Working with DFW Lounge Rentals was honestly the best experience. As an event planner/ designer I have worked with many vendors that are not responsive or organized. DFW showed up with staff to unload and set up, they cleaned up after set up, they were very punctual and communicative, quality rental but most importantly they are so nice, respectful and amazing. I don’t have enough words to describe how great they are! 10/10 recommend giving them a call for you event rentals ☺️
DFW Lounge Rentals was a LIFESAVER when it came to renting pieces for our conference in Dallas. As we registered for the conference late, we didnt have time to purchase the booth pieces that we needed. After calling DFW Lounge Rentals, they were professional, helpful, and wonderful to work with and were able to schedule drop off and pick up of the booth rental pieces.In addition, they were EARLY for dropping off and right on time for pick up! Awesome experience renting from DFW Lounge Rentals!!! Marisol was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did she provide great information on their products, she also shared some great tips for our event. The delivery team was also amazing too! They showed up on time, installed our items to our liking, and were extremely personable and friendly. We will definitely rent from them again in the future!!!
DFW went above and beyond to help us with our rental. We were in a jam and needed a few items last minute, and even though it was less than 24 hours a way from when we needed everything they jumped right in to accommodate us. No other rental company in the area would even consider helping us last minute. We will definitely work with them again.

Flew in from NYC to so an event in the DFW area. Sonia and the rest of the team were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They delivered and picked up the rental items on time. This isnt my first time renting furniture from rental companies, however this is the first time Ive ever seen an account manager show up to meet & greet their customers. Most rental companies only send their delivery staff. I truly appreciated the attentiveness. The furniture is also very cost effective and is still great quality. I will use them again if I have to rent in DFW.

We rented 2 throne chairs for a kids christmas party and they were perfect. They arrived & were picked up on time, super easy to work with & Santa said the chairs were really comfortable (which is always a plus). Weve used them 2 years in a row and love them.

I looked high and low for two tete-a-tes in the SanAntonio area. I wanted ones with a tall center post area. It couldnt be found. We were so excited to know that DFW Lounge had two for our event. We were in a large tent, and it was the focal point of the area - having huge, tall flowers atop. It was a statement piece. The quality was great! Delivery and pick-up was timely! One couldnt ask for more!

It was a breeze working with them, and they responded to our urgent inquiry immediately, helping save one of our events. The furniture was beautiful, delivery was prompt and professional and pickup just the same! They set up the entire arrangement, cleaned off every table, and made the space look gorgeous. 2021-05-04WOW! DFW Lounge Rentals is simply amazing! We hosted a baby shower for my brother and his wife this past weekend. My experience started off very pleasant when it came to booking our Royal Chair rental. Sonia Dominguez immediately responded and provided a quote that fit within our range. I was able to make payments on our rental up to two weeks before our event, which was super convenient for my family and I. The day of the shower, Alex and Team showed up 20 mins prior to deliver the Royal Chair and set it in the exact spot we desired. At the end of our event, Sonia and Team arrived on time to pick up the Royal Chair.The entire process is seamless and I cannot wait to book again with DFW Lounge Rentals. 2018-06-14Sonia and her team were great from the time we started planning to the actual day of the event. Very responsive to all our communications and even a last minute day of service addition. Punctual, and courteous staff. Above all of the this, the furniture itself is in great shape and the custom logo decal stickers were amazing. Everyone raved about the furniture in our suite.

2018-01-22We just rented a beautiful bar for an industry event party this past week and DFW Lounge Rentals were wonderful to work with. Sonia made the process completely painless and we were very pleased with the end result. They were able to customize the bar for us which really helped tie the event together. They were very responsive to all my questions, delivered the bar when promised (and even came back to set it up since we werent quite ready), and charged a very fair price for what we received. I definitely recommend DFW Lounge Rentals and hope we have a chnace to work with them again in the future. Thank you!

As an event planner, its crucial to have team players who are flexible in tackling obstacles (each event will have something going on behind-the-scenes!) and this company is all of that and more.
