Dillards in other cities:
I frequently shop at Dillard’s, as a professional they have the wardrobe I look for. I usually go in dressed very nice, makeup done, ect. Today I was off work and needed to return a top that just didn’t work for me. Dressed in jeans and a Sherpa since it was cold out. I couldn’t find anyone in ladies that could help me. I went to customer service and they told me to go back to ladies. I explained there was no one to help me there. The girl behind the desk went “ugh” do you even have you receipt? Yes, I do, I have it on my email. Hand her the top that still had tags and has never been worn. She rollled her eyes as I showed her my emailed receipt. She proceeded with my return transaction without another word. When she was done I smiled and said thank you. She barely mumbled a your welcome. While I usually love shopping at Dillard’s , I will no longer frequent this location, as I will use the Frisco/ Plano location. Bad customer service and an attitude is a deal breaker for me. I definitely don’t get this attitude at Neiman’s, Nordstrom’s or any other high end clothing retailer.
I had several clothing pieces picked out to try on, but all three womens fitting rooms were all locked up and no staff available to open them. After shopping for over an hour, I waited for quite a long time with an armful of clothes, along with another customer wanting to try on some clothes. I finally abandoned my intended purchases and left! I wont be back.
Ms. Pearl tried to save the sale, twice. She was extremely professional and nice. But the young ladies working the floor need more training.I didnt know they work on commission. Fine and dandy, but be sure to service the customer to ensure your sale. There was a Hispanic lady in front of me with a return. She was bypassed a few times u til someone finally decided to service her.My turn....The tall light skinned young lady did not speak when I said hello at the counter. She asked who serviced me. I didnt get a name so I said the black lady. There were multiple black ladies, but, again, I didnt get a name. After searching for her, the light skinned lady proceeded to tell me I had to wait for the person who brought me the shoe to ring me up. But the lady who brought me the shoe was with another customer.I told them I would pass, and just order it. Thats when Ms. Pearl tried to save the day. She was darn good, as I turned back around willing to give it another shot. But, the lady hadnt quite made it to the counter yet, so I did an about face and headed out. Ms. Pearl apologized again and told me about the commission. I asked her if there were ID numbers they could write down so another rep could tender the sale. She said the number shouldve been written down, and apologized. If you agree to work commission, be good at it. I am not required to shop in store these days. I try to shop in store, though, because Ive been in retail and understand the uncertainty of hours and a decent paycheck. But the lack of customer service drives me to just shop online. Its unfortunate because the less sales stores get, the less hours are available, less jobs...you get the gist.
If I could give a 0 I would. This location is going against state mandate for requiring a customer to be fully vaccinated for the make up center. This was my girlfriends favorite place to get her make up done and she was told she cannot make an appointment unless she is fully vaccinated and that is against state law. This will be reported
Let me give a big shout out to Hailey and Brad (the vendor from the Big Apple) at the Lancome counter! I came looking for a free gift for my significant other with a purchase of La Vie Est Belle. They had no current sale, but Brad took it upon himself to create a spectacular free gift for my love. I am truly awestruck and most grateful to his generosity. It was a spectacular experience for me and I cannot thank him enough. As for Hailey, she is the epitome of attentive and genuine customer service. She appears to love what she does and deserves to be singled out as an extraordinary employee. She made the checkout process quick, easy, and personable. Im most happy with both of them for blessing me and my significant other with their service!
I came here looking for a specific Ouse that I’d seen 2 weeks prior. I was ignored by the 2 ladies at the counter. Then when I got their attention, the 1st woman said it’s gone now and went back to what she was doing. The other came around the counter and at least tried to assist with finding it, one like it, or offering advise on how/where to find it on-line. My daughter purchased 2 rings (not real) and were extremely overpriced.
