I cannot write back to the repsonse you sent pertaining to my last message, but i appreciate you repsonding quick to this, wish it could of been the same with the 5 star service you apparently provide. Besides the times of a couple of the messages, everything else you said was NOT true, we were left waiting with very little communication from your employees. Customer service at this business is very poor and i would be very cautious moving forward with there service. We were not offered any compensation and were left waiting for someone who never showed up, As a first time customer feeling out a new businesss, this might be one of the worst traits to have. FIRST TIMERS BEWARE!!!!

Automatically, I was very pleased with the prompt response for the inquiry into pricing as I received a call back a day after inquiring about pricing. When I irst closed on my house and was cleaning before we moved in, we saw (and killed) a black widow on our back patio. Our new neighbors said that is somewhat usual for our area and recommend Jordan with EcoArmor (which is now merged with QuickSumo and still amazing). Weve been using them for over 2 years now. Their service has made us and our two 5-10 pound dogs feel safe! We saw another black widow on our patio only once since then, and it was already dead. Their products are eco friendly, too, which is great since us and the dogs are home all day now with the changes 2020 brought and we dont have to worry about smelling the freshly applied product if we happen to be near the treatment area or a poorly sealed window. Josh was the latest to treat our home and is very professional.

Ive been using EcoArmor for almost 2+ years and have not written a review until now. EcoArmor is a great pest control business that is local, veteran owned, friendly, and more importantly gets the job done. I also use them for their mosquitoes service during the spring and summer and Jordan and team have always delivered and if I find issues, they will come back and reapply. They might be a little more expensive than your big box companies but I like supporting local businesses and veterans. Today, Josh stopped by to perform my end of year pest control and he quickly listened to some of my problematic areas and applied what was necessary to help control any pest issues.

I have been using EcoArmor for over a year now and have been beyond pleased with the service and results! This summer I added on Mosquito treatment and it has been a game changer!! With the weather changing a few bugs inside the house are to be expected (Im looking at you, mosquitos!) but I really hate walking into a room and seeing a spider trying to sneak its way into my home. I called EcoArmor and they were able to send someone out the next day to spray the inside of my house. Josh was great! He was polite, efficient, and took the time to answer any questions I had. 10/10
I would highly recommend EcoArmor Pest Defense. I just moved into a new home and engaged a commercial pest control company for services. When they came out, they only did 10% of the work that was originally quoted. This made me seriously consider if they would do any treatment at all if I was not home. I quickly left them and found EcoArmor. From the moment that Jordan answered the phone to discuss pricing to the moment he left my home after the first service, I was extremely impressed with his and his companys professionalism, thoroughness, and demeanor. I have used QuickSumo for quarterly pest maintenance for 5 years. They have now merged with EcoArmor and continue to deliver the same great service! I get an automated call to tell me my next scheduled date which is great because I do not have to remember to call to schedule the service. If the date theyve proposed does not work for my schedule, they are happy to reschedule. Their technicians are always friendly, and they call or text 20 minutes to an hour before arrival. I also really appreciate that any time we have some kind of pest issue in between visits (such as a wasp nest that pops up), they quickly come out to take care of it at no charge. They are also great about wearing booties in the house anytime I request it, and during COVID the techs always maintain their distance and wear their mask over the nose and mouth for the duration of the time in the house. QuickSumo/Eco Armor is great! I would definitely recommend them!

We are getting ready to sell our home, I called EcoArmor and they were able to come out that afternoon and do the in wall treatment. The service was so quite that our 11 month old son was not disturbed at all even with the input nozzle being on the other side of his wall. Weve had a noticable decrease in bugs inside since the service too. The staff was great, super responsive and able to work with my and my familys needs. Thanks EcoArmor!
Eco Armor is 10/10 stars! Great Customer Service, very considerate of your homes specific needs and does a great job ensuring that all areas of concern are addressed and taken care of. Not only that, the treatments really work! We had a company before and usually a couple of weeks after they did their treatment we would just run into issues and unwanted pesky visitors all the time. Eco Armor lives up to its name, its the best defense you could ask for.

I called EcoArmor to come out and assess a problem were having with ants. Jordan arrived right on time, he listened to my explanation of the problem, asked me a few questions, and then explored the affected areas. He even went into the crawl space under the house. He was very professional. Turns out we do not need specific service at this time, but now I have peace of mind knowing we dont have a big developing problem. Jordan is a consummate professional. We had gone to Florida for an extended weekend and had some ant setup residency while we were gone. I saw a special they were running, on Facebook. Decide to give them a try. Excellent decision! They didn’t just spray around the inside of my whole house. They only treated areas we decided TOGETHER needed treatment. No nasty smell. And he really cared about the safety of my sweet pup from the outside treatment. On time. Great attitude and respectful.

I am so glad I decided to go with EcoArmor Pest Defense. Our house is new and we have continued construction around us. When we moved in we saw some pretty big spiders and bugs. We had two applications (including fire ants spraying) and bugs are gone. When I go outside at night I can hear crickets all around the neighborhood chirping but by my house...silence. Larry Williams 1st concern was making sure our dog was in a safe place, explained the entire process he was going to do before starting, and answered every question I had along the way, as well as educating me on little things to look for to be proactive. She is thorough with her general services, and solved both a fire ant problem (back yard) and water ant problem (bathroom) for us. She answers all questions. 2022-06-07We were a potential first customer of eco armor until we waited 2.5 hours for them to never show up. After calling several times and leaving messages, we got a response from the main office who also could not reach her technician, we waited 10 more minutes for her to call us back and she said that the tech would be 20 minutes.(Mind u it’s already passed the 2 hour window). We waited the 20 minutes and didn’t hear from anyone nor did anyone arrive. We called back and didn’t get a call back until we had already left at which point she said he would be only 7 minutes. Needless to say we cancelled our service and will be going with another company.
