We had a delivery order and as soon as the pizza came in we opened the box to eat & we seen a baby daddy long legs walking by the side of the pizza. We had literally just opened the box. I called and asked to speak with the manager and he just kept trying to assure me there was nothing that couldve gotten in and they have no rodents. There was no way it wasnt in there before we opened it. My sisters and I all seen as soon as the box opened. I am very unsatisfied.
I tried to order a pizza over the phone and and was told that theyre not delivering anymore due to cold weather Then I drove up there and they wouldnt let me in to order The guy instructed me through the glass go around to the pick up window And when I got to the window they said they didnt take orders at the window and I had to order online. I just wanted a pizza not to jump though hoops to get one
Our food was overcooked and when we took it back uneaten the staff infor med us that it was not overcooked and that they would not do anything they would not remake it t.hey would not refund our money nothing no credit NOTHING!!!!! All the employees are rude and refuse to assist with anything-- especially their names...........acted as though itd be a national security breach to tell me their first names even. Food was awful & they were rude....NEVER WILL EAT AT Dominos, that one anyway.....ugh!!!!!
Wow! Ok so I drive truck and am sitting maybe 4 miles away at a truck stop. I called was going to order but seems that Dominoes does not deliver to truck driver because supposedly its a security risk! Are you flipping serious?! We are good enough to deliever thier goods but they cant risk selling us food? Well Dominoes in Amarillo, Texas can go broke.
I wish I couldnt give any stars. I called because my order was wrong and the manager argued with me saying I did not order the right thing. He said he would charge me again and was hateful. I asked for corporate office and he told me to look it up and asked his name he said he did not have to tell me. Very unprofessional, will never order from this location again
I ordered a pizza (first picture) I called and complained the manager made me feel like it was my fault. I had to wait another hour and a half and was told before giving me my new pizza I had to give them my burnt pizza back. So when I got my remade pizza(other pics) it was no better and soaked in grease. When I called and complained other manager was rude and told me everyone looked at the pizza and it was up to their standards and they couldnt help me anymore. I had to deal with it. If this is theyre standards this place should be closed or whole new crew. Im the customers and am unsatisfied I paid 25 dollars for this pizza and to be treated like that. They should be ashamed!!!
I opted for text message alerts and when I got the 10 min reminder I left my house. When I got there the guy said it was another 15 minute wait. In about 7 minutes he comes out of the window and says they lost my pizza and will be another 15 minute wait. I waited 30 minutes and finally went inside. The worse was inside!!! There’s this woman handling food and using her phone while vaping!!!! Literally blowing her breath of smoke into the pizza!!!!!Also, location needs another entrance/exit from the I-40 express lane. I had to go around and they are located in a corner.
9 20 pm . I called back asked to talk to that manager talked to him very professional and asked how old the kid is (Chapete ) manager said 50 I was amazed. . Called to make an order Just called was asking questions. To the guy that answers the phone. And I can heir him say I GOD . THATS THE COUSTOMER SERVICE YOU ALL HAVE REALLY BUD
Horrible customer service. The guy that answers the phone is rude and very unprofessional. I tried placing an order online but the website had said they were not taking online orders at this location. So I called the store. I was immediately told all carryout orders are going to be 40 mins or longer waiting time. We really wanted dominos so we ere ok with the wait. I ordered and he said my order was over $50 so I had to pay over the phone. I was right outside the store so I asked if I can run in and pay with cash. Of course he said no. At this point I was done with this guys whole attitude. It seems like he hates his job! We ended up ordering from the woflin location. It was worth the drive. They let me order my food over the phone and pay at the counter when I got there and my total was still over $50. They also had it ready in 15-20 min. Im never going to the Nelson location again.
My experience with pizza delivery women and men have been as about as uneventful as you could imagine, which is a good thing I suppose. However, I ordered from here as I usually do, and my pizza was delivered to my residence by a very nice elder gentleman, who’s name was Herbert I believe. He was very genuine, and kind, and even brought me an extra sauce cup because I forgot to choose one when I ordered online. We engaged in casual chit chat whilst he handed me food and I handed him cash. Just the nicest guy ever. Thanks, Dominoes!
I have always ordered from here and have had the best pizza, but tonight its was absolutely nasty! I actually had to cut it myself... Eric the manager refused to remake it or reimburse me for it. I dont know how to upload a picture here but if I could and everyone would understand. Eric you should find another job, like Taco Bell! Everyone knows their food is nasty so youll fit right in!
