Lovely place to walk and enjoy nature. We saw a beautiful cardinal, many white pelicans and small little birds. Nice way to unwind

Simply beautiful. My husband and I visited this center today as our weekly date. I loved it! There werent too many birds during this winter time but the scenery was great!! Front male clerk was also very polite. Will surely recommend this place to family and friends. I am just wondering if we are able to take family photos here?

The Edinburg Scenic Wetlands is a lovely place for birdwatching in the Rio Grande Valley. The trails are maintained beautifully, and the Visitors Center has a lot of good information.

Some buttons are completely broken in the demo room for the birds. Besides that, place is kept flawless very neatly trimmed trails and lots of wildlife. Great nature activity for beginners or people that dont want to walk too much and still see some nice scenery. 4/5

Nice scenic location to enjoy within The Valley. Features a few short walking trails, a community garden, a lake with plenty of fish and birds in between. Affordable and accessible for people with disabilities.

Just a perfect place to enjoy a 1 or 2 mile walk on 100 % accesible trails. It does not matter if you take your kids on a stroller or a disabled family member on a wheelchair; The trails are well designed and maintained.Make sure to take; water, snacks, insect repellent, binoculars and enjoy the best natural show in town for $3 Dollars

Beautiful bird sanctuary with lots of plants, flowers and cactus. We saw many gorgeous butterflies and a few lizards as well. There is a large lake there with a few nice outlooks of the lake and also a few smaller ponds. Many benches and other areas to rest with lots of shade throughout. There is also a childrens area with a small playground and fun things to do for kids. Would definitely recommend to any nature lovers or people visiting, or families with kids! Bring lots of water, sunscreen and big spray.

Wonderful gardens with plants and trees and a lake to entice birds. Saw some first sightings for me here. Nice place to take a walk in nature by self or with family.
