Travis and the team were very kind and polite. Gave me a heads up on what to expect and wanted to see if they could fix the tire vs replacing it. They were able to seal the leak and got me on my way. I really appreciate everything they did and will be returning in the future for any tire needs. : )
Ill start off by saying the initial customer service was stellar, however Im giving one star because when I woke up the next morning, my car was sitting on a flat tire. After spending $1000 for 4 new tires and rims its pretty unacceptable, but I understand mistakes can happen. Unfortunately it did not stop there...my husband went to put on our spare and couldnt get the rim off because it required a special tool to remove it and they failed to tell me that and provide me with the proper tool. Im very upset at this point because I could have easily been stranded alone with my 4 month old with no way to change my tire and I had to make it back into town when they opened again feeling unsafe with said tire and my child in the back seat.
Saw a screw in my tire took it to discount and they looked at it said due to the location of where it was I’d have to buy a new tire for 260$ which I bought that identical tire a year ago for 135$. Then someone at my work looked at it and pulled it out said I was lucky it didn’t even go in my tire … so I feel like they didn’t look very well or just tried to get over on me very dissatisfied
They really try to take care of you, came in cause of sensor indicating low pressure they found a screw in the tire and fixed it, when I left sensor was still on, drove around for an hour running errands,came back and they found a leak in the rear, fixed it everything works as it should, so polite and friendly.
I flew from Salt Lake City to San Antonio to buy a used car. 60 miles into my drive back to Salt Lake, I received a tire pressure warning while on Interstate 10 and pulled off at the next exit in a town I’d never heard of, Kerrville! I had somehow managed to run over a screw along the 1st hour of my 20hr drive ahead! Found this Discount Tire and was impressed hands down with their professional courtesy and customer service!!! Coty(sp) and team had my tire fixed in lickity-split time and allowed me to get back on the road quickly! I really appreciate Great Service in today’s world and these guys Nailed It!!!

This place is so awesome! Made an appointment for a tire rotation, took me as soon as I arrived and were done in 15 minutes! I also had a trailer tire that needed repair, I had the warranty, they didnt have the exact tire in stock, replaced it with a better tire at no cost. Tire warranty is worth the cost. Crew are professional, polite, and respectful. They have my tire business forever. Also the work area is clean. Other tire companies are filthy..

Fantastic customer service! My tire blew out and I got to their location an hour before they opened. I was going to be late for work if I had waited the extra hour but the manager saw me and came out and listened to my story. He then started working on my car right away and when his team arrived they all pitched in and got me back on the road 30 mins before they were even supposed to be open. They even offered to share their breakfast tacos with me. What a wonderful blessing they all are! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!
Highly recommend! I woke up to head out on the next leg of my cross country road trip to these big bulges on my tires. I was just passing through this area of Texas and was nervous about finding a reasonable place to get them replaced, but a friend recommended Discount Tire. I called to explain my situation and Austin was very helpful, assuring me several options were in stock for my car. When I arrived, Austin greeted me in the parking lot with a smile and even remembered my name. He was great at making recommendations based on my vehicle, driving habits, and budget. I feel like he did everything he could to get me a good deal. Even without an appointment, I was in and out in about 45 minutes. The employees are always so professional. The parking lot was packed after the holiday weekend and there were people everywhere. The staff was quick and courteous with everyone I saw them interact with. I’ve used them for years and have yet to find a reason to not continue doing so.

The guy that originally checked me in was very professional & explained what they were going to do very well. They were very busy, but well organized and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. I’m a customer for life. We had a tire blowout on the Friday of a holiday weekend two hours into a 7 hour drive. William answered the phone and bent over backwards to get us custom tires on the spot and stay open a few minutes later so we could replace the tires and enjoy our weekend. William saved our weekend!!! And discount tire was there for us. Top it off with price matching and the 10 year warranty and why would you go anywhere else? Thank you Kerrville team!!!

