I seriously forget my car can look this good until I come here. They do such a great job every time I’m like, “wow”. Reasonably priced and the wait time is not long at all considering how busy they are even on the weekends. Loved coming here when I lived in houston and make sure to stop by when I come into town.
First time and services were great. Place was clean and welcoming. Even had complementary wine along with water or coffee in the waiting area. Will definitely be returning.
Great place to get your car detailed. They offer several packages, and you can pre-pay for a package and receive 20% off. They rarely answer the phone, so don’t think that they are closed. They are always open and stay pretty busy. Overall you can’t beat the prices they offer and quality of service you get! The free refreshments are a bonus!
Had my impala washed and buffed they did an excellent job and it was way more affordable then the last 2 detail shops Ive used , this will be the only place I take my care to from now on
Good car wash, I like the cleanliness. Supposedly I have to request to clean the inside with the basic car wash which includes a quick wipe down & vacuum so not sure why I have to ask for it ...? Will go back
THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO WASH ENGINE BAYS SAFELY! I came in with a beige Crown Vic in on October 21st, 2018. They said they never had problems washing engines and so I trusted them. Right after they finished washing, I tried going on the freeway and MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STARTED FLASHING AND HALF MY ENGINE SHUTOFF. After a couple minutes, the check engine turned off. I tried going on the freeway again and the same thing happened. The next morning, my car barely started up. The morning after that, my engine now has a LOUD CLANKING SOUND and is undriveable. Called ISAAC, the manager, and he said they would send a mechanic. THEIR MECHANIC NEVER CAME TO HELP.... EVER! I called about 7 times to check up and THEY IGNORED ALL MY CALLS. They probably have caller id. They lack professionalism and DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS at all. My engine looks clean but now doesn t work. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I have to buy a new car now or replace my engine for $1600 to $4500. Two mechanics say its an SEVERE INTERNAL ENGINE PROBLEM. One believes its a real bad valve issue. I WILL NOT GIVE THEM BETTER THAN 1 STAR UNTIL THEY FIX MY CAR.
Always a great experience! Super clean. Never anything wrong, comfortable waiting area. It does take time, but completely worth it!
My car has not been cleaned in a while and when I took it there today, it was a little wait but Ill have to say it was worth it. Its the cleanest ot has been compared to other car washes. I go to many so I have a lot to compare too. They are very detailed and clean area that normally are not touched. I was very pleasantly suprise and would highly recommend this place. Do bring something to do while you wait. They do have complimentary beverages such as water coffee Etc. They have two massage chairs there while you wait too. Free WiFi! And plenty of waiting area inside and out. They have good customer service and very honest, as I waited I a customer was considering the monthly plan and the service person gave him the honest pro and cons of it and did not pressure him to buy it..Again it did take about an hour and I was about 4 cars deep but again to me with how through they are, its worth the money. Will be coming back again. Bonus they are dog friendly.
Amazing hand car wash. They always do a great job for the price and make my cars look so good!! Cars are washed by hand with separate buckets for body and wheels which is a huge plus and common sense!

My sons Nintendo switch was stolen from my truck while my truck was being cleaned. Been trying to get in touch with management but have yet to be called. Seems this is the only way management will respond. Been waiting 4 days for a call back.

Take your car to this place once, and you will become a regular! Their team is exceptional at providing outstanding service. We purchased a full detail on our old very dirty car and on pick up, found it impeccably clean. It was astonishing to see the tremendous effort their people put into cleaning and polishing the whole vehicle, including the trunk.

Plan to spend a bit extra time here than a normal hand carwash because they go the extra mile to make sure your car is that much cleaner. They have conveniently placed trash cans in their car waiting area so you can clean out that bank receipt holding gum from 2016, and a lovely outdoor seating area as well as complementary coffee and wine (even at 9am! Is this your new brunch spot??)
Took my car in for a wash and when I got home I noticed they left tons of swirl marks and water spots on my car. This happened after one wash with them. It seems they use Brillo pads to wash cars.
I got my car detailed, they used too much water, mold grew in my car after one week, they would only charge full price to detail my car again. I went to Houston car salon next door to get it fixed.
I love this place! They really take their time in cleaning every area of your car, they are running a good system it is worth the wait my car always feels like a new car after its been cleaned. Im definitely a customer and will keep going back

They do an amazing job whatever package you decide to buy to wash your car. During the week when it’s slow, they can get you in and out in about 30-45 minutes. Only thing I would say is try to avoid going on weekends because that’s when they are at their busiest and you’ll be there for more than an hour and a half. That being saying, this is the only place I take my car to get washed and detailed. Not to mention the nice lounge with a TV and free water. Definitely recommend to check them out next time your car is dirty!
I took my car here last weekend, and they did the best job of any full service place Ive ever been. My car was purchased new about eight months ago, and this was the best my car has looked since I took the plastic covers off the interior. For a very reasonable price for the basic exterior and interior wash, and some wait time, you get a car thats had every inch gone over a few times!