The manager is very rude! We ordered 2 medium pizzas BOTH were HARD and BURNT! I called to let him know he said he could not replace both pizzas and it would be 2 hours we had to wait for them to replace ONLY 1 of the pizzas when in reality BOTH of them should have been replaced. He then hung up in my face! I have NEVER been treated so bad by management in my life! I will be calling Monday morning to speak with the general manager. Something needs to be done about the customer service and poor management! Its obvious I am not the only one that was treated poorly. I thought it is suppose to be customer satisfaction since we are the ones that keep the employees paid when we place our order!
This dominos is horrible. I ordered 2 pizzas, both of them had so much cheese on them it made a mess. The toppings tasted as if they were farm fresh. UghAnd the delivery lady arrived 3 minutes early! How dare she get there too fast. I HAVE A SCHEDULE TO MAINTAIN!absolutely disgustingI wonder if theyre open right now...
I ordered 53.00 dollars of food, was uncooked went back to get corrected and was given to me uncooked again. Called to ask for a refund the next day, since they were closing and was told I had to call back on Monday. Call back on Monday and was so rude and said I had to talk to GM. No sorry no nothing from neither employees who were supposedly MANAGERS! I have worked in fast food before for 10 plus years and this is not how you treat customers! I will NEVER order dominos again. Still trying to get a REFUND, ridiculous! Only gave one star cause I had to.
Ordered a pizza online for carry out. Estimated time for p/u was in 20-30 min. Showed up at window 21 min after order. Employee took my payment and said it would be a few more minutes. After waiting about 10 more minutes, she asked me to park and they would bring it out to me. I waited another 20 min and went to the window. Employee grabbed my pizza from the ready shelf to hand to me. I asked about a refund because it was so late and he shut the window then came back and said it was refunded with no pizza in hand. I explained I was asking to not be charged since I had to wait so long. He got the manager, Eric, who rudely stated you can have your pizza or a refund. I explained I was just asking what he do to compensate for the fact that they hadnt even put my pizza in the oven when I arrived then it sat there for a while because they forgot I was waiting. He answered again you can have a refund or your pizza. I was just asking for a discount, coupon, etc. His demeanor and tone was very condescending and he should not be in a manager position without more training in customer service. I left without my pizza.
I asked for a pizza thats half cheese and the other half with sausage and olives but instead I got a pizza that has nothing but olive and sausage and hardly any cheese on one side, Id rather pay 5 dollars for a 2 day old pizza from little ceasers than pay more than 20 dollars for a wrong order. The only reason this doesnt have 1 star is because of the delivery guy. 2/10 if you want pizza theres other/better options. Do not recommend
This not the first time! I order one thing and get another (which isnt even something worth wanting to eat instead of your actual order) and also,, some people are very rude that work there Caine the manager they always argue with you about what they sent and when they finally agree to get the correct food to you, it is at least a whole hour after you originally ordered it, if it even comes at all!
Always great delivery..The pizza has always been good too up until like the last month or so..The pizza has been coming with the crust all bubbled up and burnt a little on top with very little toppings.. Hopefully it changes soon because that is not to tasty or worth the price
Customer service was AWESOME. This is what service should be. I ordered a pizza to a hotel nearby for delivery and asked them to call me and I would come to the lobby. The driver Stephen ended up coming to my room to deliver it! May seem like a small gesture but after the day we had this was so nice. He said he wasnt going to make someone come down to the lobby to get their order.I called the store to let them know how great his service was and learned the person had just started working there. I hope that person has since moved up in the company because he embodies what the industry should be like.
Restaurant is filthy I watched two employees cross contaminate at least 5 orders the knife they use to slice the pizzas looks like it hadnt been washed all week they were scrapping old dried pizza and cheese off it between pizzas I could only eat the salad I ordered because it was prepackaged
This is not what I imagine for a 19.00 pizza but thanks Erik from domino’s pizza on Nelson street in Amarillo tx I would recommend that the whole staff be fired very unprofessional and disrespectful with a sorry customer service team who treats you like it’s your fault u got some disgusting pizza! And to put the icing on the cake there was hair in the pizza 🤮🤢 what a waist and all they could offer me was more nasty pizza!
Ordered a large extravaganza pizza. It was so greasy it was the cardboard was falling apart. Me and friend had a slice and couldnt eat another bite it was so greasy. Called them back and they said the would replace my pizza when I ordered again because they were closing and they had it saved under my account. Called to reorder today and they didnt acknowledge it. That was going to be my lunch today. Oh well. I feel like Im owed however much that costs and their resolution was im sorry we cant help.