It was awful that after shopping here for years we get ignored and mistreated for choosing comfort over fashion and our color. My husband and I went into the mens department and one employee with a suit just looked us up and down and turned to ask someone else if they needed help for anything. Now the JAMES AVERY STAFF WAS RIDICULOUSLY UGLY. There was 3 employees: 1 male helping a Caucasian older lady and a youngster, 1 older female sorting rings, and 1 younger leaning with her arms crossed not doing anything. The 2 females, ironically enough Caucasian, saw us and decided not to help or even ask if we needed anything. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were too busy to stop what they were doing and help us. 15 mins later, the male finished with his clients we thought we would get helped but another middle age Caucasian lady walked over and he went right to helping her completely ignoring us. We have never had an issue but this just felt wrong. Note to self and other, as a female dont walk in with sweats, tennis shoes, and a bun and males do not wear sweats and a hat, especially if you arent Caucasian because you will just get ignored or looked at like youre there to do something wrong. 10/30/21
I wanted to let you know about my experience, because I think you should take it into account if you want your physical stores to survive. Not even profit, just to at least breakeven. When we visited this location on Monday, June 14 at 12pm, the perfume and makeup section is the first one you see when you get to the entrance of the store. There was an employee on her cellphone in a skin care area. We got to the Clinique section and there was no makeup employee in sight to help us. There were other employees in the perfume area. A short Asian lady whom was an employee walked in my direction, gave me a dirty look when she glanced at me. Turned on her heel, and told the employee that was on her phone to go find someone to help me. I should have left in that instant. The cellphone girl approaches an older woman and asks her to help us. While she is helping my friend choose a color for her foundation, she has an unpleasant expression and demeanor. My friend does not feel comfortable. Once my friend decides that she will not make a purchase, I thank her and she speaks back in a forced flat tone. I am failing to understand why I had this experience. There were no other customers to attend, so I do not know why everyone was being so inattentive.
Had a great experience until it was time to pay. The sweet lady who helped me took the shoes I didnt want to be put up and I walked up to the register to pay for my shoes. A different lady walked up and asked if I had been helped. Yes, I have and Im ready to pay, I said. She then began to help the customer in line behind me. She basically cast me aside to ring up her own customer even though I was standing there first. Terrible customer service. Teach your employees to help the first customer in line first, regardless if they are getting the sales points or not.I dont know how it works in this store, but it needs to change. How hard is it for you to ring up another salespersons customer anyways? Train your employees better. These employees act like they are competing with each other and it shouldnt be that way. It looks bad to your customers. Sorry for being a Karen today, but this was an embarrassing experience.
Be aware, Dillards return policy is very bad. I made a substantial purchase. I returned to the store 5 days later and noticed the same item was on sale for 40% off. I asked if they would refund the 40% and was told they will not. I replied that I would simply return the item and then repurchase it at the sale price. The manager said to me that if i return the item, it must sit on their shelf for 24 hours before I would b allowed to repurchase it. This is contrary to all major retailers who will typically honor the sale discount for up to a week, minimum. Why would they rather irritate a good customer with such an ugly policy when I have so many other retail choices that offer a better policy on sale merchandise? They have lost my business, which will cost them more than the 40% discount I should have been given. Buyers beware. As a side note, I get irritated by their sales associates following me around like they think I am going to steal something. Give me space to shop!
Mom bought two dresses here, one in store and the other to be sent to her house. The lady who helped us in the dress department, her name started with a K I believe was incredibly nice, she took the time to see if the dress we ordered was in stock then ordered it for us and made the process real easy. I bought myself a swimsuit on sale, found both matching pieces! The girl who helped us in that department was rude. She didn’t say anything to me besides the price of the transaction. It seemed like she was speaking on the phone with AirPods cause she was speaking but not to me or on the radio. Couldn’t tell cause she was wearing a head wrap but thought it was odd for her to just be on the phone while at work.
Can’t believe I’m writing this, so I’m going to make it short. My review is based off my interaction today, July 8th, five minutes before closing. All I’m going to say is Charlene needs to be fired- she shouldn’t have any job that deals with customers face-to-face as she is very disrespectful, condescending and discriminatory.I’ve shopped at this Dillards many times but there are plenty locations around the area that I can go to instead and where the customers will be valued.
My husband had recently purchased a rose gold Kendra Scott necklace that I loved. It broke unexpectedly and I took it back to the store to figure out my options. First off, the guy that we bought it from(can’t remember his name) but super sweet. He was there when I was trying to get it fixed. He then called his accessory manager Taylor and let me just say I’m soooooooooo thrilled she was able to exchange my necklace and help me out. She went above and beyond her call of duty and I will be purchasing from this location again. Totally worth it and I was sooo happy. Thanks Taylor!!!!