I love this place! I have been here several times after buying the Q tip a couple days in advance (to get a discount). I love how my car looks after the wash and detail! It takes about an hour, but everything is clean (windows, dash, mats, etc.) I will be coming back and recommending this place to others!
Awesome car wash! My car looked brand new after they were done with it, it isnt expensive and the employees are not only motivated to work quickly but they work very well. Expect a little longer wait time than most other car washes but the wait is worth your time in the end. I will definitely come back!

Very impressed. I heard using a machine wash is bad for the car, so I took a chance and came out here. It was a little bit out of my way but totally worth it. The operation runs well; they were very busy but still took care of me very quickly. The car looks gorgeous. The waiting area is stocked with water, wine, and coffee. Leather couches are there, and they even have massage chairs! Nice spot. I’ll be back.
First time coming here. Hadnt washed my car in a long long time. The amenities in the waiting area are as good as I have seen. Complimentary coffee, wine, and water. Free wifi also. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable. Service was very friendly. I opted for the Mini Detail package and I was very happy with it.*edit* I still think this place is still the best car wash in the area by far after coming here multiple times but dropping review from 5 stars. During my last car wash, the cover to my stick shift key port was lost (maybe vacuumed up?) . I was told that a manager would contact me within a week to discuss the issue. Four weeks later I still hadnt heard back. I finally called back and was told that my issue was forwarded to the complaint department and that it was in the backlog. This conflicts completely with what I was told initially which is that a manager would contact me. So theres two things to consider. Either the complaint department doesnt even exist and they have no intention of ever calling back or theres so many complaints that it really takes a month to call someone back. Which version do you want to be true?
They have a “yearly” subscription which they are on point to charge every month regardless if you’ve gone or not but when you decide to take your vehicle they try to dictate when you can get it wash even though is a “yearly” subscription. I’ve been a member of these subscription for years now but hadn’t taken my truck to get washed on a Saturday so when I did the other day they told me that the subscription is only Monday-Friday even though is nowhere on the card they give you to which I asked to speak to upper management which was even worse as these guy was just plain rude and don’t know anything about customer service.
Excellent service with proper detailing. I loved the way they handled the car and the prices are very decent. I have never seen any car wash place like this. You can see the car wash live in front of you. The prices are cheaper compared to other hand car wash places. There is a waiting area if you wanna relax. I prefer to take my car there in future as well.
Excellent service, my car was spotless!They did such a thorough job inside out. I normally get the Qtip package which includes vacuum inside of my car. Everything was beyond my expectations, I’m highly satisfied! The staff is more than friendly.I recommend them to everyone.
My 2nd time here and I’ll continue to come back! Nothing fancy about this place, they wash cars and they do an amazing job at it. Hands down the best place I’ve taken my car. I used to have the membership to Bubbles and when Mister took over they were all about speed and volume caring less about their job. Eagle hand is also about speed but the attention to detail to each car they wash is great. It’s as if they are washing the first car of the day on the first day they opened. I highly recommend this place for you detail needs.
Not really sure what to say except good things about this place. I got the very clean package and walked out a happy customer. Never knew the interior of my car could look so sparkling and shiny since the day I bought it. The best thing about this place is they have a really, really awesome waiting area. Its spacious, clean, nicely air conditioned, with lots of outlet and a strong wifi connection. You can actually bring your laptop here and be productive while waiting!
Sorry I had to change my review. I was turned away from getting a car wash today. They informed me they close at 6pm. It was barely 5:30pm when I arrived. I just felt like it was a bit unprofessional. I wont be returning.
Car looks great. The mirrors and some windows have little specs on them. Seems a little greasy and must not have been cleaned off all the way. The car took about an hour for a wash and vacuum. It was great they were open at 6-7pm. I am disappointed with the specs and grease on the windows, I will have a hard time going back there in the future.
Been here 2 so far once with a truck and another with a car. Prices may be high but you do get what you pay for. They have the option to just drop off you vehicle or you can wait. There will be a wait but worth it in end with the service you get here
Damaged my car- and I never heard from them. I’ve been coming to this location for about two years bringing my personal car and all of our company cars. On Friday my car was in desperate need of a wash so I’m decided to drop it off. When I pulled in the parking lot around 10:40 AM it was pretty busy. I work a block away so decided to leave my vehicle and asked them to call me when it was finished.Around 3:30 PM I still hadn’t received a call but figured my car had to be finish at this point so I decided to head over. I picked up my car and as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot I notice an arm length crack starting at the driver side across the windshield. I first I wasn’t upset, mistakes happen, but once speaking upon the manager on duty things went downhill. Right off the bat she was defensive and told me that there was no way this could happen. In the middle of a conversation she walks off and I’m left standing there not knowing what to do. I asked several times to speak to somebody about it so we can get it resolved and three times in the middle of a conversation she walked off. Her tone was extremely rude and she was smirking the whole time. I was at the point where I was begging her to allow me to talk to somebody who could give me more information on a solution as she continued to walk off. She was rolling her eyes and absolutely not interested in resolving this. at all. This caused a lot of anger because at this point my car was broken and she was completely walking away. After 40 minutes of attempt to talk to her or get somebody who can give me some sort of solution somebody name Raul came over. He told me that sometimes with cold-weather and heat it could’ve caused the crack. He was a lot friendlier and concerned about my feelings. Unfortunately we still didn’t get a resolution.My office which is a block away also had a recording of me leaving the office to drop it off that is time stamped. During that time you see that there is no crack on my window. The time will March when I dropped it off. Now we did look at their cameras but unfortunately due to the angle you’re unable to see the window. I did request a full copy of it to see from the time they started to the time they finished but I have not received that either.Someone Was supposed to call me but as of Monday I have not heard from anybody. I did go over to the glass repair shop. They did exam the crack and stated that that water theory would not be possible that once you look at the glass you could see that the glass was pressed on because the safety shield that’s in the glass to protect it from shattering is pushed in.This repair will cost me around $400
I went to Lucky and Wild and disappointingly they were closed on a Monday at 9am - with no information. They didnt pick up the phone either, so I drove up to Eagle Hand car wash; same road, and about 300 ft from Lucky and wild.Courteous greetings from the gentleman, left the car running and walked into their reception room, which was nice and had two separate areas, one of them with a massage chair.When car was done, they came in to take payment and that was it. Car was cleaned inside and outside for $25. The cleaning was superb and car looked like new again.
Eagle is my go to car wash in the Heights. I have a Jeep that gets super dirty and she always gets returned to new at Eagle. They are good with my picky ways and always friendly. I love the detail to their work and the efficiency the team works with. Inside they have massaging chairs, wine, water, snacks, coffee, tea, charging stations and TVs while you wait. Go early to avoid lines.