This Dominos used to be amazing. I dont know if there are new owners, workers that dont care new ingredients? The last 3-4 times we have ordered the pizza we have been very disappointed and we always say we wont order from them again. But with this weekend being that everything is frozen and its just down the block I ordered carry out. When the pizza was handed to me the boxes felt really light which I thought was odd. I got home and the pizza is definitely old. They just stuck it in the oven and reheated and sold it to me. Its stiff and the cheese looks like when you recharge it too long in the microwave. Definitely the last time we are ordering here. So sad.
Oder a large pizza was cover in oil on the bottom. They didnt want to give me refund said normal. I ask to speak to manger he said he was the manager on shift. He Said he redo it but it be 30 min. I told u been waiting 30 min already. Ask for credit he said no. I ask for his name he said he couldnt do that. I ask to for region manager or district in he said he could not do this Also. This in at 644;pm on June 18 2021. He has no manger skills. They are not washing the pan after they cook the pizza u can see all the over flow of oil come off the last pan. I will report them to the health department as well. This is on 1701 Nelson street Amarillo Texas.
Don’t give your business to this place. Overall horrible experience and customer service.Placed a call-in order for delivery to our hotel at 10pm. Was told it would 45 minutes. Okay, that makes sense since it’s pretty late. Order still not delivered at 11:40pm though they close at Midnight, so we called back; Told “we tried to deliver at 11:35pm but nobody answered and driver left,” though it was to be delivered at the front desk. I asked how we were to get our food, and kid on phone said “The driver is already delivering to another place, so you will just have to wait,” with no other response as to why the order was so late in the first place or why it wasn’t delivered to the front desk, and that was the end of the conversation. I called back immediately and cancelled the order.
Ordered on line with the Dominoes app completed the order and received notification from the bank the price was deducted, then a notice from Dominoes that the App had a problem, and a call the store Icon appeared , I called the store, they never received my order, I went to the store and showed the manager the deduction from my bank account, with his store number on it, but since he had no record he could not help me. Ive tried to contact someone who could help me, no luck. I love the Pizza but Im dissatisfied with the App. 3stars for now...
I ordered two pizzas, one pizza with thin crust and one pizza with hand tossed, they barely put any sauce on the thin crust but the pizza was still good. I also ordered 10 pc boneless chicken with my meal but they only gave us 8 pieces. Im not sure if its new staff but everytime we order, something is off. Still overall good though, I wish they couldve done something about the chicken though
We havent ordered Dominos for years, but were pleasantly surprised. Quick service, friendly delivery person who was persistent in finding our hotel in spite of the obscure address. Loved the Pacific Veggie & the Spinach/Feta with thin crust. Great experience all the way around!!
WOW, worst experience Ive ever had with a pizza place. Tried to have a pizza delivered to the Amirillo Expo Center, right off of 10th st. The driver called said he was in the parking lot and I needed to meet him. I said I would head that way, he then said he would need to cancel my order he couldnt find the arena. I called spoke to a manager who said the driver needed us to be at the front. We walked 500 yards to the street and the driver said he was on the parking lot. I asked where, he kept saying he was in a smart car, and needed to cancel the order. Called back to speak to a manager and was put on hold for 30mins...WOW, some really unprofessional people who dont deserve a job.
We had been regular customers for this location, then they kept getting our orders wrong, we called to let them know our order was wrong and the manager said they would put our name and number down for a free pizza to make it right, not even a month later we place an order and ask for the free pizza which they refused and said they had no record of ever talking to us. If you cant get the food right or keep your word ill take my business elsewhere, there are other pizza places.
Pizza was great! There was a mix up on the payment (my fault) they were completely understanding and honest and fixed it right away. Driver was awesome. Didnt get his name (older guy night shift) super friendly. Manager was super nice about the mix up. Both of you deserve a raise. Thanks again!
Worst experience ever. Delivery driver Brittany doesn’t seem to know basic math. My total was $20.55. I payed with 2 $20s. She gave me back $15 and said have a nice day! I had to argue with her about a good 5 minutes about getting my change back correct. And when she realized she was in the wrong she tried to turn it around on me saying I was the one getting rude with her. I called management and it didn’t sound like they had much interest in handling my issue. I will never order from ANY dominos in my life. & I will definitely not recommend it to anybody. I would advise that you guys hire people that can do simple math!! I’m sure a kindergartner can do better.
