Maintenance enter people’s apartment when they are not home. If you want maintenance to enter your home without notification than you found the perfect place. These people don’t follow any rules and trust me they will breach their own contract. Their maintenance people are very disrespectful about people’s privacy.
I love living here! Everyone that works here is super nice, maintenance requests are completed super quickly. The property is kept up so well from the dog park, the gym, the pool, everything. I also love that the entire complex is gated and there is a walking trail. I looked at about 6 different complexes before moving here and East Vue was by far the nicest and had the biggest apartments- oh and lots of parking. All the residents here are also super nice and friendly.2 areas of opportunity to me would be having vacuums in the car wash area and having trash cans in front of buildings.
My wife and I just moved in this past month and it already feels like home. We love the view, the amenities and location and look forward to exploring around our new neighborhood.A big thank you to Smart City Movers and Mr. Nathan Kao for helping us find this amazing apartment. He was so warm, understanding and professional and made sure we got the best deal possible moving in!
We found East Vue Ranch through an apartment locator. We toured the property for the first time and instantly knew this was our future home. Stephanie was so helpful and made the application process so easy for us! Our apartment is the perfect size for my husband and I. It meets all of our needs as well as the amenities. We love the gym and the park that is right next door to the community.Additionally, the staff is always ready to help. We’ve had two maintenance request in the almost year that we have been here and they are quick to get us taken care. We also enjoy the convenience of being able to text the office and getting a respond almost immediately!Thank you for your great service East Vue Ranch!
The application process and moving in here was such a pleasant experience. Kaylee was extremely helpful with any questions or concerns I had, and even went the extra mile when I was running into some road blocks with my application. I am always able to email when I need anything, and I get immediate responses. The apartment itself is beautiful, and I use the gym daily. I feel incredibly safe as the community is strictly gated and only residents have acess. There isn’t even a risk of the gate code being in the wrong hands because guests (anyone without a key fob) must always be buzzed in. I could not have chosen a more perfect place to call home. An added plus: During the snow/ice storms, it seems like we were the only place in all of Austin that didn’t loose any electricity, heat, or water. This place is great.
I have been living at EVR for over a year now and this is my experience. I dont want to recommend whether you live here or not but I do want to give you the facts to make an informed decisionFirst Ill start with the location of the property. While the property might seem close to downtown, be prepared to constantly have to find detours due to ongoing construction on 183. Oh and be prepared for Ubers, guests, etc to be about 10-15 mins late because the property is literally located on 183 and with the ongoing construction, its quite easy to missSecondly, the property is large, well landscaped and private. All good things. The recent occupancy increase from 30-60ish % however has completely changed the dynamic of the grounds. There is dog poo everywhere and dogs running around the property without leashes. As someone who has been terrified of dogs since age 5, I have had to put a pause on my evening walks after some dogs ran up to me on the neighborhood. Might seem trivial to some, but if you have a fear of dogs, trust me, its not.The amenities, especially the pool is considered a luxury pool. Fun fact tho, they literally have no restrooms to use once the office closes 🥴. I personally have seen multiple groups of people use the grounds as their personal restroom on Sundays when the office is closed. Gross. Oh and the dogs also use the pool, thanks to a lack of supervision. While the exterior may look beautiful. Step into any of the building hallways and youll see a different picture. Hallways are covered in cobwebs, spiders the size of tarantulas (or are they tarantulas?), Prehistoric-looking beetles. The hallways also reek of trash, since valet drops about half the trash on their pick ups. Suggestion here, maybe try power cleaning the interiors of the buildings once a month? Or a year? Or ever? Now, getting into the actual apartment. Soon after moving in, I started noticing white paint chips everywhere. Maintainence mentioned these were paint chips flying from my attic vents and tried to clean it. Multiple times. However, nearly a year and a half later there are still remains of paint chips flying when I use my AC (which is daily). As a result I have to make sure I leave all food/drinks covered so I dont accidentally ingest toxic materials. Finally, as a resident for over a year, I have never missed a payment or made a late payment. Last month however, I noticed that there were false charges posted to my