I just tried the new 5 cheese dip with bread bites. Calling it dip is fine. Calling it fondue might be more accurate. It is great with parmesan bread bites and a garden salad.
They have a deaf driver who could not find our location then went back and lied and said we fkioed him off and refused delivery. Thats after at least an hour wait and multiple attempts at communicating with a hearing impaired service, the driver and the store.
You brought me the wrong order again .. 3 times now .. you charge me 5 delivery fee and im 3 blocks away .... 3 times

I followed instructions on putting on hazard lights for staff to bring out food. Put in order almost an hour and half prior to time I said would pick up. After waiting 15 minutes I called inside. They said it was just going in oven. The application showed it was done and on the way to car for 15 minutes. After another 10 minutes I went inside and it was just sitting there. I realize it was busy but after sitting and waiting for 25 minutes outside the building it should have been brought out. Very disappointed. I rarely order food and on the rare occasion I do this happens.
One pizza wasnt made right. Both were slightly burnt. I understand they are busy with the 49% deal, so you get what you pay for. We order Dominos often and recently the pizzas have been seriously lacking. Whether we order from Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas....
Went to DOMINOS for a carrier out. Ordered a large pepperoni, ham and pineapple. The pineapple tasted terrible. Very disappointed. First time ever, hope the next time I ordered it will be better.
One star only because my food was pseudo-edible upon arrival. An hour and a half to deliver an order is understandable when its busy but to deliver COLD food is NOT. Both the chicken and the pizza had to be microwaved. The online-tracker showed my order being inspected at :21 after the hour but it was literally an hour later before it arrived... Sadly, I tipped online, as well (generously even)... Ill end the tipping ahead of time from now on, for there wasnt even an explanation or apology. Sad...
I ordered my pizza at 1031 pm I called at 1106 pm. I called the store because the tracker said there was something wrong with my order. The rep then stated that it could be up to 2 hours until I got my order delivered. He said because it was late and they didnt have enough drivers. I asked if it was ready and they said it was not even made yet. If it was in would have went out of my way to pick it up myself. This is ridiculous!!! Never again.
This is possibly the most sorry excuse of a pizza place that I have ever seen. It takes them well over an hour to cook 1 pizza. I would rather eat a hot pocket that is still frozen than try to deal with the employees. They are rude and don’t care if or when you get your pizza as long as it doesn’t mildly inconvenience them. Horrible.

3 items ordered. Large pizza, cheese sticks, and wings. Literally everything was undercooked to the point we threw it all away after one bite of each. Delivery was an hour and a half and I ordered before 4pm. Food was disgusting. Cant believe they let it leave the store like that. Under NO circumstances will i order from there again. Delivery girl was very nice and well mannered. Thats literally the only good thing that happened.
Went in tonite and some odd reason my online order didnt go through but the customer service was so outstanding I couldnt complain if I was paid too. The cook John was sonattentive and detailed with teaching my child. You could see he cares about his job and people. Alexis that ran the front desk was so kind. These guys really went above and beyond to help get issue resolved quickly as possible and it may have been my fault that it didnt go thru. Thank you so much. Dominoes your store is in perfect hands!
3.8 miles away I placed my order they said it would be an hour and a 1/2 ....2 hours later I called them and they said oh sorry out of our delivery range and I did not even get a courtesy call. from out of town broke down at a shop and this is the service I get from this place I wish there was a way to put negative stars
Ordered two pizzas and wings tonight, the pizza was dry, crust was thicker than the cheese and sauce together, 3rd time in a row, this place used to be pretty good
I ordered via driving to their location. The wait was not too bad. However, the staff was short & rude. It was a clean store, yet that did not make up for the horrendous baked Mediterranean sandwich. It was burned on the edges, the red peppers were beyond squishy, there was more cheese than vegetables, no tomatoes, feta cheese and only 1 tiny sliced banana pepper. It looked nothing like the picture on the menu, and tasted worse. I took one bite and it was thrown in the trash. I spent $13.00 yesterday (7-17-18). Never going to order from that place again. Thanks.
Order is always tasty, and the wait time isnt too unreasonable. We dont order from anywhere else for pizza in this town to be quite honest. *Sometimes* they forget the sauces so just mark on your order as a reminder but other than that. FANTASTIC!