Fast, courteous, and very reasonably priced for hand wash. My favorite is the Early Bird Special on weekdays. Clean spots usually not attended to compared to the trypical Drive-thru wash, like inside the doors, handles, AC fans. The waiting area (both indoor and shaded outdoor) is small-ish but offers coffee, wine, water, even a barber shop and message chairs.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. After looking up on google the time of hours and operation and seeing that they close at 7:30pm. I decided to run a couple more errands before going up there at 6:15pm. When I pulled up AT 6:15 PM. almost all of the employees RUDELY told me that they were closed without me even asking if they were open! All while giving me rude looks suggesting that I get the hell out of there. HORRIBLE SERVICE. As a business owner myself, I know that’s not how you do business, even if you do decide to close an hour and 15 minutes early. ZERO STARS. I would rather clean my car myself and save the 25$ bucks.
I have only been here a couple of times, but in my experience they have been quick and do a great job! They also offer very very competitive prices compared to some of the other places that I have been! I will continue to come here as long as I live in the Heights!I also read some complaints about pricing, but from what I see all of the signs say starting at. Most car washes do that. It depends on the size of your vehicle. So keep that in mind. I drive an SUV and different people have always charged me the same prices.
Decent wash but for the money I will go elsewhere. I got the 1 tip package and there were smudges all over most of my car (maybe they dried with dirty rags) and the interior was far from spotless. I wont be back Ill do better washing my vehicle on my own and be more attentive to the small details.

Wow!!! Wish I had taken a before pic of my car because it looks like a different vehicle all together now!! My son and I had tried multiple times to get the black stuff off and nothing we did helped. These guys and ladies got it off!! Completely!!! And the way the cleaned out the inside!! Im so overly impressed, I just dont have enough adjectives to describe! If you want your car CLEAN.....GO HERE!!! Extremely excellent service, friendly, and helpful!!!

