Although food is still good, the experience has dwindled since I first started coming here. Previously you would walk up and order at counter, then get/make your on coffee which was convenient because you didn’t have to wait on a server to “sit n Sipp”. Now you have to wait on coffee while you’re past up on people who came in after you. The experience use to be much pleasant which made this place one of a kind and awesome and now it’s just typical. Nonetheless, the food is still good though!DUC, you should strongly consider going back to the way it use to be…From a concerned consumer,Daddy😉
Look! Now I know it’s Mother’s Day and may be busy but at least provide good customer service if the wait is going to be long. You have customers not knowing when or even if their food will be ready. I watched one guy ask for a refund after waiting more than 30 mins. The lady brought his food out, didn’t apologize for the wait or poor communication on the update of his food…just walked off. Lol good Customer Service is everything
We bad not been here since the new ownership took over(assuming) since prior to today, it was a walk in and walk up order! The wait is ridiculous to get the food and my order was wrong. Not only was it wrong, but 3x. I was charged for what I did not even order. In the end I just gave up. Food was burnt and tasteless. This went from our family breakfast place to not anymore. Consider using your coins elsewhere.
Good food. Reubin sandwich was extremely light on the meat. Never seen a Reubin so thin. Pricing was reasonable. Been trying their crepes special a few times. They are half price and pretty good, especially the fruit crepes. Service has always been quite attentive and friendly. It is a mainstay for locals. Outdoor eating is very pleasant. Have eaten there mire times than I can count. Good place to eat and converse.
I ate here with my Mom the morning of Sunday, May 22. I could not have asked for a better experience! The other diners were all patient while we waited for our tables, the staff was attentive despite it being VERY busy and the food excellent as always! Keep up the good work!
Nice local diner, however Everytime I go I think Ill have a different experience but it seems to always be the same. Service is ok a little pricey for breakfast, but Everytime Im done eating, I have to go look for my server and ask for my check. The awareness is not there. I want to support the local community, but its hard when the experience is just ok. You want the community to tell others about your place in a positive light. The staff has to understand that the service industry is about serving others and ensuring the experience is a memberable one and people will tell others about your service and cant wait to return.
NOT the same owners, quality of food nor is service the same. Realized something was up 7-8 mos ago when kept sending food back due to wrong food order or not cooked as requested or downright poorly cooked. Now I know why. Terrill, former owner was training new owner- cooks to take over then. The quality of food/service given over past years WAS wonderful and consistent. Went today and like a different venue - pancakes thin, small and rubbery - in past light, fluffy, huge. Meat tasted like McDonald’s sausage patty - not real meat- awful. Egg cooked ok.No more higher quality coffee variety. No more ordering at counter - waitress comes to table which is ok but it’s just NOT that homey feel anymore nor good food. What a shame when this place was set up for greatness and good customers. Good luck on your visit! Good-bye to all the friends I met and dined here with over the years. Definitely goodbye to subpar food at much higher cost.
I used to come here regularly, but I will never go again. I went on a Saturday morning with my two children. We all have dietary restrictions and ordered egg whites. Wr told thr server multiple times that we want egg whites. They brought all three meals with eggs containing yolks. I sent them back and they still came out wrong. The server never came to check on us or apologize. I watched people come and leave and the server never even brought our check. I went in to get it and he still didnt apologize. I asked to speak to a manager. The staff told me there WAS NO MANAGER AT THE RESTAURANT...he had left for thr day...at 1030am on Saturday, their busiest morning!?!?! I still left a tip because I try to do the right thing despite other people but I will never, ever come here again. And I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Im not sure if this place is under new management but the service is horrible. We waited 45 minutes to never get served. When we asked if we were going to be served, the waiter and manager were nonchalant. They told us our food was ready but we can cancel if we like! They never brought the food out to us.
This place came highly recommended for breakfast. Judging from all the pictures it looked amazing. First my fav thing was yme hot chocolate. It was perfectly sweet and delicious! 🍫 every thing was really yummy except for the biscuit. There was a slight after taste and it was kinda hard. But besides that I totally cleaned my plate. The pancakes were super fluffy and buttery 🥞. Definitely will be back!