I love Discount Tire. I buy all my tires from them. This particular one is under-staffed. Yes, one is able to make an appointment, but I had to wait in line 3 times for 20-30 mins. Once when I dropped off the wheels, once to check in for my installation appointment, and one more time to pick up my old wheels. Thats called waiting an hour and a half even with an appointment.The job itself was finished quickly and professionally. The crew is handsome, friendly, and unable to relax. Way too much is expected of them.
After a series of unfortunate events on a road trip we were forced to stop in Kerville to get some new tires. Im happy I stopped at discount tire and met Jordan. Best Discount tire Ive gone to. I was in route from TX to CA. Had a weird feeling in my wheels and the checked it out rebalanced my tires and gave detailed reasoning behind the rough drive. They took care of me quicker that the expected wait time.

Superstar team and extraordinary customer service. Construction nails had punctured a tire on my Ford Explorer. My wife and I were enjoying exploring the Texas wine country July 2-5th We had to drive 30 miles on a shaky spare. We went online,made calls to several tire stores. You Kerrville Texas store was only welcoming response. All of the other tire places said that we would have to wait until after the holiday to get the particular we needed ordered and delivered. Your staff told us to come on and let them take care of us. Even though we arrived not too far ahead of store closing they took care of our problem with dispatch and hospitality. As we sipped their offered bottle water, perfect for a hot summer afternoon in the Texas hill country, we watched the enthusiasm and dispatch with which they took care of a wide range of customers. Everyone was treated with concern and respect. Watching them work for almost forty minutes we were just amazed at the attention to customer service from every level of staff up to the store manager. There was no attempt to upsell and they even pointed us to a great local family friendly restaurant. Kerrville Discount Tire you are tops.
The staff took time to find me the best deal on tires. Were ordered correctly, arrived on time and four new tires were installed in under 30 minutes. I appreciated the staff following the governors mask mandate and social distancing guidelines because I take care of my elderly mother and want to minimize her exposure to Covid.

My Pop was visiting from 6 hours away and his tire sensor went on. We went to Discount Tire and the guy helping my Pop was very nice and very patient with him. He had him on new tires in about an hours time. Very good.
Our company has purchased tires from Discount for decades but the Kerrville location has been less than desirable to deal with. Had full set of tires installed on my 2020 Mercedes GLE 350 at approx 25000. Drove off & immediately the tire pressure indicator shows 48PSI in left front & right rear tire & 36PSI in right front & left rear. Returned to get that corrected.They replaced the original valve stems which was unnecessary due to the car being new & they replaced the valve stems & caps with cheap retrofits. Next morning the left front tire was flat due to the valve stem leaking air. Drive from Fredericksburg back to Kerrville & had valve stem replaced.30 days ago I had a new set of tires installed on my 2020 Ford F-150 & ran over a screw so I drove to Kerrville to get the tire fixed & rebalanced because the store in Midland misbalanced the rear tires.Today Oct 29 I went into the Kerrville store to get the tire repaired & it was going to be two hours wait time for the repair. Left Discount tire, drive to Ultimate Automotive & tire repair shop, they repaired the flat in 20 minutes.You decide which shop you’d do business with…