I know there are a lot of hand car washes around town but I drive out of my way to have eagle hand do it because they do a spectacular job! I am very particular and this is the only place I have wash my truck which always comes out looking immaculate.
Never ever go here! I dropped my Honda, which has less than 40k miles, off there for a cleaning and came back to a clean car but no floor mats. This car had all its floor mats. They stole the floor mats out of my car and still required me to pay! It’s going to cost me over $100 to replace my floor mats. This place is full of thieves.
Live right down the street and have taken my car there multiple times. I always get the Q-tip service. It takes a few hours (cause they are always busy) but that just goes to show you what a GREAT job they do. My car looks like new. Thanks Eagle Car Wash. I even asked them if they could get a few scuff marks out and they did that too!
Was told I was going to be charged an extra $15 to vacuum the pet hair off my seats because it was going to be difficult. I ended up going to another car wash where they vacuumed the pet hair with no issues.
As you may know houston is always flooding and I took my car straight to eagle hand car wash, they had no wait took care of me right away, the girl at the reception desk that helped us was really kind!
Horrible experience, I wish I could give them zero stars. They charged $125 for a full detail job. I left the car in their car wash only to return with my car all scratched up in several places. I brought this issue up with the owner, who quickly tried to cover up the obviously fresh white scratches and dismissed my complain. The owner then went and told his cashier to charge me full price. Dont go here if you want you car all scratched up. I had very high hopes and the detail job wasnt even that great. Highly displeased and now I have pay a body shop to fix what they did.
Wow, these guys are awesome. Just took my car there and they did a phenomenal job! If youre looking for 5 minute job, this is not your place. They really took their time with my vehicle to do a great job. I will definitely be returning.
Very professional and detailed oriented. This is the best car wash I have ever gotten. I got the Very Clean package and my car looks better than when I bought it new. They got every nook and crany and there is not a spec of dirt or smudge anywhere on or in my car.

Used to be good. But of the last 4 times Ive come I have been unable to get a wash 3 of them. Once I arrived shortly after 8am (advertised opening time), and nobody was there. Another time it was a 2hr wait and I didnt have 2hrs. And today I actually put some effort in to make sure I was there well before closing (7:35...they close at 8), but the gates were closed. They were still cleaning cars and I asked what was going on, they said were closing early cause it was slow today. Very frustrating. Thinking it may be time to start looking for a new place to get my car washed.
The car wash was pretty good . The website says free wine , but they only offer water . Sooooo lol. If they offered wine Id give it 5 stars.
Great service. They wash vehicles very well. However I took my black car and did see some scratches. If you have a black car or any car that scratches easily then be careful but for any other car this is the place to go! Great prices as well.

New owership, and was sceptical at first, but just stopped in today and they are still consistent and offer the best pricing by far in the Heights!The manager Ronnie is well-spoken and extremely friendly.Will continue to use this car was because of their people and the consistency of the basic wash.For the basic @ $25 (sedan price, I think trucks are $27) they vaccuum your floors, wash and wax your exterior, plus the workers wipe down Everything in your interior making it smell and look brand new inside and out.If I had one thing I think they could improve on it would be just that when its busy, the parking can become limited and there is a steep incline when you are coming into the business, but besides that this is the best car wash for the money.Also working with alot of the family owned dealerships in the neighborhood. They all go here when they get a new car and plan on putting it on their lot.

Great value and great job. My son got sick in my car and it was nasty. They cleaned it and then steam cleaned the back seats for only $25. it was great and they almoat got all of the stink gone. Great job.

Got a full detail done on my car. A little pricy but they were able to remove stains from the seats that I thought were there permanently. Worth the money and will definitely go back.