Look at updates below....Update 2/22...Had been noticing changes and decline in food quality and finally asked if it had been sold. Unfortunately it has.Completely different feel and playing violent horrible distorted music....Hopefully it stops slipping, really came to love this placeUpdate 3/12/22And yet AGAIN another unnecessary change...they now seat you and take orders at the table....more than likely they have lowered to server pay and you must tip now which increases the cost of eating here.... Cleanliness has taken a severe nosedive. The feel of community is long gone. How sad
Great for breakfast! I went here on a Sunday morning. It was busy but not too crowded. We decided to sit outside on the patio since the weather was nice. Everything was very clean and servers were thoroughly sanitizing each table after each guest left. Our food was prepared and served promptly and the servers were very attentive to make sure we had all we needed. Good food and great service.
Food was good and fairly quick getting out. But we were there on a Friday morning not the weekend so it was quieter. I had the chicken and waffles, and the chicken was really really good. Partner had the original mess and it was quite tasty. As others have said the biscuits are pretty good
The biscuits are nice and fluffy yet soft and thick, bacon wasn’t overly crispy but not too chewy, my wife’s chicken and waffles was her favorite 🤩 a great way to start my morning and would definitely be coming back again soon!!! The niner is for anyone with an appetite and I got mine with an add on if biscuits and gravy!!! We were checked on by several members of the staff and felt very welcome ! Great music choice as well, heard some Hall and Oates, Rod Stewart and many other stars from before my time and enjoyed every second of it.
The brunch was good, its a fast paced, self sitting restaurant. The line is long, but the line moves fast. I HIGHLY recommend you look at the menu before you get there or while in line to figure out what you want. The cashier was very nice and helped me save a dollar or two that was helpful and shows she knows the menu.Do not be afraid to ask if an item is in season or not the cashier will let you know. As mentioned before people from what I saw eat and leave, but sitting is no issue. I do know about ordering extra food after sitting down, I dont think that is a thing you might have to get back in line. Ill be back.
At first I doubted about visiting this restaurant, it was really the only local option close to our lodging, but good thing I decided to give it a try! I was visiting from out of town for the weekend, and my family always prefers local options in lieu of restaurant chains. The food is great, the ordering/seating dynamic is clearly stated in signs, menus posted ahead of the register so you have more than enough time to make a decision before ordering. All the staff was friendly and food was served quickly, and had no problem getting a table although it was a busy Sunday. We went two days in a row. We will definitely come back if we are back in the area. The food is great, overall great experience!!
BEST. BREAKFAST. EVER. We had a 45 minute wait for our food after ordering, but neither us, nor any of the other patrons in the full house seemed to mind. They were up front and accurate above the timing but it was well worth the wait. Never miss an opportunity for breakfast here!
A local gem in Cedar Hill! No other place like this anywhere near. The food is homemade and fresh, but all the eggs in every dish have the same cumin flavor which basically means once you try one, you’ve tried all of them.I heartily recommend their coffee and french toast.Make sure you’re starving before you walk in here! Portions are huuuuuge!
Saturday mornings are BUSY!!! Please note that when the interior is full, they stop taking orders. With that being said, it was a unique “cozy country dining” experience. I had the Betsy “Healthier” Meal. The chicken eggs were bland (a hair more of salt would have helped), although the pancakes and banana pudding (which isn’t provided in to go containers) were both delicious. Be patient or go early (like before 9am!)....good luck.
Bring the old owner back this Korean owner only cares about profit they made the store switch up the christian music the old staff left because the nee owner wanted to change everything and doesnt want to lay and bieng cheap with wages hope any who reads this know this restaurant aint the same no more
Fairly homely feeling. Good prices and lots on the menu to choose from. My food wasnt great hence the low rating. Eggs under cooked and the white was super runny. Asked for turkey sausage got bacon that didnt taste good. French toast was good. My friends enjoyed their meal so that was a plus. Big portions. Nice outdoor seating area. Very busy on a Sunday so go early or be prepared to stand in line to get to the cashier to place order and pay.Note to owner: Thank you for your apology. Unfortunately, Google will not let me respond to your response. Therefore, I can only assume that is the reason you are not getting a response. I did not want you to think that you apology was not appreciated. I will definitely will come back and give you guys another try. I like the homely feel of the place and my friends enjoyed their meal so why not come back, right. Thank you again for reading my review and responding.
First time to try this place, different set up, order at the register and take a seat. Line moved fast and cashier was friendly. Great food, well prepared, good portions and friendly service. Clean restaurant for the heavy traffic, they cleared the tables fast and very thorough in wiping it down. Definitely coming back, even the coffee was good. All I got to say is, open one in Waxahachie so I don’t have to drive this far.