Picked this location on purpose to treat my family. Received a Pacific veggie that was missing tomatoes, provolone, extra cheese and parmesan. The six cheese had a huge burnt bubble on it larger than a golf ball, and there was so much garlic crust that we could not eat any of the top 2 inches. I expected more from a company that has had record profits during covid19, but I know those profits arent passed down to the obviously unhappy employees who make trashy pizzas. I posted this on the pizza tracker the night of my order and got no response or offer for a refund or a remake. At this point I want nothing from yall expected for my experience to be known. Lowell makes the absolute best pizzas and pasta. I like that I can see who is working on my food. I always say yes and give fist to the sky when I see hes working. I appreciate how courteous your employees are, and prompt customer service is never in short supply. Even 8 years ago. Life long pizza lover here. I choose Dominoes
20 minutes at the drive thru line, to pick up a pizza. Finally got to the window, and 4 different people were standing around. One took my money, the other asked my name, a third one checked the order and handed me the pizza. Pizza was good, service not so much. PLEASE get someone who knows what they are doing and aint scared to open the window and talk to guests.I know we are going through a pandemic, but step it up. And if you wonder why its taking so long for your delivery, its cuz the drivers park by the back door,the lines extends out into the street, blocking in the drivers trying to make deliveries.
This is the worst experience i have ever received from this dominoes. Waited over 3 hours for my order and the only resolution they gave me was to remake my food free of charge even though i paid for it and the error was on the driver not being able to find the address . its now 11:15pm and the order was put in at 7:41pm😠.
Excellent service!! We were traveling through and placed an online order ahead. It was ready when we got there and the staff noticed we were traveling and when I asked for extra napkins, he offered paper plates! Lifesaver when traveling with kids! Would definitely recommend this dominos!
When i showed up there was a line of cars at the drive thru. I called and asked if lobby was open and to my surprise, it was. I was able to walk in and pick up my pizzas without having to wait. I placed a. Online order for pickup. When I arrived to the store I had to wait in line at the drive threw at least 30 minutes with the line less then 5 cars in length. when I arrived at the window I waited another 15 min before being greted . At witch time I was given my luke warm food . I gave two stars because at least they didnt hand me the wrong order.
I love dominos pizza, but not this location. Delivery is the worst! I ordered delivery one week and the service and speed was ok. Then I ordered the very next week, the same guy that delivered did not even know the house I was at and claimed the house numbers can not be read all of a sudden. Not to mention this was after waiting an hour and a half for the pizza and receiving it cold. Also not to mention that I called once to see how it was doing while the computer told me that the pizza was in prep for nearly an hour which is supposed to be the quickest part of the service. I will never waste my time at this dominos again however, the one off of Georgia has always been great but sadly, they do not deliver in my area.
Usually this Dominoes location is fast service with great quality. On top of a cute, I think 18 year old Latino guy that has great customer service skills. Tonight things were hectic. One pizza made and one forgotten to be put in the oven. But the manager asked if he could put something free with the order to make up for it. So I’d still rate 5 stars cause the one time something went wrong, they were great with offering something to make it up. Love this dominoes.
The pizza whats good when it wasnt burnt I like thin pizza but when I make my pizza at home I make it then but I dont burn it and it didnt have enough cheese the people are nice and sweet but that was the only thing that this is the second time I go and the pizza is burnt could we see about it not being burnt when I go again if I go again or do I need to go to Caesars
I visited from Dallas to Amarillo for 1 day and went this place for dinner. The staff is very confused and even dont know whats in their menu. After explaining in detail I was asked to wait 20 mins outside even no rush hour. After 30mins I literally called and I was given a completely cold pizza. When I opened it at hotel, the topping were at A SINGLE PLACE ON PIZZA!!!! Very bad experience.
I am so done with this dominoes. 3 times now the food has been good but the customer service is sub par. They are rude, belligerent, and argumentative. I have paid for dipping sauces and never received them, I have been made to wait for extended periods of time without an apology given or any amends made. Dont waste your time with this store.
Called in order was told approximately 20 minutes.... Fine I had 15 minutes left before I got off.... 10 minute drive.... Sat in drive thru 10 minutes before anyone helped me.... Paid was told another 10 minutes.... Sat there again.... Someone finally came over and told me to pull to a parking spot.... Almost an hour from the time I called order in they bring my order out.... No one else seemed to have a problem with their orders.... They pulled up and got their orders and left within 5 minutes.... Several cars go thru the drive thru before I got my order....
