonably priced but unless there is a sale, you have better luck going to Ross or a Good Will store.

It wasnt very busy, so was able to shop quickly. There was a couple of items that I wanted, but they were out of stock. I saw several customers walking around with no masks on 😷
About 40 before closing time they close the general merchandise entrance, if you came in thru that door, you must exit using the grocery exit, by the way, on the way to the entrance you came in NO ONE tells you it is closed, so you have to walk all the way there, then turn back and walk the length of the store, exit and walk the length of the store on the outside, to the place where you parked, several employees see you walk to the closed exit, and say NOTHING, I am sure it is amusing...

This Walmart on Mesa street smells awful, smells like gas from a sewage line. This is the only store that smells this way. I live 5 minutes from this location and I prefer driving a little further to the location on Artcraft.
I went early in the morning to avoid any crowd., and it worked. The store was clean and extremely well staffed. That brings me to my issue, the only check-out lanes open with one person working the entire check-out. So should I get paid for running, the cash register and bagging my items? If the overhead of employees are included in the price of my items, should I not get the service of said employees?
Found 2 Funko Pops I wasnt expecting and gave them as a gift to a niece I never had...*insert Awwww moment* her brother never answered us back when we asked him if he wanted one but never replied but she did & glad Walmart had them.

Went in & out.... Found what I was looking for even though it was not where store app located but otherwise found it. Customer service in Garden Center where christmas lights and decorations are found was somewhat bad. The assistant mgr was good at helping me out about 50/50 but I noticed that some of the employees did not have their masks on or below the nose especially one associate who was terribly rude and wouldnt help anyone as he was sticking lights. Bad terrible service within staff.

Store does not really follow social distancing! Too many employees wandering around with not much to do! The best thing they can do is open up the checkout line so people can get out of there quicker! Also the repetitiveness of the announcement of when they are closing are super annoying!

The main reason this Walmart got four stars instead of five is due to the horrible condition of their shopping carts. I tried at least five! , different shopping carts and all of them were all but impossible to push.

Ended up getting a display box empty display box no item inside , however manager Luis and his assistant Mario, helped me with this situation ! Very professional very respectful towards the customer ! Again Luis was very responsive attentive he made sure i got the help i needed and Mario assisted me with the situation as well ! Very professional I recommend this walmart they really helped me with my situation of an empty display box also becky was such a charm she is an amazing customer service rep ! She helped me as well good job walmart !
Ever since the opening, this particular store has struggled with stocking inventory. The drive up grocery pick up is very disorganized and disappointing. Good employees like Vince and Joeeric are left fixing other peoples slack. Ive written multiple surveys emailed to me with no evident changes
Walmart is getting it somewhat right. I dont know the capacity of customers within the store or if they are really keeping count of how many go out to let people in. But what I can see is no more respect for 6 feet apart. People are now all close to each other.🥺😑😔🤔 To many people within the store. 😷😷😷 75% capacity was not a good idea.
I went on what I thought would be a quiet day BUT it turns out it was the day that everyone went to pick up school supplies before they were sold out. The aisles were difficult to navigate due to the number of people. However, all of the employees were very friendly and helpful and that made the additional time I had to spend there much more pleasant. The stock was somewhat depleted but I found about 90% of the items I needed.

They can be better staffed
This Walmart is on a very busy shopping center with too much automobile activity. Parking lot was full and had to walk quite a ways after parking. Store was very busy at the time.
Lacks any attention to the people who shop there. Employees are rude or curt most of the time. They have twelve registers and only 2-3 are ever open. I feel that they force me to use the self checkout, and I personally enjoy having a genuine human experience. Better off going to Target or Albertsons for the few extra bucks.
So impressed with people who bring things out for curbside pickup at Walmart on North Mesa, El Paso. Tried to find way to tell the store manager. No luck. Want those on charge to know what a fine job these employees are doing.
No Texas Pete, yet this is El Paso 🤔^this is my original review^EDIT:Workers there are kind of rude, granted I don’t blame them given their workplace and I haven’t met all of them, but still says a lot about this specific location.My reason for updating this review is that my father was buying beer for himself today while I had come with to get some more polaroid film, they didn’t let my dad buy his beer because I am under 21, and I am just appalled.We have the same last name, he is listed as my sponsor on my military ID (I didn’t serve, he did and he’s the reason I have it) and I see no reason as to why this would happen.