Been eating Normas Cafe for years but this place is always super friendly and not to mention the food being super great! I mean you cant really get any authentic than that. Pancakes are mouthwatering and melt in your mouth like chocolate. Sorry Normas you are #2 now 🤫
First time coming to this location and it was great! Ordered their burger w/ fries & pumpkin pancakes and everything was delicious. Employees had good attitudes and service!! It was a little crowded in the restaurant, but then again it was also busy and they have seats outside for you to eat at. I definitely recommend this restaurant and plan on coming back!
My son took me here for breakfast. Lucky to get a parking space when a gentleman gestured to me he was leaving. Very large variety of food. My son had the whole mess topped with biscuits and gravy and i had pumpkin pancakes. Oh my gosh. They were the yummiest pancakes ever. You decide what you want while in line and be ready to order when you get to the front or be nice enough to let those behind you stop up. But.. Just be ready to order because your stomach will be ready to eat. They are cleaning every table as it opens up and the food comes out quickly and so fresh. Cant wait to go back.
I have spent thousands of dollars for more than 10 years at this store and only once have I returned anything. Bought a bike trainer and as soon as I entered the store all the associates seemed lost and repeated to me many times that they were not sure if the defected trainer could be returned even with a receipt and purchase date under 30 days. Finally the manger showed up and started questioning my story and even went as far as to say that he has owned one for years and has never had a problem. Finally after all this hassle he agreed to take it back and sent me to the longest line. I will never purchase one thing form this store and I hope they will change this intimidation strategy and making the customer feel very uncomfortable. Poor management!!!!!
Today’s my Birthday so I asked a friend how about going out for Breakfast but I would like a good breakfast but a Free Birthday Breakfast. He said let go to Dick’s it’s great food and you can have your free Birthday Breakfast. Get to the register the attendant says “the new owner no longer allows Free Birthday Breakfast”. You bought the Name Dick’s but you take away a long standing gift to your customers. You should change your name if your not willing to provide the same customer service of the previous owners taking something away your customers enjoy isn’t ok.
Met my daughter here for brunch today and I was impressed. The mini breakfast I ordered tasted like I cooked it in my own kitchen, perfect!!!!I will definitely try the chicken and waffles on my next visit as it looked delicious and a lot of guests we’re ordering it.We sat outside and I saw old , young, veterans, policemen, and multi cultural people enjoying great food and a welcoming atmosphere. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT AND I LIVE IN WYLIE TX. The food is worth the drive.
This Cafe is amazing! It was packed but the service was quick and the staff were very friendly. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. I like that you have to order 1st before taking a table. It may look like a packed house but by the time you order a few tables have opened up and are ready to go. The food was sooo good. It came out hot and the serving sizes were pretty big. I was surprised how big their bacon strips were. Im so use to seeing the skinny shriveled up bacon strips at other restaurants so this was a welcomed change. If you have a sweet tooth like me, the banana bread french toast hits the spot. We will definitely become regulars here.
Went there Saturday morning stood in line for about 15mins. First of all it was packed and there was an entire long table of unsupervised kids who acted like they were in gym class. Anyway, I order the #2 which came with pancakes. The bacon and eggs were ok only not cooked how I asked and the cold very tough pancakes. I took two bites and that was too many. I outsold the server how disgusting and cold they were and he said sorry. Not how can we fix this, can we make you more or anything ,so I said thanks. I just know if there were no restaurants open except this one, Id never go back.
We went here about 5 years ago on our anniversary. It was 5 stars.(Were always looking for a great breakfast place to enjoy)However, over the past years we have re-visited this place and have watched the quality of food and service slowly degrade. Its still good, just not great.
First time here today and found hair in my food. I guess it’s protocol but I was offered a pie in compensation before a refund. My experience was pretty ruined after that. I got the eggs Benedict and the sauce was kind of gritty looking. I will definitely not return back here.
Been here a couple of time. One of the only places in the area that specializes in breakfast food. Dine in is good. Dont do take out, if you plan on eating anywhere other than your house. All burgers are plan with no condiments included for you or to go silverware, napkins, ect. Any messes that come with bread or tortillas will also be without.