My husband and I were on our way back to El Paso from a little vacay and unfortunately had a blowout. We were 12 minutes away from this discount location, we called with short notice and the guy over the phone really knew his stuff. We got there and talked to another rep, Jordan, and he was just as helpful as his coworker. These people were all phenomenal. If we lived here we would definitely continue doing services here!
James Harris was our salesperson, but did so much more.My wife and I blew a tire on I-10 west of Kerrville about 30 miles. We got our spare on the car, and back on the road but we knew we could only go a short distance because the radiator hoses going to the rear heater of our Ford E-350 had broken off due to the blow out. We didnt make it much farther when the van overheated and we had to pull over. Our spare was leaking and went flat too. We were stuck!Between coordinating a tow truck, a taxi for seven people (my family size), and new tires, we were busy on the side of the road. James was our point of contact at the tire shop, but also coordinated with local mechanics to identify someone to repair the radiator hoses. He ended up recommending a local mechanic that inspected my quick fix for free. He got us back out on the road for as little money as possible, with great service, and most of all, a sense of peace that we had a professional in our corner.James, grateful for your service. You are an example of Discount Tires founder, and the golden rule.
Good price and fast, but Rated 1 star, whoever changed my tires decided it was a good idea to Throw my spare tire upside down in my trunk and Rip Wires out of my sound system. Will not use this discount tire again.
I was just passing through and had a low tire. The store was crowded and busy but the crew was running like a Nascar pit crew and soon cleared and helped all customers. Everyone was professional and polite. This place is a model for how things should be done.
I had a great experience going to this location for the first time on 1/2/2020. I came in to see if my flat tire can be patched up. Definitely a little bit of a busier day but that didnt stop them from helping me right away. As im taking my flat out of my trunk, one of the reps spotted me rolling the tire in and was able to catch me and take my tire in for me so that i may go inside and check in for service. Im a big dude myself, so no issues taking it in myself but the gesture and assistance was refreshing and appreciated.Once inside, I was greeted right away and they were able to grab my info for the visit.As I took a seat in the lobby/waiting area, was able to grab a cold water (complimentary) from the cooler, they have a clear window to the car bay, so your car is practically never out of site. As I said before, pretty busy day by the looks of the parking lot and bay, and all the reps were working like machines! You can see everyone doing something separate but at the same time so in sync that they were going through cars like water. About 45 minutes in, I get the green light that my tire was able to be patched up and is working like normal. Asked if they would be able to install the tire while I was here, they said no problem. After everything, i was expecting the bill for the service, the gentleman told me they repair tires for no charge.Ultimately, I was able to get my flat tire fixed and installed within the hour for no charge at all. I would say they nailed their first impression. Will definitely be coming here for any work or replacement on my tires.

I got there 10 minutes before my schedule appointment, 35 minutes gone by an no one came out to check or to acknowledge about wait time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. VERY DISSATISFIED.
They got me in right away. Heres the thing. I wanted Pirelli tires and was willing to come back after they ordered them and had them in stock. The person waiting on me made A REAL HARD push to buy the brand of tires they had in stock. So much so, that I gave in and bought their brand. In happy with the tires, but, I didnt like feeling pressured that I had to get it done today. It felt like they were worried about losing a sale if I didnt get done today, though, that would make no sense I would think, because wouldnt I prepay for the tires? Other than that they were great.
Came in early around 8:15am on my spare tire after getting a flat on my way to San Antonio. There were already a few customers there but as soon as I was out of my car, someone greeted me outside and helped right away. He took my information, grabbed my flat tire out of the back and told me to head inside as he would take care of it right away. He pulled my car into the shop and maybe 15 min later I was on my way out with my patched tire and spare back in its place. Great customer service!

Initially had a small issue with a tire however store manager called me and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. Just earned a lifelong customer, simple wholesome customer service.
I spoke to them about replacing 3 tires to match the last tire I got there. They were going to have to order 1. A week later I was told it was still in transit. Spoke with them 4 days later and a whole other reason. Apparently they didn’t order it when I was told they did. Then after waiting for them to put tires on, they never let me know my car was ready. Then 2.6 miles later I learn they damaged my brake pad clip on driver front wheel and the pad is right up on my wheel and the clip is all bent.Now I have to get estimate but unable to drive my car? I will never use this company again and do not recommend them to anyone

Very disappointed arrived before 11:30, had a screw in my tire. Got checked in and was told an hour and half, no big deal needed to get things from Wal-Mart so ok, my jeep was to be pulled in by 12;25 and done by 1 but I went and asked at 1 cause my jeep was still sitting where I parked, they came up with excuses and finally by 1:50 my tire was fixed. I only use discount tire, but just might be changing my mind.. was hot and had over 200.00 in stuff from Wal-Mart and waited 2 1/2 hours.
This shop means business. I got in there and from the time I walked in, to the time I walked out, I saw guys running around from vehicle to vehicle checking things off. Getting vehicles in and spitting them out as quick as lightning. They were incredibly friendly and professional and I would venture to say they should be the base line model for all Discount Tire shops to follow. Thank you all for getting me back on the road so quickly and with a smile.
The guys at Discount Tire are very efficient. Some days like Saturday morning youll wait a while in line but they always get to you as fast as they can. Ive gone in there on a Friday afternoon because of a leaky tire and they repaired it right on the spot within a half an hour. These guys dont mess around they literally run to get the job done in the back! I love these guys and we would never use any other Tire Company. When moved to Texas we bought our tires in Colorado at a discount tire and they made it all the way to Texas and lasted a full year ! I cant say enough great things about these guys at Discount Tire.