Thank You Sue! I came in yesterday to purchase some clothes for my nephews. When I came in I was all confused about the size and everything and Sue took the time and patience to actually walk me through different designs and sizes. After the great customer service from sue yesterday, I ended up coming back all confused today and surely enough, Sue helped me out again finding beautiful dresses for my niece this time. Very happy with the experience I really appreciate the help. Thanks again Sue ! :)
I came looking at their pans for a specific type for eggs. I wasn’t asked if I needed help, which is fine; so when I went to ask if they had that specific pan, the employee said, “I’m sorry well I actually don’t eat eggs so I really wouldn’t know.”I wasn’t offended, but just surprised. It kinda makes me laugh how ridiculous that comment was because she never offered to help me find it or check.
The woman with the headscarf and the white girl with the curly hair, I dont recommend anyone to buy any perfume from them. they are only interested in stealing money from your wallet they are not as professional and friendly as you think beware they are always rude and annoyed when you ask about the items
I came to buy a Polo shirt, got no help at all. This lady asked to help me find a medium, and said just look at the sign! Which I was already doing and it had larges in that area no help at all, she was miserable there. I had to walk around the entire store to get someone to check me out, ended up in the makeup section just to buy the shirt I found on my own! I vented to the makeup cashier and she didnt listen. Very negative experience just to spend money.
I called today to check the availability of an item I wanted to come by. Customer service was rude and sent my call to the wrong department 3 times and when I explained that to them they said they couldn’t help me and put me on hold for 10+ minutes, then proceeded to send me to the wrong department again. Charlotte (or charla) took down my number and went to the correct department to check the item availability for me and promptly returned my phone call. She was very kind and made up for the bad experience.
Probably most consistently the best selection of ladies shoes in the metroplex. I am often needing a pair of shoes for work or for date night and can consistently pop into this reliable dependable department store to find friendly staff and a great selection. If they do not have what I want they offer to order it online. I love having this store nearby and knowing I will walk out with something beautiful!!
I worked with Wendy Patino at Chanel counter she fantastic. Very helpful in helping me make a great choice for gift. She never was pushy in any way and let me take my time as far as making decision. When i had made my choice she offered her card and said feel free to call me if you have any more questions.
Extremely disappointed. I purchased two party dresses in a hurry so I wouldn’t have to try it on and figured I’d return the dress I didn’t use.Staff needs to be trained to forewarn customers about their 3 day policy. I tried to return it a week later and they didn’t even want to exchange for anything else or a gift card.Lesson learned: read your receipts and signs before picking out a dress at Dillards. Better yet, take your business elsewhere!
As usual, Dillards is a great place. Great variety of many items and all the staff seems to be very friendly! Always letting customers try out samples and such. Passageways are usually a bit crowded but I suppose thats to be expected from a big store. The place has great deals too from time to time.
I came last minute to purchase a shirt for work and a bag for my gf. She had ruined hers accidentally so I wanted to get her a new one. TINA was very quick and enthusiastic to help me find the perfect bag even though they were about to close. She offered suggestions and I ended up going with one she chose I knew my gf would like. It was a great experience because of her. Thank you TINA for your help. Dillard’s is blessed to have such a great and helpful employee who cares about helping people. I will definitely be back because of her service!!!!
Picked out 7 dresses to try on went to the nearest dressing room and nobody was there. Went to another dressing room close by and again nobody there. Pressed the button for staff to come by waited 5mins nobody arrived. Pressed another button waited and still no one arrived.Walked around the store (with dresses hanging around my neck) to find two employees chatting and seemed a bit bothered when I asked to try on the dresses. After trying on some the staff seemed more relaxed and ready to help than previously.Even though I didnt find what I was looking for; still would recommend other people to try them.
I needed to replace a pair of black shoes for work. I called The Park Dillard’s to see if they had them in stock. Dillard’s was in the middle of a HUGE sale. (I had no idea) The operator in Customer Service took my info and told me she’d pass it on to someone in ladies shoes.I decided to take my chances and just head over. As I pull into the lot I get a message that the shoes in my size are waiting in Customer Service. It was an absolute ZOO in the store.I went to Customer Service and not only was there no line, but the shoes I needed for work were waiting for me. That was above and beyond. Thank you!
I love this store, but today I was very disappointed. I went to the shoe department to buy some shoes. There were three employees standing around talking and ignoring the customers. Abraham and two other ladies were the only employees helping customers. I think one of the employees ignoring the customers was the manager. Needless to say, many customers left because they were being ignored and the 3 people choosing to work were very busy.