Poor experience! Went down the street to a restaurant that can handle being busy. I swear this place becomes really bad when it gets busy. I got kicked out of a table that I shouldn’t of because there were 6 people ahead of me and my wife and there was 4 tables available. Able to sit us all. I got talked down to as if I wouldn’t of got up if she asked me nicely. I got up right away and left after that because I don’t have time to be wasting with people that can’t even handle being busy or client relations. Your staff needs the owner to review the way your supposed to talk to people. Yall should get training on that. I’ve worked in fast food and the client is always right there is a solution to every problem and a right way to handle it and a poor way to handle it. Please educate yourself to be able to run a full functional establishment even when busy.
Yesterday my husband and I went to have breakfast and we left very disappointed: The cashier did not put attention to the order. We order a bowl of oatmeal with no raisins and they served a little cup of oatmeal with raisins. My husband had bacon, turkey sandwich etc. they gave him only a knife, no fork. I was trying to be nice and give the trace to one of the girls and she took it with force so rude. It is a shame because we had seeing several business go down because they hire only kids to attend and they dont care about it. Nothing wrong hiring high school kids, but they should have more supervision. In our case we will never go back to that place.
Terrible experience. Went on our one day off We get all week with my husband and they made him get up from a table because he didn’t have his order yet and I was in line ordering it. The place was crowded and obviously there was no room for him to even wait but sit in a table and the owner or whoever kicked him out because he sat down while I was ordering. All to give the table to a large group of people that weren’t gonna fit in the first place. The worse experience yet. Never going back to that place we use to be regulars and go every Sunday and for what? Why give my business to an establishment that does not care about the fact that we have been supporting the business for a long time.
Love coming here for breakfast with my wife and friends. Great food, great quaint atmosphere. Sometimes, time gets lost and they have to kick us out. One thing of note. So... I want to leave a great review cant. The food was good, I had pancakes, eggs and turkey sausage. No complaints on the food. The service left a lot to be desired for sure. We ordered at the counter, were given a number for our table and chose our seats. After 25mins of waiting and observing others be served after us I asked about our order. The server said shed check then returned to ask if we were sure that was our number to which i replied that was what number we were given. She came back and said we had the wrong number and brought out cold food and had the nerve to roll her eyes when I said it was cold. The manager then came out with 4 excuses for the poor service including the fact that the server was young... wow
Cant say enough good things about this place. Definitely the best breakfast Ive had in the area all week. Love the seating arrangement.. makes you sit close to others and make new friends. The food is excellent, especially the bacon! Clean establishment, clean restrooms and great coffee. Give them a shot!
This is one of my most favorite breakfast places in the area. The food is yummy and the coffee is plentiful. When I moved to the area, I wanted to find a breakfast spot that I could look forward to on the weekends. My advice is to get there early! The line can get out the door sometimes (This is a place your order and pay first and they bring your food to your table)!
Went, with friends. Everything looks delicious. My friends, got their food. 10 minutes later, I got mine. It was cold. They, microwaved my food for 10 min. I asked; for plate to be re cooked.Food,, came back without the bacon. Manager stated; I never returned the bacon. Augured, with me. I only, cut into the pancakes.I returned, the entire plate.Very, embarrassing to be treated with disrespect over bacon. That, I never ate.Such, a nice spot. It was my first time there.Very disappointing. The attitude, appeared to be with having to re cook the food.Later today, I now, found my card double charged. One swiped and manually entered. How, did the manually, charged???
Great people. Wonderful atmosphere. And the dining area is cozy and welcoming. The food is tasty and satisfying. I love going to this cafe so much, because my family is gluten-free, and they offer gluten free toast and buns which is a plus considering my wife has celiac. Fast, friendly service that fulfills my not so norm diet, I would most definitely advise anyone in the area to check them out.
It was my first time at Dicks but it wont be my last. If your claustrophobic, this might not be the place for you. It is small. People sit in close proximity to each other. The food was delicious. I ordered a breakfast burrito and pancakes. Both tasted as if they were cooked with love.It is certainly a must try if youre in the area. Expect a decent sized line on a Sunday.
Dicks Uptown was delicious. You order at the counter and then seat yourself and they bring tour food to you. Simple process to follow and orderly. This is a cozy spot with old ladies reading their bibles over breakfast and being kind and talkative towards one another. Real peaceful and calm atmosphere. I felt comfortable and enjoyed my meal.
Breakfast is pretty hard to mess up so atmosphere is key. Its a little loud for a friendly conversation, but its a cool little place with patio tables that provides an alternative to those willing to brave the elements. The line to order is a bit long, but the food was out fast.