So Im from AZ and was amazed with this store. They did not deliver to my hotel so I was a little disappointed but to my surprise they had a drive thru window. I have yet to see a store like this back home. Pizza was made well. Pacific veggie on thin crust is always a winner. No complaints.Thank you,Loyal Dominos customer:)
This is my favorite store they are nice and always on time I order pizza 2 or more times a week and dominos has never messed up my order and the HUT has missed up our orelder 4 of the last 5 times I ordered and ALWAYS take longer then an hour. This dominos is on the ball and know what they are doing I highly recommended this store over any of the others
Dine in carry out or drive thru location with a brand new feel & design. just right for me and my 7yr old son. i called order in and got a txt saying exactly when to arrive and by the time we got inside the order was ready &waiting... sat down for a pizza that was hot out of the oven. very geared to the customers needs..
Quickly greeted and helped as I walked in. I am used to online all the time so the person at the register made sure I had a similar experience. Fast order. Done before 15 minutes. Excellent price!! Delicious.Update January 2020: Ordered online for delivery. WOW! Just as delicious and super friendly delivery person. VERY fast too.
I called and ordered two chicken Alfredo pasta bowls one with mushrooms and an 8 piece bbq wings. When i received my order the pasta was correct but the wings werent covered in bbq sauce. All they did was put 8 plain chicken bites in the box and drizzled some bbq sauce on them. I order from this store pretfy frequently and have had only one other issue but tonight i was highly disappointed in my order and i dont know if I will continue to order from here.
This is the best Dominos I have been to ever. They are friendly, fast, and they verify orders for carryout. I ordered mine online and paid online. They had the receipt ready to be signed when I got there. They are also very precise on the time crame in which your order will be ready. Highly recommended.
I recently wrote to Dominos with a slight issue I had. The very next day was contacted by the manager Lowell, who goes above and beyond to make me feel like a perfered customer. Not only will I continue to give my business to Dominos, I try and put the word out there how Dominos on Nelson in Amarillo Tx. not only has great food, but also great customer service!!! Ordered a pizza and and waited for 2 hours for and still havent received it. Called up to the store and was told it was my fault. I was told that whoever was my driver said that they called and I wasnt home and Ive literally been outside my door. I verified my phone number and address and have yet to see how this is my fault.
I was only in town for the night. I hadnt eaten all day. I ordered a stuffed spinach and feta pizza. It appeared as if they literally counted the pieces of Spinach, because I might as well have ordered plain garlic parmesan bread. I hardly had any spinach and feta! Ugh
Will not be returning. After paying for a large order, I then asked for parmasean and crushed pepper. Was told that they do not provide this free of charge, it would be extra. Wish that this would have been communicated to me before hand. If I would have known I would have gone elsewhere. Poor customer service and poor customer appreciation.
Freaking love their pizza!! 😋 I live close by so it is convenient, not to mention they have convenient ordering online they have a drive-through and when you get a really get a coupon you get a really good deal plus there’s other things to order like pasta and wings and stuff that are amazing I recommend this place !! Ive been trying to order out of country for some friends pizzas to be delivered and keeps sending to worldwide locations and franchise info. Tried different things like google USA and still. Frustrating you dont have this very easy. What the heck, does it matter where its paid from with a USA credit card. Ive spent almost an hour. Like your pizzas but get a new webmaster
Pizza was cold.and they tried charging me xtra money for parmesian cheese and crushed pepper 1.50 extra per .. its a shame parmesian cheese and crushed pepper should come with any order if asked for and it should be free!This is the one of the cheapest pizzas out there conveiant belt pizza is horrible.. nothing like a real pizza parlor were its oven made and comes with free parmesian cheese and crushed pepperWhat blows my mind is dominos try to charge same price for this sh1t pizza!! I wont buy this sh1t again!!
Ordered a pizza for delivery. Found out after an hour and 15 min that the food never left the store. The woman that took the order didnt do it right. Gave her our cell number and the manager after i spoke to him said the number they called was busy? Really! It was a cell phone. Wont ever order from them again!
We stayed at the Motel 6 and had them deliver the pizza. I was told the order would be 35 minutes, and it was delievered right on time. The pizza was still hot, mushrooms were fresh, not canned.. it was like heaven in my mouth. Hubby ordered the wings with a side of mango habenero sauce, he said it was all yummy, the sauce has a lil kick to it, we enjoyed everything... thank you!