CorneliaShe is a keeper.I came looking for one something ( moisturizer) and got a whole lot more 😊. I left with My eyes looking almost as great as her eyes. She really encouraged Me to see My own beauty. She has great energy and a I found also found a genuine kind spirit- this is MUCH NEEDED.Thank you CorneliaJoAnn
If I could leave negative stars i would . I bought a $150 pair of vionic shoes . They are some of the worst shoes Ive ever worn. I tried to return them within the 30 days of purchase and had a valid receipt . But because they had been worn they would not accept them. How could I know they werent comfortable without wearing them . I will never spend another dime in Dillards nor will I buy vionic shoes
The only thing that kept it from getting more stars was being bombarded by the sales clerks coming at us with perfume/cologne sample sprays. Other than that a nice store. Clean and well maintained. And wasnt attacked by over zealous general merchandise sales associates.
I order online from stores that I know I can return a product should it not fit, etc. Dillards is the 1st store I have ever done this with that deducted the shipping charge from my order for over $100.00. NEVER has this happened. I waited 10 minutes for someone to help me - first thing in the morning and no one was there. I even called their line to get help - no one answered the phone. Got the operator and she couldnt get anyone. Manager was suppose to come but didnt show. Another dept. employee helped and he was extremely kind. Just the worst service from a store that is extremely proud of themselves.
On this past Saturday I had went to Dillards after leaving JCPenneys in the Sephora Department then I get no help with the makeup at all I walked in Dillards in customer service was on point with the makeup I rhyme up buying my makeup from them and customer service was fabulous I got full treatment like I was a queen I love you all customer service yall doing a fabulous job over there I give you a props up everybody came from JCPenneys then got good customer service from yall guys I give you a hundred per-cent doing your thing Dillards yall is the bomb and I didnt see the whole bunch of people over there to get their makeup from yall and I also bought a whole bunch of other stuff for yall guys I sure do appreciate it thank you for the little coupon yall was giving out my number one store for now on imma send everybody away good job on a customer service job I had brought it up 100% yall never let me down. Which one I go to Im so happy congratulations on a good customer service Ill be back very soon
Id been looking for several weeks for a new bedding set for our master bedroom. After checking all the other big box stores we decided to take a look at Dillards. We were greeted by Karen who then asked a few questions about colors, designs, etc., to get an idea of my taste. Instead of heading straight to the $500 sets she told me about the great sale that they were having and suggested that we look there first. She was very attentive and helped me to find a basic, plaid Pendelton set that I could easily customize to meet the style that I love. Our new set is the perfect combination of a more masculine plaid with touches of feminine with the throw pillows and quilt.
I was looking for a mermaid style dress prom dress with my granddaughter the dresses was beautiful but they were all the big Cinderella type dresses and they did not work on my granddaughter small frame. for prom season you still should always have the mermaid style dress stocked also.
Ive always loved this location until my recent experience with them. Bought a dress from here, took it home and tried to wear it to an interview but the zipper broke. Brought the dress back to the store 2 days later to exchange for the same exact thing and the associate wouldnt do it because a broken zipper did not constitute good enough reason to do an exchange. Asked if i could get an alteration done to replace the zipper and again the answer was no. So basically Im stuck with a $160 dress i cant wear. What a way to serve your customers Dillards, Ill just stick to Macys henceforth.
When we first came in, my sister stopped in the purse section and two women were behind the counter talking and laughing. They looked up at us and back to each other. No hello no assistant just ignored the fact we were there. I proceeded to the shoes as I purchased some four days prior. I asked the representative if I could get the price adjustment due to buying the shoes before being told about the additional sale. She said no, I asked if I could return them she said no. That you only have three days. I asked for a manager the young man passing behind the lady helping me yelled to someone in the back “hey this lady wants a price adjustment.” Then he walked back up and said my manager said no we can’t do that. I asked for the number or someone above the manager he said “call corporate.” When I say the level of disrespect and attitude stems from management (who was too cowardly to come speak to me directly), the reps who were just ignorant and beyond annoying. I called customer service who advised me it is at the managers discretion and gave me the district managers number. I got the adjustment. But looking at how much I spend here I can confidently say I won’t spend money here again.. I would NEVER allow my reps or team to yell to me first off and if a customer is questioning policy I can show the proof and speak directly to them... it’s common courtesy. More over looking at situations from their point of view I would 100% want to save money if I were able to. Disappointing to say the least. Do better and your revenue would probably be way better!