I detailed my car in the inside for around 200 dlls and it literally had still marks of food everywhere. They did clean good the carpet but couldnt remove some stains , you need to be picking at people to charge you , looking for someone to pay attention that they didnt clean good
Excellent job, average time getting car washed. I wont be going back though....I was charged more than the sign said of $35 for SUV/Trucks. I asked the guy and he said it was a large SUV so it was $40. While I didnt push the issue after that...I was paying, tipped 15% and he said we do monthly unlimited for $99/mo Monday- Friday ... I have several limo companies. Their sign read Unlimited Wash $39.99/mo. They are either being dishonest in their pricing or the signs posted everywhere with the pricing need to be updated. Your competition located next door to La Michocan, 1348 Shepherd charged $25 for a hand wash on the same vehicle and $10 for armor all etc.... So you all have been warned... Compare for yourself.
Received a car wash here a few weeks ago. They went above and beyond (my car was really in need of a detail!). When I left it looked like a new car inside and out. In fact, when I met my sis for lunch, she even asked as we were walking out if I was walking to the right car! Lol Highly recommend
I went to this detail center 2 days ago and asked for the Very Clean package, but was advised that the Full Detail package was well worth it. I accepted the upgrade, but was very upset with the result. When they were done, there was still a significant amount of bug splatter and dirt on the front of my car. There were smears of wax over the dirt and bugs and it stood out extra in various places. The interior received a shampoo, but they didnt dry it well enough because its been 2 days in the Texas heat, with the windows down, and the seats are still damp and the car has begun to smell like mildew. I dont plan to return to this car wash center and would recommend finding another one where you get what you pay for.

After trying multiple car washes around the area I have had the best results from this place. Hand washing ensures all of the dirt has been cleaned off. They also have a punch card program to earn a free wash. The automated washes do not come close to the results of this place.
I went to drop off my car for 2 hours to get a Qtip package and shampoo of my seats. When i got back my service airbag light came on when i started my car. I asked about it and was just told Idk. Only 1 car door was open too so my seats were all still very wet and driving back home i notice someones hair is stuck to Idk what on my overhead lights. Nasty. When i came home I ppened up all my doors and find out they broke something in the back of my car, there was wax still embedded in my seats, and simple stains werent properly cleaned just wiped over. This was my 2nd time coming here and the 1st time i wasnt wowed but I wasnt this upset with the outcome either.
I came by for the first time this morning and will definitely return (in the morning though, it can get busy later in the day). Thorough job and great attention to detail, especially for the cost. Washes are done right in front of you so there’s nothing to hide.
They dont do show-car detailing, but their pricing is not that high either. I was disappointed when my windshield fogged over a bit and the streaking & missed spots on the inside became obvious & distracting until de-fogged.

This was my 1st time I got the qtip i think thats the name of it 🤔 I felt the prices were reasonable and they had a promotion going on. The waiting area was very nice and clean. I will use their services again
Paid for a complete detail but came in near closing. Gauranteed they would finish in time. Got my car back. Definately wasnt done and could easily tell it was basic service. Had to come back following day to get it redone. Also failed my honesty test. Put five 1 dollar bills in coin tray. Came back to 2! Hmmm. Also had brand new acura lugnuts in trunk that I havent installed yet. Didnt find till a week later that It was opened and replaced with some other lugnuts. I guess one of the workers wanted them more than I did! I will not be going back and highly advise against.
Took my car in 2 days in a row, they refused it the first time because they were booked, second time because I needed to be there between 8-10 am. I give up.
The amount of detail they go into cleaning your car is great! There is a wait but cant expect it to be quick since it is all done by hand.

Great job these guys did.. even though these guys did a great job they took some items out of my car and forgot to put them back in, the one item they forgot to put back in was my 10$ micro fiber cloth i use frequently to wipe down my car with every so ofte, but thats not big deal. Otherwise these guys were good, friendly, and adressed mostly evey detail.. despite missing one or two. But overall i see myself visiting these guys again.. just gonna have to keep my microfiber hidden!
Decent waiting area and the staff were really nice but my car wasnt as clean as I expected given how much they charged me to the car wash.
First time here, speedy service and friendly staff. Nice lounge room with complimentary water and coffee, massage chairs are also available for a small fee. Will come back for sure.
Waited for an hour and they hadn’t even started my car. So much for “quick” wash. There was one car in line when I pulled up. Ended up leaving before they washed my car
I took my Toyota Tacoma for a wash @10:30am 6/23/2015, I have always been charged $22.00, the attendant now says it is $26.00!, although their brochure says $22.00 for this size vehicle.I will not be going back, and will file a complaint with the BBB of Houston.Jim Holley
You guys need to evaluate your employees performances; the girl who checks cars in has a nasty, nonchalant attitude, and it needs to be addressed.
This is my favorite car wash in . I`ve been to a few other nothing come close and I love this location. The car looks like it just came out of the showroom. Money well spent!