Tried to call in an order for carry out at this location and they put me on hold as soon as the phone was answered. Ladys attitude was very poor, if you dont like dealing with customers maybe you need to get a job in a warehouse where no customers dont run the risk of meeting such a sour person. I also gave her my name, and address and she kept repeating a old apartment address. Very poot attitude at this location. Not the first time this has happened too, tried giving it another shot but they failed to impress. Never going to buy from dominos ever again. Hey dominos show me who your employees are and ill show you how your name is being represented.
Stayed at the hotel just me and my dog asked what their specials were , he said a 5 topping pizza for under 13$ Ok I’ll take it That will be 22$ what ever, it came gave a 4$ tip Ate the fist piece and had enough the dog would not eat it. 27$ + 7$ at subway yum. Dominos is back we’re it was 10 years ago junk. It is little Cesar’s. But more$. But they deliver I’m good for another 10 years. AVOID THE NOID
Very bad.lady who took my order couldnt get my info right.said my name was Joe, she comes back with Jim. Had to spell my name. Couldnt get my card number right.told her carry out,went to pick up order she had it delivered. House is dark no vehicle in driveway delivery driver opens outside door setting off alarm. By the time I got my order home it wasnt very hot.No apology from her but the driver did.
Im a truck driver and have order from dominos literally across the south from dozens of different locations and this was the first time Ive been told ot was a safety issue to deliver to trucks . I guess because I drive trucks ot automatically makes me more dangerous than anyone else in this town
This is the worst customer service ever. The manager on duty hung up on me, when he said that it has nothing ro do with them. Basicallt said I shouldnt order no cheese pizza.I know that I order a thin pizza with no cheese but it was sent to me black. They didnt even bother to cut it.
Order was right, hot and good. However, the employees were pretty busy and the counter personnel seemed to have orders layed out all over the counter. No semblance of organizational skills. The counter personnel are the first people a customer meets when they come into a business. When the counter is in disarray, like tonight, I tend to spend my money somewhere else next time.
They refused to deliver only .9 a miles away from there places to a motel and they are not recommended and I places a complaint with the corporate office and they said that they are going to call the place and deal with this issue and I did let them know that the ppl where rude on the phone

2022-02-22My family likes not so thick pizza a lot and we order it that wayToday I ordered online and when I got home I saw the pizza burned on the edges and I called to tell about the problem and they told me that they cant do anything to solve it! I will never order pizza at Dominos again.

2022-06-26This Dominos store did a great job on our dinner delivery to the hotel. Food was hot and very good. The drink order was forgotten and Matthew our driver went back to retrieve and delivered it quickly. Our two wing orders were switched over the numbers. Yet, both of them tasted very good. 2022-04-19Ordered on the app and I went to go pick it up. The dominos store itself appeared to be in very clean and updated condition. A lot of staff was there so Im assuming thats why it was fast! Pizza was great. Fresh, not burnt and they got it right...

2022-02-28We have used this Dominoes location since they first opened. Always called, aced order and picked up.No problem. Tonight 2/27/22, called to order as we always have they quoted TWICE THE PRICE for 2 large pizzas that what we have always paid. Said we have to order online to get specials( we have NEVER ordered online ) Then went TO the store to order in person and pay..still NO specials unless we order online...needless to say lost our buisness.tge store

2022-03-05Shouldve known better than to get delivery. I always do carry out from the one on Georgia cause this one is always terrible, but I didnt wanna leave the house so I took a chance. As always, terrible. Driver was great, food was wrong. Like always. The dumbest reasons too. Added toppings to my sandwich that dont even go in it. What a waste of $27 honestly

2022-04-04Worst Domino’s ever! They lied to you about your order, when your order takes over an hour to get to you and it’s freezing cold they tell you they can remake it but they have to recharge you. Every time you do a pick up order and you’re supposed to get the two minute guarantee they stop the timer and then don’t bring it out for another 3 to 4 minutes. When you say something about your free pizza all you get is attitude from every person there including management! What happened to keeping a guarantee and the customer being right?

2021-12-17I been stopping here a lot, but my last thin and crispy pizza was burned on the sides. When you eat, you could test burned crust.

2022-07-02Pizza was really good, the 5 cheese dip wasnt what I ordered but it was amazing, delivery driver was nice and courteous, good job havent ate there before and was way better than pizza hut.

2022-07-01Ordered a medium 12 thin crust with garlic parm, extra salami, light premium chicken, sausage, beef, ... Anyway it was outstanding.

2022-07-06This is the second time we have gotten two pizzas with so little sauce on them that we had to have a drink with every bite just to be able to swallow it.
