The food is always delicious and the workers are always have a smile on. The delivery people almost always have something funny to say, and even if something is wrong the workers are more than happy to make it right. I highly recommend checking out the coupons they have online, and if you order from them as much as I do get the mobile app, it makes things so much faster and has the coupons prominently displayed.
Be prepared to wait atleast an hour and half for your delivery when you were given a 30 minute delivery time. Does no good to call because you will talk to a highschool kid that doesnt really care and says 30 more minutes...still waiting..Update...never got the pizza. After 2 hours we called and we we were put on hold. No one ever came back so I called from a different number and had them check on our pizza before they put me on hold again. It was still there. My husband went and picked it up. There were angry customers inside the store and pizzas piled up for delivery. They told us on the phone they would remake our pizza, but lied. It was cold when we got it. I had paid for it online already otherwise I would have cancelled. Wont do that again!
Always great service and if you have a problem with anything the management staff takes great care of you and as an added bonus the owner will call to follow up to make sure that the store team took care of you. Dominos is a main stream big business, but when you have a store with local owners it just makes it so much better, the service, the quality, and cleanliness is just amazing, the tracking tab and the friendly deliver staff is great
We order pizza for delivery, we got the pizza an hour later. The guy called to say he couldnt find the house he was literally down the road. Maybe 5 houses down. Took him 15 minutes to get to my house. When we open the pizza the pizza is everywhere, the wings we supper cold. This delivery was a horrible experience!!
Third time to order from them the first two times it took forever to get the food. Things were all wrong and some forgotten. So I decided they would get one more shot with me . This time about two hours after I ordered I called back. They lost my order and had no record of it. They told me if I wanted to reorder it would be an hour and half wait. Umm no. Pizza Hut here I come.
The food is good. The service however, is horrible. In the last three months, we have ordered from them a total of five times. They have gotten the order right, once. The last time they messed the order up, I talked with the manager whos excuse was that they had just hired all new help and he himself was new. I can understand that, being in service myself, but he didnt offer any solution other then for them to remake it. Why, if im complaining about something, would I want it to be messed up a second time. It wasnt worth it. I work an hour away and I placed the order online before I left. We got to the store and the manager stated that he had tried to call four times, even though the phone that we put down never rang, and that he wasnt able to put the order in because we didnt answer his phone calls. Which we never got. That was the second time, with two different numbers, that they have used that excuse. If you order, dont expect it to be right.
The orders often take a very long time to arrive in the range of 50 minutes to an hour and a half. When these long orders arrive more often than not they are cold and look like someone ran them over or they are the wrong order. Once you inform them they remake the order again and it’s wrong and you tell them and they say sorry you also recive no refund or compensation. This review is based on close to 100 orders and I do not recommend this establishment.
We order online expecting to have the pizza ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick up my order it wasnt even ready. They made a $6 discount to my order, but that was not the point on ordering online. Just because they are the only location on this town doesnt mean bad customer service should be given and not do their job right.UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
They are very slow on serving you, I pulled up in the drive thru to get my order and I had to call them to get noticed. The guy answered and had the manger get my order because he knew I had a complaint. She said they are only 5 and they all are busy, well I said hire more people and all she did was agree that they need more people. The food is good just the customer service SUCKS!
The worst place ever called them on phone was told two hours for a delivery less then two miles away when I said I would just pick my order up was told would half hour when I showed up to pick it up 30.00 dollars was told that if I what condiments it would be a dollar each but if I was dining in I could eat as much as I want of them for free

2021-01-27Ordered a pie and salad over an hour ago, sat in “quality check for 40 minutes. I was told after a 5 minute hold it was on it’s way out the door, that was 20 minutes ago. Wish I could tell you if it was good or not. Pretty sure the pizza will be cold and the salad warm at this point. Wondering if I’ll ever see my order at this point.

2020-12-23Always quick, friendly & one of the few places actually practicing the basic COVID safety procedures in this town as well. Which is much appreciated! Their subs are also better tasting than Subway.

2019-10-06I have ordered from this Dominos 2x in the past 2 weeks. Both times it took between 2-3 hours to get my food. It shows on the Dominos Online Tracker both times that my food was checked atleast 1.5 hours before it was delivered so Im assuming it is just sitting there in a warmer. Called to talk to the manager Robert who they told me was in his office and he said they average 1.5 hours for delivery when the website shows 20-30 min.

2019-05-08Ordered a pizza online for delivery. 1 1/2 hours later we finally call to find out where our pizza was. Was told they only have one delivery driver. So, we tell them we will come pick it up. When we get there they can’t find our pizza...Finally found the pizza, guess what it’s cold as Ice. I’m guessing with the organization of the staff along with the misfit customers standing inside causing havoc the pizza was lost and forgotten about all along. They did refund the pizza after a two hour order that never was. There won’t be a second order!

2017-01-20Fantastic service! Very understanding and courteous staff not to mention friendly and knowledgeable. Great food. Traveled a distance to get to me and was still hot! And remembered my sauces. I am a very pleased truck driver! Definitely not your every day dominos experience

2018-07-26Terrible service. Driving into Andrews late one Sunday evening, we called in for an order of hot wings and a large hand-tossed meat pizza with onions, black olives, and jalapenos. The order taker made my wife very upset with his heavy breathing and unprofessional demeanor. I asked to speak with the manager, as we were on speaker from our car, and while I was explaining our dissatisfaction with the order takers actions, the oraginal kid took the phone from the one calling himself the manager, and screamed what kind of wings do I want. The phone call then dropped. At that point, we arrived in town and decided to just go on to Subway. I still love Dominos Pizza, but the Andrews, TX location will never get any more of our money. Two kids with bad attitudes ran off much more then just a $50.00 order. In Amarillo, TX we were spending as much as $300.00 a month. Now living in Andrews, we are still looking to find a good place for take-out food with good customer service.

2021-02-06My wife has been wanting a pizza mexicana and I figured that the new tocó pizza would be close! However it was a big disappointment 😞. I ordered the cheeseburger pizza and it also was a big disappointment😞. You keep dropping the ball on your pizzas. The names don’t match the pizzas, how will you fix this big waste of money??