I go to dillards almost once a week and buy me a nice outfit because they have good quality clothes this particular time I was with my two granddaughters and we were walking around and had some outfits in my hand and they were watching me the people that work there everywhere I walked they walked and then they tried to help me every black person dont steal but I see no other customers in the store they were walking around with several outfits and they was Caucasian and Hispanic and they never even walked over and asked him if they need help they never watch them like they watch me every black person is not dishonest and I work hard for my money so they lost a loyal customer because I will go there twice a week or once a week to buy me a nice outfit
I went here with my mother and we were able to find a handicapped parking spot right in front of the door. The store is extremely well organized and we were able to find what we were looking for very quickly (we also found a few things we didnt know we were looking for). The employees were very friendly and extremely helpful.
My wife bought a dress for my daughter last week for an event next month. My daughter decided that she didnt like it. My wife brought it back and the Dillard staff refused to take it back. They said there were some chalk markings on the dress so that means it must have already been worn! My wife tried to explain to the Dillard lady that my daughter only tried it on and did not like it, shed never worn it in public before...This is very disappointing. We have been dealing business with Dillard for over 20 years but after this, we dont plan on coming anymore.
You should go to the mens cologne department at Dillards at The Parks Mall and ask for Debbie. She is the nicest lady and she WONT try to upsell You.Though, this sweet lady knows her fragrances that smell the best for men. So take some cash, because youll want to buy from Debbie.
My wife received some clothing as a gift in early March, but the clothes didn’t fit. However, due to the shelter in place orders in Dallas and Tarrant Counties and COVID-19 concerns, we were not able to go into a Dillard’s location to return or exchange the clothes until this week (June 15th). I drove nearly an hour and went to the Arlington location today. The clothes were unworn, tags still attached, and I had the original receipt in-hand, and they refused to process the return! They said we should have come in last month, and that the COVID challenges were not their fault. With such lousy guest service we’ll be shopping exclusively online from now on - there is no advantage to going into a store.
This Dillards is hit and miss! Sometimes you can find help but most of the time they know nothing. Cant print a registry, dont know how to match item #s. Then tonight with over 40 minutes left till closing they refuse to do a wedding gift wrap. Very rude didnt even offer to hold my packages and let me come back in the am for pick up. Just very bad customer service! Im sure Mr. Dillard and his daughters wouldnt have liked the customer service I had today! Being an old employee in my teenage years, I know there expectations!
3/13/17 at around 8pm I went in wanting to buy two foundations from the beauty counters. I walked around for a few minutes and nobody offered to help me. I saw two young employees by the Estée lauder counter just talking and laughing. I walked right besides them and they just ignored me!!! like I was invisible. Plain and simple this store is ridiculous! Horrible customer service. I will be shopping somewhere else instead.
They need to calm down on the perfume spraying - its so strong you can literally taste it in the air long after anyone has tried a sample. Thats why a lot of people park in the shaded parking garage right by Dillards, enter through Dillards, but dont stop and spend time shopping in Dillards = perfumes and colognes are way too strong.
The staff is great and the clothes are a notch above Macys for example. Large clothing houses like polo sell their clothes in tiers. Dillards generally will sell a higher tier than Macys who then sell a higher tier than say Kohls. You especially see this in jackets and slacks. I went to Dillards and Macys last week. Just comparing the shoes Macys had half inhouse brands and a few common brands like Johnson and Murphy, Kenneth Cole, Perry Ellis, etc. The person working the counter had a rudimentary idea about shoes and was restocking the suits section. At Dillards they had mostly higher end of many brands. The guy that worked with me could answer questions about nearly all the shoes including which styles were being purchased more often this season. The only thing I wish Dillards would consider would be to sell a little less stuff and allow for a little more space like Nordstroms. Dillards does have more selection though.
I bought an Estée Lauder foundation while I was on vacation, but unfortunately the lady gave me the wrong color, when I got back home I decided to exchange it. The lady that I spoke to at the store told me she doesnt have any in stock after only checking for like 20 seconds , and she told me to try other stores, I went to like 2 other stores in the dfw area, driving for minutes and wasting my gas, they both gave me the same bs. So I decided to call the .first store the next day and asked if they had any in stock and they told me yes. They all had crappy attitudes, like I was wasting their time. First and last time shopping at Dillards. I would stick to Macys thank you
I ordered furniture in September. A full bedroom set that was over $3500 dollars. If Im spending that much on furniture Id expect to get furniture delivered to my home in good shape. The experience Ive had with this furniture has been beyond ridiculous and frustrating. From the time the set was delivered the dresser and chest were damaged. They ordered a new dresser and orered repair for the chest due to no others in stock. They tried to deliver the 2nd dresser and once they arrived to my home it was in such bad shape they wouldnt even remove it from the truck. Repair person finally came out to repair but said parts had to be ordered. Finally the THIRD dresser was in decent shape and we accepted it. A month and half later the repair guy came back out and didnt even bring the parts with him to repair the chest!! Now we have to wait again. I REFUSE TO EVER PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Dillards hasnt ever tried to make this better or offer a discount.