In el paso, Texas. The employees at this and every Walmart i went to in this city, were amazing.
I ran in quickly to grab some creamer. Wow , $128 later i went home with amazingly great deals on craft supplies, bike accessories, t shirts and a few household items and groceries i didnt know i needed.
All was OK really BAD on the Pharmacy side.... The Pharmacy attendant was mad or something or maybe she was having a bad day.. Which is not my Problem... Need to be more customer service oriented.
Walmart has improve a lot more. Lots of nice items, grocery area ,much better. Also bought some thick ribeye steaks and even I was surprised. They came out tender,you can smell the steak,from a poor steak to a high quality . I was amazed.😊

Terrible. I stood in line to check out. They only had 3 checkers open. They were going so slow. Im sure they are trained to do that so that customers will get frustrated and go to the self check out. But today is my day off so why should I work at Walmart for free. I dont mind a few self check isles but when there are more self check than regular check outs that is ridiculous.

This Walmart on the Westside Ill make trips to see that another Walmart may not have and also because the Home Depot is next door to Walmart. I was looking for a new toaster and didnt have in stock the brand I wanted. Im very picky as to what I buy and I know a good brand when I see one that comes down to the design and the materials used for any product. The problem Ive seen with many people is when they make comparisons from one brand & another and end up buying the cheap one only because of the price. Comment sense doesnt exist anymore, unfortunately! I also worked at this Walmart back in the year 2000 for a year and a half and left at the right time because of changes that were taking place at this Walmart back then. After I left, I came to visit after 3 months or so and immediately I saw the changes of what I wasnt happy at all. I just thought I made a good decision to leave Walmart.
Could not find everything I needed.
Good place to find everything you need under one roof. From grocery, clothes, to household goods. Have been coming here for years, and still can’t find an employee who can answer a question to help you find anything. Once I asked where I could find a soap dish, she took me to dish washing liquid. She was so helpful and polite, I didn’t have the heart to tell her dish washing liquid isn’t a soap dish.
Amador in the electronic section went above and beyond when I asked him for assistance purchasing video game accessories. It would have been very difficult for my wife and I to make the purchase without his assistance.
Plenty of people shopping right now, no headcount, hand sanitizer is optional at entrance and some guy just coughed all over the bagged produce. Not just a clear my throat cough but a sick cough.

The app shows the items I wanted were in stock at a specific store on Mesa, (Bike tubes). After having to go through the covid line and all that... They didnt have the items in stock. The app kept saying they were available. Obviously, the staff reacted like thats not my problem.
Horrible customer service, at least in this El Paso Texas location.Once in the store, called for assistance in regards product I was planning to buy but no one helped.

TOP LOCATION Walmart off I-10, X11 (Mesa) with several different types of restaurants, Home Depot, movie theater, hotels, AND CITY BUS TERMINAL (nice, security monitored, frequent buses). No sweat; Walmart cart collectors (3 together) walk around the El Paso style wall to the bus terminal behind the store DAILY! 😉
The cashier was really nice and was very patience with this old lady. Always with smile. Thanks young lady, with people like you, there is a future.
They had a good majority of what I needed, few things they didnt. Sense of urgency was ok.
I needed help figuring out how to print pictures from my phone. They assisted me and were pleasant. The store looked clean and organized. I did not use the restroom so Im not sure what that looked like. I found everything I needed for a Pinterest project.
ONLY TWO OF EACH ITEM ALLOWED. A bit of a line at 0600 but there was bleach and Lysol spray, no toilet paper or paper towels or POTATOES. Walmart workers were working hard stocking shelves with whatever had been delivered over night. Sleepy customers were polite and tried to remember to keep a 6 foot distance from each other. I just went to buy groceries and pay some bills. I was waiting in the money center line for over a hour until it was my turn then this Clerk lady name Juana goes off on me speaking spanish. First of All , I am third generation Mexican born in USA, I do not speak Spanish. Second her tone was not need , she did not have to argue with me about the bill statement being a few months old . I know the amounts I need to pay . Third thing , if she was not going to take my payment then i guess Walmart does not want my money. I bought my groceries at Target.
Store wasnt too busy. Although I found most thing I was looking for, the mapping in the app gave me several wrong locations. More than enough help available from the employees.
Shopping at Walmart is always good, but today wasnt. Needed to use the Ladies restroom in the back of the store and was not able to use it due to the fact that it was lock. It would have been very considerate if management would of at least write a sign stating these Restrooms are out of order or been repaired. Sign a very disappointed customer.
Friendly staff. Its nice to see good prices and stocked shelves. At 9am on Sunday, still a lighter crowd . For the most part, people were self-monitoring their social distancing.
Its been said that El Paso is a hotbed for La Rona with cases increasing daily. Today we had to go to Walmart. Everyone, even those physically distanced and waiting in line outside in102° heat, were wearing masks. Everyone followed the directional arrows. The security police were jovial, shoppers were respectful, staff were wiping carts before moving them toward customers, and no one had a meltdown when asked to show their receipt. How wonderful when people behave like decent human beings! Feeling proud of my hometown. #elpasostrong
I usually go to this Walmart, and last time I went (last time I ever go to this Walmart) I decided not to use plastic bags, because of the environment. I paid and I was going through the exit, when suddenly this lady yelled at me from like 30 feet from and told me to stop. I waited for her and she asked me for my recipe, I gave it to her and whit the little scanner she had on her belt she scanned EVERY SINGLE ITEM and tried to match it with my recipe. I’ve never been that embarrassed, everyone was looking at me like a damn shoplifter. And all because I decided to take care of the environment.Thanks Walmart ❤️

Its always packed with people who are rude . Now they search their honest paying customers on the way out against the receipt.They need to find a better way to implement loss prevention. This is Walmart not Sams.