account. When I brought this up to the ACD Stephanie, she took a week to resolve the issue and at this time my payment was considered late since I hadnt yet paid by rent with the false charges. The following month, I actually had a late payment, and the CD Jason informed me that since I had a late payment the previous month, they could not remove the charges. This is AFTER I sent them a screenshot of enrolling into autopay to ensure there would never be another late payment. This is during a time where we live in a pandemic, people are struggling to make rent every month and most decent landlords are showing compassion and empathy. My total with the late fee amounted to over $1800 for a 650 SQ foot apartment. When I reached out to Jason for a convo, he ignored my calls and emails. Not exactly A+ on Customer Service for a place that claims its luxury living.
Biggest regret of 2020 was moving into this apartment. The apartment is literally built out of cardboard. If you value sleep or any quiet time, Im telling you do not live here. I have not gotten a full night sleep since my move in date.I literally hear my neighbors every step, movement & conversation. Same thing with the water, dryer, toilet and shower.
We just moved to East Vue Ranch, and love it! The units are beautiful with really great layouts. Tons of space in all the right places and lots of natural light with the big windows. Amenities are amazing, obsessed with the gym and pool. The highway construction isn’t ideal, but once that all clears up this location will be conveniently central to so many things.
My experience has been like no other other apartment complex. Kaylee has been my primary person who has gone above and beyond but every staff has been patient, thorough and informative throughout my process. Although it is not the most convenient location for me, the customer service and response time outweighed the travel distance.
Our 2bdrm 1bath is a great layout with so much storage space. The front office went above and beyond to find my lost package (I believe Michael helped me with that). I am so glad I moved here right before shelter in place hit because I am really loving this place, so far! Feels like home.
I put in a work order in the morning for my furnace as it was making a lot of noise, that afternoon the technician showed up and fixed the issue right away. Was very pleased with the quick response and fixed issue, now I can keep warm and not hear a pounding drumming sound!
The complex is exactly what you signed up for. New place-with an abundance of parking, construction in-and-out, amenity hype, etc. There aren’t many new places in Austin as close to certain areas, and will be even closer once construction outside of the community is complete.I give the 5 stars because I value my privacy, excessive parking available (especially compared to other places), and untold bonuses and pluses such as not hearing my neighbors argue, courteous staff, lack of surprise dog waste when I take a walk, quick responses from the staff, behaved dogs, and smiling, friendly neighbors. I have not experienced similar in other *apartment complexes* (I have in townhome and condo communities). It is a growing place, in a tucked away area that in of itself may grow in the near future, and is equal distance to numerous convenient areas. If you complain about construction outside of the community, you should have pulled a U-ey on the 183 (and another one) and tried again-twice on a weekday, because it would still be there. It has nothing to do with the community itself and it will be done eventually.Overall, I love the privacy, the staff’s unauthentic or authentic cheesy smiles, the lack of homeless ninja intruders, what-looks-to-be security when you attempt to enter through the construction area after hours, the quick response times, 24/7 package pickup, the secluded location amongst nearby questionable neighborhoods that may be gentrified in the next 2 years, safety, and the cleanliness of the complex. In short, I would do yoga in both parking lot sides at 3AM on a weekend and still feel safe here.Cheers to the staff of Kailee, Zach, Michael, John and the other one I haven’t met (says a lot that I personally remember their names). Zach is the real MVP. Toast to future growth and retention of the peace in East Vue.
I just want to take a moment to say a big Thank You to Zach! My customers were deciding between two apartment and he went above and beyond by going out and taking additional photos of the locations around both of the options. Thats not something that every leasing agent is wiling to do.Thank you ZACH!!!
2020 July updatePlease do not choose East Vue Ranch Apartments for your residence. There was a confirmed case of covid-19 in the community.Property managers and residents are not together creating an environment that respects CDC pandemic guidelines.Numerous residents use the gym without masks or gloves and are in fact willing to argue with you if you ask them to wear a mask based on stated guidelines.Hopefully property managers will enforce these rules to protect all community individuals including those who come into contact with those who are high risk for covid19 hospitalization.tl;dr: as of the moment I wouldnt recommend

