I would NOT recommend this facility AT ALL. If I could give it zero stars, I would. My son has only been going here for about two months and it has been absolute hell ! His first day, the teacher didn’t even know my child was being picked up, so anyone could’ve just walked off with him. When she finally acknowledge my mother, she was very rude and argumentative and didnt even know what sippy cup belonged to my child although his grandmother sat and was telling her which one it was and it had his name on it clear as day. My child has came home in diapers that aren’t his plenty of times and his diapers have gone to other children. I’ve walked in on the teacher feeding all the babies off of one plate using one spoon - SO UNSANITARY!!! That has happened multiple times and is clearly taught from teacher to teacher because when he got a new teacher, she was doing it with the kids. My son has gone thru 4 sippy cups in the past week and a half, the teachers will send his cups home with other children or just lose it. Ive had two returned back to me days later from where another child has used it because that childs name would be written on it. When his cups do go missing, they will get another childs old cup, wipe their name off and write my childs name on it as if I wouldnt notice the cup is totally different. Every issue I bring to the directors attention is not addressed, just escalates to being worst in the next week to come. Even brought the sippy cup incident to the directors issue and she just wiped the childs name off of my sons cup and handed it back to me saying “Write his name on it” - which I do every morning with a fresh permanent marker at the top clear as day. This facility is just unorganized, understaffed, nasty, and filled with rude workers who are no help.
Angela and Kameron are the best. Staff are also very nice. My son loves it. I love what they’re doing with the place, always finding ways to improve.
I love love love the Christian based atmosphere and their curriculum is awesome, your child will definitely be ready for kindergarten attending this academy
Looked at others in the area and we ended up picking Dunkin, very happy with our decision!
I am totally disappointed. Ariel is so unprofessional and very unkind to my kids.
My baby is in the infant class and he loves it. He is well looked after and so loved!!
Very clean facility and caring staff. My kids love going to daycare and love all of the staff.
The center is clean, tuition is reasonable and friendly staff.
Is this a day care or they provide pre school I have a 3 year old daughter and I want to enroll her ?

2022-08-30Both our kids started attending Dunkin Academy before they were 1. We have been there for 7 years now. The people there are amazing and genuinely care about the well-being of our children. They are attentive and great with the kiddos. We love that they are a Christian based organization and teach those specific fundamentals in a fun way to our kids, which is something that we strongly believe in. They do a great job!

2022-09-04My 2 girls go there. My oldest is now in Kindergarten and only goes part time. My youngest still goes there and loves it. She loves all of her teachers and friends. The staff is professional and show so much love to the students.

2022-04-19Dump-kin academy was a terrible experience for my daughter. They had zero sympathy or remorse for my poor child after an apparent accident that happened in her class that left her with a busted eyebrow that needed 8 stitches. This day”care” is owned by liars, they are dangerous, and they have serious problems. They also refuse to ever review camera footage even the owner won’t watch it and my THREE year old daughter has told me their executive director (that was also the teacher keeping her when this happened) has hit her in the head and pulled her hair as punishment recently. These people are abusive, they lie, and it’s seriously dangerous I warn you mothers. I highly suggest you keep your children away from this place. I have even picked my daughter up and as I walked in the front door my daughter was being held and kissed in the MOUTH by an older kid.

2019-11-04I am so glad that I decided to enroll my child in Dunkin Academy. He loves his teacher and the other teachers that he interacts with. Everyday he has a story to tell me about his friends and what he did and learned that day. I personally love the office staff because they are always so friendly and willing to help me with anything I may need. If you are looking for a clean, friendly, and welcoming educational environment for your child I highly recommend Dunkin Academy in Forney!

2020-01-30BEST DAYCARE/PRESCHOOL IN FORNEY!! From day one, they have helped my son transition and understood that changes for children (especially my son) could be a struggle. They welcomed him with open arms and communicated very well with us parents and our son. I love how organized they are too!

2018-01-30Very Happy with the New Director!!Several months back my family found Dunkin Academy and we were surprisingly impressed. We tried one of the other large daycares in Forney and we were not as happy as we thought we would be considering the price we paid.Dunkin has a new director and it sounds like the place is run so much better than it was before. We cant say enough about this place and we are happy we made the switch.

2016-02-05My daughter attends and is in the 2 year old class. She always seems to love it and LOVES her teacher. She always runs up and hugs her when I drop her off in the morning. The front desk ladies are always happy and friendly. They help with potty training and that is a BIG PLUS! My daughter has learned so much there from ABCs 123s her colors, she is talking so much clearer. Almost completely potty trained. I am so glad I chose Dunkin Academy for my daughter.

2016-02-08I have a 3 yr old and a 6 yr old that attend Dunkin academy and they both LOVE it. Typically it takes awhile for them to adjust to a new place but afyer the 1st day they couldnt wait to go back. As a workinh mom, i love to hear that theyre happy and well taken care of while Im at work.The staff is super friendly and the facility is clean. I highly recommend.