This company is complete bs!!I went there one time in February and set up there membership got the car wash from this broke down business and canceled a week later. I have called my bank 8 times concerning this company drawing on my debit card without any authorization. I have spoke with the owner of the company multiple times about this problem and he did end up writing me a check for the previous months unauthorized charges. He also promised me multiple times it would not happen again. Well guess what?!? It has happened again. So i guess I get to use my time and gas AGAIN to go talk to this guy and get this resolved. I had to cancel my debit card after all the hell I went through to keep my same number when I renewed. I am so incredibly upset that this company is so unprofessional that they cannot remove my card information from there database!! If you decide to go there DO NOT I repeat DO NOT give them your card information. I have gone through hell with this company and the guy who runs it is clearly not a business man and doesnt know how to manage his company. I have given them plenty of chances to fix this problem before I wrote the review. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!!!

Message to Eagle Car Wash:DONT BLOCK THE SIDEWALK (N side of 16th at the neighboring empty lot). There is plenty of parallel space on 16th, a wide street, and zero excuse to endanger pedestrians.

2022-04-23MIRACLE WORKERS!!! I got a scuff from a concrete column trying to get out of a tight parking garage and I was sure I was going to have to take the truck to a body shop for repair. Eagle was able yo make it look like it never happened.

2022-02-11Just washed our black Range Rover here. Paid for the $45 qtip package. We live right next door and always see high end cars here. So figured we would give them a try. Very good process, or so it appeared and looked like they had good attention to detail until I walked around the car and noticed streaks on both sides of the car (as ifwax or soap or polish had dried up) completely unacceptable. Clearly visible and the worker claimed it was there. I told her it was NOT I would not bring the car like that, I wiped it off with my finger and had to put pressure and it was coming off. When I told her it needs to be buffed out she was not obliging and said it wouldn’t come out. After few minutes of me having to convince her she finally started using some “black foam polish” to buff it out. After about 5-7 minutes of using elbow grease she got the streaks out. Very disappointing first impression and experience for us which is surprising given the amount of traffic they get here throughout the day and the amount of high end cars that come here. Wish they did a better job for the money. Don’t think we’ll be coming back.Edit: woke up this morning only to see the streaks still there. Turns out the polish the lady used to remove them were just temporary. This is just unacceptable. Asked to speak to the owner , she claimed the owners were not there. If you are the owner of the business I need you to contact me ASAP

2022-05-04Took my truck in to get washed. They quoted me $50 for a wash. $50 for an engine. Wash. I had no issue with the pricing. I waited an hour+, after the truck had been washed they told me they couldnt wash the engine because the truck is older. You saw the truck when I came in. I waited an hour before you started washing it. If I was told this in the beginning I would have taken it elsewhere. Deceptive to tell you one thing then do something else.

2022-05-27I’m not sure if this car wash is still open, I’ve been there before and the service has been fine. I tried going by there yesterday at 7:00pm and today at 7:15pm. No one is there yet hours say open until 7:30pm. You call and the phone just rings. If you’re no longer in business or hours have changed, update it so your customer doesn’t drive 20 minutes to find out you’re not open when your hours say you are open.Edited to Update: Thank you for your response. However, there were no thunderstorms and several other car washes were open. Nevertheless, I appreciate the caution but going forward updating hours at least on your phone instead of just having it ring when your hours on Google suggestion otherwise would be considerate of your customers. I’ve updated to 4 stars for your polite response.

2021-09-24First time here and it’d be a pleasure to return. I’m from Tampa, here in Houston for an event. Driving my car over 30 hours through five states made it filthy of bugs, road grime and snack crumbs. And this place made my car look new. They work hard and I’d be happy if I had a place like this in FL. Great job Eagle and Thank you!

2022-07-20I got my Kia telluride washed here. I took the q-tip package. Their service was excellent. I wish I had before after pictures :). They washed the mats and shined the tires. They applied some coating due to which there is consistent shine on dashboard and mats. I also got the early bird 20% discount. Overall great value for price.

2022-04-16Just because I give this place a 4 does not mean that I am not satisfied. Before I came here to this place, Brio hand car wash on Yale was charging me $20.00 more and the other car wash on 14th and Shepherd was priced about the same, so I chose Eagle, better priced for the same work.I have a suggestion to make:(1) At the beginning of the car wash, have your attendants do a walk around with your clients to avoid any issues, address the exteriors such as scratches, broken lights etc.,(2) It would be beneficial for your workers to leave a flier in the vehicle detailing what services you provide catagorized by vehicles, and your daily specials or better still, have some fliers at your register.(3) Please answer your damned phone!!!!!

2022-05-08Left some wax on in areas, missed some bugs on my windshield and got some wax on my plastic that is now discolored and will probably bleach. Truck was clean but when youre paying $115 + tip for a detail I would expect things to be gone over thoroughly.