Shoutout to the very rude men’s formalwear salesman who showed me one option for $400, said that was the cheapest they had and then refused to help any further. I went across the mall to JC Penny’s and found a much friendlier staff and better selection and gave them my business instead.
I feel bad for the sales people that work there, they are always treated badly by management and you can tell that they sucked the soul out if them, it feels like they dont want to be there, this place has the worst service ever, trying to return something within 30 days was the worst experience ever . It took them 35 mins to figure out how to return the item and then they said they cant return it because of a tiny little tag that was ripped of that they could attach back on in 5 sec. The manager jennifer was supposed to come and resolve this matter but she never showed up after 30 mins. I just left and Im never coming back . STAY AWAY!!!
👎Used to work here. The computers, which they probably still use were from like 1989 or 1991 lol. I worked in the mens department and some of the old hags like connie would steal my customers...we had quotas to meet and fellow co workers....not all some were cool...would screw you over. Either you quit or got fired or were a customer theif. Work would be so slow sometimes if customers were looking for elevator or bathroom i would personally escort them to where they needed. Ultimately, in regards to clothing i like van heusen or arrow brands which they dont sell. Im not a fan of their brands deccent clothes but not what i like.
Dillards at the Parks Mall has been my favorite store for 30 years. There is no comparison. The merchandise is top quality and bargains can be found. They have top notch, knowledgeable helpful personnel. Recently I had the pleasure of being assisted by Kriss. Kriss took a difficult situation and turned it into a delightful day. Hats off to Kriss, my thanks and Prayers go out to you.

2022-03-25Walking through Dillards to get to a specific store and Aldo handed me a fragrance card and I just had to return to get it. Aldo was so kind and pleasant and handled the sale effortlessly. Thanked us for returning and packaged my new favorite scent beautifully. Thank you having Aldo on the team delivering stellar customer service, Dillards!

2022-02-28First, let me register my SHOCK and pleasure that a *person* actually answers the phone here. No recordings! What a refreshing blast from the past! Second, hats off to Jasmine in Housewares - she went out of her way to go count an item I needed to make sure it was in stock before I went up there. What wonderful service. Keep up the great work!

2022-03-14Long overdo review but Victor was so helpful with my boyfriends search for suits for work! He was super friendly and even though he said he was new, was more helpful than other Dillards Ive been to in the past. We didnt know how to match ties and he helped us get what we needed. Even took the time to ask us how our day was and what our plans were. Thank you, Victor! Keep up the great work!

2022-01-29The whole store was having some software issues that preventing them from completing credit transactions. That’s all understandable, frustrating but understandable. I went to customer service to see if someone could override it as I had a receipt it was within policy. Not only was I told the 3 customer service you don’t ladies could do nothing even though a girl in the children’s department was extremely responsible and helpful. When I went back to her to try and help they laughed at me as I left and called a another sales person and manager over to stop the helpful sales associate. It was very weird and frustrating.

2022-05-11Their policies are weird and strict. Workers would not give us a plastic bag without the purchase of something. I do not understand why a plastic bag, with nothing inside, is so important. The mall is dying and dillards is one of the last standing stores, it is better to go anywhere else in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

2022-06-17Customer service was terrible. The young girl working in womens formal wear was on her phone the entire time. The dressing room carpet was disgusting! I kept my shoes on while trying on dresses.

2018-10-19The high end store in Parks Mall Arlington. All big names and brands are available here. Very expensive store but very neat, clean and well organized. You will love to see the store from inside at all levels. A very huge inventory to choose from. Specially cosmetics and perfumes section has all big brands and all new varieties.

2022-06-08Unable to find a clerk to help or find a dressing room unlocked. Walked across the floor and found a clerk to ring up items to purchase in a different department.