My order took longer than I was told. When I called to check I was put on hold for 30 minutes. I had to hang up call again when I said I could not hold as I had already been on hold for 30 minutes I was automatically put on hold without another word being said. I called back and finally got the information I wanted when I asked to cancel the order. I feel as if it is an inconvenience for the employees of dominos to actually have to do their job. Not sure Ill be using this store again.
My last order I asked for hot sauce. When I went in to pick up my order, cause it quicker to pick it up yourself and hotter. I opened the first pizza and noticed they hadnt added the hot sauce to the pizza. I informed the worker who handed me my pizza. She looked at it and stated, it didnt call for hot sauce. I said look again. She then took it to the guy pulling the pizzas out of the oven, and I heard him say it doesnt call for hot sauce. Then he said O there it is and he put it on the pizza. When I got home and opened the pizza I noticed the pizza was floating in the hot sauce. Used napkins to remove the excess. Disappointing pizza.
Would have been a night saver, but I ordered just a small pizza and it took over 1.5 hours to show up. Along with me living super close. Like the decide to take long routes. I will not tip for bad service! They think its mandated for everything. Be quicker and Ill tip. Its not my fault there short staffed.
Not good this has happened a couple of.time in the last month. Order something to be delivered and they only deliver half the order and when you call back they say the are sending it right away. Waited 1.30 hrs for a salad to be delivered and finally called and they didnt know where thier driver was.
Ordered pizza by phone for pick up went in paid and waited the 20 min for pizza went back inside 24 min later only to be told oh we deleted your paid order. Waited 15 more min for replacement. Only good thing (cuz the pizza was poorly made dry huge crust) but the counter person was very polite and sincere never saw the manager. Wont go.again

On May 7, 2018 @ about 7pm I called the store and was asked to hold...they then hung up the phone. I called again was asked to hold...they then hung up AGAIN. I called back... I was rudely placed on hold after my objections to it...held for 23 minutes at which point the manager makes me away that they are 1 of the only places open due to fires in the community. I am sympathetic, upon pointing out that I am a truck driver stuck in town she did offer me half off my order...I asked what she needed to complete the transaction, she said the address & then tells me that they are not allowed to deliver to a truckstop.😶I state that I will happily wait in the store for the wings & she kindly agrees to deliver the order in about a hour & a half to two hours. 😡I gave two 🌟🌟for the effort.Btw I LOVE Dominos in general, this was highly disappointing.
Ordered online. Took 1 1/2 hours to receive my order. My order was not correct. Called the store to inform them and said they would get the right order out with the next driver. Still waiting for an hour and 15 minutes and still not here. Thats 3 hours and still waiting. Manager was the one who was quality checking the order and still wrong,. Will never order from this dominos again.
This place is exceptional. I would highly recommend them. The team working there is the first time in all the dominos Ive been to. To get my order correct. Definitely going back.
Great pizza, my order is always hot, correct and ready for pick-up within 20 min no matter how busy they are at the time if order. Building is always clean and staff is always polite and happy.
I always get the plain wings because i really love theirs but today the wings i got were a bit disappointing as they were obviously different than normal. I understand it may be because of covid that they had to get a different brand or something, but if i had known that before i wouldnt have gotten these. Not as good as normal. Very sad.
They are usually great. Ive definitely had long wait times when they werent busy though. They usually take awhile to answer the phone or get to you once youve been put on hold.

LOVE our Dominos. By far the best in town. the new GM, Erik, was the one to process the order I placed online. I called to make a change, and he forgot to mark it somewhere and the driver did not get the memo, so the change did not make it to my front door, PLUS I ordered the Chicken Apple Pecan salad, with the raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing, and when I called, I was not informed they were out of the dressing. needless to say, I called again, very angrily chewed on Erik. then rudely hung up on him.. I was mad.....my pitiful excuse. He sent his driver back to my house with a nice cookie brownie, and a note explaining the mix up. havent seen anyone willing to make things right for a customer in a long time. THANK YOU< ERIK!!
The sevice was BS i called im my order 20 min before arriving to pick up my 3 med pizzas and 1 pasta.....it took an additional 45 min for me to leave with my food. Also 3 employees outside, 3 inside. How do you have half your staff outside when you have ppl waiting for food?? Defiantly go somewhere else next time!
I have ordered from them in the past and the pizza was good. Yet last Friday I ordered and the pizza sucked not even the tasted good. If I order from them again Ill update this review if its better or worse! This week going to order from Pizza Inn.

