HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! These guys are great!!!! I needed a tree removal. From the moment I contacted them and till the work was done they were highly professional.They gave me estimate the same day. Came over the same week. Removed the tree, explained everything what theyve done and how long to wait if I wanted to plant another something there. They left the yard completely nice and clean.There were no additional fees or hidden costs to my estimate. They came exactly the time they said they will. It was a very professional and educational experience. I learned much just from his expertise he was so willing and enthusiastic to share. Eric is efficient with time, very kind and respectful. They were clear communicators and responded in timely manner. I cannot speak to whether it was good value in terms of price. I did not compare prices but my tree was worth it and so were his invaluable services and his prompt response. He did an assessment with pictures prior to coming and this was gratuitous and such a measure of good faith. I value that more than competitive pricing. He has a love for trees and passion for his work and that caring shows up in his service. I had foliage sprayed, root activator applied, and soil tested and other treatment to tree. He is honest in his assessment of tree condition and does not use negative tactics to motivate and create need for more services to jack up price. I appreciate that approach. I trust his prices are competitive but I was informed of cost and services to be rendered before appointment set.
I was recommended to Dream Outdoor Services by my neighbor. All I have to say is WOW! From the beginning of the process to the end I was very impressed. I have had many tree trimming services come out and perform a job but have not had any as impressive as Dream Outdoor Services. I had Oak and Crepe Myrtle trees trimmed and shaped and the attention to detail and end result was amazing. Eric was meticulous in ensuring that the branches that were removed and trimmed added beauty to each tree. Eric ensured that my two Oak trees were trimmed up to the same level and that my Crepe Myrtle branches were not touching the house. Prior to the trim my Oak trees were very misshapen, branches were low to the ground encroaching into my neighboring properties and my Crepe Myrtles trees were against the house and gutters. I will definitely be using Dream Outdoor Services again and will be recommending them to my family and friends.

Knowledgeable, professional, hardworking, courteous, friendly, and thorough. All debris & limbs removed from property – no mess left behind to deal with. They arrive with all the right equipment to get the job done completely! Quick turn on competitive estimates, and work was also quickly scheduled. Eric even came out during an evening, when there were tenant concerns about hanging limbs from a split tree. Tenants were very pleased with quick response and care/concern of their property. Called this company on a Saturday. Someone came out for a quote in less than an hour. Quote was fair and reasonably. And work completed in less than 12 hours. Eric and his team are truly the “Dream Team”! Their customer support is outstanding, to include a very fair price. The crew hit the ground running including Eric, the owner. They trimmed over 10 Oaks around my property to perfection, including branches over the pool - not too little and not too much! Neighbors actually walked over to comment on how beautiful the trees look!And after a hard day’s work in the heat, they cleaned up and made my yard look better than before! We had a hazardous limb fall and this company came immediately and gave me a reasonable price. Eric climbed the tree which was dangerous because it was above power lines and the tree was in bad shape. He used his safety equipment and took his time. He was able to get the tree limb down safely in under an hour and I really appreciate their concern for my property. I would recommend them to anyone.
Eric and the crew were incredible. They came out on a Sunday morning assesed the damage, got a crane and his crew removed an at least 75 tree from my clients roofing project. It was not in an easy spot. They were very carerful to avoid further damage to the home. Dream Outdoor Services are the nicest, most professional people. Finding an experienced tree company for surveys is not an easy thing to do. I called many tree companies that had no idea what I needed until I did a lot of research online and found Dream Outdoor Services. They understand tree care & give advice on how to make sure we followed proper city tree preservation ordinance. They even called the city for us to expedite our approval. We were on a major time crunch for a big project and they took care of us fast and on time. Wow, great job.
We had Eric and an employee remove part of a hackberry tree, a dead tree and large and small branches have been removed from the surrounding area of our home. We were concerned the trees, may fall on the roof of our home and cause damage to the roof, as well as, the structure. My mom’s tree in her backyard was becoming an issue, it’s branches were covering the roof and going over the neighbors’ fences. Angel and Eric showed up 30 minutes early. They know exactly what to do which branches to trim they were very knowledgeable very professional and very personable. They shredded all the branches before they left and blew the area so it was all nice and clean just like when they started. Tree services were performed. Lifted canopy, cleaned roofline, removed deadwood & unnecessary branches in crown of two Oak trees in front yard. Removed one dead tree stump in backyard. Sealed all cuts, hauled off all brush & cleaned up worksite (lawn, sidewalk & front porch). The results were beyond my expectations. Now the front of my house looks completely different. It’s a major improvement. I am recommending this company to my friends.