First time here. My coworker is always bring her omelet to work so can eat breakfast before work, and she usually has left overs for lunch. So I decided to visit while I was in the area. I ordered the cheeseburger and onion rings. They were delicious, I could not eat it all. I will be back.
This was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised. I scanned the room looking st everyones meal. I ordered the Chicken and Waffle. I figured I would be served a frozen chicken strip straight from the freezer. Boy was I wrong! Somebodys grand mama cooked that chicken because it was fresh, perfectly seasoned and came with a waffle that was not made from some box mix. It was creamy and delicious. This is my new favorite breakfast spot. The staff was attentive and worked the room to make sure every had what they needed. I love this place!
I thought I would try this place because I love chicken and waffles. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. But the chicken and waffles were awful. The waffles had no taste and the chicken strips tasted as if they had been cooked in old grease. And I did order a cup of coffee, and it was bad too. I cant recommend this spot.
I really like their pancakes and french toast. My foodie friends, my salad loving mom, my picky hsband, and everyone we know really likes coming here. Lots to recommend it, and my best friend loves grabbing a dinner from their freezer section. Im not crazy about their waffles because theyre malty, but thats only against my personal tastes. Great local place!!
I always enjoy eating here. Food is awesome. Clean and friendly staff. I love how diverse it is. From the workers to the consumers. Your food is cooked fresh so on busy days the wait is a little long.My favorite is the omelettes, grits, hash browns, pancakes and Rubens sandwhich. My plan is to try something different each time.
Fantastic food! Great family-owned atmosphere, and unique menu. I got the veggie mess, teril style, and it was incredible. Very fast order-to-table, and I especially loved the fresh flowers on every table. Well definitely make the trek from Waxahachie more often for this place!
My family and I absolutely love this place! Makes you feel you are coming together with your neighbors! The food is amazing. But it seems I’m not alone. It’s so super crowded now and it’s hard to get a seat now. I would say that they’ve outgrown their current location but I love the location they’re in and would hate it they moved. I wish they could make the location bigger to fit their custome demand
My family and I just moved to the area a couple of weeks ago and are looking for good breakfast places. We found this place and it did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Food was very good, I cant wait to try more of their menu. Maybe Ill bump it up a star.
I dont live in Cedar Hill anymore, but it should tell you something about this place that the two times I have come to visit since moving away, Ive gone to Dicks for breakfast. What they make is traditional diner food. It is not revolutionary, but they DO do it well. But while the food certainly is delicious, the best part of the place is the general cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff and owners.
The food is ok, could use more seasoning, but my review is primarily for service. The front counter cashier took my order and ran my card. I told her I wanted water as my drink and asked where are the cups. She told me someone would bring it to my table. I waited about 10 minutes at my table and I saw all the other customers (older white people) getting items brought to them but not me. I will not return to this restaurant.
The food and service were excellent. The seating was cramped. It was very busy for good reason, and theyre trying to accommodate as many as possible, v so expect to get very neighborly and friendly with those around you. The prices and selection are top notch. Will definitely return and likely make new friends.
I cannot say anything about the food. Didnt even have an opportunity to try it. When my wife and I got there, there was a line, so I had her go grab a table. One of the employees came up to her and asked if she had ordered. She told her that I was in line ordering for us. They told her she could not sit at a table if she had not ordered. It was incredibly rude and we will never try and eat here again. In respone to owner: there were ZERO signs that me and my wife saw while we were there. I believe it that you have it in fine print somewhere, but not big signs. Also, telling a customer to cool down is really rude. I was frustrated, sure, because the customer service was terrible. You responding like this just confirms what I already thought. What did you intend to do when my wife and I got our food and had no place to sit? Make us stand and wait? Make us stand and eat?
Weve been here twice. Both times on a Sunday around 11ish.The first time: we were in and out fairly quickly and the food was ok... not fantastic (everyones palate is different), but worth giving a different item a try.The second time: the line was halfway to the door and the tables were mostly full. We did not expect to wait almost 45 minutes for our food (no one at the counter mentioned a wait) and definitely didnt expect to be barked at when inquiring (at the thirty minute mark) about what was taking so long (because we could see orders piling up on the warmer!). Had we not already paid and waited this long, we would have left. When we finally did get our food it was meh and lukewarm (shocker, right?!). We ate, left, and will continue our search for a great breakfast place elsewhere. If you expect a long wait for lukewarm food that tastes like every other diner (nothing special) you wont be disappointed like we were.