We order delivery at least twice a week. Never really had a problem. But today our order was right but the one pep pizza was swimming in grease not even eatable. Rest of order was good and hot.
Food comes soggy 80% of the time I got tired of it so no more pizza. This isnt my usual experience with dominos as a whole. I will say that most of the delivery people are pleasant to deal with.

Im a truck driver and truck stop restaurant looked nasty so I called dominos and at first they werent going to deliver to me but I convinced them. Food was really good and it took 10 minutes less than they quoted. Really appreciated the effort. So dominos to the rescue again. Thanks guys.:-)

Its always best to order online, it seems quicker. And Ive never been a fan if waiting so I always select carryout. Its always faster that way. Plus its not far, just far enough that the order is ready by time I arrive.

Probably my least favorite pizza joint in Big Spring next to little ceasars. The pizza dough seems airy and not cooked majority of the time, Ive never been a huge fan of Dominos so its hard to critique it.

When I tripped over a brick that was laying in front of the building they didn’t ask if I were ok or hurt, they just gave us extra 2 pizza so we wouldn’t sue them. The pizza was good-ish.

Havent been to a dominos in awhile, when i came in to pick up our pizza no one was up front, finally the guy at the cut station came up to help and acted like it was the biggest inconvenience in the world, after he cashed out my order i asked for parmesan cheese packets and he told me they now sell bottles for a dollar, ugh, ok no big deal, so he said someone will be up here in a minute to get one for you, and he went back to his station and i waited and waited until finally the devivery guy came in and was told to help me, and he proceeded to cash out my entire order again, i said no, im just waiting on parmesan cheese, so he grabbed a bottle right next to the register and at this point im about to scream, so im in there all this extra time for a few more seconds that the original guy helping me couldve easily done, by the time i go back to the car, the pizzas barely warm, the pizza was chewy and disgusting, definitely will not go back!!!!!!

2022-06-02Went to order a pizza on my day off im a truck driver and was informed by the Assistant manager they dont do deliveries to truck drivers and told me to do it online as a hotshot and when I told them Ive never heard of that and dont know how and asked how can I do it he said I dont know and to figure it out myself with him being a Assistant manager he was also rude do better dominos Ill take my business somewhere else --- also i told them I can meet them at the truck stop building too and they didnt seem to care

2022-03-05I have been trying to order online for the past 4 days now. And online doesnt seem to be working. So when I call to the big spring store location it NEVER FAILS I get put on hold for long periods of time, someone picking up and doesnt have no customer service experience at all, and on top of all that I get put on hold to talk to a rude manager that needs to find a new line of work. Cause at the end of every call I still get no help no service and no food. The only thing they EVERY SAY IS CALL COUSTMER SERVICE. that still is no help cause even tho they say they are open Monday-Saturday and closed on Sunday no one EVER ANSWERS.

I need to order 20 pizzas for our firefighters. They are working an apartment fire.”“Ok, do you have an address?”“No ma’am, I don’t have a specific address, but it is on the west side of First Baptist Church. You can’t miss it, there is a ton of smoke and a lot of fire trucks.”“Uh…one sec. (brief pause) No problem, we can find it! Now what do you need?” 😊Jasmine took the order and gave me the amount. $0.Like the ads say, Domino’s DELIVERS!!!(Thanks again to Jasmine, the delivery drivers, and, of course, their manager.)

2021-12-29My last trip to Dominoes was awesome, as normal. We always get a large three topping with a coupon meaning, it is the price of a medium pizza. Also, we always get the cinnamon twists, which are one if my favorite desserts there. Keep it up Dominoes!