Went at a peak hour (my fault). Workers, including management at the time were just huddled chit chatting and not assisting customers. I asked 4 employees for a price checker. One said shed check for me on her handheld after assisting a guest. I waited and when she came back, she loudly announced to another coworker she was out for the night. Completely ignoring me as I stood there. The other 3 referred me to electronics. Misunderstanding thinking they were guiding me to a self checker, the 3rd employee clarified to ask the person in electronics. Why bombard the employee when I can just check it myself. (One by toys had a paper with sharpie stating it was out of order). Over all messy, horrible staff and smells like McDonalds (located at the back of the store). Im not looking for a personal shopping assistance, just a working price scanner.
They always have fresh deli and fruits and vegetables. A really convenient grocery store to have close by.
Walmart is awesome but the shoppers need to have consideration for humanity.
Walmart is usually pretty busy at any time. Due to the pandemic the waiting lane can get pretty long but fortunately the employee are super helpful and help the customers. Check the store hours as they are constantly changing due the federal phase covid 19 plan.

I rarely receive a thank you. The only friendly employees Ive run into are the greeters. I brought my own bags and the cashier wasnt happy. She loaded every can and jar in one bag, it weighed at least 30 # and when I told her it was too heavy, she repliedthats what you get when you bring your own bags. I cant go back and forth between bags.???? I do my grocery shopping at Albertsons now. Oh, my total was over $200.00 and she couldnt squeeze out a thank you.
Overall its clean , everything is easy to find, the staff is friendly and helpful. It used to be 24 hours but because of covid they close too early 10 pm , which many everyone complaines about ....
The male restroom located at the back area of the store needed attention; however, after notifying the problem to one of the employees the cleaning person arrived to the location. The front restroom did not have paper towels in the dispenser; therefore, I deducted two stars in my review. Everything else was great.
Is walmart I dont think this store can have a bad or good review. Is just the store that all the people need in their lifes. Even in there is bad service we all need to go to walmart. I dont know the other location, but this one is not very efficient, when you ask for help the person helping you is as lost as you are. The self service registers are a pain in. . . ., the actual cashier is talking with another employee most of the time, they are rude, and take forever to go and help you. I prefer the old school cashiers, and there is even times that I have to make line and the manager or other employees tell me to go to the self service register, but no I prefer to wait.Still bad service, I really dont recommend this particular store in particular. I think that is what we deserve for wanting cheap merchandise
I did not wait in line, nor have me temperature checked but Masks are required upon entrance. Altogether the store was tidy including the restrooms.
If there could be a zero star review Id leave it. I have bought now 2 PS4 controllers after returning the first purchase and neither of them work, wasting my time and a rip off of $60. Pathetic

Its pretty bad when there are only a few lanes with humans actually working and wal mart expects you to buy their stuff and do their job too. I know it wont happen but they should pay employees more since they are taking jobs away by opening so many self check outs.