I bought tires and rims here about a month ago.I contacted the salesperson and they said he was “on a conference call”. I could see him standing in the bay! I then called the manager the next day and HE said (about the salesperson) that he was indeed “on a conference call” ! Anyway, my tires scrape the inside of my wheel well and THE MANAGER’S solution was to either cut the plastic off my Tahoe or to “let them wear down”. I just can’t believe it. I asked if I could make an appointment to talk to him and he said they didn’t take appointments! I’ve been doing business with Discount Tire for over 20 years and I’ve NEVER had an experience like this. I’ll go to a different Discount Tires ..maybe in Bourne. Awful ..
Great place to go for your car. Had a flat on my small r.v. took it here. As we left they said theyd call us in when it was ready, quoting 1.5 hours. 40 minutes later it was ready and didnt even cost a penny. They put a plug in the tires hole and it was good as new. They are always my go-to mechanics for tires and other things they deal with.
Ive been a customer for several years. Yesterday I brought in my wifes car with original factory tires, one with a screw in it. Got in promptly, got tire fixed, no charge even though I hadnt purchased those tires from Discount! Very courteous service, will definitely be back. 5 stars!

Ive used Discount Tire in several locations across Texas so i understand speedy service is not an option, an excellent inventory and professional staff are the name of the game not speed. But when my family and I broke down on the interstate and the closest option was backtracking 50 miles to Discount, i assumed an hours notice to just come in and pick up 2 mounted tires would be sufficient, i never imagined i would be waiting another hour once i arrived. Even by Discount Tire standards this place was incredibly slow. Not a satisfied customer at all!

I have been doing business with these guys since they opened and will never go back in there. I have learned they will lie to get you to purchase tires and rims that you actually dont need. Twice they told me I had a bent wheel when I was purchasing tires. I had my doubts but did it anyway. I recently went in for two tire repairs and was told my tires could not be fixed and I needed new ones. They then refused to put my tires back on when I declined to purchase new ones. I took my tires elsewhere and had them fixed. I was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with them other than nails in the tread.Update: 5/24/2018- I have driven on these tires for nearly 6 months with absolutely no issues. I didnt keep track of miles but it is thousands as I work out of town and travel A LOT.
The gentleman, James Harris, that took care of me was courteous, very knowledgeable of the tires and the features and benefits of each. I had performed my research before going and his input was spot on to what I had concluded would be the best tires for my wifes car. Everyone is helpful, more than one employee stops to enquire if you have been helped. The products are great. They stick to their word, when something bad happens to a tire they are quick to fix the matter, including replacement of the tire if necessary. Everyone is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