2022-07-27Great place! If you love your stuff being stolen repeatedly with no preventative measures being taken by management.I had my car broken into in December. Management wasn’t even apologetic and seemed confused that I felt unsafe. “It happens at every apartment complex” is what I was told. No it doesn’t. I’ve lived in 3 others, and I never had a problem or saw any signs of one having happened before I moved here.I’ve had my hubcaps stolen TWICE now. In other words, I’ve experienced three separate instances of theft. I’ve also seen other cars with broken windows and missing hubcaps so I’m not the only one. Absolutely absurd that even with a locked vehicle with no valuables inside I’m still somehow not able to comfortably leave my car in a gated lot. There’s apparently an officer (not a cop, just security) that is on property, but I’ve literally never seen this individual. Likely because the complex is way too big to be monitored by just one person.I’ve emailed or texted the office about several of my concerns. I’ve been straight up ignored more than once, and the other times the folks up front can’t scrape together an ounce of empathy.I can’t explain to you how much I hate living here. For the price I expect to feel safe at least. My move-out date cannot come soon enough.

2022-07-21IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD TO THIS HORRIBLE COMMUNITY. PLEASE STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.The manager is the worst of them all. I asked for a simple keyfob change because it wasnt working even after being replaced 2-3 weeks before. To which he opened the fob to show me their is moisture damage in the fob and that I have to pay 50$ if I want another one. Moisture damage are you kidding me..!!. I explained to them it could be through sweat as I didnt intentionally made it wet or go in the pool. He didnt care and said their is rust in the fob and they wont replace it. I mentioned this was only assigned to me 3-4 weeks ago, so I dont know if I should have checked for rust at the time of taking. Again he didnt care and said pay 50$ or leave. Please if you care being treated fairly and respectfully stay away from this community.

2022-06-15EVR is very nice and modern. I have only been here about 2 weeks but am loving it. I searched for apartment for MONTHS and all of them had too many flaws that East Vue Ranch doesn’t seem to haveThere is only one employee that I’ve ever seen running the rest everyday but she is great. She takes some extra time to get to things occasionally due to being the only one.

2022-07-23I put in the work order to get my garbage disposal fixed on a Thursday, and maintenance came a week later. I called the main office before then to stress the situation and they said they would reach out to me asap, but failed to ever do so. By the time maintenance came, I had reached out to a friend to fix it because my kitchen sink was basically unusable.

2022-07-21If I can give 0 stars I would to this apartment complex. Most unfriendly staff and most outdated company policies. Looks like the high rating are residents who are being paid for giving a 5 start rating to the apartment. Also just coz you replied a generic reply to my review doesnt make up for the worse service you have in the community.

2022-01-10Overall pretty satisfied with this place! The apartments are nice, amenities are very solid, and staff is friendly. The thing that prompted me to make a review, which I usually don’t- was the maintenance staff, specifically Sean. A few of our lights weren’t working, he immediately identified the issue, resolved it nearly immediately and was friendly throughout.

2021-08-18The inside of my apartment is perfect and so beautiful! The complex is well maintained and has so much grass and a nice walking trail for my dog. I have had a few requests from the office and they responded and tended literally the same day. The pool is very beautiful too💕

2021-08-13I have been a resident here for about 4 months. I can’t say enough great things about the complex and leasing agents. Shira was my leasing agent and to this day she continues to deliver exceptional customer service. Y’all, she goes above and beyond. A few months ago I had a GIANT (100 lb furniture) box waiting for me at my parcel. I asked her if she had any men that could help me load it all the way back to my apartment. Instead of recruiting anyone she happily, without any hesitation, helped me get it back. A smile on her face the entire time. Also, the residents here are fabulous. My boyfriend and I have made some great friends and continue to do so. And my pups LOVE our beautiful private yard. Thanks East Vue Ranch for making us feel at home!