Im one of those people that really doesnt like Walmart. Not because of the shooting back in August. That wasnt their fault truth to be told it was the gunmans fault. I have no great love for Walmart because of two things. 1st, every time I need help 99.9% of the time I either cant find anyone to help me, or the person I do find, Thats Not My Department. Only once did I find someone who could help me, but they actually knew exactly where the item was that I was needing. 2nd reason is the way people act when theyre coming in, there, and leaving. Walking in the middle of the traffic lanes instead of to the right so cars can move thru the lot easily, stopping right in the EXACT middle of an aisle, then getting upset when a person like me politely says Excuse me to get by. As if they werent really blocking the way. I suppose Walmart could make their aisle wider but that cuts down on what they can sell.
Store hours posted during COVID-19 are not the actual hours they allow entry. Even if the quota of customers inside is not at the limit, evidently security outside can deny any entry 10-15 min before store closes. Im increasingly shopping elsewhere.
They have a terrible answering service, I been calling too many times to ask for a price for a lawnmower and until now I still havent got a phone answer from this department!!
Its everything youd expect from a Walmart. Everything was organized and the staff were helpful.
Me and my daughter arrived 30 min before closing and everything was great. We left on the spot.
Come here just to get 1 tv for my daughter they told me I couldnt buy anything and I had to stand in line for hours with no chairs or anything for those of us who are disabled and told me its my fault for coming on somethin called a black friday I asked if they can get me from the back since apparently they didnt have nothin out and they told me I had to wait for everyone els to get one first I aint ever coming to this city walmart again
Check out lady, Adriana was extremely rude, took a 1lb ground beef away when I tried buying two. They should have a sign saying theyre limited. Not upon on her own decision or attitude., Ridiculous that she took it. Especially at a time like this. Extremely inconvenient! Also taking away our drinks! For having our boy help her mom load the drinks. She should work somewhere else or leave her attitude at home. Receipt says Mgr. Shes putting a bad name for walmart
Ive been coming to this Walmart for years and k usually go around 11pm-1am after work! Since I work 7 days a week and I work all day. Well Ive been reloading my Walmart card for yrs at this establishment around the same time and the other day Susana was working at night was very rude and refused to reload my card I needed to pay a bill so I was reloading the car to do soo. I told her if i reload this card almost every other day here at the same time all she said was money services are closed. Yet again this card can be reloaded at any register she refused to use her register since she was the only one there a self checkout line only isnt right they should have minimum 2 registered open with real humans helping not a robot where it takes us 20 min to find the Walmart employee to help us out and to top it off she barely knows english or even use the system. Non of your employees even smile they hate life and they are all rude. Please can we have one person running a register or atleast have someone there that would help the people coming in ... the reloadable car can be reloaded at the register Ive done it for year and years and all of a sudden this happens they all need to be on the same page smiling all day and being polite!!!

Great place to get all your everyday products. Food, clothing, home products; electronics. Whatever you need. It is a large clean store that is often very busy. As it serves a large populous area. Most staff members are friendly an attentive. There is plenty of parking space.
Always find what I need.
The store is well stocked from lysol to paper products. Covid guidelines strictly followed. As always a pleasure to interact with the employees.
This Walmart has become a store that I no longer want to shop at. It now has all of these employees standing up front asking if you want them to scan your items, why would I want them to scan my items if Im going through self check-out? Are you actually paying these people to do this, if you are its a big waste of money! You also need to put more cashiers than just one! That way they can at least earn their pay!
Waiting in line to get in isnt much fun. But Im going to blame the Governor. Its not Wal-Marts fault for such a drastic reduction in occupancy.
Showed up at 840 and they refused to cut any deli meet. I asked what time they usually closed and they said 9. There should be no reason to refuse service 20 minutes before closing. Do better Walmart

2022-06-18I purchased some make up over at the make-up counter. When I was leaving I went through the little doors that swing back-and-forth when you first go into Walmart and the woman Crystal at the door not only accused me of shoplifting but had me walk all the way back around so that I was exiting the store the correct way. You have to be kidding me. I’m not a child. This woman was so condescending and I’m sorry I’m not trying to offend anybody that works retail or whatever but nobody that’s a greeter at the door should be talking to anybody that way. I myself work at a company in an entry level position in the customer Service industry and I would never treat a customer that way so please don’t take this the wrong way!

2022-05-26Average store. The one thing that I went for was out of stock. I asked around but found no answers. This was pure laziness. I used to work for Sams Club, and everything ever sold is tracked coming and going. The produce is very fine quality these days.

2022-07-03The grocery pick up is the absolute worst here. All of the produce they have chosen for my last few orders is either moldy, bruised or on the verge of going bad. It’s like the employees purposely choose the worst produce for these orders. DO NOT USE. Such a waste of time and money.

2022-02-22It says one price on the shelves but, when you scan at the register, its up to $3 higher. You have to be very careful. I just use the app now to scan/check prices but it takes a lot of extra time.Also people walk in wearing a mask then immediately take it off for the remainder of their shopping.

2020-02-23I just love this Walmart cause their staff is so nice and kind they’re helpful like one time a lady trip and one of the staff members helped her up their so kind I suggest coming here cause they have a variety of food to toys,and mechanic tires and more so that’s why I love shopping at Walmart it’s just so much fun with the people helping you find what you need and sometimes they have samples so that’s why I love Walmart so come to Walmart!

2022-02-21The staff always seem to be new but its the customer base here that makes me wish I was un-alived in the womb. Dont come here at peak hours or youll hear children on leashes cry at full volume, bonus points if that same family is driving the wrong way and hitting your car with carts while youre in motion driving.

2022-05-11Pulled up to the Garden Center to go in Im handicapped the gate was locked I had to walk all the way around the building back to the garden center to pick up dog food and utensils for my new smoker. There were no ride around buggies available and they supply of dog food was almost non-existent