I really like this Discount Tire. I havent ever been to another Discount Tire so I do not know how they compare, but compared to other tire places I really like this company.The prices seem higher than other places I have been but that might be because of different inventory or because I always get the warranty. This is one of the only places I get the warranty for a product. They have never argued with me about if the warranty applied or wanted me to fill out a big form to apply. I show up with messed up tire, they see if is fixable; if not they put a new tire on. No cost, no paperwork, they dont try to sell me anything while I wait.Waiting isnt bad here either. The waiting area in store has chairs and is air conditioned or heated. If you like there are some benches outside also. If waiting isnt your thing Walmart is next door or you can even get a ride and just leave. They have a service where they will call or text you to let you know they are done. They can take hours to get to your vehicle, especially if you are a walk-in. They seem to always be busy and as a walk-in I have waited 3 to 4 hours before.Sales staff is always friendly and polite. They check everything themselves so even if you bring your tire size in they are going to go check. They will show you various tires but once you pick one they dont try to get you to upgrade. If you are cheap like me and say I want x number of your cheapest tire that is exactly what they will do.They are safety oriented so if you bring them a really old tire they wont work on it. I believe the salesman said nothing over 10 years (I took them an old spare). They do not do like some companies and get it disassembled prior to telling you they wont work on it. He was up front with that.All in all, I like how they do business here and I am more than happy to spend a little more or wait a little longer.
We had purchased 4 new tires in another city and the next morning at home one tire was flat. Picked up something in the sidewall. I aired it up and made it to the Kerrville store. I explained that I had a plane to catch and was pressed for time . The guys really worked hard and got me out of there with a new tire in record time. I believe it was 30 minutes. Very impressed and will definitely be back as needed. :)
These gents helped my elderly uncle out with obtaining a spare wheel and tire for his car, while conducting themselves with the utmost politeness and patience. So very much patience is hard to find these days, and my uncle requires a lot of time and patience in making transactions. I was so appreciative of the young man who dealt with us and was so very kind to my uncle.

I have bought a few sets of tires from Discount Tire in Kerrville, with all positive experiences. Ive always been treated with respect and courtesy. Ive watched them change tires, and Im impressed by their thoroughness. Waiting times can be long, but I am confident they do a good job. They arent flipping burgers back there, so have some patience. They always have free hot coffee and cold water available. They repaired tires for me, for free, that I didnt even buy there.

Went in with a friend to get his aftermarket wheels and tires rotated and balanced. Staff was eager to fulfill the request. The wait was about 2hrs as projected, but the work was not good. They didnt rotate all the tires, and upon further Inspection his wheels were damaged. Went back the next day to confront the manager, who made sure the problem was taken care of. Manager wasnt happy with what happened to the wheels and made the amends. Scuffs were caused by equipment failure, not negligence on the worker. Left in good spirits, and will continue to choose discount tire for my own vehicle.
Poor service. Went to get a new tire because it was bubbled up close to popping. Tire was under warranty. They said nothing was wrong with the tire. I was not happy. I could see there was a problem. Demanded they replace the tire. They need to look closer.
I have been using Discount Tire in Kerrville exclusively for 10 years +/-.......Ive never been disappointed with the service. The staff there is awesome and even when they are totally snowed under not one team member has ever failed to be courteous or helpful. I will continue to give them 100% of my business. Great service - free flat tire fix! new to Kerrville and tires werent even purchased from them - will definitely buy from them when I need tires. Took a bit of time but they were busy! would wonder about them if they WERENT busy!
Had a flat tire that was on their extended warranty. Had it replaced at no cost, and bought additional tires. Great price, polite people, good work and fast. We go here for all our vehicles.
My son bought his first car and needed tires. Not only did we get a sale on tires but we brought in two of the tires off the car because one was flat. Then they put us first in line when we brought the car in a few minutes later to get the other two tires done. Great service and great work done. They installed the lug nuts we brought in too.
So far so good. Discount Tire handles tires the way you would expect from a large chain wheel and tire vendor. Quality of product is great. Service from employees is typically good with a flair for upsell. Missing one star for prioritizing sales and upselling over service and customer/product retention.

My visit here was quick, service friendly and always reasonably priced. However, I urge everyone to make an appointment. The reason people have to wait any length of time is because they come as a walk in. You will be expected to wait for there are already people who have reservations. Its easy to make online and helps Discount plan accordingly.
This store is run by a bunch of inexperienced and rude kids who change jobs every week, the service is getting worse and worse. Their policy stinks and made to rip off consumers.

Dashboard had a light saying tires were low. Went to them, they checked pressure, and it was fine. They figured out how to get that annoying light to go off. Only took a few minutes. Very nice young men. Thanks.
The people here took great care of me. My truck got a flat and I had no idea I had warranty on them and were able to replace it for me at no cost! Thats why I always try to get the insurance deal. They really helped me a lot. Thank yall.
They do a consistently great job. My only complaint was that they left my car with the window down and unlocked. I had some valuable things in there. But it was all still there, so I will get over it.

