I work for Echo it’s a great Company from The Management ,Dispatch, and Supervisors. Great Benefits .What I don’t like is when Drivers Complain and bad mouth the Company when things don’t work out for them I’ve been here a little over 6months we have good Drivers that love what they do and some just find something to complain about I Stand with My Company it’s a Great Place to Work.

I worked at echo for few months and they were very very accommodating and reasonable with all drivers . Highly professional HR and payroll staff. The dispatchers are amazing people doing amazing work. Field supervisors are great to work with and they do step up to the plate when matters call for. It’s definitely a great company to work for with tremendous high volume of work for all the drivers.

The drivers we had when I went to Florida was amazing however the buses were not. On the bus I was on there was massive water leakage coming through the buttons where you press to hear the movie, have lights. Sound for the movie worked very little. Maybe every other one to maybe ever 4 or 5 rows works.The seats were very comfortable however

I am EXTREMELY disappointed of the buses that were sent for my sons 16 hour band trip. The delivered buses were not the Echo Buses we paid for. We got 2 different colored buses from 2 different companies. The buses were substandard compared to the Echo Buses we have traveled on previously. Have these buses even been inspected? Are the drivers certified to drive the charter buses? Should I be concerned if a driver is yawning before leaving at 3:21pm? No wifi on bus for a trip of this length is unsatisfactory. Some seats had tape on them. There were no enclosed overhead storage bins. One or more of the drivers were unable to communicate to the students, school staff, and chaperones because he/they did not speak English. We were never notified that we were not getting what we paid for, or that the driver was bringing an interpreter that would be in a seat that had been assigned to a student. A makeshift bed that the drivers made in the rear of the bus also took away seats that students were to sit in. Students and chaperones had to be reassigned last minute. The buses departed over an hour and a half late because of this. I respectfully request an explanation of why my son and everyone on the bus got the shabby buses and the nicer buses are being utilized for the NFL Draft. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Our kids deserve better. I hope and pray that everyone is safe. I look forward to your response.

On a 12 hour bus trip with 3 busses, ac went out on 1 bus and we all had to cram into the others the others, made the experience not fun and unenjoyable, would not recommend or ever hire again, other than that bus drivers were nice, shout out to Larry the bus driver.

The bus ride over there was even more adventurous .... bus driver who was late, didn’t know directions , two near accidents on the way.... thought I could sleep and relax by being a passenger and not have to drive .... but I ended up being the navigator 😳😁. Glad we all made it safely.

This review is not to Echo transportation but to the man who lets the retirees work o the old airplanes. My dad is 86 and he is one of them....and it keeps him alive. He worked there 40 years and has worked on the restoration program nearly 20. I worked there 25 until wonderful Triumph said were shuttin this place down, takin ya $47 an hour and opening shop in Red Oak,Texas for $10 an hour. America the Beautiful.......or Country of Capitalist Pigs.....its truly sad.

Horrible drivers. Seriously. Teach them what turn signals are. Look up Bad Drivers of Plano #12 for an example caught on film. Also, on Chase Oaks Blvd in Plano, the right lane with the Right Lane Must Turn Right sign means that the right lane must turn right. I have ALMOST BEEN HIT MULTIPLE TIMES by an Echo Transportation labeled white bus that cant seem to get this concept, or blinkers, into their head. You know you have a problem when I can remember the name of your company from being in close calls with your idiot drivers.

Pros:VERY comfortable ridePlenty of personal and storage space (In a marching band so storage is a MUST for us)Very friendly driversCons:Cant really think of any that directly affect GGT them selves.

I went on a school field trip and the bus broke down. Turns out they did not check the bus for any malfunctions before driving it to my school. I had to wait 3 hours for a new bus to come. I’m disappointed