Definitely a place for locals to hang out! I was visiting the Dallas area with my sister last week and we decided to try and find a local place for breakfast. A quick google search brought up Dicks, so we decided to take a chance. We headed on over and were not disappointed! The portions are incredibly filling, and for the average person the short stack would suffice! My sister enjoyed the blueberry pancakes that the restaurant boasts about and she said she loved the fact the blueberries were real, fresh blueberries- not the freeze-dried/frozen kind you get in your oatmeal or at most other restaurant! I enjoyed the waffle and was not disappointed- nice and fluffy! My sister was glad we found it as now she and her family have someplace to go after church other than IHOP!
Perfect name for this place! Absolute worse place to go to. Visiting from out of town and had our hearts set on a good homecooked breakfast. We waited in line for 15 to place our order, Then waited another hour and still did not receive our food. We brought it to the waitress attention and she said it was the next one up. Waited another 15 min and still no food. Brought it to a different waiters attention and he said they have no order when selecting tickets to cook and he would personally bring our food. Waited another 15 min and waiter came back and said they couldnt even find our ticket! Hour and half later still sitting there. No manager or owner came to apologize, offer a discount or anything. We demanded a refund and they were quick to give it to us and let us be on our way. I have never written a review about any place but this was the worst experience I have ever had. Do not go eat at this place! They say they have been in business 40 years but i dont see how with such horrible service! We ended up going to ihop down the street and got a better deal. Save your time and go some place else.

2022-05-13Service very, very slow! Short staffed because patio is not open. Cant even get a refill on coffee. Server never checked on us. Asked another server for coffee, she was to inform our server. 🙄 I had one of the Whole Mess plates with eggs, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and hash browns with bacon. Pretty healthy portion and I couldnt eat it all!

2022-03-27We have been here for over an hour. 30 minutes waiting outside and 30 to get a table. The hostess told us to give our name and we did and never asked to sit outside or in , and plenty of people skipped over us and got there meals ahead of us before we did . Our waiter wouldn’t come to our table for another 20 minutes, and took a long time for our order .I’ve been here many of times and never got a service like this. Thank you ( we just got our food , egg shells on the burrito , gravy not mixed right it’s still chunky , eggs not cooked right this is unacceptable.)

2022-05-23My wife and I waited this morning at the door and felt ignored for about 15 minutes before we were finally seated. Should have left then but we had always received good service prior. Waited another 15 minutes at our table and were never acknowledged while the parties that came in behind us were served. I dont think we will return after the treatment we received today. Hopefully this is not a trend of substandard service for African Americans.

2022-03-05Very bad service especially for food thats just mediocre. Nothing special. Ordered as soon as I walked in no menu needed. Had trouble having the host/order taker understand my order. I should have know to run and go somewhere else. But I figured everyone deserves a chance!? No biggie we got through it, or so I thought. Was not given order complete. Waited over 25 minutes for a Togo order of 2 chicken strips with fruit and gravy. The gravy was so very thick, I couldnt even dip or pour over chicken. I had to ask for my order and did ask is it complete? Was assured it was, it was not. Had to go back for my ice tea, remembered just as I started my vehicle. That took another 4 minutes to get. While I was there I witnessed people asking for there ti let repeatedly. Then when they were Finally able to pay the wait staff lost the customers card. It was found about 5-7 minutes later!???

2021-09-26There was a 10 minute wait, however, this gave us plenty of time to browse the menu. Order at the counter, know what you want, you get a number, get your beverage, find a seat. Your food comes quick and everyone is helping. Also, this was Sunday for brunch. I highly recommend.

2022-03-24This place should be more than 5 stars, it should be a 12 or more. We are from Minnesota and this is the best hometown atomsphere and the service is excellent. The food is outstanding!! Best comfort food ever. Next time we are in Cedar Hill we will be eating here again!

2022-07-17I loved the family style seating. The food was decent, but not exceptional. Our server lacked attention to beverage replenishment in addition to being will to introduce us to any specials/signature dishes at this restaurant....

2022-07-16I placed my order and sat outside away from everyone because I had my puppies with me after going for a walk at the Cedar Creek Preserve. The hostess was sooo sweet! She came outside to my table to deliver my food!! I really appreciated it!! I will surely be back!