Discount tire in Kerrville has exceptionally good service. The whole team works extremely fast and diligent to move the vehicles in and out even when its super busy. James and Jon went above and beyond to make sure we got our Jeep done correctly and it looks great now!

Came here 2 times already since I moved to Kervill.it’s always packed ! And I know why! Because the team there is super friendly. they usually take about 5 minuets to talk to you and check out the problem.They try working with you and give you a good price and a good warranty that they are good with. It dose take about an hour till 2 to fix your car. But the good thing is Walmart is next door and a lot of fast food places or go eat at chilled till they call you.
I deal with Marshall at the San Angelo location and he always does me a great job.Today on a trip to San Antonio, I blew a tire on my trailer just outside of Kerrville.I called Marshall and he directed me to the closest Discount location.When I walked in he already had everything in the system and Jeremy took control, got me in line to have the tires installed.I am very impressed with both of these young men.Great customer service.Both Store Managers should be proud of these guys as should th Regional Manager.It’s guys like Marshal and Jeremy that get you the 5 star reviews.
Got a screw in my tire they removed it and didnt charge us. Next time we need tires Ill be buying them there.
Very professional. My friend bought a tub of silly putty at walmart next door while waiting for her car tire to be fixed. She played with it and was extremely happy otherwise. They didnt even blink an eye and was very friendly even in the face of something they might not see everyday. 10/10 service

Every time I have come into this place for a tire repair they refuse to repair it. Excuses range from your tires are too old to they wouldnt even pass inspection. These would be perfectly valid reasons if they were true, I was a state inspector for years, I know what will and will not pass inspection. Then pointing at the tires dimension numbers and claiming that says they are 10 years old is ridiculous.
The service people are friendly and helpful! I just wanted my tire pressure checked and he checked all four tires & fixed me up with proper pressure!

Guy comes out to see my flat tire and after a quick glance says. We cant fix this tire. We have to sell you a new one. My tire is brand new just had a in it. Seems like they have been focusing more on sales and less on customer service lately
After driving a good many miles they didnt have the tires I needed. When I got these trees because they said I would get better milage. Now they dont have them in stock? If they where good tires why dont they have them anymore?
Great place they helped us out while we were out in the middle of nowhere, we had a shredded tire, that would have put us out for our weekend of wheeling, they had 2 in stock and were willing to stay a bit late to wait for us to come into town and get it

Big shout out to Jeremy! I got a new to me car and needed 1 new tire, the man talked me into buying a rim and using the bad tire for a spare. Long story short, you couldnt get it off when I needed it for flat. I complained 3 different times and lastly to Jeremy who said I want you to be satisfied. First, They greet every customer the same way,that is nicer than bigger city stores!Secondly, They had a lobby full, andthe gentlemen helping saw that my toddler was cranky as explaining the wait sat up an afternoon alignment,such than during the second visit addressed me by name ,fixed a tire that I could feel out of wack but had no idea about it having a mailto top it off I was in and out less than 20 minutes sign,siled,delivery I was so greatfull for the kindness.
It was the most professional transaction Ive experienced in a very long time. Abel is an extremely professional manager young Patrick and two or three other of the young guys that I saw work you were terrific.
For how busy it is, they are pretty quick at getting your car in and out. Nice staff but as with all tire places, the prices could be better. Not their fault. Will be going back.
Wow! What a disappointment. Been using Discount (at other locations) for over 15 years. Always good pricing and great service…until now. Called 1 hr. before going in to see what the wait was. Told 30 minutes tops. After arriving waited 15 mins. without even being acknowledged or greeted. Only one new customer received any service during that time and there were 5 employees at the front counters (all on the phone apparently waiting for words of wisdom from afar). Listened to one customer loudly vocalize his extreme disenchantment with service and time it took to replace one tire. Talked to two others. Both waiting over 1 ½ hours at the time I talked with them. Either this location is very poorly managed or is very understaffed or both. I believe probably both. Gave up and will drive into San Antonio. Won’t give this location a second chance. Go to Walmart or drive to SA. This place, under current management is a disaster.
Very helpful. Even though it was an OEM tire on my 2017 Dodge Ram 2500, they called Firestone and got me a 50% discount. They air up my tires and rotate them for nothing
I pulled into the store for air. They told me no. Said my tire was to low. Told me park it and go in side to talk about a new tire. I didnt want another tire. All I wanted was air. An hour later air, I was on my way.