WOW! Super Heroes of the Tree service business! I had noticed that the huge Ash tree in my front yard that hangs over the driveway was making cracking noises... and sure enough by 6:00 pm that evening I came home to find a see-through crack in the truck of my tree that hangs over my cars in the drive way. I called Dream Outdoor service in a panic knowing that it was after business hours and a Friday night. They were there within 2 hours cutting down the trunk that would have fallen on the cars if not taken care of the same night. Could have been worse but because of Dream Outdoor and their amazing 24/7 emergency service it was not. They came to our rescue with out hesitation! Great Service, great people, great company! Had one down large limb that landed onto another tree, splitting the second tree. Both trees needed to be completely removed and debris taken away. Mr. Eric Castillo and his brother did an excellent job. Will definitely call him back for removal of another tree in my backyard.

I needed his services right before christmas and he was able to work me in his schedule. He was on tone and fast. I would highly recommend him. I even asked if he could do haul away service for some items I had around the house that I couldnt take without a truck and he gladly provided that service on Christmas eve! 2022-01-13Called several services but they were the first to answer the phone and not send me to voicemail.DOS sent out Eric who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! My goal was to keep two trees in my new yard healthy. They looked sickly and mossy, but he cleanly removed all problem areas, de-mossed the tree, and cleaned up afterwards. Im excited to see how the trees do this spring!He also helped me identify three other trees, their health, and the best way to keep them healthy.Highly recommend!

2022-07-04Dream Outdoor were fantastic! Very responsive and receptive. Appointment was booked the same day that I approved the quote. Showed up early and had all of their own equipment allowing for just one appointment for stump removals and tree pruning. 2021-11-25Eric and his Dream Outdoor Service team came out to my yard to do some pruning and removal so that utility cables could be run to my house unobstructed. They arrived on time and quickly got to work on what needed to be done. I left to pick up some groceries and when I returned they were already wrapping up. I could not believe how efficient they were w/out even missing a single detail. My yard looks great. Extremely happy with their service.

2021-09-14Wow, to say I was impressed with Dream Outdoor Services is an understatement. From the moment I contacted Eric I knew this was someone I wanted to do business with. Eric is prompt, professional, has a positive attitude and communicates every step of the way. He also has a team who is professional, experienced and hard working. Both Eric and his team have respect for nature and it shows in their quality of work.I recently had a large project; 18 dead trees from the winter storm and over 50 small and medium sized stumps that needed to be removed along with a heritage tree and other trees that needed so TLC as I recently purchased my property in a new development. Talk about no task too big, Eric and his team showed up on time the first day and had knocked out about 1/2 the project by the time I got home from work. Not only was I impressed at the speed but the cleanliness of my property after having taken out 18 trees. Because Eric owns all of his equipment and didnt have to rely on hauling it off he was able to minimize the mess.I had some other trees which were not part of the initial plan but after Eric took the time to explain to me how my trees were growing vs. how they are supposed to be growing I decided to go for it and let me tell you, I CANNOT look at trees the same! My trees are by far the nicest in the neighborhood and I wish all of my neighbors would get their trees in order now.If you are looking for a REAL professional please consider Eric and his Dream Outdoor Services team. If you are looking for the cheapest bid it will not be Eric but if you are looking for someone who is easy to work with, reliable, knowledgeable, professional, fast and guarantees their work you have come to the right place! 2021-01-06Eric with Dream Outdoor Services did an amazing job on our two large red oaks. We had deadwood throughout the trees that he removed and also trimmed to perfection! Our front yard has a fresh new look now, Eric even went above and beyond removing excess debris that had flown into the yard over the day.