Stopped in on a Saturday with brake issues. Even though they dont offer that service Matt spent a good 40 minutes and made well over a dozen phone calls trying to find someone open on a saturday afternoon. That is definetly above and beyond!!

Brought a tire in do to the tire having a screw in it. Tires were purchased here just a few months ago so I was hoping the repairs would be covered, they were. As usual the wait is lengthy but the service is always good.

These guys are the best.... I was stuck heading back from Rocksprings to Johnson City and i called them about 20 min out... They closed in 15 min. They stayed open and got me fixed up so i could get home... GREAT GROUP OF GUYS... I will be back..
Besides the recklessness of the employeesI have a grievance. Had a nail in a tire that still held air. Closing time rolls around I get an unpatched tire and rim separate from each other saying we cant help you.

Ive been going here for years and the service is normally quick and easy. Ive been here for 2 hours now after being told it would take an hour and my vehicle hasnt even left the parkinglot to be serviced.
Its a Discount Tire. Ive never had a truly bad experience at a Discount Tire. Its always consistently positive. But its difficult to wax poetic over tires.
Had an appointment for 5 new (2017) tires. At completion of installation, 2016 tires were put on. They found 3, 2017 tires that they could put on and ordered 2 new 2017. Will follow up when new tires are installed.

Anytime you have a flat or anything wrong g with your tires, come here. All are very friendly and as prompt as possible. Get here early because there can be lines at 7:30 already.

2021-12-13These guys never fail to impress me and leave me driving off happy. I was curious about how new wheels would look on my truck and the gentleman that works there was happy to take the display and hold it in front of my tire to see how they would look. Not to mention theyre super fast and respectful.

2022-01-10I bought four new tires. As soon as I got into my car I noticed my dash Consol was broken. I told the manager. I told him it was not like that and that someone had broken it. He got a little metal implement of some sort and tried to fix it and broke it even more.My car is also pulling very hard to the right.

2022-05-26Stopped by this location to get my tires checked because the light came on and we were about to drive back to Houston. Guillermo was helping us and he doubled check the pressure on the spare which we were happy he did. It only had 8 psi. So of we had a flat we would be in trouble. 2022-03-06Went in with questions about getting larger tires/wheels on my pickup. Sales representative was very knowledgeable and was able to set me up with some larger ones that fit well. I went ahead and ordered them and had them put in when they arrived. There was a couple scratches near the valve stem and they gladly gave me a refund for the damages when I brought it up and showed it to them. The tires fit perfectly and I have not experienced any rubbing at all.Great, friendly place with employees that know their stuff. Will continue to do business with them in the future!

2022-05-21Went in to fix a leaking tire and get tires rotated. They repaired the leak and rotated. I went to pay...no charge! Wow! I knew where I was going to buy my new tires next, which were coming up soon. I get going and notice my low tire pressure light on. I go back and they found a leak from a previous repair. I only had 1 leaking tire when I brought it in. I have a system that monitors all tire pressures so I know. It could be a coincidence....but I doubt it. I thought it was too good to be true and it was. So I had to buy a new tire for $200 that I know for a fact was good before I brought my car here. I should have known better....Ill support local businesses next time.

2022-03-04I had the best experience at this location. I was heading out of town and was on a time crunch. I went to air up my tires and Albert discovered a nail in my tire. He showed no hesitation and repaired my tire immediately. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Will recommend people here.

2022-06-02I have had a screw in a brand new tire. They were able to plug the hole. But I had RS tire value covers. And did not see until I got home 5 hours away the replaced the cover with a normal cover.

2022-05-14Cost waaay too much for 2 small tires (Ford Fiesta) but Walmart was almost $50 more. Shtuff is expensive.. just a fact of life. Discount has always served us well.
